pool not working carpet in the hotel is filthy. Did not stay lost money on the room but I could not stay there. Person at the front desk stated I would receive a refund but I have not received it. 😑

The check-in staff was kind and understanding, they obtained me a discount because of inconvenience and issues with the booking when our whirlpool suite was downgraded to a regular suite without any prior notice, it was realized when we got to the room. We were still able to stay in the suite booked but the whirlpool jets were inoperable. The room was small for what I would consider a standard much less a suite. It clearly shows wear and need of repair, holes in walls, broken refrigerator, displaced door handle to the bathroom. Pillows were half stuffed feather and were uncomfortable, the bed was stiff. Window shades were stuck at 3/4 closed, we were unable to adjust them. The night clerk was brusque at best when I asked about extra pillows and they had no extra linens at all.

Just outside the front gate, some people were smoking weed. Every time you go through the front gate, you can sense the bad weed smell. The hotel staff could have looked into it since it was just outside the front gate but still within the hotel property

We had a really nice room with a pool in our room, that was quite unique and special. My girl friend spent almost the whole time in the pool. The room was large and everything was Ok. Enough parking space and the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was basic, nothing special.

Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was good. Parking was fine Pool closed. Bathroom mirror was streaked really bad and light bulb out in bathroom. Bed had cat hair on it. Room could have been cleaner.

Lots of deferred maintenance at this property. I took a shower and the water was lukewarm--never got close to a hot shower, yet there weren't that many people staying at the hotel. Rooms are a bit worn but were clean.

Very dirty outdated rugs in hallway were terrible, no hot water in the shower. Pool was an indoor pool which was not operational. Staff was not helpful. Very disappointed in my stay here. I would never stay here again. It was certainly not worth $200.

While Expedia was a HUGE help the property itself was a disappointment. Upon entering the room the first night we realized how “stale” the room was with no airflow. We turned on the ac immediately to help and overlooked dirty carpet and mold on ceiling in bathroom. We didn’t stay in the room much, but on our checkout day we noticed at least a 3” mushroom growing from the carpet on the 3rd floor. Overall it just didn’t feel clean or comforting.

Not enough pillows to go across bed 4 small square pillows on king bed. The shower curtain needed to be trash. It was torn and stained. The towels all had holes. But they did have bed bug cover thank goodness. I will not return.

The stay at this property was okay. The pillows were awful, I could feel the springs in the bed and there were no breakfast options for gluten or dairy free. The pool was closed for the whole stay. The staff was nice.

This was the second time that I stayed here and It was a very comfortable stay and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. And the room was very clean. The only issue I had was the door it was hard to close and looked damaged. And it took a little longer for the hot water to come through.But I did address it with the staff and they were very accommodating.

There’s a microwave in a refrigerator so you can bring home your lunch from work and you don’t have to spend money going out to eat

Still waiting to see if I get that money back or if I am going to have to contact the fraud department and have my debit card and account frozen. Also maids only service rooms every three days and I would have to hunt down a maid to have trash emptied to get towels coffee ect. That being said the maids were super friendly and helpful. 9th

The clerk and Mgr. Seemed helpful. The linoleum flooring in the room was folding up on all corners, you could see baseball sized lumps under the bedspread. The pool was down and according to the registration clerk, had been out of order for some time. The elevator was also closed. I even looked at a second room and found the same. I refused to stay there.

The entry door to my room was cracked with an amateur attempt at repair. Door requires replacement. Very difficult to operate!

The room was nice. The trash outside was overflowing and was not welcoming. They did not have coffee at any point in the morning. There was some in the room but going back up to the room to make coffee was disappointing.

I liked the location it was very convenient. The property was also very clean. The pool wasn’t working and the air conditioner in my room was broke and it was VERY HOT.

No coffee for breakfast. Sausage was over cooked and was tough and orange juice was watered down.

Our door was damaged, the toilet made funny noises, the pool was under maintenance. But actually closed. The breakfast was frozen egg patties, frozen sausage patties and dry flavorless potatoes hash browns. It was noisy all night long. Will not stay their again.

Hotel is really in bad shape, carpet had terrible stains, fridge shelf broken. Bathroom curtain was tore up and also bathroom had mold in feeling, wall was also broken. The pull out couch bed had old rice looked like maggots. Back entrance door did not work, hotel cards did not open our room. Staff was OK. Breakfast was ok. Probably will not go back.

The area is always good here. There were old dirty panties in the center end table. There was no iron in my room and then told me that irons don't come with room. Finally got the iron, but no one contacted me about the dirty panties found by my 9 year old daughter. Someone needs to make this right. This was very very unacceptable.

The grits No pool since COVID, watery gravy hard chicken patty and hash browns served, burned and stained carpeting in room, ragged older looking furniture in room, closet door looked ragged. Streaming LG channels lagged horribly, bathroom sink had a man's hair in it from shaving, bed was uncomfortable. It used to be our go to spot but Will never stay there again bc the quality has gone down horribly

The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress protector, the lamp in the bedroom wasn’t plugged in when we checked in. The room looked a bit dated an the guy working the front dresk was hard to understand. I was very upset to find out the pool was down overall I wasnt impressed with the stay an I don’t plan on returning

There were spills all on the floor, ripped up chairs in rooms, pool is posted as they have one, then when you purchase the room and get there the pool is closed, and apparently has been since covid. Worker is extremely rude. Refused to help. Snapped at elderly customer. The ad is that they serve breakfast until 1030, well at 930 the lady cuts the lights off and you have to eat in the dark as she puts up the food. Refused to refill items that were out or low. Told people no, Turned the fridge with milk in it completely around so you couldnt get milk. Again this is at 930. A whole hour before close. When the other staff had multiple complaints they went to talk to her and she even told them no and go an attitude. But the worst part was the staff for check in. Her attitude and the way she talked to multiple customers and her refusing to help was absolutely ridiculous

Pool was closed but i was notified prior to our arrival. Older hotel but was priced right and included hot breakfast. Stayed 3 nights, not luxurious but clean.

The facility itself was presentable and clean. Had trouble with our key cards and went back down to get new key cards at least 4 times. They had to call maintenance to come take batteries out of the key lock and put new ones in and he had to also do something else. Overall it was a pretty decent day I've stayed there before in the past and I feel like it was a lot better. I don't know the staff's names but the guy that helped me when I first checked in was very professional and nice and then the girl that helped with our card keys seemed like we were inconveniencing her. But all in all it was a decent stay.

First off, no one offered to assist this 60 year old woman with lifting my heavy suitcase onto the dolly. The carpets were old, worn and stained. I had cockroaches in my room and the guy at the front desk said the guy went home already and no one was here to spray. He did however offer to move me to another room. I told him if one room had cockroaches then they most likely all had roaches. And again when leaving, nobody offered to help me load my car. I will not be coming back to your hotel.

The carpets were stained and dirty throughout, the TV stand in the room was missing a lot of the trim, the chair was torn, the a/c unit was crusty and barely worked. The bed was hard. The room was as clean as someone could make it, kudos to housekeeping for polishing a turd. The breakfast was powdered watery eggs, sausage patties, home fries, grits, pastries, cereal, fruit cups, yogurt, and one waffle maker. Not great. Staff were efficient but not friendly. The manager offered to change our room, we declined and were charged 50.00 for the time we moved our stuff in and immediately back out of the room. This is unacceptable and the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen.

The pool was closed and yet still advertised as an amenity when I booked the room. When I responded to the email about the closure I received no reply. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was fresh, even though obviously made from the cheapest ingredients possible.

The breakfast was rhe best part of the stay! The hotel room was kind of outdated and it took 30 mins for the shower to get warm each day. The top cover on the bed was a mess from being in the dryer and the cotton was bunched up. Overall, the hotel smelled clean, tbey have fresh cookies for you, and it was a place to sleep in

There is a fair amount of room in the suite for a family of 5. Nice to have continental breakfast. Noticed a few things broken in the room, including the cabinet door that holds the mini fridge.

The breakfast was decent. In the room we found & killed 2 roaches.the check in person was okay not super friendly. The checkout person was very polite and professional. The room has a humidity issue. The downstairs had a missing window boarded up with tape and tarp. The area was okay not a little sketchy at times

They ended up giving us a smaller suite for the night, but moved us back into our original suite after the room was “treated”. The room had stains on the walls, floors and lamp shade. It was difficult for the room to read my keycard. I went to get something in the car and enter from the side door. It was suppose to be opened by the keycard only apparently it was unlock the whole time. This did not make me feel safe. Food was basic breakfast food, nothing to rave about.

The room had stains on the walls, floors and lamp shade. It was difficult for the room to read my keycard. I went to get something in the car and enter from the side door. It was suppose to be opened by the keycard only apparently it was unlock the whole time. This did not make me feel safe. Food was basic breakfast food, nothing to rave about.

There was a pubic hair on toilet seat when we got there and the floor around toilet was covered with water. Beds were made but sheets looked slept in. Air conditioner was very loud and sounded like an ambulance siren on and off, on and off. When toilet was flushed it made a very loud “laughing” sound. We videoed it and showed all our family. Then there was an altercation from the breakfast attendant who looked like he was an ex con. We got down about 9:15. Got coffee and some food (frozen chicken patties heated up). Got a bowl of cereal. And went to get milk and he started yelling at me that they were closed (it was 9:32). Yelled at me he was following the rules and that the milk was locked up “bro.” The hotel manager had to get me some milk. Needless to say when he called me “bro” I was not happy so I asked if he was following his prison rules. It was not a good start to the day.

First was the pool it was green and dirty. Second it smelled very musty in the hallway. Third is very humid in the room and was quite apparent the A/c wasn't working correctly. Forth after taking a shower the moisture was so bad in the room it made the floors wet and very slippery over all this facility is in very poor condition. Would not recommend this property to anyone!

I enjoyed the clean room and the friendly helpful staff. They made sure to tidy up our room every morning. And the free hot breakfast was fantastic!

It wasn’t too bad. The hotel needs some updates. Also the pool was out of service which seems to be a common theme among the reviews. It did not feel like the lobby or the dining room had any ac on. We were sweating while eating breakfast. The staff was friendly. It was an ok stay for two days.

The rugs were nasty looking, the door to the outside was broken and they lock the doors at night 12-6am so you could only get back in if you walked all the way around to the other side. The staff was rude in person and on the phone. They sent me paperwork to fill out and email back. Had to call 3 times because the email address on the paperwork was outdated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Both side doors were broken to the hotel, the carpet in our room was pulled up and the cabinet was broken. At one point our hotel key card stopped working, but they did fix that quickly.

My stay was uneventful my bed had lumps in it the floor had tears in the linoleum all the way across the floor had no bathtub as if that wasn't bad enough while taking a shower the drain clogged up and the water went all over the floor even outside the door to the point that maintenance or some staff person came o ce they saw all water flowing outside on the carpet in the hallway they come with a shop vac to suck up the water.Management stated the reasoning for this was because I took my shower to long and drain couldn't handle the water flow.

The lady when I checked in was very friendly and super nice but the hotel was nasty and stains everywhere so I decided to check the room to see if I could find a reason to stay but the room wasn’t any better and there was a hole in the corner next to the baseboard that you could have put a baseball in and there were chips in the floor so I knew I wasn’t going to stay or get my money back I have always had good luck at staying in other Radisson country inn but if they’re not checking up on their hotels franchise better than this I’ll never be back to one again I was very disappointed I didn’t even stay I went to another hotel near by and just ate the money I had already spent with them

This could be a very nice property they have a lot of amenities but most were broken. The pool was out of service but it doesn't look like it's going to be fixed the water fountain was out of service doesn't look like they were going to fix it, the side door doesn't have a lock there's nothing there to scan to get in the building. Our first night the mattress slept terrible and we had to be moved. All of these things could be fixed if the owner would take care of it

The wall HVAC units need to be addressed also, the air quality after you use them is equivalent to Dante's peak after a volcanic eruption.

Overall the property, from the moment pulling into the parking lot to the moment we checked out, gave a distinct run down feel. The carpets were obviously stained and worn, bathroom and elevator floors were sticky, pool was closed for maintenance (and looked like it had been for some time), trash cans were overflowing and never emptied, and the smoke free hotel obviously had people smoking marijuana in it at night.

The s/c unit in the room didn’t work.

Room confusion trying to sort out front desk personnel was absolutely rude, and unkind. We will not be sending our employees here ever again.

There were Roaches in the one room and when I was moved to the next room, more Roaches! I was given a refund and still have not seen it reflect on my card. I was told that I had to contact Hotels.com

The room was clean however there was a lot of wear and tear in the room. The shower curtain was torn, the coffee maker did not work, it took at least 5 minutes before the water was hot enough to take a shower. There was some kind of vent in the room and the door was barely hanging on. Our first night after we left the room for dinner and came back our key did not work. Not worth the price we paid for the room in my opinion and will likely stay somewhere else next time.

My heater in the room barely worked. It was kinda cold all night and the unit never stopped running. Bed was hard and walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors talking all night. Tv was nice sized though.

I checked in room 405 and was moved to 415 because my guest woke up to find bugs in the bed. We too a video and called front desk, Megan the night auditor move me to Another room upon entering the room we saw bugs coming from behind the head board, by this time my friend couldn’t sleep and left the hotel

The staff and breakfast were both great!

The stay was about standard. They will hold a deposit for a week even after prepaying. Side doors out had to walk all around the building to and from vehicle and pool service was down.

I paid when i reserved my room. I use to live in Leland and move to Ashville about 6 months ago. I came home for Thanksgiving. I could not check into the hotel because of my ID. It still had my old Leland address and they said i lived too close. I was told i would get a refund but now the hotel and hotel.com are messing me around. I just want my refund. Bathroom was horribleTub didn’t drain. Had to stand in ankle water while showering. Shower head leaked sprayed out of side. towels s smelled like mildew and had yellow tint. I felt like I was at a motel six.

This wouldn't be a bad place if the carpet was replaced in the whole hotel. It was in very bad condition, stained and unsightly. Pool was closed, looked and smelled bad. Not inviting as it is a centerpiece when going to your room. Choice needs to improve here. Staff was fine...they just didn't have much to work with.

This hotel was NOT the Country Inn and Suites I’ve known for 20 years. It looked like a run down hotel and they put that hotel name on it. We left and will be fighting to get a refund.

THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! IN THE ON LINE WHERE YOU VIEW THE MOTEL AND ITS AMENTIES IT SAYS THEY HAVE A POOL AND IT SHOWS A HOT TUB. WHEN WE ARRIVED ON THE 17TH THE POOL WAS SHUT DOWN AND HAS BEEN SINCE JUNE AND THE HOT TUB REMOVED. THE FIRST NIGHT I HAD BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER ME AND I WAS UP SMASHING THEM ALL NIGHT .WE NEVER ONCE HAD ANYONE COME IN TO SERVICE OUR ROOM THE WHOLE 4 NIGHTS WE WERE THERE! THEY DIDNT BRING CLEAN TOWELS,TAKE OUT OUR TRASH OR CHANGE OUR BED THE WHOLE TIME. WE HAD TO CARRY OUR DIRTY TOWELS AND TRASH DOWN TO THE CHECKIN DESK AND THEN THEY WOULD GIVE YOU THE AMOUNT OF TOWELS YOU TOOK DOWN TO THEM AND GIVE YOU TRASH BAGS ! WE WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCOMSTANCE. IT IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY BUT THATS ALL WE CAN SAY ABOUT IT!!
