Food Services staff was the best. Gretchen I think it was is a major contributor to the hotel.

We had very friendly and helpful staff, place was nice and rooms were okay…lighting in room was dark but nothing to complain about just noting! Stayed for a high school graduation and had several of us in town…was a nice met up place!

The floor was not entirely cleaned, there was hair and lint on the edges of bed. But the rest of the room was fine.

Clean facility, excellent front desk agent (maybe manager?) but she was so lovely! Aida was who helped us and she was the sweetest to speak with. We interacted with her arriving and also on departure. Nothing was to be disliked. It was a comfortable stay and I love that the TVs were more modern and the included breakfast is great also.

Nice, clean room with faucet by coffee maker etc. Allows pets. Carpeted room with living room area. Better than standard 2 bed hotel room. Lack of plugs (lots of USB, no C connects). Lighting good in bed area but lacking in sink/coffee area (under cabinet light would be nice). Had to hunt for hair dryer (in a dresser drawer). Dresser drawers have to lift & push to shut. Pet fee of $75 is a bit high for 1 night stay. Missed 9am shut-down for breakfast but friend said last minute rush cleaned out the sausage etc - would be nice to extend to 9:30am especially on a holiday.

I’ve always enjoy staying here for my trips. Guaranteed good service, cleanliness, comfort and good breakfast. The 2 things I can say about this trip was 1 -the person at the front desk when I checked in on Saturday was rude and giving attitude when I asked about having extra towels in my room. Her attitude completely changed as soon as I asked if she was the manager because she was being very rude to her customer. 2- there was a dead cockroach in my room.

Ida was our greeter at the front desk. She was cheerful, expressed thanks for choosing SpringHill, she offered us the 'Envoy' program, which we accepted, she engaged with my Dad when we mentioned where he was from, and that she would be going that direction soon, which she goes every year, and would stop at a restaurant he suggested. He was so impressed with her conversation, he went back to the desk after dinner and they shared stories of their familiarity with the location. She helped us with a dinner location, and then with a few personal matters that was above and beyond regular customer service, if she gets this information, hopefully the reminder will be: it was a piece of gum & a glass of wine next door!

This location is convenient to Algodones. It is very clean and modern. The breakfast was standard and the bed/ pillows were very comfortable. I will stay at this location when I return.

The hotel was very nice and clean except for the elevator, floors were very sticky. The staff was friendly and kind and the location very convenient! Will stay there again next time we are in Yuma.

The hotel was in a quiet corner with other hotels, next to the freeway. On the other side of the main highway was a shopping center. We had the best time in the area while we were visiting family.

Beautiful comfortable spacious room with all that we needed. Unfortunately it is summer and the box a/c, next to the bed (which was super comfortable), stayed on constantly with a loud roar, spoiling our evening and our sleep.

Unfortunately, they were water bugs in the bathroom and one that ended up on the night stand. Made me uncomfortable. Had me thinking I had them crawling all over me.

Loved the room, and definitely loved the staff! Everything was great! The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the pool. We used it often but it wasn’t super clean.

Food on sunday was empty got a croissant took a bit frozen in Center, told lady told me to get another

The location was convenient, right off the freeway. Close to where we needed to be both days. The breakfast had a decent selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions for dinner that were excellent.

we were able to get early check in, checkout was easy. breakfast was good, they always had cold water available in the lobby. it was a family trip to visit family. the rooms were clean and big, the bed was a bit hard for us, we prefer a softer bed. ac was cold, just the way we like it. shower flow was good. excellent stay

The service was excellent, the rooms are clean and renovated, the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the hotel faces a busy interstate freeway to one side. You have a 50/50 chance of facing that side and having a very noisy room. I was basically unable to sleep. So... nice hotel but can't sleep in it which is sort of a dealbreaker for me.

Reception was very friendly upon check in. When asked if she can recommend a few spots to eat she gave us plenty of options and on our way back from dinner she asked how our dinner was and if we liked her recommendation. Hotel was clean and smelled really good upon entering

This hotel is quiet and feels safe, it's convenient to shopping centers and restaurants but the pool area is filthy, I never once saw anyone clean not only the pool but also the chairs around the pool and the tables. The maid only came to clean our room once during our 10 night stay - even after we made a complaint and requested our room gets cleaned.

The room was nice and modern, we had a pullout sofa that we didn’t use, the bed was comfy, ac was cold, the shower hot water was hot in an instant, no waiting for hot water! The tv remote either needed new batteries or a newer remote cuz it was a bit difficult to change channels, they also have a feature you can set up on your phone to change channels, which my husband set up and it was fine. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, muffin and bagels. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Will stay here again

This location was recently renovated. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was breakfast. There were not too many choices for the hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

My family was visiting in AZ for a baseball tournament. We were Husband, Wife, and 3 teenagers. Having the trundle under the couch was a bonus. The room was roomy. If I had any complaints, I would say the complementary breakfast was a disappointment. The scrambled eggs tasted like egg beaters, and the sausage seemed like a cheap fatty imitation. The staff were very pleasant, and always helpful. Our stay was enjoyable, and I would stay again if I am in that area.

Overall had a good stay, the area felt safe room was clean and smelled fresh. I did try to add a few more days but Manager was really not that helpfull so I ended up going over to the Hampton Inn and they were much more helpfull on that part and they were able to extend me a few more days. I wish they could have helped me here to avoid moving hotels.

Loved that there was hand sanitizer everywhere!! Staff was very nice, and welcoming. Only problem was ice machine on 2nd floor ran out of ice and wasn't refilled. Ice machine on 1st floor didnt work. There was ice on the 3rd floor.

The room was more than I needed for sure but I wanted to have ample space to spread out. This trip was much needed to just unwind for a while. The room was spotless when I arrived and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again when I need to get away.

The entire front is under construction, I had to park far away and walk to the side of the building along the street to enter. This should've been disclosed on the hotel description. The lobby smelled of a horrible very strong glue smell due to the furniture being moved in- I got sick from the fumes! The men were loud and I heard profanity. I paid alot for this hotel and I regret staying there and never will. The coffee was cold and condiments were below par. Water wasn't even offerred!

The hotel was under renovations and a mess everywhere. The website did not advise.

Overall it was very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to add another curtain to the window. Plenty of light was still able to get through once morning came. Other than that the room was very nice and comfortable.

The walls were very thin you could hear everything said in the room next door. It was very disturbing to hear what the guy was doing to himself.

We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping service...not sure if we were supposed to ask for it, we just assumed it would be done.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff did not know what to do. It was a very scary experience.
