Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Not bad at all for few nights of stay. Staff as very polite.

The property is clean and front desk staff very nice. One breakfast staff member could have been nicer. My husband asked for a pack of salt and the lady said "No," she had already put everything away. She would not go get him a pack of salt.

I took my kids to the pool and they had an armed security guard at the entrance saying adults only after 8pm and there was a wild looking party happening. The location was convenient. I traveled from FL to NC to clear my storage and was looking forward to the pool & having breakfast before I hit the road. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool due to a group of screaming kids with no adult. The screaming could be heard at the front desk but they didn't care enough to say anything. Lastly breakfast started too late to catch so all in all it was a waste of money. The price i paid was not worth it but I appreciate the experience so I know to never return .

Very convenient hotel within walking distance of a few restaurants. Easy parking, everyone was super nice, breakfast was decent. Good value. Also Costco is really close if you need to get your Costco run in.

The pool had way to much chlorine. Our eyes and sinuses were burnt and we had blurred vision. (Lasted hours after even getting out,showering and washing our eyes out with eye drops!!!!) Our room smelled so much like chlorine afterwards, it kept us messed up. We had to open our door and keep it open with the air on full blast. Also had to wash our pool clothes, before we had any relief! (Our pool clothes were bleached!!!) The lady at the front desk said they had just replaced the pool filter and it probably hadn't had time to clear up. She also said that it was closed, but ppl kept getting upset about it, so they opened it. (A sign needed to be posted, explaining the situation! That way people could enter at their own risk.) This needs to be corrected!!!! I wasn't told sorry or even offered anything for the issue.

Convenient location to everything we needed. While being close it was in a nice quite secure location. Everything was very clean in the rooms and around the facility. Staff was friendly Only down side was the ice machines were down but not the end of the world.

Our room was nice however the bathroom floor was dirty (hair and dirt) and the sink barely drained.

We specifically checked in for the indoor pool was told. It was open. Then, we get up to go to the pool and it is closed for maintenance. Was told it would be 1 to 2 hours. So we went to eat and did a little shopping came back and then was told, it was gonna be closed for the rest of the day. So it was a wasted trip. but i can honestly say everything was clean and most of the staff was very polite and welcoming.

The staff stole $2000 from us and after about 30 minutes of questioning we received our money back so the hotel and police didnt find the employee Maria guilty

The room was excellent very spacious. Breakfast was good. Loved that they had turkey sausage. Pool was very small. However there was no hot tub.

We were greeted the moment we walked in. Staff at the desk were very polite and professional. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint was that the ice maker on the second floor was not working right but it was no big deal, I was able to go to another floor for ice. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice and it was clean& easy to check in and out / I left early due to snow- and I had checked out through booking (no refund policy on booking) but the hotel gave me a refund - it was a process but I was thankful. Also the indoor heated pool was a plus during this winter storm!! N/a

Rooms were old and kinda nasty. There was a cigarette burn in the toilet seat and a horrible smell in the lobby they attempted to cover with air freshener. Also was told to wait by the woman behind the desk so she could finish her personal conversation on her cell before I could check in.

Hotel employee was great, he was kind and personable, the breakfast was much better than most hotels. The pool was small but very clean. The room was super clean.

The room was very spacious and so comfortable!! The beds were super comfortable!! Loved the view of the woods from outside our window!! Excellent Service and the breakfast and staff were on point!! Highly Recommend!!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Our room was good, but our neighbors were so very loud past midnight. It appeared was a bunch of golf buddies that were so very loud partying late.

Near Hanes mall, across from Target and near many stores. Staff friendly. We stayed their last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and check in was easy despite last minute nature. Breakfast is pretty decent looking- nice options, though we didn’t use this due to other plans already made. Public spaces are nice and lovely pine trees outside of room window. Hotel quiet even though the room doors are quite heavy and kind of slam shut. We stayed in room 321. It smelled moldy and the smell was from the AC. Due to last minute nature of stay, and full hotel, we didn’t even bother trying to get it solved but let management know afterward. They need to clean this room’s AC unit. Also, I think the hotel may have the thermostats set to not run in the night? Or maybe just our room really was having issues. Bed was a bit soft but room was easily darkened and we were tired, so slept well.

The drain on the sink in the mini bar was clogged. Walking into the lobby has an overwhelming awful smell of strong perfume, cleaner, strong odor all the same time. It was an instant headache. Breakfast buffet was terrible too. Not happy.

The hotel and room are very clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful. We were not able to enjoy the continental breakfast because we had to leave by 5am. It would have been nice to grab a coffee on the way out but it was not prepared yet.

The hotel and our room was very clean and pet friendly. The staff were extremely courteous and helped us by putting us on the first floor since we had just adopted a puppy. We would definitely go back again and also recommend to others.

The staff was very responsive to all our requests there was a minor problem with a sink draining and it was fixed promptly. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel lobby is very clean and smells wonderful. The staff was very nice and when I had an issue with a light it was fixed immediately. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning made it smell even worse. There was some mold-like stuff in the corners of the shower. The breakfast was more than enough for anyone and the area was kept super clean. A lot of choices from fruit to yogurt to cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Room was very nice. We unfortunately had a child running around above our room, constantly. Called the front desk and it seemed to take a long time to stop, if in fact it did, as we had to go out.

Everything was very nice. The only thing - the refrigerator wasn't very cold.

Room # 117: Lights did not work, large red stain on carpet, worn through furniture. Ground floor did not feel safe as there was a screw in the window track that was not fastened all the way. When requested alternative room on higher floor for safety front desk staff said “no,” that the cleaning staff was really slow, and we would have at least a two hour wait.

We came for one night. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

It was a very nice and clean place our families only complaint would be that the pool was smaller than expected for a Marriott and there was a no hot tub but great place!

Breakfast area was small and crowded

I always request high floor so I do not have to deal with a lot of noise. Well, I was unable to stay on a high floor during my stay because my I arrived in my room (initially on the 3rd floor), I could tell the bedding had not been changed on one of the beds. I definitely was not going to have myself nor my child sleep on USED bedding. Vanessa, at the front tried to accommodate me by then sending me to a room on the first floor (which had an awful..funny smell) and the second floor. This room was better and the bedding and towels were clean. I really appreciate SpringHill having quiet hours from 10-6. Unfortunately, at 6:03, I fist stomping. How and why someone is continuously walking in a room for over an hour and a half IDK. I tried to rest especially since I had to work that afternoon but it was not happening. I know hotel staff can’t control the noise level however, this is exactly why I request rooms on the high floor. Maybe I would’ve been able to get some rest. I ended up checking out before 8:00, not being able to enjoy my full time and I don’t appreciate that AT ALL.

Close to everything, easy check in and check out. Room was very spacious and clean.

This is a good place to stay if you are in and out in a few days. The area does have many shopping and restaurant options. It is one of the places I like to stay at when traveling for work

The facility was neat and tidy. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a relatively large free breakfast as well, which remained well stocked. I will absolutely be booking here again!
