The reason for the poor rating was during checkout the younger Hispanic girl was extremely rude. Made me feel like I did something wrong for a simple misunderstanding at checkout. Will 100% never stay here again or recommend due to the way we were treated

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, the room was great. We liked the restaurant attached. It met our needs for the trip and we enjoyed it greatly especially the water softener! The shower was extremely slippery and the mat provided was so small it didn't provide much help with how slippery the floor was. My husband is still recovering from a leg break and almost fell.

Bed was uncomfortable, shower drain had not been cleaned and was clogged with hair. Elevator seemed to be on its last leg. Service staff were excellent and we enjoyed Boston’s Pizza.

Very clean, quiet, and easily accessible from the highway. Great restaurant and pool area. Our favorite place to stop on our way home during summer vacations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A few issues with the property: toilet, curtains, and door lock were broken on check in. Staff was able to fix the toilet and improve the door lock condition (so we were no longer locked in the room but the deadbolt could not be used safely). Breakfast was pretty gross/limited but they did give us 2 10$ vouchers for all the trouble with the room. Elevators reeked (of weed/vape). Manager at check out was very pleasant.

Desk Registrant and manager, Aaron, of this expansive welcoming lobby made this Four Points an oasis in the hot desert for us. He is an excellent representative of the Marriott spirit. Admit to being somewhat surprised in Yuma, AZ.

I am absolutely disappointed in Hotels.com. i booked a trip to the Four Poi ts Sheraton in Yuma, Az, paid in advance, and purchased the insurance only to be told (and proven) by the hotel that my reservation was NEVER made with the hotel. So I call Hotels.com to get the issue fixed and was told that even though I did purchase the insurance the only way they could refund my purchase is if the Hotel Denies my reservation!! The hotel CANT deny the reservation because they never received it! I drove 4 hours here, planned on dinner and a seim eith the kiddos, we arrived at 6:15 and its currently 8:20 and kids are in the car asleep and the hotel is still on the phone with Hotels.com!!!

Property is near interstate and airport so it’s noisy. Upon check in we were put in a room with two beds, even though I had booked a king. Once asked, they honored our reservation. They failed to inform us that rooms are only cleaned every other day unless requested. We ended up having to get fresh towels from the front desk, our trash was overflowing in the room. Very disappointed with the experience, there are 2 other hotels right beside this one. For the money spent, I would expect my room to be made up daily.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was spotless and seems brand new. The suite was perfect for our family of 4 with teens. Location was perfect! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, great staff. It’s really sad that the only place to eat at the hotel, closes at 9pm but they close the kitchen at 8:30 and stop making food. Other than that, great place to stay!

Was a very nice stay, nothing super special, we did put the do not disturb sign on the door and the lady still came (made a mistake) but overall a very good stay.

Our shower leaked a lot all over the floor. We went for breakfast at the hotel restaurant and sat there for 15-20 minutes and no one helped us so we left The hotel is very nice. It should have a continental breakfast like the holiday inn express next door They have an awesome breakfast and the price is about the same. We will continue to go to Yuma holiday inn express

This is a great hotel to stay on your way to Tucson or San Diego. It’s convenient and was very clean. Not a lot of dining options in the area at a walkable distance and it does not include breakfast, they only serve coffee.

We were not told about construction on the property until we arrived which included turning off the water for an hour. Additionally the room was on the floor above the construction area with limit remorse on the inconvenience.

My only complaint is for the lobby ladies restroom. The toilet paper dispensers are way to close to the toilets. This makes using the bathroom and the dispenser awkward (it's pretty much in your lap) and the bathroom messier.

The hotel itself is very clean and exceptionally welcoming. The restaurants staff is phenomenal and there are so many yummy options to chose from. We had a party of 8 and Laken remembered all of our orders, with the most bubbliest personality. She’s such a doll! We will be back again :)

I didn’t get to try the breakfast The room being dirty, I had to get a new room because the bed wasn’t cleaned or made. And there were dirty towels in the restroom floor.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the time for breakfast.
