    The hotel smelled and the rooms were disgusting . Dirty blankets and pillows full of stains . Walls and floors were dirty . Didn’t even stay . Walked in and seen it and immediately left. Looks nothing like the pictures online . And was not able to get refund

    Was unable to have a key/ card for my room due to some technical difficulties. The guy working the front desk name Patrick was very kind. The room was ok but defiantly not fully clean. The toilet and outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. Weird noises near my door at night. Was unable to check out due to no staff around 7am.

    Would like a refund for half my stay. There was mold in the room. Which is the franchisee fault. Not the employees. I wouldn't of asked them to clean up mold.as sick as I got and as kind as they were Upper management, dm, cfo. Needs chemical bio hazard clears. Despite the conditions the staff stays positive

    Absolutely nothing It was very disgusting. There was like mud on the side of the fridge and on the microwave it said there was a $250 cleaning fee if it was used mind you this refrigerator beside of it looked like it had been in the Warzone. There was some bugs in the room. I did not feel safe and it felt nasty so I ended up leaving as soon as I pretty much checked in and went and got another room at another location and lost my money on this place so I never again will I be there

    We were suppose to get a queen bed, got a full size bed. I tried to call the 500# to check out. It was after 10:00 before someone was at the front desk. The smell of pot was strong.

    Once I got there I asked about towels and to have my trash taken out, bed made, and my towels replenished they said they don’t do that but every 2 weeks that I have to pay for my towels or do them myself if I would have know that I never would have booked there the room was not very clean and there was puke on the floor in the hallway it sat there for two days. I did not like that I felt unsafe because there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. The bed was so uncomfortable that my hips started hurting and I went to the manager and asked him if there was something he could do and he pretty much laughed at me. There were homeless people staying there and hookers where walking in and out all the time not to happy about staying at this hotel. I don’t have any photos of what I mentioned sorry.

    The overall cleanliness was appalling The staff was very controlling and confrontational. They used eviction for reason such as footsteps thru out the day and minor disagreements to an extent that it felt weaponised. Very very unhappy Would not ever consider another extended stay . We are leaving 3 days early and without a doubt we will be robbed for the prorate amount for early checkout.. I can tell this property is being mismanaged and no one cares Everything It was horrible

    Nothing. I'm a world traveler and I felt like I was on an episode of law and order and they found a dead junkie in my room. Lightning bad. No table lamps. Bed was a worn out hospital cot. Hallways. Bad. Dark and smelled stale cigarettes. No amenities. Room door and building locks didn't work. I cut my stay short and stayed at a motel 6 which was a definite upgrade in comparison and they're known for being cheap and seedy. In more Ithan 20 years of business travel can't remember when I have stayed at a hotel this bad.

    Yes to start with I rented a room for my daughter she was robbed Abt 2 hrs before that and he money and wallet was stolen. This motel refused to let her in the room I rented with my debit card and my car dentals and put her out in the cold back out where she was robbed before. God says forgive but I can't and on top of everything else they want refund my money and no one ever got to see the room or stay there or anything this place should be held responsible for her getting really sick and trmatized I can't say what I really want to

    Staff was fine. Thats about it I knew this place had roaches as soon as walked into the room. The smell of roach and roach traps hits you right in the face. Tried lightning a candle and that did not help. Smell was just awful. The hallway smelled better than my room

    While I was in bed falling asleep, someone opened my door with an active room key. Only the flip lock kept them from entering. Either someone has stolen keys, or someone at the hotel is giving out active cards. UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY!!!

    I was charged twice. I paid on line with booking.com but when I got there I was charged again. I did not receive the refund for 4 days which impacted me financially on this trip. There were roaches in the room.. I was asleep and a knock at door for pest control and they sprayed but I still had to go and purchase roach traps and spray because still live roaches in the room.

    This place is sad and run down. Flimsy mattresses, bare minimum is an understatement. It would be ok for a night or 2 if the hotel policies were not so dehumanizing. I’m not sure what is going on, but the way these people scrutinize you as though you are doing something wrong or will be soon is really off putting. I’m assume everyone who stays here is a human who deserves kindness and a service for the money they are spending on a room. What a bizarre experience. It’s like a half way house atmosphere. It’s sad and depressing.

    Room wasn't cleaned, had trash on nightstand from previous customer, sheets and towels had been removed but that's it. Hair in bathroom. Lady at the front put sheets on bed and gave us towels but we did have to stay in a dirty room. I get that it's budget but or $160 stay I'd expect better and wish I could get money back for staying in a dirty room. Ridiculous. Will not stay again. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because we at least had AC and it was quiet, and employee was nice.

    I booked this hotel cause I have always had good experience with Extended Stays. Not this one! Where do I begin it was all so bad! We killed 2 roaches in the room, the shower was dirty and water pressure and hot water non existent, no tissues and only 1 small bar of soap provided. The beds were like sleeping on a pull out sofa with a thin mattress on springs. No lamps in room and overall it was not very clean. We had asked to change rooms and this was second one we got so first one was similar description. The lady at front desk was not very apologetic or friendly and rather had a gruff demeanor which is not good customer service. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AND STAY HERE!

    Well lets start from the beginning. When we arrived there was no body at front desk to check us in. We waited approximately 15 mins before the lady showed up. Got checked in and once we got inside the actual hotel hallway the place smelled like a bag of sweaty asscrack. The beds are almost like sleeping on a military cot. Very sketchy people up and down the hallways. Rooms supposed to be clean but obviously they are blind. Dirt and whatnot around the baseboards , sink drain had either facial hair or pubic hair trapped in drain. When we went to checkout the front desk was closed and locked up. Elevator was hot and sweaty, and located next to a drug rehab facility

    What a dump. I had stayed in an Extended Stay many years ago during a reno. It was nice - everything included, a home away from home. This one - not so much. This was for a short stay but it included less than sleeping in my car. I think the maintenance crew was given the rest of their off because there were half-stared projects everywhere. Hot water, when you could get it, was about as hot as an hour old cup of coffee sitting out. This facility is less about the old model of long-term housing for a professionals/executives moving to the area and the needs of folks either with housing issues, health issues who have state support. Now, I don't have a problem with that at all. What I have a problem with is this being advertised as a general hotel for the public. It is not that at all. There are better places to go if you need a clean, cheap place to crash for a night or two.

    The manager was nice at check in. I did not know that a license would need to be photographed for checking in, and mine being old and having wear was apparently a problem. Any time any other place (pharmacy, hotel, etc.) has had an issue they've just been able to type in the information. I don't know why Extended Stay is focused on this kind of security instead of making sure the building feels safe.

    Booked, and paid for hotel in advance, for my girlfriend to stay at while construction being done on kitchen. When she arrived, the desk clerk refused to give her a room. I am white, they had no problem taking my money; my girlfriend is not white and they had a problem giving her a room. The reason they gave was that they do not permit locals to book rooms at their facilities. When she was turned away, and walked back to her car, she was followed and picked up on in the parking lot. She said there were several of men hanging around the parking lot. She did not feel safe. The only motels I know of that don’t book to locals are ones with prostitution problems. Don’t know if that was the problem here, but considering the hotel is near the docks, there were men hanging around outside, and they turned away a local girl from an already booked room, if it wasn’t a racist thing, then I can’t fathom what else was their problem. Kudos to Hotels.com for making it right by re-booking my girlfriend at Embassy Suites downtown as a replacement for the Extended Stay Hotel that turned her away

    I stayed at this property and it was the worst hotel I’ve been in out of 32 countries. It took 30 minutes for an attendant to show up. The lobby smelled horrible but not as bad as the room and elevator. The second night I reserved was worse. I couldn’t check in after calling ahead. I arrived at the property to no attendant. One could not be located. Several other guests were waiting and ended up leaving because the attendant could not be found. I need all my money plus some but I’ll never stay at another extended stay america nor will I allow my family or employees to stay here.

    A lot of parking spaces. Place reeks of cigarette smoke. I had a non-smoke room, but the stench of the smoke was in the room. Husband and I checked in and then checked right out. Also, we felt uncomfortable and the place just felt sketchy to us.

    The staff was nice and seemed like they were trying their best but the building is not taken care of. The first room I got the lights didn't work and had mold/leak spots on the ceiling. I asked for a different room and it was slightly better than the last but still overall dirty, the floor was practically coated in dirt and dust, I wore shoes the whole time I was in there. There room was just kind of bare, no lamp next to the bed, no shampoo/conditioner just one small bar, two very small pillows for the bed, old cheap mattress that felt like it was from another decade. It looks really nice on the outside and has the potential to be great but I'm guessing the owners are cheap and don't want to invest to make it nice.

    This place is absolutely horrible. Constant drug deals going on outside and around the vicinity. Numerous drug addicts live in this place. The General Manager Byron Hicks is extremely rude and unhelpful. The rooms are disgusting, ac units falling out of wall, mold in the bathrooms, broken shower heads, uncleaned shower tubs, moldy shower curtains, disgusting bathroom sinks, broken kitchen sinks, drug residue on refrigerator, broken cook tops, terrible internet service, broken microwaves, dirty floors. The list goes on. I know this is a budget hotel to stay in but if you can afford anywhere else please do so. My experience here has been absolutely horrible. This place is absolute garbage.

    Cancelled reservation so I can’t say how the rooms looked. Hotel had double doors to get buzzed in. We didn’t feel safe. We spoke to a local Sheriff and he said they go there all the time to do drug busts Glad we didn’t stay

    Someone, a child likely running or banging constantly directly above. Killed several cockroaches within short time of being there. Had to ask to leave and went somewhere else.

    It was so dirty and easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The table was uneven so they had a napkin shoved under the leg to make it even. The bed was super loud and squeaky and very uncomfortable, it did not even have a comforter or a headboard. Did not come with any toiletries or even dishes. You have to rent them. Overall HUGE waste of money. DO NOT STAY HERE

    The employee so rude I have staid 12 days and I asked for two hours late checkout and I told them I can pay for it the front desk lady she was so rude with me first she said she can give me one hour I asked to speak with the manager she said okay now you have to checkout now I went there for a business trip but I will never never go there anymore. Beside the condition of the hotel it’s trash not clean bugs everywhere and they don’t have room service I asked for the gym they said they don’t have and when booked they said they have gym It’s one time experience will never be 2nd.

    There at 3 pm and the lady’s dog tried to attack me. After we get inside we had to call because there was no attendant. We call and after speaking to a really rude lady with an attitude, the same lady comes out to help us. She stated because we booked through a third party she doesn’t have to accommodate us. She was very rude. To my understanding I had a reservations. Her name is Holly. And she needs new customer service training.

    The room was nasty with roaches, a film on the floor, stains on the bedding and blood splatter stains on the floor and walls in the bathroom. Would never have stayed over night if it had not been 2:30am when we checked in and we just needed a little sleep before going to our next location.

    Although it’s an extended stay hotel, it would definitely have been nice to have, at least, a small bar of soap in the bathroom upon arrival. I also noticed garbage in the elevator and in the entrance area. The bed covers also did not seem the cleanest they could have been. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked, as did the AC. Overall, for $110.00/night, I definitely expected more in the way of cleanliness.

    My wife and I are very disappointed with our stay. The elevator smells like urine, the floors are dirty, hotel room 205 bathroom light was out, floor was dirty, and the pillows and sheets awful. We wanted to exchange our towels and there was a fee to do that. What? If we needed help the office was closed. Parking lot not safe. People living out of there cars. Terrible. Could not wait to leave.

    The rooms were not properly cleaned. Very dusty and not swept well. I wore my sandals any time I was in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice for the check in process but I did not like that fact that the desk isn't manned at night.

    What can I say, anywhere that animals are allowed can’t be that clean and I found that out firsthand. The bed had clean linen but the floors were awful dog hair piled up behind the door and everywhere on the floor. And the hallways were dirty too.

    This hotel was not a good experience. When we checked in, the staff member was polite. There is no foyer, just a small hallway then an entry door to the rooms. The hallway floors were dirty. The rooms were very sparse - no amenities like soap, tissues, or desk lamps that you generally expect to find. The furnishings, bathroom fixtures, and general appearance was dated and somewhat dingy. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we heard loud elevator rumblings and people making noise in the hallways until 4 am. I would definitely not stay here again.
