Great hotel

Bowls are nowhere near the oatmeal/cereal. You have to unwrap every cup- whether for cold juice or for hot (coffee/tea)- this is very inconvenient and takes time when you are walking through in a line- one should be able to flip a cup over and pour hot water inside. Instead- you have to put everything down in your hands, to unwrap your cup first. I am glad i was there early and there was not a crowd.

The breakfast was also quite good with a decent variety of options. The environment is comfortable and relaxing, making it a good choice for travelers. It is especially suitable for families and short stays during long journeys. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience with excellent value for money and very cost-effective.

All employees were xceptionally professional and nice! Arial at the front desk was so accommodating in so many ways that I can't mention all of them. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Enjoyed the hot tub, good towels and very comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. Breakfast was good as well. Great location. None applicable.

The staff was courteous and the property was clean and exactly as advertised. Not a luxury property but the price was excellent considering the quality. It was a good value and had everything I needed for a solo traveler visiting family nearby.

I booked 3 rooms many months ago using Booking.com for the night of 4/22/26 at the Yuma Comfort Inn. On Tuesday 4/21/26, one of our motorcycle riders was severely injured on the trail and it took us 7 hours to get him out to seek medical attention. I contacted Booking.com on Tuesday 4/21/26 at 6:39PM to cancel our rooms for 4/22 which I felt was the appropriate channel due to the fact that I had booked the rooms through them. I was surprised when I was charged the full price for the rooms and I have been unsuccessful resolving this issue with the manager of the motel. The manager told me via email that the reservation remained active and was marked as “no show”. This means the manager never monitored the Booking.com messaging application. I feel we deserve a full refund of $444.99 due to the emergency situation and the good faith effort made on my part to cancel the reservation the night before we were scheduled to check-in. The fact that the reservation remained active and the rooms were held unoccupied was due to the manager’s negligence of not monitoring Booking.com messages. I have used Choice Hotels extensively for our past trips because they are clean, reasonable, and usually include breakfast. Going forward I will only use them when nothing else is available.

The bed was amazing to sleep on... Huge King bed fresh sheets and towels. The free breakfast was amazing both days I was there. Had eggs bacon sausage cereal oatmeal yogurt orange juice apple juice coffee hot tea waffle machine.. went back twice each morning. Friendly staff. Went down to go to Mexico for dental work. los Aldegonas was only 30 minutes away. Will be staying here next time I am in Yuma. There were two grocery stores nearby two gas stations 10 fast food places and 1 minute away from freeway!

The room was big and roomie. No freezer in the frig. The bed was fine. Nothing special about the breakfast, the normal prepackaged stuff. Fine for an overnighter.

We were staying at a corner room where the outside noise was loud. We were the ones who got the noise complaint even though it was the people going up and down the stairs. Eventually at 3am got asked to leave when it wasn’t even us making the noise. Horrible encounter at Motel 6

I don't like wet eggs or clumpy (but that happens in the serving tray) and I don't like the egg mixture type eggs, I prefer real eggs (they did have hard boiled but I passed on them). The Sausage was not cooked enough for my taste. Fruit was good though I like peanut butter with my toast and on my banana and there was only jam. Room as good, clean and bed comfortable. The last night was our only problem night and that was because the room above us the people walked around like elephants and the room next to us had kids and they were very loud and bouncing off things, I did call the desk about it and they handled it very professionally.

We dropped a ring and it fell under the bed. Upon moving bed, it was clear hasn’t been moved in long long time. Lint, popcorn, chips, etc

Shampoo/conditioner dispensers were difficult to get liquid out. Told breakfast hours were 7am -10am two different times by staff. Disappointed not told these hours were for weekends only! Missed a Monday morning breakfast arriving at 9:25 am only to be turned away!

Everything was great. The only thing I would have liked that would be difficult and expensive to do, would be to move the accessible rooms closer to the entrance. My husband is able to walk - but not far. Wondering if there is a closer accessible room on the other side of the lobby. Our room was past the breakfast room (which was great) and past the laundry.

The hotel and room was great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint was there was very low water flow for a decent shower. We stay here every time we go to Yuma and will continue to do so.

From the reviews, I thought the breakfast would be better, but there were few options and coffee could have been better. I picked it due to a couple good breakfast reviews, so that was disappointing. Front desk staff was excellent.

A little out dated but had all we needed for the night. Breakfast ended a bit to early for me.

The hotel itself is very nice for the price. The only issue we had is that the elevators were broken and we had to walk up the stairs to our room in a stairwell that had no air conditioning. This is a problem in the summer in Arizona. There were housekeeping employees that had to carry heavy items up the set of stairs in this hot stairwell as well. It was very inconvenient and the staff did not seem very sympathetic to this issue or offer any solutions. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and seemed relatively new. The price was perfect and even included free breakfast that was decent and appreciated.

Other than an issue with the date initially stated for following week instead of correct date which was corrected at check in. Recepption was gracious and accomodating.

The hotel appears to be fairly new. The beds were very comfortable. The Tv was not user friendly. It was difficult to navigate the guide and navigate page up and down. Overall for the price it’s hard to beat and there are several great restaurants at that exit off I8.

I had stayed at this property 3 years ago when I first moved to AZ and was there for 2 weeks before finding a place to live. It's always clean and the staff are nice.

Smelled funny but you can open the windows and let fresh air in. You don’t just have to use the air conditioning system. They have great free breakfast during reasonable time, which was my favorite part!

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Yuma I-8 was overall pleasant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient with easy access to I-8 and nearby restaurants. However, my room did not have a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was standard for a hotel of this class—nothing exceptional but sufficient. The staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool and fitness center were nice additions. I would consider staying here again.

I love staying at the comfort Inn! It’s always clean, and their beds are super comfortable! I love that. It’s one of the fuel that is actually non-smoking. Others only say they are, but they smell horrible, the comfort, and never fails. It’s always a pleasure.

Our stay was nice. We spent six nights, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Since we stayed several days we call for housekeeping and they were timely and did good job...Pric was nice also.

Staff was great! Although the motel is a non smoking facility. The first room clearly had a smoker in it. The staff promptly came up and escorted us to another room. I noticed the maid entering the other room with an air purifier.

Comfort inn and suites Yuma was fine nothing to note clean, safe, common. Breakfast was terrible had something that resembles scrambled eggs and dry sausage. White bread only when I went through the line etc.

WiFi is something that definitely needs attention….Free WiFi is advertised in the hotels.com website and it almost nonexistent ….I do business trips all over US and this one is the worst wifi coverage I have experienced Management and Hotels.com should make all clients aware that there is NO WIFI offered in this hotel That would keep the frustration from business travelers like me to be looking for an Starbucks to complete their job Let’s be specific on what hotels offers to avoid misleading
