We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.

Loved the room, my daughter loved breakfast every day, we found bed to be too soft and pillows way too soft. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Overall we had a great stay!

Only thing i had an issue with was the room being too dark and there is no fan in the bathroom that we could find a switch for? Other than that, the check in was easy and breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice and clean. It could use a little updating. I forgot my phone charger block and other hotels have lamps or charging ports available to charge a phone with the cord only. That was the only downfall.

Room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. At time of check in i was shcoled to find that i had to pay a 10 dollar parking fee which was absurd because it was an outside lot with enty of spaces and outside of the city. I will not stay here ever again

The first room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room! There system was also down when I went to change my room. So I had to wait till that evening to change rooms!!

The hotel with conveniently located to the highway the inside was clean and were spacious. The structure of the building is nice and the cleaners are nice. Is the owners and the front desk customer service is so bad I don’t make you hate it.

This location is close to a nice mall. Having said that you will need transportation as nothing is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean. In all fairness we visited over the Christmas Holidays and they did post the limited menu a head of time. The breakfast is what you would expect at a Hotel. On Christmas Day it was limited. I was counting on the breakfast as everything else was closed.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I hadn’t stayed in a Homewood Suites before and didn’t know what to expect. The area around the hotel was nice with a nice shopping/dining area just down the street with a Wegmans. The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again and if this is the standard for Homewood suites I will definitely stay in one again. Only things that could have been better is if they had cinnamon fir the oatmeal and if temperature in the gym was set at a lower temperature. I adjusted the thermostat but it didn’t seem to help.

We tried t book a room that was handicap accessible. We got a room that was hearing accessibility .There were bars in the bathroom making the stay very difficult for someone in a wheelchair

Terrible, Stay for three days, Room was never clean, towels never change. Bulb in the bathroom kept going off especially when u are taking a shower. Its dark. The bed is very uncomfortable, Both me and my wife left with side pain. They should do a better job with guests.. A small bottle of water is $3.00. I think in my opinion that's robbery.

The lady at the front desk not only was she not helping me but she didn't help the customer after me! She was extremely rude and the rooms look like motel rooms. Bugs and just not a clean room at all!

Check in was a little bumpy (not sure if technology hasn't cooperating or I had just been in my car for waaay too long - either could be true!) They had little check in gifts for our furry friends which was adorable! We settled into our room which was incredibly quiet despite being on the end and backside of the building. The traffic on the outside is loud though so keep that in mind if it you have dogs that are sensitive to cars that backfire. We were able to walk to Tropical Smoothie for dinner and crashed shortly after that. We dropped off our keys the next morning so I can't speak to breakfast. Mirna and Sebastina were lovely to work with though.

Property easy to access, close to food and shopping. Hotel has good amenities. Kid friendly, pool kept clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were on top of everything.

The check-in Lady, I don't recall her name, was so helpful and courteous - she taught me that going through Expedia, I am not getting Hilton Points...so I now have a choice to make...she also helped me get ice for food stuffs that I had in my car, as I was making a three day trip from Florida to Connecticut - we will stay here again next year.

The stay was a good experience overall. The beds are comfortable. Nice full fledge kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and convenient even for the handicapped. They also offer really good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The breakfast was Awesome. I loved the location of the hotel & my room. The room was great, clean, & comfortable. Everything was great until the staff felt a need to say unnecessary things to my children & start trying to single them out for no reason at all. Started judging them & addressing them when both parents were present in the building.

We stayed here one night to attend a wedding in Woodbridge. Wish we'd had time to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, which looked great. Our room was on the 1st floor by a parking lot, but very quiet. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure and hot water. Even the iron supplied in the room was top notch. Didn't use the kitchen due to our short stay, but it was well appointed. Breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of quantity, quality, and choice. All staff were friendly. I used the gym in the morning. Weight selection and equipment are limited, but good enough for a quick functional workout while on holiday.

Only thing my husband and myself did not like about the stay is the breakfast we did not like the taste of the food. It was set out to be more for the kids and women then adults and men. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel is old and dated. The rooms had peeling wallpaper/paint and the furniture was very old and worn. Staff was very friendly. But if you’re looking for modern and clean, I would recommend another hotel.

Needed to go back to room one last time before checkout, the housekeeping staff was already there, door open. Our things weren’t in there but needed to use the facilities.

My room mate went up around a half hour later asking about the coffee and told her last time we were here they said they made the coffee every couple of hours, She said no that is not true. We do not do that. A professional would have recognized this as a customer service opportunity and got up and made fresh coffee whether it was a half hour earlier than she wanted or not. It definitely was not a "Hilton experience" Sunday morning the electricity was not working in the3 bedroom, ceiling fan and light. The electricity was not working in the kitchen. We told the front desk at 7am. It was not addressed at all. we told them again at check out around 10:30am and they appeared to then write it down.

We traveled from VT and after 11 hours, we were so pleasantly surprised that on Wednesdays, there was soup, salad and other food options available and included in our stay. The breakfast is always delicious and we will be back again very soon for another family event. This is the only place we will stay. Nothing to note here.

The express breakfast is horrible and you must drive two to five miles to get decent food. Housekeeping is every three to five days. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. Kept dirty towels and trash in room for three days. Other than that everything else was good.

The women at breakfast were amazingly kind and sweet. Women at the desk we’re equally as sweet and kind. We were two property managers on vacation amazed at the cleanliness of this hotel. That’s not an easy bar to meet and they exceeded it during a very busy day. Very impressed!

I booked the room thru Orbitz and was given a handicap accessible room. (not needed) I have found that’s usually what happens when I book thru a third party site. The bed at this location was not very comfortable.

My four teens took up the two beds but me and my wife didn’t sleep at all hence this early in the morning response. Expected a little more from a Hilton I guess. Now we have to get back on the road and we haven’t slept a wink. :(

I enjoyed my stay at homewood suites. The room was nice and clean front desk was exceptional my only issue was there was no lobby bar and a restaurant to order a sandwich or snacks. I went to the hotel next door for a late night sandwich and drink.Breakfast was good.

AC broke and I couldn’t stand the heat. The only issue was that the website says they allow pets but apparently no cats. Should say that is the hotel website.

The pet fee was the most I’ve ever been charged 100.00 is too much to ask

I searched for a pet friendly destination but upon checking in was informed there would be a $100 fee for my small dog. I walked out. The room was $215 so they wanted to change me as much for the dog as for me! Ridiculous! Do not go here if you have a pet.

Hotel.com website did not mention there was a $100,00 pet fee. This should have been included on the website when booking. Very upsetting

I had requested my room not be next to an elevator or an ice machine. My room was next to an elevator. Fortunately, the rooms are pretty well sound-proofed. I did not hear the elevator at all and I got a solid 8 hours of sleep both nights of my stay. I had a room on the 2nd floor of this 5 floor property.

I wish they had 2 chairs instead of only one so we both could sit at the desk for eating. I loved the kitchen with a fridge and stove top. The room was very nice.

This place is great. Desk manager, Ronald, was absolutely a pleasure to meet. He handled our room booking mistake immediately and without question. He took the time to chat about our stay and the area for food and shopping. Will absolutely stay here again.

Suite with 2 queen beds worked well for 1night stopover on family road trip. It was comfortable and roomy enough for 4 plus 2 dogs. Beds were good and property seemed pretty new. It wasn’t too crowded on day after Christmas so free parking was ample. Free breakfast options were OK although kids would’ve preferred scrambled eggs instead of cheese omelets. There was a holiday hot chocolate station set up (I added crushed candy canes to mine). We appreciated the large field with waste bags for dog walking. Would recommend this property.

We were traveling with 3 young children and our stay couldn’t have been any smoother. Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely stay at this location again in our travels down the east coast

The place was clean. The layout was nice with a living room and kitchenette. Breakfast could have been better and the elevator sensors do not work. The elevator closed on my breakfast tray and spilled everything on the floor.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at so far. Also the breakfast was excellent and the kitchen/dining area was spotless.
