Nice breakfast spread and clean room that seems brand new

The icemaker on the 3rd floor didnt work and the workout area was small (to be expected), otherwise it was very nice.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Housekeeping staff do an exceptional job of cleaning. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist.

The first room we were in was on the top floor and seemed new. The included daily breakfast was very good and the choices and replenishment were plenty. The beds were comfortable all three nights After we came back from dinner out, our room smelled strongly of sewer odor so we turned the fan from auto to on. The next morning, it was worse so we requested a room change and was moved to the first floor. That room was more used and needed to be updated, but it was clean. We were charged an additional deposit for that room and did not get a refund or transfer of the initial deposit until 3 weeks later.

My stay was very good, I liked the hotel a lot

I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving us for a third night in a dirty room. I have never had such a bad experience at a Marriott.

I came to Springhill Suites, trying to run away from storms. Well, I ran right into them! Yvette, the front desk attendant, was so kind and acommodating! My anxiety was through the roof, so she did everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible. When I checked out, I had to leave my car overnight. They took notes to make sure my car was picked up by my husband and not anyone else. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

I liked the spinach with breakfast and the changes with breakfast items each day. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distant, and even a stage with free live music that drew lots of families and kids. There was a great walking trail too. Our room was at one end of the building and sounded like right under constant running water.

It’s a very nice, like new hotel in a very up and coming trendy area! Staff and facilities were very good! The online website lists Bar as one of the amenities…however this hotel DOES NOT have a bar or adult beverage service. I choose this hotel in particular for that feature, but a no go! Otherwise, if that’s not a dealbreaker…highly recommend!

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the providers of the cooked breakfast didn’t show making the options a continental breakfast. The desk clerk did what he could to make do with what was available. He did find some crustless quiches he warmed that were quite tasty.

We like everything about this hotel. The only reason we gave it a good for the room is because around 9:30 pm when we were trying to relax the black out curtains and shade started opening and closing, going up and down. We thought it was a joke but it kept repeating again and again.... We asked to be moved and we were moved to a different room. Something happened with the renovation of that room. Otherwise all was great.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Our stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They helped us to get a Uber to attend the Dallas cowboys game they even helped us with tools to put my granddaughters dollhouse together. We felt right at home. To the staff you are wonderful people. Much love from the WV girls!!

Of all the motels we have stayed at during our travels, this one was in the top two. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was unbelievably spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Weatherford area.

The breakfast was well-stocked but for some reason they decided to just “steam” the bacon instead of frying it. It was just a mass of raw pork. No one was eating it while I was there. The bed was great! Good pillows. I would stay there again.

It was very clean in the room was bigger than I was expected. They shower was hot but needed better pressure. The sheet smelt clean and the bathroom was big. Didnt like the glass door to the bathroom because it let light in if your trying to sleep and someones showering. The class was big and you can walk in it.

We booked this hotel due to the proximity to shopping while passing through the area. The room was spacious and the desk came in handy. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were most impressed by the quality of the continental breakfast as compared to other hotel chains. We stayed again as we were passing back through the area a few days later.

It was great . Our only complaint is the door of the bathroom is right in front of the bed and not solid so if one goes to the bathroom at night, turning on the light can wake the other person up.

The TV would notb work with our Xbox due to the volume and programming of the TV. We spent our own money trying to get it to work as the staff was not helpful. In fact, the lady there asked my husband if he would unclog another guests toilet for her! The housekeeping staff gave false info and then was knocking on our door asking for us to leave before our 11 AM check out even. Breakfast was like non-existent.

Booked last minute. We were greeted by friendly front desk member. Our room was available in minutes before check in which made it very convenient. Hotel is near restaurants that are walking distance. Would come back again.

After a long day at DFW, waiting for postponed flights that eventually cancelled, we needed a comfortable and quiet place to stay for the night that would soothe frayed nerves. When a relative that lived nearby offered to bring us to Weatherford while we waited for the next day’s flight connection, we grabbed the suggestion and are so grateful. Just knowing how happy my mom was to have such a nice stay after a long day made everything worth it. She said the rooms were absolutely “elegant” and it was the “best place” she ever stayed in! High praise, indeed! Comfortable, clean, congenial. What more could anyone ask for? On, and did I mention the awesome hot breakfast? WOW! This is a fantastic property. Well done, everyone.
