    The beds are so comfortable and pillows were great. Breakfast was nothing special. Typical continental. Would have given 5 stars had there been bed clothes for the pullout sofa. When your reservation is for 2 adults and 4 children it should be standard practice to have the room ready with bed clothes for the sofa .

    The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a noise coming from the AC unit in our room, the maintenance person came to check it out quickly but told us there was nothing they could do. Fortunately the noise stopped, other than that the hotel was very quiet.

    LOCATION HORRIBLE CONSTRUCTION. WALLS AND FLOORS ARE PAPERTHIN. TOO MANY LOUD NOISES. HEAR GUEST WALKING ABOVE YOU. WORSE THAN STAYING IN AN APARTMENT. HALLWAYS SMELLED LIKE WEED. WEED SMELL COMING THRU WALLS FROM AJOINING ROOMS INTO YOUR ROOM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. MOTEL 6 IS BETTER THAN THAT HOTEL!!!

    Went to check in at 3.They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 4. They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 5 They said my room wasn't ready. I found a house keeper and she said my room has been ready for hours. Finally got my key around 5.30. Mind you I just drove 8 hrs to get there and just want to sleep. Very disappointed in there lack of communication 😕

    The location was good. There was an odor because trash was piled by the elevators. You can hear the plumbing running from the room above, not just normal flushing. As well as the foot falls of the other occupants in the room above.

    Watch your bills as I was charged for a item I did not purchased. When asked about it, I kept getting the run around. Its been more than a month and have not yet gotten a refund or a follow up like they promised. Also, do not expect house keeping to do their job. They were to clean every other day. We left a tip to thank them the first time. They only replaced the toilet paper roll and took the tip. After 3 times asking to get room service, it took the general manager to finally check to get the room cleaned by then we only had 1 night left before our trip was over. Later thats when we found out we got charged for a drink we did not buy. I had a wonderful experience at another location, which is why I choose this one this time.. but after this experience I would not come back here again. Very disappointed.

    The location was perfect The cleanliness was awful, hair was everywhere you could imagine in the room, I mean everywhere from the kitchen area floor and the bathroom was the worse. When you pay to stay somewhere, you shouldn’t have to do housekeeping’s job. They aren’t cleaning properly, they’re sweeping and swishing hair from one area to the next.

The beds were comfortable & the pull out sofa bed was more than fine for my smaller two children. The storage options are really great for setting up your clothes and things the way you want to set them up. The bathroom wasn't the biggest but it wasn't cramped. I stayed here 2 nights as a family of 5 and we were fine with the room. It's the size equivalent of most newer NY apartments The water pressure wasn't the strongest in the shower for those that want water pressure like Newman and Kramer.

    Pur room was clean and spacious. My couch was old and the pull-out was uncomfortable. Great shampoo and bay wash by Zero, no conditioner offered, though. Welcoming pool and well-appointed gym with laundry room. Breakfast was standard. It was good enough for our two mornings, could get boring after two mornings. The surrounding areas were clean. Due to the busy weekend and limited housekeepers the garbage pails always seemed to be full. The coffee in the lobby is a nice offering, but chilled water would be a great addition. The employees I interacyed withbay the front desk were very pleasant, especially Mary.

    I chose this location to enjoy the Cherry Blossom festivities in DC and then ro wake up and hit Potomac Mills Mall for shopping. Worked out perfectly. We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool, but lassing by after the pool was closed and the water settled, it looked kinda of dirty and scummy; I'm sure they will shock & clean it (hopefully).

    We had just left another Home2 Suites elsewhere , and unfortunately this property was not up to par from the last one. The cleanliness could use more effort and the room definitely had a ‘not fresh’ smell to it. There were also stains on the sofa. There was no conditioner or lotion in the bathroom like the other Home2 Suites, nor was water available in the lobby. We had visited the pool on different days and it had never been cleaned because leftover towels were still on the floor, plus guest towels were not replenished. The hard boiled eggs for breakfast were never available and clearly the staff could not keep up with the volume of guests at breakfast. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

It's an awkward layout for lots of people (i.e. Saturday and Sunday morning) and the quality of the food was terrible. The bins were often empty, and the warm foods were terribly over-cooked or under-cooked. Limp bacon and hard-as-a-rock sausage patties. The eggs were made from powdered eggs because they were very "mealy". The options were very few as well. I'm sorry to write such a bad review but the breakfast was not good.

Here are the reasons : 1-The room heater did not heat the room, when I told this to the official, he said that the technical team would come the next day, but no one came and looked! That night we stayed in the cold of January 2-There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, I told the staff in the morning, it was empty again on the 2nd day and they couldn't do anything! It is very strange that they find customers with this service concept!

    My king-size mattress seem to sag in the middle. However, the room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My experience at the front desk was not the best, as the receptionist charged my card twice instead of once for incidentals. I had to bring this up the day after checking in for it to be reversed.

    Good hôtel for 1 night. Great location and amazing staff. However, a lot of guests with big dogs. Dogs should stay on ground rooms only. We had a dog up to our room, not fun!

    When we arrived we checked in fine. Byt wgrn we got to the room it was bit what i reserved. I reserved a 2 queen wheelchair accessible roon with sofa bed. The room we were assigned was 1 queen bed. This eas rented for 3 adults and 2 children. This was not acceptable. My husband went to the front desk and was told that they had no more of ylrge room that was reserved. So in essence they gave away my paid room!! He eas rild there was nothing that he could do. My husband explained that all of us could not sleep in that 1 room. The attendant then suggested another room on another floor for the other 3 people. Luckily my 2 kids are older, but i did bot ferl safe with them being on another floor. We did take the room and to get them settled. In the original room neither tv would work. No connection. Tried to call the front desk several times but no one ever picked up. Again my husband went to the front desk to tell them and was offered another room with working tv's. I husband went ti the room to see if they worked, but it was not a handicap accessible room. So we were bot able to move because they had no other one available. So no tv and no family time in the room. This was very disappointing. We were told we could talk to Mary the next morning. The next morning we asked to speak to Mary. Mary told us that she would investigate and give us a call. That was November 28th. Mary never called. I have called several times to speak to Mary and have still Dec.15th heard nothing. Refund!

When I got to my room, the sofa bed was open, all the drawers were open, the cabinet below the tv was open. It made me feel as if the room wasn’t ready. The TV was also on. As it turned out, all was fine. I went down later and asked about the breakfast start time, and nobody else came into the room even though it didn’t appear absolutely ready. All was fine.

    Very clean and well maintained. There was a fan in the bathroom which you don't always have which we really appreciated. The pool was beautiful but sadly we never had a chance to use it. We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked fine. Check in/out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room itself was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival, which made settling in pleasant. The bathroom and sheets were spotless, and overall cleanliness in the room was impressive. However, I did notice a few gnats in the room, which was a bit annoying. While it didn’t ruin the stay, it’s something the hotel should address. The amenities and hallway areas were less appealing — they had a noticeable odor that detracted from the otherwise clean environment. It was one particular man that worked the late night shift that couldn’t seem to do anything right or answer any questions. For now, I’d say it’s decent for a short visit, especially if you prioritize a clean sleeping space.

    This was a conveniently located hotel if you want to be close to shopping at Potomac Mills/Ikea. The hotel itself was overall great. The guy who checked us in the evening of 10/24 was awesome. He had a great personality and went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The only negative I would list is the breakfast. The breakfast area was not stocked either morning we came down so the options that should have been provided were not. I would stay here again.

    Walking in the hotel, it looked modern. They had ample charging stations. The room was very nice. It was quite large compared to other hotels we stayed in. Water pressure to the shower was low, but still nice. Noticed the shampoo container hook was coming out of the wall. Like that it has a decent size refrigerator and microwave, plus dishes and silverware to use if we had leftovers from restaurants. Breakfast was okay for a quick meal, but I’ve had better. Also had a sofa and ottoman table which was also nice. Enough drawers to store our clothes. Nice large TV that had more channels than the other hotel we usually stay at. All in all, I was impressed and will stay there again.

The handicap, roll in shower allowed water to flow out the door and soak the bedroom carpet. Very poor design. The property was clean and safe and all the staff was great.

    Breakfast is adequate. Would prefer hot scrambled eggs instead of pancake like pieces of egg; love the hard boiled eggs; Maybe add some yogurt. But the current breakfast is overall good. Good choices of cereal, and chance to make pancakes. Good choice of juices. Staff is very couteous. Soffie who check us in was outstanding. I do not know her official title, but she is good management material.

    The hotel was horrible. The parking lot was infested with bees and waterbugs. The walkways smelled like wet dogs and weed. The elevators were dirty. My hotel room was ok, but the bathroom sink stopper was loose and did not work. Also the bathroom light was dim and stopped working. There was a lot of noise with a party under my room and barking dogs. There are a lot of homeless people living in the hotel and parking lot. I did not feel safe and checked out early.

    They offer daily housekeeping but it is not true. I stood there for 5 nights and they never came to switch out towels, take out garbage, or any cleaning of any sorts. I called down each day after the second day asking if they can come and clean the room and switch out towels and was told they would but never showed up. When I would call back in the afternoon I was told housekeeping went home. I would have to go to the front desk to get new towels or toiletries. Everyone was leaving their garbage and used towels in the hallways outside their doors.

    I booked a room with a bath tub specifically and when I got there they said there were none available for my entire stay. The hotel is decently clean, but I understand there are pets so it’s harder to keep clean and smelling nice. There was only one staff member at check in, so I had to wait 15 mins or so just to check in. The sink clogged and they said maintenance will fix it, but they never came during the 4 night stay.

    Stayed for 6 nights they have posted in the room they would clean/ make the beds every other day. They cleaned our room on the day before we checked out. I said something to them about cleaning our room and they said I had to request it the morning of. I had to ask for clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, felt like they were worn out. They do have a laundry room but do not keep quarters so you can get change to do your laundry. Charge 4.00 for 1 box of soap for the washer. I feel that is a little outrages.

    I arrived a few minute before 3 pm, the listed check in time, and was told my room was not ready because it still had to be cleaned, and that I would have to wait at least another hour. After already driving 2 hours with a child this was not ideal. Then when I did finally check in, I was told I had to pay a $100 “incidental fee”, which I have never had to do with another hotel. This was something that should be listed when you reserve a room there because not everyone has that extra money for them to just hold. There were no towels at the pool, you had to go back to the front desk to ask for them. And, our room was reserved for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, and there were only 2 towels in the room. When we returned to the front desk to ask for towels for our room, we were told there were no towels and we would have to wait until the next day. UNACCEPTABLE! The breakfast was just ok. The positives were that the room was clean, beds were comfortable and great sized fridge. I probably would choose a different hotel next year.

    This property was a last minute booking when we needed one night stay. The room was technically “clean” but there were stains on the carpet, the couch was patched with extra fabric, the sides of the bed were scratched up from pets. The shower had mold everywhere. We found personal lubricant and an old candy toy by the bed. The window looked out onto a junkyard and a dog boarding. The breakfast wasn’t even continental, it was so limited and the food they did have looked gross and microwaved.

    The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Overall, the property was very clean and well-maintained. The mall is only a block away, as well as many restaurants. In fact, a few are within walking distance. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was due to the vent in the bathroom. It's made of metal and made a clanking noise all night. I believe it was caused by the wind. Since I am a light sleeper, it was very annoying.

    Did not get to use the pool but it looked welcoming. Breakfast was only sub par, not the best we’ve at Home2. There’s parking in a parking garage around back but the only parking close to entrance is handicap. I liked that they had snacks you could buy not out of a machine. We will probably not be in the area again but if so we would stay there again.

    We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and we were traveling with our young children...we were very surprised to find that it wasn't heated and it was FREEZING! The breakfast was yummy but the gentleman at the front desk was SO rude!!! For the price we paid, we were very disappointed.

    I booked on Expedia a week before my trip, the day of check in at 5am they took the money out of our account for the stay, perfect we don’t have to worry about paying when we get there. When I got there and checked in they charged my card for the total amount again! So over $400 out of our account for a 2 night stay. And still no resolution.

    This is our second time staying at this hotel and was not as happy with it. Last time we felt valued and the room was very nice. This time the room had a smell to it, the bed had no suport and felt like an old mattress. Also the shower door didnt stay closed all the way. As for checkong in and out this time it was more of a feeling you were bothering them then like they wanted to help you and value you. Last time the girl was amazing with checking you in and answering all your questions. I hope if we return there next time it will fell more like a nice place to stay instead of a cheap motel.

    In the future, I will call the location directly (unfortunately I cannot depend on IDC’s to deliver good information in the reviews) to ask for specifics. Hilton is a good brand overall and we will always book with them, but I would definitely be leery of this particular location.

    Everything about the stay was good except the pool. While they did have the indoor pool as advertised, it was not heated and was VERY cold. So cold, my children didn't swim. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. We came back from a day of sightseeing, excited to swim but could not.

    Odd smell in our room and our sons. Smelled like sulfur or rotten eggs. Was truly disappointed at the water pressure and the hot water was only warm. Could have been cleaner. Hair in the shower and stuck on the towels.

    No conditioner, no hair dryer, the worst shower and facilities in all Home2 Suites! Can you believe you’ll have to experience static electricity when sleeping in the bed during the whole night??? Also they have an unreasonable high charge for the pets at the front desk. Never stay in this hotel!

    We chose this property over other hotels in the are because it advertised a swimming pool however the pool was not heated. With outside temperatures of 30 degrees a swimming pool with cold water was not appealing. The room no usb available to charge our phones and there was no smart TV to watch our apps.

    Parking was horrible and the outside is a hot mess nothing nice to look at. Ur in between junkyards and brush. Staff will not ask ppl to leave for smoking pot and doing swigs outside when told. Also when told to ask the ppl upstairs that have kids to stop jumping all night to early morning it got ignored. Worst time I had in Virginia and do not recommend staying here. Was bothered for maintenance to replace lights over bed while we were there as well. Also house keeping don’t knock they just barge in. Breakfast was a huge big shame. For the price u pay and breakfast wasn’t anything like they say it is it’s a shame. Also to charge a ridiculous price for pets is crazy and they have no where for them to go potty except upfront in a full bed of poop. Ppl aren’t made to pick up after their pets. Horrible stay

    The floors are super thin and can hear every movement. You can hear everyone around you walking or dropping things. We had the people below us call and complain about us and it was bc my kids were walking and dropped their phones a couple times. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. I woke up both mornings very stiff. It smelt of marijuana which causes my daughter to cough and sneeze. The staff was really nice however.

    It’s the dirtiest Home2 I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was not clean and had no chair. Bathroom had hairs on walls. Housekeeping very unprofessional and rude. Lobby coffee counter was terrible mess and dirty. Outdoor patio just trash.

    Lamp by bed broken and hanging down, drain plug not working in sink, body wash empty, dog day care outside the window with dogs barking early every morning. Morning breakfast weak. Super old bananas and apples with bruises. Cheap Jimmy Dean ( or whatever brand) prepackaged breakfast things.

    A unica coisa que deixou a desejar foi a cozinha nao ter fogao, nao me atentei a esse detalhe, so te microondas, acho até desperdício uma cozinha daquela nao ter fogao pequeno! Mas ok 😅, quarto limpo e aconchegante, banheiro limpo, agua quente ! Cafe da manha é bom! Nao e maravilhoso, é bom! Ficaria de novo se precisar! E ficar por poucos dias, pq nao tem fogao 😅😅😅

    The only thing I liked about this place was the room. I had many dislikes about this place. One thing that bothered me was the set up of the building was strange. There was no close parking spaces when checking in. I had to walk aways to the front entrance. Another thing was that there was no luggage carts available after checking in. Another thing was the pet area was tiny.

    Much better experience here than the HIExpress across the road on my previous trip. Staff? 10/10!!! Breakfast? 8/10. Room. 8/10. Nice. Clean. Great shower. But a lot of bleed over noise from the surrounding rooms including TV at 3:00 am. I’d stay here again. Walking distance to some great restaurants.
