We were there for 6 days. The first couple of days breakfast was good. Then a different lady took over and the breakfast was horrible. The eggs were undercooked. One day, no protein option. Bread option became limited and under stocked. Coffee ran out more than once. We gave up and ate elsewhere.

No surprises with a Marriott, always a top notch experience. I have to say probably one of the best selections for the breakfast though :-)

The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and sooo comfortable. They do charge $10 for the airport shuttle which is fine; I just didn't know there was a charge---I thought it was complimentary.

The room was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a wake up call at. 3am on January 15th for a shuttle ride to the airport. We never got the wake up call and woke up at 3:50am for a 4am shuttle. If yhat wasn't late we would have missed our flight..Otherwise the room and people were nice and friendly.

Very comfortable bed. 12:00 check-out. Very clean I think you should offer guests a bottle of water. It would have been appreciated and not a big expenditure for Marriot. Makes the hotel look cheap.

Property is nice and in a long string of upper scale hotels; bathrooms and beds are higher end. It’s in an industrial neighborhood without much around but businesses are easily within cheap uber distance.

Ease of check-in and -out, value and cleanliness. Very few customers total and noisy ones were placed right above me. Should try to stagger rooms/floors when possible.

It was a very clean facility and smelled so clean! The house keepers were amazing and take pride in what they do. We only have one complaint which is we called in advance about the hot tub being in working service. We were told it was but it wasn’t . We had to walk to another sister hotel which was not ideal by any means.

Great place for a stopover after a very late airport arrival. The shower was really good, with nice water flow. The room was clean and very quiet. It looked recently renovated. The breakfast was okay.

It was clean. They had airport shuttle. However, you have to conch the property directly, not thru booking.com at least 24 hours in advance to make reservation. Contacting the property thru booking does not work for shuttle reservation. Walls were paper thin. At 4am could hear people walking above me. Someone in the room next to me let an alarm clock go off for over an hour! I got very little sleep. The second night I moved to Hampton inn. Waaay more quiet. It was in the same location.

We started here on our way back from Palm Springs to Vancouver. We ended up spending an extra day to explore Sacramento which is about 20 minutes away. The hotel is clean and has free parking. Breakfast was decent. There are no restaurants nearby and we had to drive about 10 minutes to find something. Overall good experience.

What a wonderful place to stay! We picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to Sacramento International Airport. This was very convenient for us to catch our international flight. Breakfast was great ! All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The rate are high. The room was clean and the location was easy to find.

Staff was friendly. I was suprised by the room. It was nicer than other hotels in the area. I will definitely be staying at the Fairfield again for future trips.

The only negative thing is the parking is not great and they have planted some type of sap trees around their lot and the sap gets all over your car and you have to run it through a carwash everyday and that was annoying and costly. This may be seasonal...as it hadnt happened before and this time we stayed in September.

I found this room last minute while on a long road trip. Everything was straightforward and clear. There were a lot of people when I arrived to check-in but I didn't have to wait very long. The staff were very professional and organized us efficiently and quickly while still being welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean; they even had my name on the tv screen welcoming me to add that personal touch. Everything about my stay was amazing! I sometimes travel this route and will remember this hotel on future trips whenever I need a break for the night.

The only bummer was there was a power outage in the morning scheduled for around 7:30 AM. So we felt rushed to get out early. But I don’t think it was the hotel’s fault. It’is a very clean & quiet hotel. I highly recommend it. Very comfy beds! Plus… FREE BREAKFAST! What’s not to love?

The entrance smells like wet dog and vomit. The same for all the carpet in the halls. No towels at the pool or any sort of shade. Pool was very dirty also. There is one elevator that travels the 3 flowers and my grandma can push a piano uphill faster than this elevator. My daughter got food poisoning from the breakfast.
