The breakfast was perfect as there were many food options.

Sadly the room was a little dusty and the floor wasn’t vacuum, especially on the third day we were to have services. Otherwise the stay was okay.

I didn't get a chance to visit the gym, but all the other amenities were. great, and the staff was so pleasant. This was my first time to Wilmington, and I can assuredly say, it won't be my last and I will be back to the Fairfield Inn.

Great very convenient location in a great town!

The hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. The only thing that was a negative was that the room is serviced every 2 days and all they did was give us fresh towel and take the trash out. The BR could have been cleaned while they were changing towels.

The staff was friendly, we liked the indoor pool, the breakfast was nice with plenty of offerings and tables, coffee and tea was offered all day and night and the room was quiet and comfortable. We wished that cold water was offered all day as well as the coffee and tea and that the pool was heated. The thermostat in our room was an little unpredictable.

Hotel lobby very clean smelled amazing. Our room was very musty smelling.

But orange juice from machine was not very good. You had oranges one day though. Apples and bananas our second day was nice too. Enjoyed the yogurt varieties and waffles, turkey sausage patties and sxrambled eggs.

Very comfortable room and friendly cooperative staff. Close to popular eating experiences. Outside parking lot lights are very much needed.

There are no microwaves in the room. If you want to heat something, you have to go down to the breakfast room. There is sometimes a lineup, and the microwave is filthy.

It was clean, the staff was great for the most part, and the price was decent. Breakfast was good not great but decent for hotel breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. It was certainly clean and it was a great place to lay your head for a couple nights if you can get past the noise. there was a loud noise every night that kept us up all hours of the night. It did not stop until 2-3a.m. I don't know if it was another person staying and having some equipment or if was the facility itself. All I do know is that it was loud and kept us up. The pool was small and cold, not only was the room cold but the water was cold as well.

They kept saying they didn’t want any messes to clean up. These 2 ladies clearly did not enjoy theirs jobs or dealing with the public. The food was not good and had little variety. For this reason only our family will not be back!

The hotel was perfect for our 18th year anniversary! No complaints at all. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The front desk made us fell very welcomed. Our suite was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. We even added an additional day! When we visit the area again this hotel will be our choice!

A great stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for an overnight stay in Wilmington. It’s in a great location, (right off a main road) the room was spacious and very quiet. We never heard another guest! Great amenities including a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Loved the apartment style room. The bed was a little soft but very comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory- better eggs than most! Also enjoyed a noon checkout - never felt rushed to check out. Lastly, the price was incredible! 5 star stay.

The hotel really needs a deep cleaning. The elevators and hallways had debris and crumbs on the floors that were never vacuumed during a five day stay. The housekeeping in rooms wasn’t great, never received fresh towels and the breakfast options were limited.

The tv went out in the middle of the night and it took like 20 mins to get it back on. The pull out was so uncomfortable that my 7 year old daughter didn’t want to sleep on it. There wasn’t enough wash cloths when requested. The regular bed was just okay it could’ve been more comfortable as well as the pillows they were very worn in. One of the staff members for breakfast was quite rude, she was not friendly and had an attitude, which I didn’t understand why. Everything was basically great. My complaint would be that they need to go back to pre covid days. I want my room made up and new towels for each day. I have to go to front desk for towels and get attitude about it! It’s not like you get a discount making your own bed and getting new towels!!

The young lady that greeted me upon my arrival was extremely lovely, professional and kind. I wish all Hotels had this kind of employee. Additionally, the young man that checked me out was very kind and professional as well. I will stay here again when I visit Wilmington!

The place was neat and clean. I was unhappy with the service ( or lack of). I was told we would get our room serviced every other day. However, the only “service” we got was fresh towels once. Our beds were not made, trash wasn’t picked up, and no cleaning was done. We stayed there 5 days. I received an apology and points towards a future booking as compensation.

The breakfast was not very good, the choices were limited to powdered eggs and either bacon or highly processed sausage, waffles and toast.It was just wasn't quality I'd expect from a Marriot backed establishment and for the price I paid, about $180 a night. Gym and indoor pool was well kept. The beds were very comfy and shower was great. The furniture was well out dated. It was not a displeasing stay but not worth the high price.

Amazing stay great staff

Had a wonderful stay was the first time staying at this hotel enjoyed it very much and will be back. The only thing I would change is the lady working the breakfast shift Friday and Saturday had a bad attitude and I did report it and when I went back down there Sunday morning she had a better attitude.

The property was really clean with decent breakfast (hot options and things like cereal and toast). Staff held onto our luggage when we arrived early and were really friendly! Room was clean, no humidity or mold issues. The pillows were decently firm too!

We were disappointed that there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Also we only had 2 bath towels when 3 of us were staying in the room. the pull-out sofa bed was unusable since the thin mattress allowed the springs to be felt thru it. We were tired after a long day of travel and arrived late in the evening, so we didn't complain or report these things. Breakfast and everything else was fine.

I was unable to connect my laptop to their wi-fi, which I needed to do work, was staying there on business. Phone connected fine but hotel staff said there can be problems with laptops connecting if there are security protocols on the laptop. I was in three different locations during this stay and had no problem connecting my laptop to those wi-fi networks.

Great place to stay

I only stayed for one night, it was for business and I picked this based on the location. It turned out to be a much more comfortable room than I expected. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, everything was very clean, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was standard, nothing great but solidly good. I would highly recommend this location.

We've stayed at this property twice now and had a great experience both times. Everyone who works there has been pleasant, it's clean, the beds are comfy, and the included breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast with a good amount of variety above the normal just waffles, packaged muffins/bagel, yogurt options you often see.

The staff was great and friendly. The rooms could stand to be updated. The only real negative is the hot breakfast. I appreciate an included breakfast but the powdered eggs and salty frozen meat bring down the whole point.

Pool and gym are decent and the morning breakfast had a few hot items, oatmeal, waffles, juices coffee, cereal, milk, muffins, fruit and bagels. I found it to be ample and fresh every day which was nice. All staff was very friendly. You turn left onto Eastwood out of the hotel and you are at the beach in under ten minutes. Right next to Market St. and College Ave. so it is close to all different types of grocery stores and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet although it was full and very clean. It was an excellent stay and experience. I am here to vacation often and I will not consider booking at any other hotel on future stays in Wilmington. I think for the price I paid per night everything was fabulous.

Great time. Clean hotel. My only complaint is people who are sensitive to smells may not be able to handle the strong smell when you walk into the lobby. It's a great smell but it's to strong. It was very overwhelming.
