Radisson Hotel Yuma

This is a stop you do not want to miss if staying in yuma for a few days or passing through for a night.

The facility was in excellent condition. The room was very nice and the walk in shower actually had a glass door that kept the water in the shower area not in the general bathroom area. The breakfast was top notch and the hot food actually hot, not luke warm like most. The OJ may have been bad as it had an off flavor. All in all, nice facility with a steakhouse restaurant attached. Recommend this facility highly

I don't know if it was an issue with the hotel or the city, but I found that I had to put something over the drain so that the sewage smell didn't come into the shower. Other than that, it was a perfectly pleasant hotel.

It was very quiet. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room, but the carpet looked dirty. TV didn't get a lot of channels. We would stay there again though.

Terrific breakfast.

Room didn’t have a microwave but was excellent in all other ways. Breakfast was well presented and tasty and the outdoor swimming pool was fine.

The room was large enough for 3 people. The shower was very nice.

Easy location, stopped here on our way to San Diego. Clean room and linens. Comfy bed. Nice outside area with pool and indoor pool. The breakfast was perfect for the next morning for my family. Would recommend!

This was a stop over stay for us on the way to Tucson. The checkin went went. The room was nice enough. We ended up having to move rooms as the air conditioning was not working in the first room. The second room the air was working but we still spent an uncomfortable night going from cold when the air would kick on to hot after the air shut off and before it kicked on again. So even though the bed was comfortable and the room was nice, not having good climate control would probably keep us from staying there again.

Everything was above par from start to finish. The Pools and Hot Tubs open at 0600!! Breakfast was amazing. Checkout is at noon! I was wishing we didn’t have plans in the morning…

The only thing that we were a little disappointed at was when we tried to buy a drink last night at the bar they told us we had to wait at least 45 minutes because reservations came first, but we literally just wanted to have a single drink at the bar and they told us we had to wait, even though we were staying at the hotel.

The hallways have been flooded. They had fans and stuff running night and day all over the hallways. The sewer backed up in our bathtub.

We felt like we were bothering them. One girl was mopping the floors by the juice bar during breakfast, 8am, and left it pretty wet. If I hadn’t caught myself I would’ve fallen. We will choose a different place to stay next time

The decor was cheesy. the room keys did not work after 25 minutes. Had to go to the front desk many times. However the employees were great. They were not familar with what was going on. I will not stay at a Raddison hotel again.

Great all the way around! As a full time traveler you can only hope a few places are this good. Safe location, clean room, no drama and it was exactly as advertised. Front desk was very welcoming. Having just spent the week on the road this was great.

My husband stayed for one night and absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was and how friendly the staff was. The place was clean and he was placed in an extra large room so the shower was super spacious. Great place to stay!!

Great service, good restaurant. Location is a bit isolated unless you have a car. Uber/Lyft is cheap but adds up- $8-10 with tip to go anywhere. It was too hot to use the pool- workout room looked nice. I liked the restaurant but wish they would turn off the TV's at least in the evening. Bottled beer for $10 is nuts though the food was reasonably.priced.

The beds, OMG comfy and it had perfect pillows. Lots of towels, everything was clean, and the shower was a big walk in. I didn't use them this time, but they have an indoor as well as outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. The breakfast was fresh, hot and a good selection. Dinner was superb, the cook even modified my meal to accommodate my food restrictions. The most touching part of all was how helpful and kind the staff was when they found out my we were their for a surgery and had an unexpected issue. Most hotels would have been horrified or charged us extra for the special requests but they bent over backwards to help and expressed concern instead. I can not thank them enough for the kindness and curiosity they showed.

We liked the Expedia member deal, we wanted to add a couple nights and it was more expensive through the hotel. The place is in good conditions and it smelled good.

The exhaust on the bathroom wasn't working but we told that to staff and there should be a microwave in the rooms rather than a shared on in the halls. The breakfast was good too, the usual suspects but some surprises too

Room was clean, side not facing the freeway is supposedly not as hot in the summer as the other side. The room seemed to struggle to keep temperature during the night. But no other problems. King room spacious, with mini fridge, and single serve coffee/tea maker. Front desk staff very kind and engaging. On day of check-out they put the printout in front of the doors, not under them, which is a privacy issue, so I brought this up to front desk. Breakfast was decent: eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, oatmeal or cream of wheat, muffins/breads, waffles, yogurt. I was disappointed in the fruit selection, only red delicious or oranges, neither refrigerated/cold. I didn't use the pool area, so can't speak to that. Not my first time here and likely will be back if the price is right!

To Mark he was fantastic made our check in as easy as possible and explained to me everything about the hotel, great customer service always with a smile. Hotel, pools, gym and breakfast was great. Also for me personally I was able to wash and dry my clothes. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice place to stay. It had a nice breakfast. It was close to everything.

Nice pool and breakfast buffet. Ample parking. Well maintained and comfortable rooms. One suggestion as a regular traveler — transition from the room keys that get inserted into the door slot to either the ones that tap or can open electronically (keyless). Our keys stopped working as did a number of other guests’ while we were there.

Perfect location! Everything we needed was just minutes away. The staff incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We love staying at this Hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. It had an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. The employees were all very nice and friendly. Mark who works the front desk is phenomenal, he took the time to explain where everything was, what was located in the surrounding area, and points of interest. There is a restaurant on site and they also have a happy hour and complimentary breakfast buffet. Definitely a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed our stay. I returned to the hotel in the evenings and enjoyed wonderful meals. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfasts good. They have a complimentary guest laundry. We will be back!

Enjoyed my stay very much. Wish it couldve been longer. The place was very clean, very comfy bed, comfy pillows and the room was nice. It was my first time in Yuma and it was very warm. If i come back to Yuma i will definitely stay here again.
