Comfortable bed, convenient breakfast, close to the interstate, but not too close. Great value for the price! There was a bench in the bathroom for our toiletries bag, and an ironing board. Our room had no mirrors outside of the bathroom, but I was told that other rooms have more mirrors.

The Days Inn Yuma is our favorite hotel in this area. The staff treated us well upon check-in and check-out. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Our room was very clean, with a large handicapped-accessible bathtub. The hot tub was comfortably warm in a clean pool area. The rather large fridge and microwave worked well. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating the queen-sized beds in the room we occupied did not provide much support, so I woke up stiff and sore. The beds were so squishy-soft it wasn't even comfortable to sit on the edge of them. Still, all in all, a very pleasant stay. We will be back next time we go to Yuma.

The property was nice and what I expected. The evening I checked in, the afternoon manager was training someone new. She was kind of rude, referring to me in the third person while she's telling the new hire what to do. What I mentioned that to her, she yelled at me like I was interrupting her training. Otherwise, the day was pleasant. The morning clerk was very nice.

The only unfortunate thing I found in the room was Lots of mold near the air conditioning. (this is only in my room I cannot speak for other rooms). Other than that I definately recomend the the hotel.

Our first contact was with the receptionist, and she was amazing. She helped us get a downstairs room because my mom is ADA, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, and the beds were spotless. Let me tell you, my mom and aunt absolutely loved it. They both worked as housekeepers in major casinos in Las Vegas, so they know exactly what to look for when checking a room. They both agreed this place did an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back in July!

We had a problem checking in. We booked on booking.com which showed a king bed and a sofa bed. When we got there, there was no sofa bed. Since we had 3 people, that wouldn't work. We told the girl at the counter n she had to contact her manager who was off site. He needed to see our email confirmation from Booking. I sent the emails to him. Then she had to call him back. The problem was they didn't have a room like we had seen. After much back n forth he gave us a room with 2 beds which worked fine. However, this process took about an hour. We were sooo tired after driving all day... The manager said he was trying to figure our if it was their mistake or Bookings.

There were eggs and sausage for breakfast and the room was just what I needed.

We always stay at this property when we are in Yuma. The location is excellent with many restaurants close. We are very happy with the Days Inn.🌵

It was a good comfy room with great facilites, the staff were so helpful and the breakfast was good. Located close to restaurants and the freeway The road was a bit noisy but it calmed down later, didn't affect my good night's sleep

The room was clean, spacious for what I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were limited but absolutely adequate. The location was optimal for what I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy. The mini fridge and coffee maker were nice features for extra convenience.

I spilled some soda and wiped it up with a towel. When I left I got an email stating that they were billing me for a stained batch rug. First of all, it was not arug. Second, it was totally washable. They told me when I checked in that I would be charged for stealing towels/linens. etc. To be charged for something being dirty is ridiculous. I have traveled alot and never encountered this. I have contacted them to fight it but no reposnse yet

The lady at the desk was not very nice AT ALL. I walked in not hello just your last name I told her she then said you have to tell your husband he cannot park there. I said he isn't going to park there he is waiting for me to come out. She then said I am not checking you in till he moves that space is for staff which there was no signs saying that and she got made at me because she said I talked back to her which all I said was he isn't parking he is waiting for me to check in. 100% those space was for checking in NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN so much more we put up with she was just a very nasty lady or just having a very bad day, but you don't take it out on guests. Then to top it of another couple showed up and parked in the same place to check in she didn't make them move.

The pool was very refreshing.

The check was easy, the staff was friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable. Some traffic noise as it is on a busy road. Walking distance to several places to eat as well as a mall. Easy on/off the freeway so convenient for travelers. Not glamorous but perfect for an overnight stay.

The location was close to the highway as well as every store and restaurant I could think of. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was hot and jets powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was cool and refreshing.

Front staff was friendly and so informative. Just lovely. The bathroom walls in the room looked dirty and streaked with drips. There were small bugs found as well.

The coffee maker in my room was broken, and the fridge froze everything, even a jug of milk. The cleaning staff did not do a very good job, they did not vacuum the rooms or wipe bathrooms down in the week we stayed.

Not worth the extra room rate. So much could have been included in the food and beverage selection. Poor selection of items.

Really liked the space in the room, the storage, and the updated decor. Hooks for hanging things was good. It was quiet on the backside of the property. The ice machine was not working. I feel they could have had ice available somewhere. Breakfast on the weekends was supposed to be available until 9:30. I went to get food at 8:45, and it was almost all gone, it was not restocked even though I waited until 9:20.

The most important thing to us is quiet. We always stay here and never have a problem with foot steps above on the second floor or in the walls between rooms. All staff and employees have been great.

slim pickens at breakfast, we were staying for 2nights and all other guests were overnight stays. We arrived on-time and host would not give us a room on the backside away from busy main thouroughfare, so between traffic noise and AC did not sleep well during stay. Gave them 3 stars because the problem with the microwave, and because the military airplanes that fly overhead are LOUD, FREAKING LOUD. So if you are thinking of getting some early sleep, forget it. The breakfast is quite plain. Cereal, egg, meat patties, yogurt, muffins, coffee e.t.c I will say management is very good. We had a problem with our reservation and the manager got us a different room, and was able to do it all in about 10 minutes, thank you

I arrived at 1130 and was told the room was not ready and to come back in 1 hour and it will be ready and it does have a walk in shower on 1st floor. I arrived back at 1:00 and it still was not ready so they told me 30 minutes. I received a text and was told it was ready and when I went in the room, there was a tub and not a shower. I was told there was no other rooms. I ended up accepting the room and asked for a 20% discount for both the trouble and wait. They refused. I stayed 4 other times with no problem so I will not be staying again there due to both the attitude, and lack of remedy for my trouble. After contacting Expedia, I was given the option of a full refund and credit for another stay on them. Since I confirmed details with the hotel 3 times and was lied to, that is the reason for this review. Other than that, I wouldn’t have cared.

The handicap accessible room are easy to maneuver, and can request a bed closer to the floor. The mall is directly across the street plenty of shopping, eating and entertainment places to choose from. The Days Inn does provide breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

When I arrived, I was looking for a Thai restaurant. The person at the front desk was lovely and told me her favorite place to eat. She greeted me and made me feel welcome. She also gave me a really great room where I could pull the car up to unload my suitcase. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Her smile was the best thing ever after nine hours of driving.

For under a hundred bucks? Yep it’s our new regular Yuma stopover and stay. Cold ac, shiningly clean rooms, quiet room, nice staff. Exterior looks dated, inside of rooms remodeled-updated recently, great beds, pillows and towels. We’ll be back.

The only thing was we thought that because we asked for a dog friendly room on the hotel.com site, we assumed the higher price meant we would not have to pay extra after we arrived at the hotel. Not so. Perhaps the extra fee should be included on the hotel.com site. Otherwise, we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This property was perfectly fine. My room had 2 queen beds, refrigerator, and plenty of towels. Beds were more than comfortable and breakfast was a bonus. Very affordable compared to similar options in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Horrible service at the front desk. The first room smelled SO bad of marijuana. They allowed us to move however that room REEKED of I don’t even know what. The bar of soap was opened and used. There was hair on the counters and dust on everything. The worst part was going to get in bed. The sheets & pillowcases were stained with what honestly looked like dry blood. They refused to move us again and also refused to refund us. Absolutely disgusting, highly recommend sleeping in your car over staying here!

I find this motel convenient for shopping and dining and the accommodations are good except for the pillows. They are small in length but stuffed too full. Look like a big marshmallow.

The employees were very helpful and made a late check in very easy. Rooms were clean and had mini fridges and a microwave. The breakfast was good. There was a decent variety to choose from. The only thing that bothered us was that one of the rooms we had, we had to kill 5 roaches throughout the first night there.

So many restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is on a main street, but our room was on the back side and you couldn’t hear a thing. Very easy to get to right off the freeway.

Booked it because it has a jacuzzi. went to use jacuzzi and pool cleaner guy said he just put chemicals in it to wait an hour. Desk clerk said it was open from 8am... I went to the spa at 8:20am. Pool cleaner should have done the maintenance at 7am if those were the pool hours.

I did a check-in online, but when I arrived, I had to go thru all the info again. The woman that checked us in gave us the incorrect wifi password. However, the room was large with 2 queen beds and clean.

Pleasant staff and good breakfast but they kept taking our 3rd and 4th towels and not replacing them. (There were 4 of us in the room). Our towels were hanging, not on the floor. We even asked them not to come in to make beds or clean, but they did (and took the extra towels again!)

Spacious, clean, very comfortable just nice. Television remote control did not work. I walked to the front desk asked for help night manager told me that not any of them work.So,we had no other choice but to listen to our phonep.

Great place to stay….good price, clean with comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location as close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our room was n̈ext to the laundry/housekeeping area, so if you like to sleep in you might want a room in the center of the motel. I'd rate the cleanliness at a 4 Floor could have used a mopping. Overall a positive experience. Nice front desk personnel. Our stay was for 12 nights.

Room amenities were good and breakfast quite nice. Easy FREE parking. Easy check in and the front desk attendant was very helpful in advising us of good places to eat and be entertained. Price was fair and we would stay there again.

It was somewhat clean, felt like it just needed to be a little bit more cleaned.

The hotel was very central to shops , restaurants and highways to get to different destinations. Good hot breakfast and very friendly staff. I would recommend this place for sure.

It was a nice place and the staff were excellent.

The room was very nice & clean and the king bed very comfy. I enjoyed the hot tub and yes it was noisy at first but no problem after say 9:30 pm.And we were on a front room. BUT The free breakfast is very bad. The orange juice was watered down , the only hot food that was cold was sasage & scrambled eggs. the toster did not work. Of all the Hotels I've stayed in over the last 20 years this was the worst free BK ever. Today we went next door and spent over $40,00 on a better BK. Hope they can improve on this. Al.

It was chill for cost. No loud people outside is always a blessing. Were some people having a little food party at night outside but they were respectful and ended before it for to late. Easy checkin and allows dogs.

The maids were rude and continually bothered us, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door and then they kept our deposit saying that we had unauthorized pets when we actually have three service animals for our disability. We need our deposit back of $100 cash or another room for the evening.

My room smelled like a forest fire when I went in.

Jessica at the front desk was rude, dirty rooms and bad customer service.

Air draft comes in from the front door bottom, you can see outside, the door could use rubber seal at bottom of door. The sleeping pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, bring your own pillows to sleep. Several TV Controllers did not work they need new batteries . No elevator , so if you have bad knees stay down stairs.The price was reasonable. The Days Inn is close to Restaurants, Gas Stations and 10 minutes from Quchan Casino.
