Checked into the hotel for a three night stay upon entering the room, It was absolutely disgusting. The AC unit covers were falling apart, Carpet was dirty, room smelled bad and to top it off. There was a big giant booger on the wall next to the bed. went to talk to the Office staff and they were not helpful, told me I had to wait until the morning to talk to a manager so I left booked a different hotel room and have been fighting with them ever since to try and get my money back for the stay. wasn’t in the room for more than 15 minutes, Office staff was very rude and combative when trying to work through the issues,kept getting the runaround, even took this to the corporate office and they gave me the runaround as well. avoid this location and Wyndham in general at all costs.

Spent the weekend and stayed at this hotel, for the 2nd time, since my son doesn't live to far from there. The rooms are clean, the hotel is very quite and they have full breakfast included in the hotel room price.

The stay was decent , the breakfast was great . The staff was nice. You promised deposit back in 4 days . Try 10 days your Hotel held on to it. Book the room for the 18th of January . Bed was uncomfortable and my Deposit was held for 10 days . Not what the front desk relayed to me. Its misleading . Its dishonest and Theres no way I should be waiting 10 days for a deposit that was promised to be returned in 4 days . Clearly when the room had no damage no issues .

The room was clean though the thermostat had to be constantly "tweaked" since it was loose from the wall. It also needed a new battery.

Friendly and helpful staff; large room; decent breakfast. Washing machine out of order; atmosphere was cheap and basic; price felt expensive for basic facilities.

The room smelled bad, and the windows only opened to a maintenance yard. Breakfast wasn't available by the advertised time, so we missed it.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was everything I expected from a simple but nice comp breakfast, great location near markets and freeways and I think I got the largest room on the property....an added bonus.

Team at hotel was great. Room cleaning was very good. If your room faces the rental warehouse be prepared for noise waking you up @ 6am with truck beeping. Noise from other rooms shower … hallway was hot think from the ice machine producing heat. Room were nice and tv good. But just overall the noise was disturbing.

I stayed for 5 day, staff is really helpful friendly. Place is clean, and bedding was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient place where freeways and a variety options of restaurants are close by. It's also close to the capital. I really recommend this Holiday Inn. Definitely will book my next visit there again.

Everything was disgustingly bad

My first night was not good. The A/C for the room above mine had a continuous drip onto a roof below my window. The next morning I moved to another room.

Super close to Sutter health park and right off the freeway. The staff were super helpful & roomy parking spot. Breakfast was yummy & great selection. Will definitely stay again for next baseball game The ac would make a weird noise every now and then, hard to sleep but other than that good

Very limited parking, they locked the lobby doors at 10p for the safety of the staff, I was unaware that the hotel was in an industrial area that had homeless, the toilet did not have a toilet seat to put down so I can close it before I flush which I consider very unsanitary, the shower in the handicap room the shower head was broken for a normal person to stand up and take a shower, and for a disabled person staying in the handicap room it is a tub shower making it very difficult for a handicapped person to step over the bathtub when a walk-in shower would have been more appropriate, the stopper in the bathroom sink was broke and you could not pick it up or push it down. I will never stay at this hotel EVER. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff.

The elevator is super old and crappy! My wife was trapped in the elevator, and it went out of power after a bit, she almost couldn’t breathe. Luckily, she has her phone and was able to call me, I can then call front desk to reactivate the elevator. Really scary experience, we won’t stay again…

This was a nice, basic hotel that we got for a good price and met all our needs. It wasn't fancy but it was comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. I would stay here again.

Front desk didn’t seem very welcoming. No fault of the staff, but they seem to have to spend their time in the office behind the front counter. More space for receptionist to be available, instead of having to wait for someone to figure out someone is at the front counter.

I needed to be in mid-town Sacramento and couldn't find a hotel with vacancy matching my dates. This was a good location for quick access to mid-town. Nice staff, clean facility and free parking. I would stay here again.

I was given a room and once I entered in wasn’t cleaned. I was frightened after realizing it because the bathroom light was on and door closed. They gave me another room but there was a washing machine or something running through out the night. Hotel is also too close to the freeway and had a lot of noise. I didn’t get a good night sleep.

The water was great. Nice and hot. I like the dove products. It was not usual cheap stuff. The shower squeeked the whole time it was on. The bed was comfortable. Had a refrigerator. Microwave. It wasnst clean, updated like every other Holiday Inn Express I visited. Truthfully it shouldn't be a Holiday Inn Express. It wasnt worth $180 a night. More like $60-$70 a night. Staff was great, but that's not enough for us to return. We will not be back.

Well priced compared to Sacramento hotels, and only a short drive away. Room was clean and quiet, and breakfast had great coffee and a good variety of hot and cold items.

The hotel is run down and needs a face lift to be a nice as the one in Manteca. There were also less food choices for breakfast, definitely missed the homemade oatmeal. They only had sugar laden packages.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the included breakfast had a good variety. It took a while to get hot water in the shower for the first person. So definitely could use some updating to the bathroom, adding a fan and fixing the plumbing. We had a family of 4 on reservation so 4 towels would have been nice too. Also with the location being close to a busy road/freeway some sound proofing on windows would be a good to have as well.

This property was very close to where I was having meetings and looked very clean and safe. There were other options, but coming from out of town, I knew I would be able to trust the Holiday Inn name. It did not disappoint. The staff were great, filling the hot water for me at night to make tea when they could have said ti was only for breakfast, giving me a proof of stay to turn in with all my receipts even though it was booked through a third party stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were great. Everything was fresh. There was even an option to make fresh pancakes. The only thing I would say is that it's kind of sandwiched between industrial businesses, but the noise wasn't an issue and stopped at the end of business for those places. Obviously not a hotel issue, just so people know what they'll be near. Honestly, great stay. When I was facetiming my kids, they kept saying how nice my room was. :) I was able to find nice places to eat that were literally minutes away. I would stay here again, I'd bring my family here. :)

Easy access to the freeway but that also meant you could heathe road noise. We loved the full breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Parking under the building is limited and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car in the other spots due to the gad station right next door.

I have a disabled parking permit and it was hard to park in the handy-cap spot with a red mustang parked I. The no parking and a construction truck parked in the other spot. Both vehicles did not have a plate or placer displayed. Lady at the check in was rude.

I really liked that the breakfast was ready early so I could make it to my class early. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

The upgrades done to the rooms since we were here last are great! Spacious rooms with Keurig machines, mini fridges and large screen TVs. Everything in the room was clean. The tub area was apparently not on the list to be redone, but it was in no way dirty or stained. Just chipped a bit and the grout is a little discolored. Nothing at all would keep us from returning, just being factual.

Check in is listed as 3pm, but when we arrived at 3:20 there were no king rooms clean so we had to wait a bit for a room to become available. Other than that, the stay was great. We would definitely consider staying here again. It is close to places to eat and shopping.

I had to come up to Sacramento for the night to celebrate a good friend’s recent tying of the knot. The Clerk that helped me check-in was great! Totally friendly and professional. She seemed to be having some issues with CC machine not working and a printer not working properly; but friendly none the less! Very pretty too - wink, wink, Ha. Got back to the Hotel after the party and was quite surprised to hear a little music being played down the hallway from my room around 1:30am. My bed was on the lumpy side; but for a one-nighter, it served its purpose.

The hotel was nice, elevator was quick, good parking, easy off the freeway access. The breakfast was sub-par, they never even had all the hot food out, one whole tray was just empty each day. My room was nice, bed was comfy, but the shower was not good. The handheld shower head would not stay in place, so it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.

Enjoyed the stay. Just wish there were more amenities. There was no change machine for the washing machines and the front desk did not have change, so I couldn’t do my laundry while I was there.

The room is above standard. The really outstanding part is the breakfast. There are quite a variety of food, both cold and hot. The quality of the food is very impressive too.

Every pillow in the room smelled of swear/body odor. I don't believe they changed the pillow cases and I wonder about the rest of the linen but I wasn't about to sniff those. Will never stay here again. Disgusting.

Conveniently located for Uber access to downtown. We went to a concert and all of the downtown hotels were booked. This is a nice facility.

We had just stayed at a hotel in LA for about $40 less a night and it was much cleaner and many more ammenities. Not a bad stay breakfast was good. Just thought the price was a bit on the high side.

Staff was great, Room was great, Room was clean, PANCAKE MACHINE!
