room was clean, and staff very friendly.

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed. We were there with three young children and would have made other arrangements if we’d known they would not be able to swim. They had been looking forward to it all day. Whenever a pool is closed, guests with reservations should be notified in advance and given the option for a refund.

The staff here is great; the location is great to just about anything you need to do in and around WS. Lots of food options, mall right across the street, 40 min from a great hiking spot. Place was relatively clean, good place to crash for a night or two.

Location of the hotel to the Hanes Mall area was great and getting in and out of the hotel was easy. If you need handicapped parking, the location has 4 spots in the back of the building. Was surprised that there were not any in the front of the building. Rooms were clean with all in room amenities adqeuately stocked. No issues at all with the room.

The breakfast was good. The variety of food was sufficient. What I selected (eggs and oatmeal) was enjoyable. The server was very attentive to the patrons and the appearance of everything. The only thing I don't like about the room is the smoke detector's flashing light. Why is that necessary? Some of the lights are so bright, they make getting to sleep difficult.

The desk employees were very polite, the lobby was inviting, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed, The breakfast was very good The air conditioner vibrated when running and was somewhat noisy

Hotel was worth the money, clean and comfortable. The WiFi at the hotel was very intermittent, at times it didn’t work.

Overall, the property was clean, convenient, and cost effective. The accommodation of pets throughout the property. For those with allergies, it disheartening to know the stay may come with avoidable circumstances.

Room was very neat and clean and everything worked. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The food options were all as good as institutional food can be. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. Even the guests were all friendly…pleasant experience all around.

Mattress on bed was uncomfortable and I had to sleep sideways in the bed. There were 2 large divots where others had slept and the mattress was not comfortable.

We weren’t from the area so we asked where could we see the fireworks, and without hesitation they gave us a list of places, and times plus their own little recommendations. The property was being cleaned all day long. Breakfast was also perfect. And the location you cannot beat. Will recommend and book again.

We were in a handicap room and when showering there was a pooling of water outside the shower curtain which made for a fear of falling. Also a vent fan was needed in the bathroom to prevent water from condensation on the tile floor.

My stay was pleasant because the check in and out staff were very nice, the room including bed and bath was comfortable and clean. I had a great night sleep. The whole facility was pleasantly quiet. The breakfast had enough options to satisfy most any one and was fresh and included.

Conveniently located across the street from Haynes mall so there was no shortage of dining options. There's a Walgreen's nearby and it's close to the highways so getting to and from the hotel was simple. The staff was very freindly and helpful, breakfast was convenient and nice.

Because if construction, the gym was totally emptied out!! Also we notice our room sink had a leak too! Our room was still hot even after adjusting the thermostat. Just not a good stay.

The hotel management should have made sure to clear up the snow and ice from the parking lot to ensure your guests safety. Areas around the elevators were dirty. I know there were renovations but staff should clean around.

The hotel was practically empty. Why were we put on the 5th floor with the room next to us having the bathroom demoed? Oh and the two rooms across from us too. When checking in, she explained there were renovations and named the floors. Then put us on one of the floors she named. I asked to be moved before we were done checking in and she said no just let her know if it’s too noisy and they could look into it! Ridiculous. We were there for two nights. We left at 2:00 am on night two and drove home for seven hours through the mountains, back to Cincy, rather than stay another night here tossing and turning. I didn’t bother telling the front counter when we checked out this morning. And they didn’t even ask how our stay was. They probably guessed since we were leaving at 2am. I also didn’t plan on leaving a review but they sent a request email so there’s that.

We arranged to have our room cleaned on a particular day and when we returned the room had not been touched. Also, the noise from the traffic at night made sleep impossible. The breakfast was adequate.

I didn’t like that my room was only cleaned twice for the four days and three nights that I was there. My tv didn’t work the entire time that I was there. I couldn’t use the phone to call the receptionist, it’s like they blocked my line. They couldn’t give me a fair accommodation.

There was only a desk chair in the room - no comfortable seating. This made it impossible for 2 people to sit without being on the bed.

Our first room had tv issues, our second room had a ceiling leak and the water pressure was awful weak. Beds are ok but not as comfortable as i like. Breakfast is good, has eggs, bacon , sausage, and more. I wont be staying again but it was decently clean, and friendly employees.

We love this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will definitely stay again. The hotel and rooms are super clean. The beds are super comfortable. The hot cocoa bar all day is a fun treat! The included breakfast in the morning was perfect! All of the hotel staff are warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying!

This place is a joke on so many levels considering its price. They charge $75 dollars for your pet and have absolutely no area for your pets. The staff is rude thru fake niceness and countless time gave me lines of “bs” and passive aggressively told me I was wrong even when I provided proof I wasn’t. The beds feel like 20$ hotel bed lacking everything in the bathrooms. I could go on and on but I will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone or my worst enemy!

For what I paid, I got a very clean and spacious room. There was coffee always available and a hot chocolate bar. The included breakfast was what you would expect but serviceable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more than that at the price point.

The breakfast was NOT. Hotels need to up their game on this or get rid of it completely. Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles are so yesterday. Every hotel has these and it's really getting old. Fast.

Sheets and pillowcases were scratchy making me itchy. Also, smelled like bleach. Bathroom lights were dark. Extensive work on front of hotel with only one single door for entrance and exit. Limited parking available.
