We did not stay. After getting there, our room was not ready, but we were about an hour early so we understand. The problem was there were lots of smokers and people outside who were loud and having a bit of a party. The guest were a little sketchy to us. We did not feel comfortable, staying and left to find other accommodations.

Was very disappointed with the room. Had a nasty stench every time I walked in! The fold out sofa was disgusting and probably got bit by a bug that’s created the bite on the back of my neck ! The breakfast was nothing special! A continental breakfast I believe! The only thing great was the staff. The Staff would be a 5 Star and the room a 1.

The Positives Outstanding Staff: The service here is excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with accommodations right down to providing extra blankets. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Room 325 Suite: This was a very nice suite featuring two rooms, a kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a sitting area. It showed the typical wear and tear expected of an extended-stay facility, but the layout was great. Ample Parking: We were happy to find plenty of available parking during our stay. Areas for Improvement Pervasive Odors: There was a persistent odor of marijuana near the buildings. As I am allergic to the plant and its smoke, this caused moderate to severe physiological symptoms. Grounds Maintenance: Despite seeing the ground crews working hard each day, the grounds remained littered with metal bottle tops, empty vape canisters, and alcohol bottles. Furthermore, several parking lot vehicles appeared abandoned, with flat tires, broken windows, and expired registrations. Room 125 Issues: This room was missing an entire kitchen drawer, and we found half-eaten ice cream left in the freezer. Plumbing Deficiencies: In Room 325, the shower's hot water temperature and water pressure left a lot to be desired. While the staff is wonderful, the property requires better oversight regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

The fact I made it to the hotel before 10pm only to be told after I paid for the reservation that they were sold out. The front desk agent was outside lobby smoking weed with people who were out there braiding hair. She was so high she couldn’t focus. Then put me in the system as a no show. I was so livid. I had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. That hotel is awful and the manager should be checking the property regularly at night!

It felt like a halfway house. Drunken guests at 2am yelling. One guest had an ankle monitor. It was a different kind of stay.

No breakfast as advertised online.The same people hang out, grill, drink and are extremely loud outside almost every night. I saw more roaches then I needed to. Had to switch rooms because first one smelled and had a bad leak. I'll stop there. Just not a good experience for me and my daughter who is only 3.

This place is absolutely terrible! Roaches, ticks, and bugs were all over my bed. I have a service dog for PTSD, and they kicked us out because of it. They watched me load my belongings into a basket after basket, and the front desk just sat there smoking cigarettes and laughing as I placed my things on the concrete next to my truck. I can’t even begin to describe what I just went through. I don’t have enough space to write it all down, but I pray that their own family members or children never encounter someone like them or have to endure what I just did.

The hallways were filthy with dog hair, trash, fries and dried leaves. The rooms smelled like wet dog hair/dander mixed with cheap perfume. I have previously had much better experiences at this hotel. A refund for the stay would be the best solution.

I informed them several times that I was exposed to cockroaches. I was promised a refund but haven’t received it. I’ll not be staying here again

when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the noise is so loud and high-pitched that you cannot use the light. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light. I have photos that I’m happy to post of baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room. And finally, the entire floor that I was on reeked of marijuana into my room. The noise went on until four in the morning with music and people in the hallways, laughing and carrying on. The front desk did not answer their phone one time nor respond to my message in regards to the room. I have asked for a refund and was hung up on. That hotel is not safe. I sent repeated messages.

This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.

It was the most unsanitary and filthy environment. Cabinets, toilets and stove were dirty. You had to pay for WiFi and only one tv would work at a time. The signal kept getting lost. There were 4 of us and only two sets of towels. The entire hotel smelled like weed and perfume. The luggage cart was broken and cut my hand as I was put the metal pipes back together. The “breakfast” had granola bars and hot cocoa packets. I would never stay there again. I am a business owner and cannot believe you are still in business. I travel quite a bit and I have never been in a more disgusting hotel.

It was Roach infested and staff acted as if they were surprised.

My stay was great as always. Good to see a few familiar faces. What I didn't like: Hmmm, while I'm glad it's a non smoking hotel, somokers step right outside the doors where others are forced to walk thru it, and ends up with a lot of cigarette butts all over. Should be a designated smoking area away from the doors and a disposal. As someone who suffers from Chronic Asthma and allergies, I just don't want to walk thru that. Otherwise, my stay was great!

There were roaches in the kitchen and when we tired lights on at night we found roaches in the microwave on our food too

I was in my room for not even 15 minutes and saw three roach nymphs. Underneath the sink was not clean either.

The room seemed very run-down, and it seems like the maintenance team either has more work than they can handle. Or management doesn't bother to spend money to fix issues within guest rooms.

I didn't like the dismal "free breakfast" and the "coffee" was really just flavored water. There wasn't much of a selection at all. The trash in the hallway for days was disconcerting but it was a holiday so I can somewhat excuse it.

The front desk person Ashley was nice however that was the only good part. The hallway and room smelled of urine and they had the air conditioner running full blast. The sink was stopped up with old water sitting in it. The toilet was running non stop.Then when I asked for a refund Ashley stated only a manager could do the refund and she was not on the property and would not be back until the morning. I have stayed in extended stays before and this one by far was the worst of all.

Close to Walmart The didn’t sweep the floors the towels had stains and hair it has roaches just crawling on the front desk in the room crawling around the bathroom the whole room had them

The location was excellent. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet little corner. Yet, we were surrounded by numerous restaurants. Several were within walking distance. There were at least 2 shopping centers within 1/4 mile of the hotel. Upon opening the door to our suite (?exhausted) we were greeted by two tiny roaches on the dinning table. However, accessibility was most of the issue. I requested a ground floor suite because both my husband and l are recovering from knee injuries and other health issues. So, when we discovered upon check in that our room assigned was on the 3rd floor AND ... it was at the exact opposite end of the elevator. We were not at all pleased. That minimized our outside activities to NECESSITY only. The pictures on the website didn't match the room we were assigned. There was NO walk-in shower or safety no slip bars. ?Instead there was a tub that was extra hard to navigate getting and out of. Website showed lovely hardwood floors and ? we got carpet; ?which kicked my allergies in high gear. We paid extra and did NOT get quality for the value of our dollars. We have paid less at gotten more at Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Courtyard and even Baymont properties. The furniture was dated but appeared clean with the exception of the 2 small bugs that were on the table.

Everything felt like an oil painting, almost as if an oil painting had worms under, moving around. The colors were changing like RGB lighting. I do not do crack.

I've never stayed in a hotel where the floors are completely black, and we had to go buy black socks to walk around and were thrown in the trash when we left. There were so many roaches crawling all over we were afraid to put any food out, so we kept it all in the refrigerator. We went out and bought sheets to put over the couch and chair just to sit down. Quality control really needs to visit this place...

Room was covered in roaches I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and roaches literally scattered across the floor when I turned the lights on. No one was at the front desk so my husband and I just decided to leave .they refused to refund me . I don’t recommend this place .

The room was filled with pests (beetles, cockroaches, etc). The room smelled of urine and smoke. Customer service was at least reasonable in that my stay was refunded (I checked out 30 min after I arrived and got a place elsewhere).

Despite the fact that the information they provide to Expedia stated that they had a set per pet per stay policy, the hotel tried to charge me more than six times that amount for each of my three pets. The manager refused to honor the pet fee posted on Expedia despite the hotel having provided it &, despite confirming that the information was on Expedia, she said that she did not have to honor that policy since Expedia was a third-party provider. When my spouse refused to pay an additional highly inflated amount for the other 2 pets, she demanded that we vacate the premises. After giving us until 8 pm to vacate, she tried to charge us for a second night despite her having evicted us and told us that we would only be charged for the first night. She made matters worst by refusing to cooperate with Expedia customer support as they were investigating the situation. Expedia eventually refunded the full fee paid because of it.

It’s not the worst but sure needs some work, rooms are halfway put together, something is always broken in the room, barely have working TVs and remotes, and my last room had roaches!

Room had an overwhelming smell of grease that did not go away even with the windows open. Stayed for two nights. It is an extended stay so property inside is old and smelly. Extremely basic with oatmeal, coffee and granola bars for breakfast. Picture on website is not what it actually looks like.

The woman at the front desk was great. The property however could use some work. The grass was getting high and there were a few hornets and wasps around. The guests a couple of doors down were very noisy but i nevermind it because i was only there overnight and some of those people live there. The carpets could use a good cleaning but for the most part it was ok.

Room we had had a unique no so clean smell, missing picture frames outline of where it was hung was still on the wall. A false wall or panel was not placed properly, could see machinery behind it. Bathroom light for toilet and shower not working. Missing dishes and silverware.

The food options should have more variety. Bed was comfortable but the sofa in the room was old and dingy. The room smelled musty and so did the carpet in the hallway. Everything was dirty, from the headboards having clear wipeable stains, to the table and remote being sticky, I also saw a roach in the bathroom and I had to kill it myself. The room itself isn’t bad but it wasn’t near as sanitary as it should’ve been. Highly disappointed.

The rooms smelled distinctly of smoke despite the non-smoking requirements. I thought that the lights were broken, but it turns out the person before us had just wrapped the smoke detectors with bags so that it would not be detected. Makes me question the cleaning staff…

The check in staff was not very friendly. The room is filthy, the floor has not been swept or vacuumed. There is a terrible odor in both the hallway and room itself. On top of all that I have killed two cockroaches in the room.

Property is falling apart and very unkept. Paint chipping off the walls, huge pieces missing off of the ceiling, air vents are disgusting.

There were all kinds of stains on the bathroom door. There were spots on the floor that resembled blood, there was no way for us to know for sure what it was. The living room had a window a/c unit which is odd for a hotel. Then we discovered a wall thermostat for another a/c. There appeared to be black mold next to this unit. We noticed that the TV stand next to it had severe water damage with a chunk missing. One of the beds looked like someone laid across it after making it up. The sheets were scratchy. The stay was nice for temporary shelter while I awaited the move in date to arrive for my apartment. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. The amenities are great for a long stay. No Breakfast no coffee no room service at all you had to get your own towels you have to get your own toilet paper you have to take your own garbage out or room in the kitchen was nice except for the cockroaches you couldn't leave anything out on the counter at all. The hotel was absolutely disgusting we checked out the next day after checking in even though we were supposed to stay the whole weekend. There was dog poop in the hallway, a trash bag in the second floor stairwell and the hotel smelled awful.

Overall, the property was great. We had an issue & management resolved it immediately. I wish they had a pool, but we enjoyed the patio, grills & stove in our room. We saved money by cooking everyday.

The front desk people were very friendly and the location was convenient to attractions we planned to visit. Otherwise this property had nothing to offer. The common areas smelled stale and overall the feeling was not clean and sanitary. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

One resident was just standing at the door with her small dog, allowing it to urinate right on the doormat. The queen beds themselves were good but the sofa sleeper was utterly disgusting. The mattress was stained, very large & small crumbs all over it. Absolutely NO bedding was located or provided. Asked front desk, who stated there wasn't any but handed my husband a waded up blanket, not folded. One bedroom door & bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in, in fact the bedroom door was barely hanging onto the frame & had a huge crack where it was either punched or forced in. In that same bedroom was a large red stain on the carpet next to bed under the window. Charged $4.99 for 16.9oz bottle of soda since there wasn't a vending machine. I will also be notifying Extended Stay corporation as well of our stay. Attached you'll see pictures of the sofa bed & the doors that were damaged.

This place is run down. Being an Extended Stay there are people living there. They hang out in the front where the grills are and don’t clean up after themselves. At all hours of the night you hear people yelling up and down the hallways. The bed is very uncomfortable, it sinks in the middle.

this place was an absolute disgusting excuse for a hotel. It had bedbugs and cockroaches, and they better be refunding my money immediately they should be reported to the department of health do not stay in this place.

This property is not a motel, it is transitional housing for the homeless and drug addicted. It is the dirtiest, smelliest, most broken property I have ever seen. Don’t let the pictures deceive you! If we wouldn’t have arrived after 10pm and planned to check out the next morning, I would have forfeited my money and booked elsewhere. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!!

The room smelled funny. The pull out couch was gross. When we turned the ac on it smelled weird so we had to sleep with no ac. There was dust covering the ac vents and the vent in the bathroom. Overall the room looked very dingy. I would not stay there again.

The room smelled like animal urine. My family had to leave the property at 1am because there were baby roaches all over the room. My son and I have multiple bites from bed bugs. We spent way too much money to not be able to have a proper place to sleep & refused a refund. This was a horrible experience

Hotel had a smell of smoke. Very noisy from other rooms. No phones in the room to call the front desk. The room felt like it needed a deep clean and to be upgraded. As we were about to leave the toilet flooded the bathroom. Don’t waste your time nor money at this place!

You get what you pay for

Roach infested hotel and trash everywhere. The hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. The place say they offer breakfast and the selectionwas a joke. They only had hot water and oatmeal packets and granola bars not coffee. The whole place is not upkept it looks dingy and worn out. One of the windows did not close and they couldn't fix it. We ended up leaving early. Some of the staff were not very friendly and hallways smell like skunk.

Toilet overflowing... items left in bathroom by previous rental...is there not a care in cleanliness in Hotels any more. Wont stay there again.

Great place

Not safe area. Lots of people hanging around and acting strange. Didn’t want to leave my car here overnight I was afraid it would get broken into. Will not be using extended stay again.

Our room had a weird smell … carpets, couch and chair needs deep cleaning. Micro was not working when we arrived, but was fixed the next day. The hallway carpet was very dirty, with stains which looked they were caused by pet accidents . Went to do some laundry, several machines were out of order. Very frustrating! There was only one top sheet and thin bed cover on bed … no blankets - may want to put blankets in room for cold nights. Only positive thing to say is the man who checked us in on the first night was so nice - wish I had his name so that he could be commended for a job well done.

Our key kept deactivating. We saw roaches in the bathroom. There was always people hanging around outside.

Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Very pretty area. We enjoyed the beauty of the area. Staff was Friendly
