Breakfast is only on the weekends and WiFi barely works,,,,they were always saying they were having trouble with it and had to contact certain people the next morning,,,,, and I feel I was overcharged,,,bc it's not worth what they charge and I was charged even more through this app and would've paid less at the leasing office,,,,it was alot of confusion about the charges,,,, and I asked about weekly charges but wasn't informed until the day I was leaving,,,, which would've been cheaper for me to pay for a week instead of a few days...... so,,,,all these people are scamming,,,,the sink was leaking from the pipe under it..... which is a health hazard and I have mobility issues so I'm glad I seen the puddle of water in the floor and my belongings didn't get wet,,,,, and the first night, I paid for a two bed,,,, but was told that it wasn't available when I arrived there,,, so I had to crowd up in a one bed,,,, but they changed it to the two bed , the next night to make up for the miscommunication...... and in the first room it was a chair and the back of it was broken,being a office chair it's hard to tell when it reclines a little but it went all the way back and I'm glad I wasn't injured then,,,, so,,,they need to be more aware of the unsafe and unstable conditions of things before someone is injured,,,, and paying $91 a night is too high for that,,,, and y'all's app charge too much bc I see it was a $50 deposit through your app..... never again..... unless it's strictly necessary...... Everything for the price,,,,they used to be way better a few years ago and more clean......the sheets and bedding are worn out and the carpet stinks......

Perfect location for softball at a Vetrans park right next door! Clean rooms and nice staff as well.

Big bed, hot shower and CHEAP. Walking distance to lots of food places. Not sure about cleanliness… Cigarette burns on sheets. need trash cans in room or outside. Loud surroundings. Lots of wandering people.

Room was very clean. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. Great price. Hotel is right on a major hwy so the noise can get slightly loud, but not horrible.

The cleaning ladies were nice Management arguing/yelling once we asked for our entitled tax exempt refund. In which he refused to refund even though we stayed 76 days straight. With no interruption of payment

Nice area. Plenty of eating options. Park close by to walk. But our room was a hot tub room. Which i paid extra for. And the hot tub did not work. I complained to the front desk said they would fix by the time we got back from dinner did not happen. It was late when we got back from dinner it was to late to complaint again. Property is Farley nice..... However, I did not like the hidden charges and extra fees and surcharges it's very deceiving to book a room for $60 a night and end up having to pay an average of $100 to $110 a night

It was realky good. Some small house keeping, like cleaning the cormers in the bathroom but I am nit picking. No bugs, clean sheets and towels, everything worked, and pretty comfortable beds.

We didn’t have a do not disturb sign so we weren’t able to put one on the door and when we were gone the cleaners came in to take out the trash but they also took our empty shoe boxes which we use for storage and were nowhere near the trash can.

Room was great except for the blankets. They felt a bit staticky. Perhaps when they get washed and then thrown in the dryer, throw in a sheet softener / static reducer as well.

Great value for the price. Reasonably clean. Even served breakfast even though hotels site said they did not, which is amazing for the price. Good management. My only minor complaints were - bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and AC would always blow non stop even on "auto", even after adjusting temp...so ended up getting a bit chilly inside.

The room smelled of mold and smoke. The chair was all torn up. Bathroom was moldy and gross. I went and checked out and of course I did not get any sort of refund. I went home and took a long hot shower.

The room itself was very clean upon arrival, however beds need to be stripped better because there was some plastic foreign object on the mattress it was small but should not been there the blanket had a burn hole but room is a non smoking room, breakfast was subpar, with the humidity cereal should not sit in cereal dispenser because it was stale, cleaning people were using the key to just come into the room, even though we were there for five days, need signage. It also seemed like the cleaning ladies were rushing to clean, because by 1:00 they were done cleaning. Overall very quiet hotel because none really goes there. I would definitely recommend and go back if you just simply like it very quiet, even the office seems to be closed by 11:00.

Had a mix up and was almost unable to check in but the staff was very understanding. Super friendly staff. Check out was very easy. Always greeted with a smile and politeness/respect. Breakfast was surprisingly really good. The room was a place to stay. No more, no less. Pretty much what you’d expect for the price. Slightly sticky floor. No bed bugs. A little bit of paint peeling off the wall. But still a place to stay. That being said, I enjoyed myself.

There's truck drivers making too much noise in the middle of the night. The housekeeping and manager opened the room door without my permission to see when I'll be checking out.

I ended up at the wrong Scotty white settlement hotel . The guy told me I didn’t have a reservation but he didn’t tell me I was at the wrong Scotty hotel which was just up the road. I don’t know my way in Fort Worth so I paid him for anotho2 rooms when I fount the reservation 20 minutes later he told me that was anoth hotel so he woogive me a refund.

They had great breakfast every morning. The housekeeper would come by every morning and make sure we had fresh towels and anything else we needed. We needed a handicap room which was set up perfectly for us..

The hotel is ok nothing fancy, breakfast was good, people were nice. Just needed to stay 1 night to see a concert.

Everything you’d expect in a budget hotel was here. It was clean, spacious, and had a very nice complimentary breakfast.

The manager was amazing. For being a an inexpensive hotel the manager was awesome. Very kind, helpful, and made the experience great.

When we decided to check less than 10 minutes after we arrived, we waited outside the lobby while the person inside who was checking in finished up. While we were waiting two men in a white truck pulled up to use, started cat calling us, and tried to get us to come over. They waited at the end of the parking lot for a while. We felt very unsafe.

Check in was easy enough. They were trying to shut down breakfast at 0815 when we got there and there wasn't much food left. Breakfast didn't end until 0900. They also called us at 0930 to see if we needed another night because we hadn't checked out yet. Check out was at 1100. The staff was not especially helpful and would not give us a fitted sheet for our bed. At least they gave us a pillow? Not my favorite place to have stayed and won't be back

Blankets and sheet covers were full with stains, and when I decided that I didn't want to stay there, they refused to give me my refunds. The "manager" was extremely rude about the whole situation when I asked for my refund. Stay away from this place

Everything was nice. The only complaint is there isn't a warmer colored bulb or a dim lamb to leave on. The room was too bright when you want to relax.
