Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road.

We checked in late around 9 pm and the rooms ac was not working. The front desk advised to unplug and reset the ac. It did not work. A man come to fix the unit and he sat on the bed with jeans that had holes in the back. This was very unsettling. The ac did not work. They switched us to another room that smelled of cigarettes. We decided to stay in the room with no ac because we were told we would not get a refund even though the smaller room was less money. The room was very uncomfortable even with one unit working. The bedroom was not.

The staff was excellent. Also the location of the stay was perfect for us. the room was a little dated but for us it was fine.

The location and rate for this hotel worked well. The staff was very helpful and the location was right in the middle of where we needed to be.

The hotel was very outdated. The drains did not drain in the tub nor the sink. The wood was damaged and just painted over them. The bed was decent but it felt dirty. The sofa was worn and it was uncomfortable we did not stay our full booking. On top of it the hotel even refused to give us a refund even though we were not happy with the stay or accommodations.

No hot tub. Bummer.

Breakfast was convenient. The attendant in charge of the breakfast area was superb. She went out of her way to be helpful. I was introduced to a new “flatter” style waffle. Looks a bit like a pancake, but tastes like a waffle. Really delicious. My husband chose eggs or maybe an omelette, he ate before I got there, and did not like them. However he ate a waffle piece with me and liked it. The area was clean and neat. There was a nice selection of things we did not eat. The only down side was that the plastic cups for juice, etc., were tightly stuck together and hard to get apart. That meant you had to handle the rim of the cup, which makes me feel a little less secure as it’s not so sanitary. Overall, I would give breakfast a good rating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We spent very little time in the room, except to sleep. The thermostat in our room did not work, but the desk clerk came up and got the air conditioning set another way, so we were comfortable. The facility is obviously old, but has been redone in many ways. It’s not amazingly, beautiful, but perfectly adequate if what you want to do is sleep and shower. While the bed linens were clean, and the towels were nice, there was a piece of something on the floor under a bench that had not been vacuumed up, and after a shower, a very long black hair appeared from between the shower curtain and the tub side. We have neither black nor long hair.

The resort was Quiet and clean. It was close to where we were going. The only thing that comes to mind was trying to turn left off the main road. The turn signal arrow only stayed green long enough for 3-4 cars to make the turn.

Nice two day stay, breakfast was good. Staff was nice but the check in lady was having a bad day I guess :-). It’s an older property but for the price it was clean, and served its purpose.

We had a room with king bed & a sofa & little kitchenette for a 3 day stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was amazing, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt & fruit was totally kept fulfilled. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my family for a night and overall a good experience. I’ll stay with the good and then opportunities. The hotel itself, the room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast which always appreciated. The parking conditions are great and it’s free. Much appreciated. On the flip side, the toilet got clogged as we were there. I called front desk and was told to go get a plunger since there wasn’t anyone in staff that could do anything about it. I grabbed and unclogged it myself. Not a huge deal. The gym is extremely small. And I mean extremely small. Don’t count on it if you’re looking for a hotel with a gym. It’s has a bench, a few dumbbells, a bicycle machine and treadmill and it’s all in a very small room that you won’t want to be in there with someone else you don’t know. It’s a 1 person small room type of “gym”. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain as quickly as it should, but oh well. It wasn’t the most expensive stay either and it was just one night.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were large and roomy, and the beds were comfortable.

The first room they gave me was dirty. They made up dirty beds and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The second room smelled like smoke. I was only there because my AC went out at home. I will never stay here again. It was a pretty dingy hotel and gave motel vibes. The only upside was the staff.

Room was filthy, dated and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Complementary breakfast was very good, the lady taking care of the food was excellent. Helen at the front desk is a major asset to the hotel.

The coffee was very good, it compares to well known coffee shop with mermaid. The room had good sound insulation from hall and other rooms. There were many families there and we never heard any activity. I could hear every voice and car or motorcycle that was in front of the hotel because we were directly over the entrance.

Check-in was great; but one of my key cards didn’t work. Staff was rarely at the front desk. Breakfast was good.

The only complaint was the woman behind the desk, was very standoffish and rude. When my sister said she was sorry if I seemed a little out of sorts, it’s because of a funeral, my sister replied. The front desk lady retorted, well everyone goes through these things, deal with it.

However, the staff is very nice and I would say it’s clean. Also the bed is once of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I think it’s a little over priced based on its condition but again the staff is very nice and it’s in a great location.

Had to cut my trip short because of the weather, to avoid the ice storm forecasted. Checked out a day earlier to make travel arrangements at the airport. Was told by Mike at the desk to contact you at hotels.com for a refund for my one day. When I contacted you guys I got the run around and no satisfaction or refund. The floor wasn’t the cleanest and the night front desk clerk acted as if I was inconveniencing him and not cordial at all. Beds were very comfortable and room spacious!

Impossible the control the room temperature. Refrigerator didn’t work, but I didn’t need it. I’m sure they would have remedied that if I had told them before I left.

The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean—these two things are most important. Most of the staff were very friendly. The shower is outdated, so it didn’t look clean. The towel hook was falling off the door. The bath mat had mildew on bottom. The microwave plate didn’t fit the microwave and wouldn’t turn properly.

We stay here every year...staff is always super friendly. Beds are comfortable. Great location. Breakfast has a decent variety to choose from. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner...the toilet specifically.

I stay here often and the suite I was placed in was fine until I took a shower. The bathroom filled with the smell of mold or mildew. During the night I woke up coughing and my nose was stopped up. This has never happened before there. Disappointed is an understatement.

Stayed here on thanksgiving eve and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, beds were nice, and the extra office space with the pullout couch was awesome.

But it wasn't all perfect ...The hotel itself was a little outdated. The room had a lot of stains on the floor and, the comforter on the bed felt like plastic. It also had a musty smell in the room. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

I have requested a full refund. I have pictures that show hair in bed, hair in tub, trash on floor, 1 piece of toilet paper on the roll. Lady at desk said no housekeeper or manager was there. Positive: Location, value, good breakfast, cleanliness. Negative: Service and housekeeping. Coffee was unstacked in room. There was a sign stating that "housekeeping would not come in until the 3rd night except upon request." So we requested it on the second morning of our 4 night stay. But we were told we couldn’t get any housekeeping that day - only fresh towels. When housekeeping did come in for our final day, the coffee and cups were not restocked. Upon our departure we decided to email the manager rather than leave a negative review, but he has not responded. We won't be back.

As a female solo traveler, I appreciate the well lit parking lot, safe area and attention to me as a solo traveler. Breakfast is always good!

This is a horrible place to stay

Overall rooms were spacious and clean. However the mini fridge leaked water all over the floor on my last night, and the ice machine was broken. Breakfast was mediocre, I skipped it after my first day. For the price, there are other hotels in the area!

I booked the reservation at this hotel for 4 days and when I got there, I told them the information they needed to look me up. They told me the reservation was canceled because “the charge didn’t go through” I showed them my bank statements and recent payments and proved to them the payment went through and they shut me out. I was being respectful the entire time and they told me they couldn’t help me. I asked about getting another room for 4 nights and they then told me they had none available when in fact they did. I would not recommend this establishment. If I could rate this place a 0/5 I would. The front desk lady was extremely rude too, giving me attitude and being on the phone whilst I was talking to her. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion

Ok, so the hotel was completely booked every night (so they say) and they told me I could check in early being we had traveled 8 hours to get there. So no rooms (they say) was available but…I am a woman of color and people of the other color were checking in early with no problem. I say in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for a room. Then at 2:45 they called my friend who was also waiting with me for her room. And gave 2 more Caucasian clients rooms. Now it’s 3:00 and she tells me there are still no rooms available where she had expressed to me that all rooms would be available at 3. Still no rooms!!! Then finally about 3:30 I got into my room after waiting forever. If there was no rooms then why was other people allowed to check in? But that neither here nor there. The room after getting through the front desk was an overall pleasant experience. It was very clean and comfy.

Due to a storm crossing our driving path north we checked out 1 day early

The bathroom was extremely small. The shower tub was small and the bottom of it was curved. Could not stand in it safely. This hotel is definitely off my list!

The second time staying in this hotel in the last month. And both times have been fantastic. Our rooms have been very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast downstairs was great. Employees were great and very helpful!! Just a GREAT stay.

The rooms were so spacious & clean. The area had everything you need within a 10min proximity which was so convenient and it was next to the highway making commutes very efficient. Absolutely loved my stay at this location. Definitely would recommend

It needs a deep cleaning. Water stops was on all the faucets, no tissue in the tissue box and walls needs some new paint. It was clean enough for a one night stay.

My partner and I had an updated room. The premises was very clean and easy to get to, right off of highway 75. Breakfast was free and had plentiful options, and checkout was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Nice, quiet hotel in a safe area that was convenient to the interstate and restaurants. You can tell it’s time for new furniture and an update but our room was clean and comfortable for the most part.

Have stayed at Country Inn Suites and always satusfied

The property was easy to access, had good parking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

When I walked into my room, I reminded myself that I have stayed in worse places while doing humanitarian aid work in India. The paint on the door was chipped beyond normal wear and tear, and everything looked like it hadn’t been very well taken care of. The sheets and the bedding were the absolute most uncomfortable I’ve ever used in my entire life.

Bathroom in our room had rust in the tub and didn't look all that clean. It could use some updating. Bed was extremely comfortable.

When we arrived on Saturday evening the woman working the desk was unpleasant. That was our only poor encounter. She was rude, couldn’t answer simple yes/no questions about check out and updating my email address, and couldn’t wait to get back to her cell phone- yikes! The rest of the employees were wonderful. Our bed was so comfortable, our room was quaint, clean, and it was great being back in my hometown! Parking was easy and you’re nearby restaurants (definitely check out Taco Mac, just as good as I remember it), and not too far from downtown which is why we came down- to enjoy the national championship game. Go Buckeyes!!

Clean, very comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. Towels were also large and new. Breakfast was average for this type of hotel. I would stay there again.

This hotel is very much in need of renovation. Bad plumbing (leaking sink in our first room, and a terrible drain odor in the second). Several electrical outlets also were non-functional, as well. Although the beds were okay, the rest of the furniture was very tired.Staff was friendly. Obviously not their fault. But this place needs a total reno.

The bathroom was dirty, the person who attended us at the internal check-up was not at all friendly, the beds seemed to have not changed anything in them had hairs.

To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room wouldn’t maintain a comfortable temperature. The bed and pillows were as hard as a rock. The family above us allowed their children to run, jump, and scream from 12 to 4am and the couple continuously yelled at each other. (This last part was obviously not the hotel’s fault, but if this is the type that stay here, do NOT stay here.)

Check in was great. Staff was friendly a d patient. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our stop over.
