2 adults, one washcloth, one towel, no trashcan in room, bugs everywhere on the floor (dead). No bugs in or on mattress (thank God), we arrived close to midnight, complained the next morning and front desk assistant promptly let us know we could have came to the front office to get a trash can and towels....it was a very long walk to the office, we were tired so we just chalked it up to realizing he didn't care.

DONT RENT! UNSAFE , DISGUSTING...I STAYED IN CLEANER HOTELS IN libya...

There was blood all on my sheets, sunflower seeds all over the floor, feces in the toilet, and the shower was filthy. When I went to report this to the staff they canceled my reservation and told me to find somewhere else to stay, and refused to refund me for the 2 rooms I paid for to stay in for 2 nights.

It was terrible not clean at all the door locks didn't work the room smelled like wet dog the AC didn't work

Staff were absent at checkin, 20 minutes waiting. Room clean. Toilet leaking and flushing every 5minutes. No towels. After a nother long wait the staff gave me two floor mats instead of towels. This stuff did not engage in a conversation with me other than to not his head. I never understood if he understood I was asking for a bath towel.. I was approached two times by persons asking for food assistance. Lots of trash in the hallways and around the trash cans. A hall light was strobing all night long. No one was in the office at checkout. The air conditioner worked very well. No extra blankets in the bedroom. Sheets and bedspread were very thin.

Nothing at all!!! They put me in an 1 bedroom when I paid for a 2 bedroom for 2 days wouldn't put me in the right room nor would they give me some of my money back on the fact I was in a 1 bedroom. It really sucked and the manager was very mean and disrespectful. Never going back!!!

The front desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed him the payment confirmation, itinerary and invoice. And with all due respect to him there was an extreme language barrier which very much hindered our ability to communicate. I was told I was unable to check in until the manager arrived which I was told would be half an hour. After an hour she still had not arrived; so I cut my losses and left.

They did have excellent customer service as I had no trouble checking in and no problems getting my refund they didn't even try to fight me so I do appreciate that. However this place needs to be condemned. And once it's rubble the earth needs to be salted and burnt.

I find it hard to believe Expedia would even list this property. I would never stay at this location again. And, would not recommend it to anyone.

When I asked for a do not disturb sign they told me at first they could not find one and I would need to call each morning to request a do not disturb notice. When I called in the morning they said they did not offer a do not disturb option. Place was noisy with a heavy machinery business next door that opened early each morning.

I asked for a non-smoking room and they told me that I had to give them $100 cash in order to have one of those rooms and it's the deposit well when I checked out I didn't get any money back but I didn't think about it I feel the next day and I called them and they said oh it's too late our policy says that you can't have that money back if you don't ask for it it just infuriated me

Bedspread had multiple burn holes..furniture next to destroyed with burn marks..matress riduculously LUMPY bad SMELL W/two unuseable pillows....I asked if I could swap for a different room and was meanly told yes for an additional $100 fee, and then rudely hung up on after she told me this is how "I" do business. AND IT STUNK LIKE DEAD ANIMAL MIXED WITH YEARS OF SMOKING

Wish I could give it negative stars. Front desk clerk was ride and refused to give me anybody’s name. Room was gross. No remote control. Phone didn’t work. Internet code would not work. I’m a frequent traveler and this was overall the worst experience in a motel I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me

There was 3 of us when we checked in there was 2 towels toilet seat was broken the next morning we asked for towels they didnt have any so when they called they gave me 1 stained towel 1 wash rag for 3 people and we saw a cockroach and there was a nasty strip club right in the same parking lol very dissapointed

I went into the bathroom and found a receipt from a previous guest along with a used condom in the garbage. I proceeded to the front desk and ask for other sheets. The pleasant young lady informed me that they did not have any and offered me a different room. I still was very uncomfortable with the room, but had no other choice since it was extremely late. Apparently this property rent to people on a permanent basis. pictures enclosed

Nice enough as far as cheap goes. Simple clean and bright. The price would have been $10 less if I had gone straight to motel. Not expecting to pay more, I had already booked through hotels.com. Will be more careful and call motel/hotel first in the future.

My friend got bug bites all over his arms. And people keep trying to enter the room all night it was very uncomfortable to sleep with the constant giggling of the door handle. We had to change rooms for the 2nd night becuase of the bug bites.

Smallest 2-bed hotel room I've ever encountered. Beds were not made when the room was serviced. We tried to get a couple of extra towels, and the desk reluctantly gave us one and a hand towel. This happened both days we were there. Great rate, but service left a lot to be desired.

Our experience was so-so. For a little more money, we could have stayed at a different facility that we were at a month ago which was MUCH nicer. Water pressure was low in shower so I didn't feel fully clean. They said that they don't accept dogs when the opposite was indicated during the online booking until they heard it was an ESA support dog. The room was quite small from what was described prior. We found a bug in our room when we first got there. Overall, it was a place to put my head after driving 16 hours.

Terrible hotel. Makes me not want to use Expedia again. Had a three star rating and was a negative six easy. No towels, shampoo or soap. Had to go to the local store and buy my own. Room smelled like marijuana and was a non smoking room. There was no breakfast, just coffee which was nasty.

There were towels that were clean, but no one bothered to make the beds. I get it ... Rodeway = cheap stay; however, this was nothing more than a damned slum. I'll never stay here again.

Nude store across parking lot, drug activity at all hours, coming and going to and from rooms. Looked like a place for prostitutes to bring their johns. I would never recommend this place to anyone. when I voiced my concerns to the front desk in the am, she was very snotty, cursed me, etc. Had to cancel the rest of my reservation.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. when I voiced my concerns to the front desk in the am, she was very snotty, cursed me, etc. Had to cancel the rest of my reservation.

The hotel is being updated. Great decision to go tile flooring instead of keeping carpet. Rooms are nice. Front desk staff looked like she rolled out of bed. She had on a bonnet and hoodie. Customer service needs improvement.

Tedious and intrusive fine print liability lists that MUST be initialed and signed at checkin. Neighborhood run down. Prepare yourself for a 10 minute to 15 minute checkin wait while three staff stand and watch you from behind the counter, two of them viewing two large prominently displayed security camera monitors dynamically surveying approximately twenty ir more property angles. Checkin host was large muscular pleasant male with side-arm pistol prominently carried in full view. While I waited to check in, a young man came in to complain that he had just returned and all of his things had been removed from his room and were sitting outside the door. When I checked into my room I could see that this indeed had occurred. The apparent female owner or manager was insulting and combative when I simply asked about the need to initial and sign such a long list of disclaimers, saying that this was required at ALL motels and if I paid attention, I would already know this. The room was 10 feet from the community outdoor swimming pool, and extremely noisy for the first hour and a half or so until 8:30 pm. The room itself is extremely small, but it was clean. The shower apparatus did not function properly. The shower curtain was in tatters. The lighting in the room was terrible. Awakened twice during the night to persistent knocking and pleas to open door in nearby rooms. Air conditioning preset and too warm. And more..

We stopped here while heading home after a NASCAR event. We wanted something convenient and affordable. This place checks both boxes. It’s literally right off the highway. If it wasn’t lit up like an airport, I would be reluctant to stay here, as there is nothing else around. You don’t stay in a place like this for the amenities. The rooms are small and old. The mattresses have plastic on them which makes for an interesting sleep. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated, though the shower layout was a bit strange. Everything was basic, but it was clean too. The staff was very friendly.

The check in went great, everyone was super friendly the whole time we were there. The rooms are clean and the bathroom spacious. Only downside is the mattress is covered in plastic,and I understand that, but it is also super hard. The water was lovely hot but only a fair trickle, and it was actually a chore to rinse my hair. For the price it was a good deal and we would go back if in the area.

Very easy on/off to highway and very close to where we needed to be for convention. Easy access to downtown also, especially if you don't like driving highways you don't know. There really are no "extras" but quite utilitarian. For a couple I would ask for extra towels right away though.

Very courteous, helpful staff. Quiet, clean room. Couldn't get the TV to work. Was very happy to get it on a busy weekend due to the semi-annual furniture market in High Point.

Staff was not the friendliest and there was a security desposit I was unaware of causing me to have to use the ATM. The place was simple and clean.

We stayed here out of necessity. The room was newly remodeled and decent enough, despite there being a tiny table instead of a desk. The mattresses still had plastic on them, which made for a lot of uncomfortable and sleepless nights (the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed because of it). The phone didn't work the entire time we were here (two weeks, and probably staying another week). We asked about it, the repairman said the phone company needed to be called to reset the phone system. That was a week ago. The motel listed breakfast was served, but we were never told about breakfast (still have no idea if there even is breakfast here or where/when). We were not told this motel offered a weekly rate, so the first 4 nights cost me as much as the next week. When I told the front desk about this, they didn't make any effort to rectify this situation, they just blamed it on the guy who checked us in the first night. The shower is so tiny, it barely leaves you room to move around. There was no hairdryer, despite the website saying every room had one. Other than these issues, the motel suited our needs.

I needed a room for 1 night, it was small and has plastic on the mattress but it was clean from what I could tell has a microwave and refrigerator and has some minor renovations.

Needs some updating. There has been some improvements since it was a motel 6. Didn't like the manager knocking on the door at 10:10 am and telling it was time to check out. Check out time was 11:00

Seems there were some guys going room to room knocking on doors at 7 am. I heard one ask the other guy that you could not see if he had a knife.....i am assuming they were trying to rob people staying at this hotel.

Excellent value basic clean room. Don't expect the Ritz for $49.60 will stay again

My experience was terrible with Hotels.Com and Rodeway Inn! I booked this room for homecoming weekend and received confirmation weeks before the trip only to show up and be told my reservation was cancelled! However I was never informed of the cancellation whatsoever! I’ll never book through Hotels or with Rodeway Inn Again !

This is a very old hotel, in a part of town that was run down and didn’t seem to be very well maintained. I booked at the last minute and this was the closest one to the convention so I went ahead and booked it. You get what you paid for, sort of lol

Area does not seem very safe. Right next door is an adult entertainment establishment. Room did not seem very clean. Would not let our kids sleep on the floor.

Kind of sketchy, but inexpensive. Comfortable beds, but were still in the plastic packaging.
