Wonderful stay and staff!

Great place! Clean rooms, I would just recommend to add better and bigger bath towels. Staff is friendly. Wild river was fun, our bowling machine kept on malfunctioning which was annoying, but overall it was a fun experience.

I had a positive experience, options were limited, but I was not disappointed and would stay there again. Casino on site, not much to do in the area otherwise. The room was ok, served the purpose for my visit. Staff was pleasant. The staff at the restaurants where we had breakfast and late-night dinner were really nice; prices for meals reasonable, food was good!

Lady at the front desk was very professional with a positive attitude! The room was super clean and the bed is very comfortable! The bar service was great! The restaurant was good as well. Overall the place is great!! We will definitely be back and they have parking for semi trucks as well

Free coffee 24/7. The caffe was reasonably priced. Spacious room was very clean. We would defiantly be back. No Jewish resort fee, no resort fee tax, no $20 to park and no paying to book over the phone like in Vegass. I booked through Hotels.com as I always do because they are the best.

The beds are super comfortable as well. The lobby is neat and clean. The pool area is open 24hrs, wow! Great place to stay.

Great room, great dinner at the casino restaurant. After gaming my wife and I bought $30 worth of food from the fake and go to eat for breakfast as we were leaving at 6am when nothing would be open at the resort. We put it in the mini-fridge and in the morning it was all warm and spoiled. It was upsetting to lay so much for a suite and food and not realize the fridge didn’t work. They have the dairy creamers in there spoiled as well. I’m glad I didn’t use one for my coffee. I would have told the front desk but they were closed when I checked out.

Great service. Checked in around 9:00 pm and the front desk receptionist was so welcoming and even helped me with directions for my destination for the following morning.

This is an older property in need of some update to the rooms. The Casino itself is in good shape. There are no supporting businesses close by for entertainment, shopping, eating etc.. so you're pretty much limited to what the property offers unless you want to drive 20 min into Yuma. Overall, when traveling for business, I'd stay here again if other options were unavailable.

I was really pleased with the hotel and casino. The only minus was the snack bar was closed the whole time I was there but the main restaurant was open. It did not have a breakfast menu unless I was there too late in the morning, 11am. There is a snack machine in an area by the lobby that has sweet rolls and pastries. Also hot coffee, ice and a microwave. I will stay again!

I loved to whole experience. The hot tub the staff the room was awesome. I didn't like that they didn't have a Firepit by the pool area . No refrigerator in n room but did offer a microwave in the lobby.

The casino what very smokey. Restaurants were non-existent. The suite we reserved was very dark (one small window). It had a very poorly planned patio (when seated you looked at the solid patio wall instead of some kind of a see-through railing).The king bed mattress was WAY past it's 'best before date'. Two of the hot water taps leaked onto the vanity counter tops. The bedroom had no window - only the door to the patio (if you opened it for light). This 'Sunset Suite' was definitely was not worth the $250 per night price tag.

It was very clean the property the room and the entrance. All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly besides being professional. I feel very safe staying there and planning to stay there on any of my future travels to San Luis.

I arrived late night and they told me that my room was booked and I paid thru expedia. I had to contact an agent to get my money back then I had to drive and get other hotel.. staff were very unfriendly

The only positive was the 7’s cafe staff all very nice and helpful. Casino was extremely smokey. Resort itself not very kid friendly as the family fun center is closed during the week. Only open on weekends.

This was our first time staying at this resort casino and it was fabulous. I want to come back very soon. We were greeted and welcomed at the front entrance and wished Good Luck. The free play and food vouchers were a friendly surprise. What really impressed us was the $40 of Free Gas. Thanks for an excellent time

Because of direct connection to the casino, every room is a defacto smoking room. The place smells like they use hookah water in the mop buckets. And, if you are recently out of prison or the Navy and have a nostalgic attraction to taking cold showers, this is the place for you.

Rural setting just a few miles from Yuma City, Airport, and historical sites. Plenty of parking. Patio with pool and large hot tub.

Nothing like it said. The casino only had some slots and the cards were only open on Thursday through Sunday. I think it was a new hotel without much casino action.

The room was very comfortable, and I was able to get handicap parking close to the entrance.

Clean room, friendly staff & easy check in. Only downside was the old scratchy blankets on the bed under the bead spread.. also small refrigerator in would have been a plus.

Very upset that I paid for the suite that they over booked had to take a smaller lesser room but still paid the big money not happy

I was bummed that the rooms didn't have a fridge or microwave. I thought i saw some in the pictures when i booked. The shower curtains were very cheesy thin liners and water got everywhere. The water in the shower also didn't get hot...just lukewarm. The beds were comfortable, though.

We had a very nice stay here for four days. We would not hesitate to stay again.

I had a flight delay and arrived 20 mins after the desk left and manager ledt me to sit in the lobby until 7am even tho i had a room there and i never got comped or apologized to or anything

A/C system unit was really bad, everything else was excellent.

called hotels.com and i got no help at all neither. i been using the app for quite a while and never had any problems. but it will be the las time i use it. the resort was no help at all. even though i stayed there a few times already.

Hotel was clean, reasonable and QUIET. It was a lovely stay. Breakfast is not included, but a discount is offered at the hotel cafe. Hotel portion seemed to be non-smoking and did not have the usual Vegas/Laughlin/tribal casino smoky smell. Casino had both, but the areas were kept separate. It is about 20-25 minutes from city center off the 95 (Ave. B). Didn’t gamble, so can’t speak to those associated amenities.

I’ve always liked staying here, stayed here 8 to 9 times. And I have been very pleased with the service and Over upkeep of this place. I have always liked the casino close by, that was always a plus for me. There is a Lot of history in the artwork of the Cocapah Indians That I find very interesting.
