Great character and we loved the attached martini bar.

We were told and emailed that we would have a first floor room, and then did not get it , the stairs were very difficult to carry all of our luggage.

The staff, throughout the property was exceptional- friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and efficient! The room we were in is probably up for remodeling. The historic room had a non-functioning whirlpool. It had two sinks but only one was operational. The TV reception lost connection several times. The room was otherwise well-appointed , roomy and comfortable.

Loved my room, on site parking and the cute courtyard lit up with gas tables for s’mores. If you are staying in a first floor room the music playing into the night from the patio and kitchen was a bit loud.

We loved this inn. Room was lovely cozy clean. Staff super inviting and fun. Took care of our needs blankets for the fire since it was chilly. Would love to revisit

Ate breakfast at your sister Property. It was good. All our party had pastries the 2 nd morning and enjoyed. Our room, the Amsterdam, was very dark. We prefer lots of light.. so it was just a matter of personal preference. It was otherwise a nice room and location.

A little confusing on you have to go to the coffee shop to check in but once I got to the room I was completely enthralled how nice it was. Even too pics to show off how nice the room was. Every detail was thoroughly considered. Once you get used to navigating around coffee customers to get your luggage in, you’ll be fine. Hotel located right in the thick of everything. Coffee shop located on sight was great!! Having to weave through coffee shop customers to get to room. Coffee shop is very busy because it’s excellent

Location was perfect and within walking distance to all our tours and excursions to the shops and restaurants! The steep stairs and the small space in the bedroom.

Our room was wonderful, clean with a very comfortable bed and attention to detail. The person who met us was helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants and our show at Thalian Hall. Nothing.

Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!

The room was nice but dated. An extra blanket would’ve been nice as well as blackout curtains. Additionally, the road in front was very noisy during the night.

The in-room hot tub was broken, the room did not have a microwave. The check-in was a challenge because the owner has made it an email/phone text process. Would have been nice to know that in advance. It has a great location with easy walking distances around Wilmington.

Our stay was awesome. The location was great! The inn was clean and well maintained. Loved the back of the inn where you could sit and relax with coffee or alcoholic drinks outside as well inside. It was cool that every table had a fire pit where you could even roast marshmallows for s’mores. The staff was exceptional! Can’t say enough about this establishment!!

Staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. The room is cute, clean & comfortable. Immediate hot water & great shower pressure! Coffee shop/speakeasy is delicious. Very short walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, bars & shops. Highly recommend!

The Front Street Inn was a perfect place to relax for a night on our way to the beach. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it is close to the historic downtown. Our room was unique and comfortable. While we arrived too late to have dinner in Wilmington we were able to enjoy a cocktail on the terrific patio. A perfect stay.

Very cozy room, immaculate condition. Wonderful location to walk down to the riverfront. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was lacking, in that all that was offered was a make your own waffle or cold cereal. Some healthier and/or non-sweet options would’ve been wonderful! Other than that, very satisfied with our stay.

Liked the quiet and private parking. Did not like extra large bathtub in very small bathroom. With a more appropriately sized tub, the sink could have been placed in bathroom instead of in the sleeping area.

Was expecting more on the Breakfast side of this B&B. Was nothing more than you would get at any other hotel with breakfast included. Do it yourself waffles and pre-made scrambled eggs. That's it. Was was nice but the floor slanted to one side and the toilet paper holder kept falling off.

The room was very aesthetically, pleasing, pristine, comfortable, and outfitted with nice amenities, such as a Nespresso, coffee machine, a Netflix account for movie watching, a small refrigerator, and even a package of wet, make up remover towelettes in the bathroom. The staff on site, primarily cleaning personnel, as their hospitality concept makes use of a lot of self-entry/self-service around the property, were all very friendly. The breakfast room provided for more than a continental breakfast which was ample for getting one energized for the day. Somehow, we booked this property at exactly the right time to secure an amazing price for this very comfortable room. We were delighted! This hotel group has, as mentioned earlier, two other properties within blocks of the Front Street Inn. While we only walked by The Verandas; we were given a tour of some of the accommodations in the Greystone Inn property—well done! The rooms are highly aesthetically appealing. We look forward to staying in that property next time we visit Wilmington. Bravo! You are rocking it, Jamie and Ace!!!

Did not have the 65" tv that was in the listing, breakfast was not your typical B&B type breakfast, they set out pancakes,sausage & eggs which was mostley cold. That being said the inn is very nice and clean with plenty of extras. I think we will be back and give it another try at a later date.

The room was poorly furnished with damaged and mismatched furnishings. There was no carpet or rug on the floor. The floor was dusty. The room was noisy at the time of our arrival and for two hours after, due to construction in the basement below our room. I had to mention this to the staff three times before the noise stopped.

Front St Inn is iur favorite place to stay in Wilmington. My wife and I got engaged there. It is a quaint inn and an easy trek to downtown and river walk dining and shopping.

The property is about to undergo renovation after a change in ownership so it is in a transition period. It should be much more updated once the renovation is completed. Staff were very pleasant and had a nice rounded breakfast with really good coffee. This place has a lot of potential due to its great location and good bones.

Our room was not big but since it had at least 12’ to 15’ ceilings it seemed larger. We had a beautiful arch window which was great until you turned the lights off and went to bed. There was a very bright light near it that lit our room up. Having health issues I needed to have it covered in order to sleep. Management went over and above to fix the issue. I slept real well after the first night. That meant a lot to me that they figured out how to cover it without using a nail!

This place is a great gem in downtown Wilmington. The rooms are spacious with everything you could possibly need and it’s walking distance to everything downtown has to offer!

The only recommendation I have is it really needs a new mattress and a microwave would have been suffice. Amazing place to stay we will be back and I love that I didn’t see any whining kids or hear them there :)

The suite was very large and comfy. It included a kitchenette, which we didn't expect. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was included and delicious.

Great location for downtown access and ease of check-in was much appreciated. Host was very friendly. Missed having breakfast provided, but that's this Covid environment, and I wished mattresses were of a slightly higher quality

We were just passing through for one evening and the Inn was just perfect. Checkin was easy and the room was fantastic. We stayed in Nutcracker #5. Everything was extremely clean and well prepared. A very comfortable stay in a perfect location !

Amazing place to stay! Absolutely wonderful location and staff, we ran into a small problem that was remedied immediately. Chris couldn’t have been more available and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to decompress for a few days. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The room was even more than we expected. The property manager Chris is a super nice guy. It's a very short walk to restaurants and stores. Will definitely come back here next time we need a place to stay downtown Wilmington.

The very best Bed & Breakfast we've had the pleasure of visiting. The staff here is friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the entire place was quiet and tranquil. We were walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Lovely place to stay!

Front Street Inn has been a favorite for years because it's very intimate feeling. Different rooms for every mood and it really feels like you are staying at someone's home instead of a stuffy period style mansion or a sterile-feeling hotel. Location can't be beat - access to everything in downtown Wilmington and a short drive to the beach. Breakfast is good and the property is charming. Great stay!

Start to finish, this was a fantastic place to stay!

I really liked that the property was very close to everything. everything was in walking distance. The property also had its own parking area which allowed you to park your car and forget about it. This was everything we expected and more. I would stay there again without question.

My daughter and I were in town to visit UNCW. We booked this last minute and were not disappointed! The room was so cute and comfortable! The hosts so gracious and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! It was so hard to leave. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

A very convenient location two blocks to all downtown shops and restaurants. Whimsical room design. Breakfast if one hit entree, fruit and breads included. Knowledgeable and friendly staff!
