Nothing Not clean to noise people hang out and loud

The gentleman at the front desk tried his best to accommodate me and my family, he even helped carry our bags from room to room. He seemed embarrassed about the conditions of each room. Immediate disaster. Very unkempt. I was moved to 3 rooms due to unacceptable conditions. Each room was a nightmare. Floor was sticky, bedding was stained and some had cigarette burns on the linens. Pillow under pillow cases were beyond filthy! Each room had a ruminating smell of urine and cigarettes. Oh, how could I forget, our first room had no toilet seat! The outside environment was extremely loud, people arguing, loud music, and this was all at 1am when we arrived after traveling all day long.

The dead roaches stuck to the wall and cigarette burns in the bed covering all contributed to the rating. The hotel did not even have the attention to detail to install a lampshade on the bedside lamp.

The picture they advertise is not the picture of the property whereyou stay.The water did not go down the drain and the toilet kept overflowing. The ambulance came out because the occupants in the hotel kept fighting.

booking.com website is very misleading. There is no free continental breakfast which is the reason I booked this stay. I requested a 1st floor non-smoking king room in February 2026 & I was told that those rooms were fully booked @ 3 PM upon our arrival on May 1, 2026. The parking lot was not even full when we arrived nor when we left in the morning. When we entered this place, the name of OYO Townhouse was no longer visible since the name was changed to Quality Inn in October 2025, according to the guy who checked us in. I requested another set of towels upon entering the room which had only one set of towels. The bathroom shower curtain was folded over the rod. I also asked him how to open the closet to hang our clothes since there were no handles on the stand-up closet and only 2 hangers inside. Same guy didn’t seem to want to make things right. I asked for another room, and he said that he could probably get me another room on the third floor looking the same as this one. There is no third floor! He said there was another handicap room on the first floor with a double bed. There are no elevators and the outside had so much trash in the corridors. We are elderly in our 70’s & 80’s so steps are a problem. The sheets were soiled and there was no comforter as pictured – just 2 sheets. I had to pull the plug on the microwave in the middle of the night since the microwave kept beeping. We did not use the microwave during our stay. There was also a broken wall socket in the room as well as hardly any light bulbs that worked. We had to move the working light bulbs to areas we needed. I told the guy at the front desk that I was very discouraged, but it didn’t matter to him. I feel that we should receive a full refund. I would have left if I hadn’t paid ahead of time. I would not recommend this place. Upon entering, the reception area is enclosed and the glass is broken. That’s not a good impression! Attached are pictures of the broken glass in reception area, no handles on clothes closet, broken wall socket, only 1 lightbulb over the vanity instead of 3, shower curtain.

Absolutely the worst place. Staff was rude when they finally showed up in what I guess you could call their lobby. The outside, inside and room looked nothing like the online pictures so do not believe any of them they are not pictures of this location. They had a jacked up car missing wheels in the back where we were to park. The room was so dated and everything was so old and beat up and moldy. They had two pillows the size of throw/couch pillows. Cigarette burns everywhere including the bed sheets. As soon as we saw the outside we were concerned. After waiting for staff and not being able to check in 30 minutes early we started looking around. This place is used for all the wrong reasons and even if you are desperate enough to have to stay here, I still wouldn’t. Sleeping in your car is a 100% a better option than this place. The place across the street saved us for the night. But townhouse is absolutely destroyed and not livable.

Not enough towels no bed spread cold all night. Too much noise all night did not feel safe with all the people around all night no coffee maker no ice machine

There were bed bugs, and the door locks clearly did not work. 2 days in a row, people walked into my room because the door lock didn't work. I let the manager know, and nothing was done. There was ppl partying until 5am including some of the staff. Will never stay here again

My sheets were dirty, they had blood stains on them. No refrigerator, microwave didn't work, the room was extremely small.

The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind.

Very thin walls. The door lock cylinder was removed from the door and could have easily been bypassed for entry. Shower kept dripping all night and water never actually got hot. Warm, at best. Toiletries were provided, but no plastic cups. One of the most comfortable motel beds I've ever slept in, though.

I'm trying to get out of a DV situation & have had to sleep in my car this past week. Expedia denied a refund. Then Oyo denied a refund for the remaining six nights twice. I will never book through Expedia again since you also did not back me up. Thanks for nothing!

The room itself was better than in previous years I’ve stayed there, but both nights there was a bunch of people yelling and banging and stomping right near my room. My room was right near the office so I know they heard it but didn’t ask them to stop. I never call the the front desk on people but it was that bad, but I let the phone ring till it cut off and there was no answer. Someone had to be there. It shouldn’t be impossible for the other guests to sleep in their rooms. I had to be up at 5am both days and I was exhausted because of this.

The toliet didnt work complained to the desk they wouldnt help. Ask for a plunger wouldnt give one. I was told they would send someone they never came. Asked to use the bathroom in the lobby i was told no. The front desk people were so rude. Asked to speak to the manager was told no. None of this was there problem and they didnt care.

The room when we first walked in had a large moth sitting on the wall. I handled it and moved on. After looking around the room, there were random stains on the furniture, the bedding had a cigarette burn in it, the bathroom was not clean. Just all around a very dirty environment. The pictures on the website are not a true representation of the property. The bathroom had a large amount of mold inside the shower, where the shower met the floor and at the base of the toilet. I purchased bleach spray whic worked quickly so i feel it was just not cleaned regularly. When opening draws there was partily eaten food in one. The bedding had burn holes, and the furniture were in disrepair. You could see lighr from around the door in the room. There were poor patch jobs on the walls.When i asked for a different room i was told they were booked up. There were vehicles in the parking lot with all the tires flat. Bags of trash on the side walks. The parking lot next door to the hotel seemed to be a meet up for homless people. It looked as if some people were living fulltime in the hotel, and the next day the sign outside said we accept government... thats all it said. It did not feel safe to leave to room after dark or arrive after dark. I attempted to find another hotel but many were booked or had the same ratings. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to booking. It said pool and breakfast but i never even looked at or for either.

Went back to desk and there was a sign that said back in 30 min. They never came back. I called no one answered. There was some unknown bagged substance on our mattress. There were cigarette burns in the bed sheets. The hair dryer was taped together and had melted. The toilet leaked. There was no remote for the TV. The smell was awful. There were people screaming and yelling all night. I’m pretty sure there were drug deals happening out back. I was honestly scared to sleep. We checked in late and had no option but to stay. I would not recommend this facility to anyone! Sad this is we stayed here a few times several years ago and it was wonderful. It has gone down hill drastically!

I didn’t stay. We were on a road trip from the beach, the kids needed a break and it was a good deal with a pool. Got there, drove around to see local “zombie” looking people appeared to be living there. Nothing against those people, just not where you want to take a family with 3 kids lol. The pool was dark green and closed. We didn’t even go in to check in, it was NASTY. the reason for stopping was a pool. We contacted hotels.com and they assured us we could get a refund but now they can’t get ahold of the hotel, so I decided to tell everyone about it so you don’t make the same mistake. Trust me, it’s not a good deal, it is a trap!!

the front desk was very indifferent to our being there and was more interested in other things than with us. the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall , the chairs were frayed and looked like they were purchased at the good will store. the complimentary breakfast was never set up costing us about $14 each of our 3 day stay. we will never stay there again

Some guests were allowing their children to run and scream up and down the balcony at midnight and early in the morning. The toilet clogged and when I asked the front desk worker if I could get a plunger he said that he didn't have one. I had to go purchase my own.

This hotel was the worst we have experienced. It was so bad that we booked a different hotel down the block for the rest of our trip. If it hadn’t been so late when we arrived, we would not have even stayed the one night that we did. Lobby looks nothing like the pictures online. Heavy cigarette smell made us nauseous. Asked for a non-smoking room so attendant gave us a room key and told us to go take a whiff since they don’t really monitor if there were smokers. Room didn’t smell of smoke but very musty. Didn’t notice until the morning that the shower was dripping hot water all night. Did however notice the cigarette burn holes in the sheets, food crumbs all over the chair and filthy floor. My socks were disgustingly dirty by the time we left the next day. Toilet paper holder was broken. The single “partial” role was shoved in the indented hole in the wall - which was dirty! Frig froze the leftovers and drinks we put in it. No blanket; they just doubled up the top flat sheet. No closet or place to hang clothes. The next morning, we did wake to cigarette smoke as our neighbors were smoking right outside our door. Not to mention the smell of fast food garbage dumpsters across the parking lot. Terrible place. Dirty, smelled like old stinki building with drugs. No blankets to cover, dirty sheets. No room service, only 2 towels total. No breakfast or even coffe/ tee, it is advertised as a free breakfast. Terrible, terrible place. Hard to believe it is on Hotel.com.

My room clean to be non-smoking, but it was definitely smoky. The room was barely clean and the bed is pretty uncomfortable. And they lied about having a free breakfast.

This motel was clean, and my bed was comfortable. But as a weary traveller I didn't appreciate the inconvenience of a room key that didn't work, a fridge that failed, and an inattentive staff member.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The location felt very sketchy, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to questionable individuals lingering around the premises. The strong smell of marijuana throughout the building made the stay even more unpleasant. Additionally, despite breakfast being advertised, there was none available. To top it off, there was no attendant at the reception desk when I needed to check out, making the process frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

A baby cried for over an hour and half, killed four roaches. Bed was very soft, but everytime you turned over the bed made a noise that made you think the bed was going to fall apart. There was no phone or microwave in the room and no breakfast as offer when reservation were made.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay here. The bathroom and floors were filthy, with visible bugs crawling in the bathroom. Additionally, the microwave was not functional as it was unplugged. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke.The overall experience was subpar.

Checked in at 3pm room I reserved was supposed to be smoking. Was told there were no promotion rooms, they put me in a king size bed room, bed was broken down it smelled horrible. Switch the room and the sheets on the bed was very wrinkled didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, rm was not cleaned as it should have been. I couldn’t get a refund. Was very angry I left my own house to have some peace and my nerves were shot.

Addicts hang out int the parking lot. The checkout window looks like someone tried to shoot through it

It was the cheapest place we could find nearby on short notice while we were out of power from the big storm. The fact that they took paypal was a huge bonus as it let us break up the.cost.

This property was dirty and poorly maintained. We discovered bed bugs in the room after another customer found them in her room and we left.

Bathtub was missing a stopper. Some Electrical outlets were damaged and inoperative. Roaches and bed bugs were prolific. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel room that was in this much disrepair. It’s disgusting that this Quality Inn is permitted to rent rooms.

The air conditioner barely cooled at all. I was uncomfortable most of the night. The water in the shower was only luke warm. The staff was excellent with a couple requests.

Second time I’ve stayed there. Door card wasn’t working. Had to go to front desk twice. When we got in the room the air conditioner was not working. We changed to another room which was better but there was only one wash cloth and pink marks all over the floor

Well first room they assigned me it was covered in blk moles do not stay here no continental breakfast pool was nasty could n get in it do t stay here ain’t worth but 30 a night if that

I have no great news about this place! There was blood all over the bed table the tables were on two legs. Bed bugs everywhere. We asked for a different room and this time there was Poo and the floor and bed bugs everywhere .

Although it was a cheap hotel and the service rep there was kind, the area had a problem with cleanliness and drug users. The wifi was non existent and if you don't have a car, ubers take 15 mins to arrive.

The lobby was ok and the clerk was friendly enough. Our room was on the second floor and no elevator so we had to carry suitcases. We walked into the room and was hit with stale cigarette smoke. The vanity sink was duck taped to the cabinet. The bathroom shower had mold. The wall behind the toilet was moldy and crumbling. The sheets on the bed had stains. The customers walking the property were undesirable to say the least. Due to feeling unsafe and the deplorable conditions of the room and property we immediately requested a refund. I regret not taking pictures to back up this review. Our only thought at the time was to leave as quickly as possible. This place will definitely hurt your reputation. We booked this based on your company name. Picture provided online were definitely not this location.

We know these are not Hiltons and we stay at QI's for the quicky one night stays but this was absolutely the worst of all.

I'm definitely not bougie by no means but this place was a dive not even a quirky dive joint. It was horrible. We walked into the room and checked out minutes later.

Arriving at the room we were met by our live in arguing, drunk neighbors with the room door open smelling like anger, stales cigarettes and urine. Opened our door and woo baby the smell, dirty sink, non stop running shower, warm refrigerator, urine in the toilet!! Need i go on. Ok I will, we turned to leave immediately to find a couple smoking meth in the car. Get to the lobby explain why I wanted to leave and need a letter and his name for reference. LEO says he's not comfortable with providing and information i needed to call Expedia! I messed up

It felt very unsafe! The bedding appeared stained! I really want my money back! Told manager! We left without staying at all!

I was not in the room due to the deplorable condition, dirty sheets, dirty towels, very dirty room and they also did not pay attention to me when I went to ask for service I almost died of cold I had to cover myself with my jacket this is inexplicable I have written to them for a refund and I didn't get a response, I left the hotel that same Thursday, checking out early.

The staff is nice and the lodging was perfect! Will definitely be back!

The hotel condition and cleanliness were very poor. I don’t usually complain but this was bad. Litter outside looked like it had been there a long time. Sheets had holes. Lobby was in bad condition. No cable/broadcast TV. Key was difficult to use and others in the lobby felt the same way. No coffee maker in room. Phone did not work at all. Floor felt sticky. Outside room original flooring was all gone and just messy concrete showing now. That is what I saw and I didn’t stick around any longer than I needed to and did not want to use shower.

My check out was 12 noon had tonargue with housekeeping every 7 minutes from 11 till 12. Bed bugs in first room, remote didnt work was told maintenance would be there in five minutes they never came. Had to go tonfront desk after i caught a bed bug in a cup to show proof. Roaches everywhere!! Housekeeping is nasty an said Expedia can take they business elsewhere. Filty hotel.

Was an emergency stay so overall it was ok. Had to go a couple days without clean towels

We checked in the key didn’t work went back down the guy was on a half hour break so we went to eat after driving 9 hrs. When we returned he fix the key card went to the room it was really dirty,smelled, burnt cigarettes marks on the counter and the biggest thing was the bed had really dirty sheets with stains all over it and a big glob of something green and hard in the middle of the bed. We decided to check out the guy never offered a refund. I will never recommend staying there or ever at a quality inn again. There also were people walking around very shady and a kid wheeling around in a wheelchair not needed but he was wheeling around the parking lot and inside the lobby. They definitely have some shady stuff going on at that place. Inside the lobby was ceiling leaking water into a bucket. The guy that checked us in was not friendly at all. I loaded just some pictures of the bed. The blanket looked like it had blood on it too. My hubby said he was not going to take a chance of something happening to us there.

Requested non-smoking but room reeked of smoke, linens had burn holes. Did not feel safe and upstairs neighbors screamed at each other most of the night.

All in all it is a cheap, no frills hotel that was a safe place to sleep. If you just need a place to lay your head, or somewhere to have an affair at then I say go for it I will probably stay here again some time.

Well located. Great staff. Extremely poor reception centre. If I had not booked sight unseen I would have looked at bulletproof glass and extremely sparse surroundings, totally inadequate breakfast space and abruptly left!! You have a great resource; renovate! Fix the bed in 164! I don’t know what those extensions sticking out from the base but they hurt and are dangerous!!

Mold around the tub. No ice bag or container. Lamps was unplugged. Safe was damaged. Pillows small and uncomfortable. Covers to thin and stains on them.

Roaches where not present till we turned the steaming hot water from the shower and boy were they crawling .

Needless to say, we left immediately.

If “IDGA*” was a hotel. Mold in the bathroom. Broken detached water faucets. Dirty stain tubs. Dead mid size roach on ceiling. I wanted to find another hotel and I did search but nothing in the area. With tears in my eyes I just tried to sleep. No pool. Stop advertising pools that don’t exist!!

My room had many areas of chipped plaster and a big spot of paint on the ceiling above the shower was peeling. There was no desk to sit at. There was a terrible smell of old mildew and old cigarette smoke. The staff were very nice and courteous.

Place smelled horrible, had cigarette burns on the sheets/ blankets, blood stains on the mattress comforter, and I didn’t feel safe staying here.
