Front desk staff and manager were very helpful. Karen was very diligent about ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very positive stay! Ms. Karen at Reception was quite friendly, personable, and efficient. Her joy was infectious. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked with a variety of breakfast items, and the tables were adequately spaced. We will return to this establishment when we pass this way again- if for no other reason than to laugh with Ms. Karen!

Good area, outside of facility was nice and clean. Upon entering my room. Ot was not properly clean. Shower dirty and moldy floor wasn’t vacuum.Couch had food on it. Food on wall of refrigerator, black rubber molding fell off on floor. Sink wasn’t clean. They came to vacuum but didn’t do a good job and still didn’t wipe down properly.

The staff was amazing I love them dearly. They accommodated mi when needed and made my 35th birthday a delight.

Room 401 is in need of maintenance work, especially in the bathroom. The touch up paint performed previously was horrible. The painter who did the work previously should not be allow to work anymore as he/she splattered paint elsewhere except the intended surface. The kitchen cabinet was missing a door. The furniture, ottoman, had a ripped surface and should have been retired.

According to what I seen hot tub was nonexistent, need to update information and Photos of that property.

No indoor pool. But every one was professional and friendly and kind. (Hi Ms Karen!!) And breakfast TACO bar??! Amazing. The breakfast spread was genuinely impressive. Lovely, well-appointed suite with all the trimmings. Fully stocked and in good repair. I may be shopping for the shower gel right now-- : ) would absolutely recommend and stay again

My only issue was the elevators were pretty banged up—not a welcoming look to see scratches and tears. My room was a little worn, too—clean, but scuffs on furniture. The dining room and reception area were almost immaculate.

Standard Homewood Suite room—which means it’s a great layout and comfortable. Clean but needs a bit of refreshing—nicks and wear were evident, especially in the elevators. Comfy bed. Able to turn the temp done low enough to sleep comfortably. Quiet. Nice, relaxing view of trees and water from my room and dining room. Solid breakfast options. Gym was clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered random donated items from someones kitchen or Goodwill…not impressed and was glad that we only stayed two nights.

The room was clean, but clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, there was no body wash in the shower, no spare roll of toilet paper and the bathroom sink drained very slow. We reported the sink after check in and it was not remedied before we left. I have never had these issues with a Hilton property before. Have stayed here before without issue. Breakfast was good as usual.

Hotel receptionist was really energetic and polite. It was great to be greeted with such energy and she even followed up to make sure everything was good.

It was spacious It was not very clean and our room smelled like a dog. There were stains on the carpet and my shoes kept sticking to the floor.

When I arrived, the dishwasher was running this was 6 PM at night. It continued to run another two hours and never finished. There was a foul odor in the room with the windows opened. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There is nothing offered to accommodate any of the above. I ended up stopping the dishwasher and leaving the water in it notifying the front desk that I had nothing to do with what was in the dishwasher.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only one remote control for two TV'S

The trash should be taken out for often and being beside the elevator isn’t a good idea. It smelled awful. I told the desk clerk his response was I do t get paid for that. The. I asked did y’all have a mop desk clerk had no idea. I was trying to help a senior who spilled coffee to keep from slip and falls. Clearly if it’s no one’s job to do…nobody cares about who or when it will get done. House keepers doesn’t speak at all! They are rude and will walk right pass you without speaking back. The room was wonderful the staff not so much. Kelley was amazing

I like the layout of the room and accomodations. There were two bedrooms, seating area, two full baths, and a kitchen. I like that there were TVs in each room. Room was reassigned at check-in after I'd already selected my room. New RM was near an entry/exit door and loud all night. Also, there was a urine odor in the master bdrm very strong. There were deodorizer machines still sitting out in the living area and kitchen upon my arrival. Also the temp in the room was 77 degrees and it was 80 degrees outdoors.

I liked how the staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I checked in smelled like wet dog and upon inspecting the bed I found a roach that was alive. I reported it to the staff and they moved me to another room.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable and well informed about the hotel amenities. It really made a great first impression. Throughout my stay, I continued to notice how attentive and kind the front desk staff were. They always greeted guests with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to help. It is clear that customer service is a priority here, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The common areas, hallways, and lobby were always neat, organized, and inviting. I also noticed that the property was consistently well staffed, which helped everything run smoothly. Whenever I passed through the lobby or needed assistance, there was always someone available and ready to help. The rooms were another highlight of the stay. They were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless when I arrived. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard. Overall, this hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Mrs Karen and everyone was so friendly, I felt safe, hallways have cameras. Pretty good breakfast. It was in a convenient area and quiet. I will definitely come back here again. Love the staff. My housekeeper was also a jewel

We really enjoyed our stay even though it waa only one night Ms. Karen and the rest of the staff were top notch rooms were really clean stacked with coffee etc...breakfast bar was beyond expectations...My Husband enjoyed the onsite gym it waa also clean Will definitely be returning in the future thanks for your hospitality ?? Pillows were flat , disher washer was not unloaded. Breakfast was sub par. Parking lot was full of mud . Stayed here a few years ago and I was really pleased. Not so much this go around.

Shower pressure was weak. The bed was comfortable but the 4 little pillows they put on the bed isn't a match for the size of the bed. Pillows need to be bigger or consider adding 2 more.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and everything else and ample parking. The customer service was excellent and the breakfast variety was great too. I would stay here again.

Great everything! The only thing I would recommend is that they move the smoking designation to somewhere far away from the building. The lobby smells like smoke but otherwise it is a great property.

I loved this property it was really nice and cozy. The only thing I was disappointed about was on Expedia it said there was a indoor pool and a hot tub. They didn't have either they only had an outside pool. So I was a bit upset about that because I'm paying my money for all this stuff to come with it and y'all have false advertisement online. Someone definitely needs to update the website or something.

My family and I stayed here to visit our daughter. The room was really nice. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. My only issue was that when we returned to our room after being out all day it was not cleaned or the beds made. I went to the front desk and asked for extra towels and when I mentioned our room wasn’t cleaned I was told that you only get your room cleaned when you stay 3 nights or more. This should have been told to us when we checked in.

My family and I stayed here to visit our daughter. The room was really nice. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. My only issue was that when we returned to our room after being out all day it was not cleaned or the beds made. Big rooms! Updated for the most part, clean, and friendly staff! The shower itself could use a facelift due to wear and worn caulking and tub floor, but everything else was great! We will return and recommend!

This is hands down my favorite hotel in the area. I travel to this area frequently, and am always thrilled when I can manage to stay here. Every stay is exceptional, there are extra touches in the room, it’s always immaculate, the beds are super comfy (and I’m really picky). This was the best stay yet due to the amazing, kind, friendly and accommodating front desk staff, particularly Karen, who is just the loveliest person. Thank you Karen for such a lovely stay, I’ll be seeing you again soon!

The property had a lot of simple small repairs that need attention. It seems the manager at the property must not care. The elevator paper was perling off. The sign posted in the elevator was warn out needed to be replaced. In the room the thermostat was half hanging off the wall. The welcome mat at the front entrance was always dirty never was cleaned in the 3 days i was there.

We had a great stay in our way to the Outer Banks. The staff was incredible and the rooms were clean and beautiful.

You could tell it’s been some type of water damage to the hotel. It smells like mildew and old dog poop. The carpet was dirty and had old dried water stains on them. The staff was amazing though, especially Ms. Karen!

The staff were amazing. But the room was very dirty. Hair was all over the shower. The pots and pans had old food in them from the previous guest. The walls were dirty. I dropped my headphones and when I looked under the bed I saw chopsticks and paper underneath the bed. I was very surprised because I had just rented a room back in April the hotel was very clean.

Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious each day and the staff were all kind and personable. The only con of our stay was the unpleasant musky/wet pet smell in our room, the gym, the bathroom across from the gym, and surprisingly the outdoor pool (I kept smelling gasoline while in the pool). We did buy air freshener and had to keep spraying it throughout the day. Other than that we enjoyed our weekend stay.

Rooms were okay, did not like finding hair still in the shower and strands wrapped inside a wash cloth. Beds were nice and soft, pool was great and breakfast was good as well.

Great location. Convenient to shopping, fishing, crabbing and hanging out on the beach. Very nice!

Easy peasy! Breakfast is a delight with a lot of different options. Peleton in the gym. Dream check-in. Less than 15 minutes to CNU.

My family enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early from the road trip and were politely told we needed to wait until 3 pm to check-in. No problem. We were taking a chance anyway. When we returned and opened the door to our room, it was quite a pleasant surprise to see that our room was upgraded! The room was clean and the beds were comfy...although the pillows aren't that great. Breakfast options were plentiful. Every staff person that we encountered was hospitable and nice. We even received text messages throughout our stay to determine if things were going well. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and will surely book again. You should too! The office manager, Kelly?, and the front desk receptionist, Mrs. Joy Rivers, were both amazing!

As I understand I was not off age to book a room, the manager on duty (3/26) showed no mercy even since I came from Illinois. Tammy was such a great person and with great customer service she made my experience better.

Amazing stay with my husband and two kids! Will definitely be staying here again!

It was a comfortable and nice stay. The only problem was that the water in the bathroom sink was only a tiny stream.

Beautiful I loved my room, most definitely will stay here in the future. Friendly staff, clean exterior the room set up like an efficient apartment. Beautiful experience I loved my stay.

Road a class on the Peleton in the am. Gym was clean and quiet, but no towels or cleaning spray. Breakfast was 10/10. Fresh made waffles with fresh fruit and an omelet. Patio was lovely, but too cold to enjoy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Water pressure was fine. I fell asleep within minutes and slept through the night with no issue. I would definitely stay here again.
