The service was great! The room was clean and comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows we got them immediately. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Coffee, tea, juices. Everyone was hospitable. We enjoyed are stay.

Customers need to know there is no hot food for breakfast. I saw many travelers disappointed by that.

Room was good for catching the auto train the next day. Only drawback is that the breakfast was limited. Continental breakfast usually does at least include egg sandwiches.

The location was great. They were restaurants and stores to fulfill your needs. It was also right off the highway, which was helpful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Water in the room or a coffee machine would’ve been nice. But there was plenty of coffee downstairs each morning.

My family, friends, and I all decided to stay at this hotel for my brother’s wedding. I was first greeted by Vinnie one of the managers at the reception desk. To say he was just helpful as an understatement. He went above and beyond and made my stay very pleasurable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good and the pool is clean as well. As per critiques, I would only say that the hallways smell a little funky. If I’m in that area again, I would 100% pick this hotel to stay at.

Even after a Booking rep called the hotel to prove my reservation and special request to check in close to midnight was approved by Spark Hilton. Still he insisted that without the confirmation number in his system, it was invalid, even with receipt. Close to 1am, I was told that I needed to go elsewhere. Today, Hotel management has yet to forward me Regional Manager information I requested, so I can ask if hotel staff acted according to training as they did not escalate the issue but instead turned a Hilton Honors member away simply because I booked through a third party. Yet the third party, Booking.com, doesn’t seem to be the party that dropped the ball.

The hotel is right by the highway, that was the main reason my husband and I picked this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. After hours driving on the road, we actually slept good with the comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. We especially loved the yogurt 😋 we definitely will come back to this hotel again.

My family and I stayed here for three nights and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. I do wish the hotel offered a wider breakfast selection and had a few more amenities available at the front desk—like earplugs, bathrobes, or slippers. The pillows could have been more comfortable as well, but overall, it was a great stay.

We were originally booked for 2 nights and travel to another city and get another hotel. Sparks was enough to quickly book for another 2 nights stay. It was well worth the stay even if we had to travel a bit. Thank you

Was a good stay. Close to lots of restaurants, Target and Walmart

Breakfast menu was very scarce. Parking was great and so was the front desk staff in the evening (Vinnie was lovely).

I cannot express enough how friendly the staff is here. The room i stayed in was a king bed suite and it so comfortable and cozy . I didn’t even care about anything else lol. Best Value and best rooms in Woodbridge by far!

I even had a rep from Hotels.com call the desk and he refused to provide proof of the 2 extra rooms. he had me so upset that I was paying for 2 extra rooms. My husband went to desk and he got an apology for upsetting me but no apology to me

Glad I found this place. It was clean and staff were very nice. Breakfast was ok. Wish they had English muffins.

No coffee in the AM during breakfast. Could not grab a yogurt cup to go. That institutional yogurt dispenser was very unappealing. I don’t think it would kill you to have a brand name single serve yogurt available on ice. I ended up going to the local Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee and a yogurt that I could eat while on the road.

We had an enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. Soaps and lotion dispensers were full. The only issue was the refrigerator did not get cold. We were in room 224. We were with other family members with a total of 4 rooms. Pool was great as the grandkids spent a lot of time there. Thank you for a great stay.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was nothing warm, and no protein at all except cold hard boiled eggs. Not even powdered scrambled eggs. Maybe that's fine for most, but I find cheap carbs to be the worst thing you can have for breakfast. I could have written it off if they had the standard hotel waffle maker, but none of those either. It's really the bare minimum to legally be allowed to call it breakfast.

Staff was great minus the housekeeping walking in my room at 9:55 while I was undressed. Then I requested late check out the night before and there was no mention of the water being shut off at check in. So I wasn’t able to shower or brush my teeth prior to leaving.

I am disappointed, to be a higher quality hotel for breakfast to be the bare minimum. bagels , yogurt, muffins was not what I had in mind knowing that personally I came from a lower quality hotel and they had eggs, sausage, and waffles . Please bring some hot food to the menu

Had to run the hot water for several minutes to get it even warm. Glad we were up early because the dumpster got emptied at 5:30am. I'm sure that was a problem for those sleeping.😴

Check in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the shower head is high enough that my 6 foot tall self didn't have to duck to get under it, and it had enough water pressure that showering doesn't take twice as long trying to rinse off under a trickle. A good shower for me is hard to come by in hotels for those two reasons, and they nailed it here, as far as I'm concerned. 10/10, would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was joined by another one so I could hear some conversation from the next room. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but only regular coffee and hot water were available at 6 am, so had to leave the place without having the breakfast which was disappointing.

Then there was the dog barking. It sounded like a German Shepherd. Some entitled and very stupid guest left the dog alone and went out. The barking went on for hours while we were trying to sleep. The front desk couldn't help since the dog owners were unavailable!!!

Cleanliness. Coffee was great! Staff was very nice and professional.location was good. My bed was hard and very squeaky. When I moved it made noise. Reported it to the the Front desk. The breakfast should at least had toast, or waffles with a meat selection. Many people don't like muffins and seede bagels.

The property was in a great location, it was clean, the check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was disappointing and I wish our room would have been cleaned and replenished every day instead of every other day.

When we arrived there was a computer issue and we were told to wait in the lobby with other guest they could not check us in at the moment after a 7 hour drive with kids this was not ideal. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes in the lobby and then get in line behind multiple other guest for check in.

They only had bagels, muffins, yogurt and oatmeal packets. It would have been nice to see some bacon at the least. Aside from that we would highly recommend and will be staying here next time we are in town.

This was our second stay in 3 months and everything was great! The staff were really kind and personable. The room was extremely clean. We enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights here! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Woodbridge!

The staff went above and beyond to help me out, even though hotels.com did not deliver my note that said to not use scented products in the room because I’m severely asthmatic. Not only was there sent in the room, but the property has been rehab recently enough that it is just oozing with VOCs. I spent my entire stay wheezing and having burning eyes and nose. The only way to make it tolerable was to open my windows, which meant that I couldn’t really air condition in my room. I actually had fantasies about sleeping in my car! if you are chemically sensitive at all, give this hotel another year and then it’ll be a wonderful stay. I also found it problematic that the free breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, except for some not great, hard, boiled eggs, and the room was advertised as having a coffee maker in it and it did not so I had to get dressed and go down into the world to have my 1st cup of the day, which is not my preference. Nevertheless, the coffee was good!

Friendly staff, I was upgraded to a studio suite which was very nice. It was very quiet and I slept great, They also had a nice breakfast layout with bagels, muffins and cereal, and most important good coffee 😊.

I would 100% recommend staying here! The room was spotless and so peaceful—I never heard a sound from the surrounding rooms. I felt completely relaxed and rested, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The location Too many ants in the room and on the bed. The previous guest left food crumbs under bed and house keeping didn’t sweep it up. Causing ants to be everywhere in the room. We call and ask for assistance like give us some spray so we can spray or come spray and sweep but the front desk said they will fix it but never called back or come to the room. We had our toddler girl with us so we just went to Walmart and bought some spray and a broom to sweep.

The subsequent nights were without issue.

Honestly for the price, this hotel was great. Good parking, rooms were clean, quiet and pretty large, comfortable beds. Nice sized tvs in the rooms. The last hotel i stayed at was marriat an double the price, an this one blew it out of the water.i was highly suprised by how nice the room was for the price. The only downfall was no breakfast, but there was a bagel bar an theres a ton of food nearby.

We stay here frequently when in town. Vinnie is always kind & such a joy. King Suite is always clean as well as the rest of the facilities . Never disappoints.

Very noisy hallway on first floor. Doors closing constantly til after 11pm. Could use a better breakfast. No hot or gluten friendly options. Hard boiled eggs completely stuck to shell and inedible.

Cannot give 5 stars because of odor and because the housekeeping staff was ANNOYING!! They knocked and came into the room before we could get to the door by 9:00 am. WHAT ON EARTH??? Checkout wasn’t until noon and we were registered for a late checkout at 1:00. Then, at noon on the dot they tried again. I told them we had a late checkout. Just a few minutes later THEY ENTERED THE ROOM. We told them AGAIN we were registered for a late checkout. They told us to call the front desk. You can bet we did—to complain. This was completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! The SAME THING happened to my friends that were also staying in the hotel. The staff needs to work on their communication.

My experience was great! The only thing that was less than great was the handles were broken off of the windows, so I could not lift them to get some fresh air.

It was my sisters birthday week/weekend, it was amazing the whole trip. No loud noises and so many food options plus things to do walking distance. It was a good stay. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the location and access to mall and restaurants.

Staff was very friendly, we were greeted in the morning and chatted up by a gentleman that worked there, maybe it was a manager. Nice guy.

What matters to me when l stay in a hotel is cleanliness, comfy beds, amenities, quietness & location. “Spark Hotel” has all these qualities. We enjoyed our weekend stay. Hilton has done all the right things here!

Love the ease of checking in and room assignments. Staff was very friendly and professional in meeting my special needs during the stay.

Customer service was great.

The only thing i didn't like was the breakfast. There was no coffee ready or hot meal, and the jard boiled egg and condiments were frozen.

The hotel was amazing however breakfast was disappointing. The suite was clean and had everything I needed. Inside pool was pretty.

What made this hotel was the front desk person when I checked in. He was so friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel itself was…musty hidden by a strong air freshener that smelled like man cologne. The design was fresh and fun. It could have just been my bad luck but I could hear literally everything from the room next to mine which made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was included but was mainly carbs and was quite sparse. For a quick night stay- it did the job! The convenience of the location was A .

My family’s experience was that the stay at Spark’s was amazing. The bed was very comfortable it was very clean and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. I will stay there again when I come back to Woodbridge, VA.

First time using this hotel. easy check in, very clean & nice clean room. A few problems with the room. 1- 2 outlets in the bathroom not working 2- AC / heater unit wasn't working great, no big deal. We reported to front desk at check out. We be using this hotel from now on. The price was great.
