Great location easy to get around

Very smooth experience all the way around.

We have been loyal Marriott Bonvoy members for many years and recently stayed at one of your properties for seven days. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below the standards we have come to expect. The overall condition of the property was not well maintained. The towels, though freshly provided each day, had a persistent and unpleasant odor. The guest room itself was in poor condition—the carpet was heavily soiled with visible stains and grime, and the bathtub showed significant discoloration and buildup. Additionally, several aspects of the room’s cleanliness were concerning. The lamp shades were visibly dirty with noticeable water stains. The telephone appeared unsanitary, with dust and food debris present. The sofa had visible hair on it, and most concerning, there was hair on the bed linens where my son was expected to sleep. Given the reputation of SpringHill Suites by Marriott, this experience was both surprising and disappointing. Having spent over $1,500 on this stay, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and care. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. Please have someone respond with adequate explanation.

Check in was easy and I enjoyed the breakfast. Conditioner and lotion in bathroom was empty and not enough towels. AC did not cool the room adequately.

Nothing! I had to sleep on a couch in my colleagues room as my reservation was cancelled on booking.com due to communication issues. This was a business trip and very uncomfortable. Old outdated, conditioner was empty, soap hard to pump out, ice machine out of service

Not much There was a constant humming in my room. Couldn’t sleep and the breakfast bacon was raw

The facilities were very clean. The room was nicely laid out. The hall and elevator was very clean. BUT, The pillow cases smelled so badly of bleach and were so scratchy I pulled the sheet up over the pillow and the bedding was so short it barely came over our hips. Sheet came to cover our shoulders but no covers. I finally got up and got 2 bath towels to cover our shoulders which were also not thick and nice as I would have expected. I then got my blouse to cover the pillow. The bed was also the worst. I usually look forward to sleeping on hotel beds as they are usually so comfortable. This was not. I would not return, nor would I recommend. See above

In the room, the nightstands had visible dust around the lamps, the carpets had a noticeable odor that suggested they had not been properly cleaned in some time, and the bathtub was not spotless with visible yellow stains. While I appreciated the service from the team, the overall cleanliness of the room significantly impacted the stay and fell short of expectations. I will not be staying at this property again.

The hotel looked beautiful from the outside, but the inside seemed very dated. The repairs that had been done in the room that I was staying in looks absolutely awful. There was mismatch paint in the room and half of the ceiling tiles were damaged removed and repaired badly in the restroom. The whole hotel had an awful smell to it as well, I think it's just not been cleaned very well? Don't get me wrong my room was very clean, but very dated. I paid about $175 for a night, I probably could have gotten away nicer hotel for the same price range.

The hotel was okay , my first night the air conditioning stopped working but I was quickly moved to a better room. The pool is small and the hotel could probably use some renovations soon but other than that is was ok. I would come back

The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. This location had a basic but good breakfast included which helped cut some of the expense for food. The location was a perfect location from the convention center with ample parking. It was also a good base camp with a short drive to some great restaurants and beaches with free parking.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke up in pain. The room temperature was set at 76°F when we arrived and took about an hour to cool down enough to be tolerable. To make matters worse, we were placed on the first floor and had to listen to a toilet running all night, making it difficult to get any rest. The room itself was not well-maintained. There were visible stains on the couch, and the curtains did not properly block out light, making it even harder to sleep. Breakfast didn’t improve the experience—the sausage was rubbery and unappetizing. Overall, the stay was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. For $225, this felt like a complete waste of money. We will not be staying here again.

Disappointing

Property had a water leak, 1130 at night started running vacs and making lots of noise. The staff should have worried about taking care of the ajoining guest first, before doing remedation after the emegency leak was stopped

The sofa is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sit on. The back is so deep, when trying to sit with my feet on the floor, my back is over a foot from the backrest of the sofa. Must be designed for NBA players.

They mess up my entire experience when they over charge my account left me in zero negative so I wasn’t in best mood anymore cause happened on Friday didn’t receive my credit back until a Thursday so definitely was a damper close to 6days

The internet didn’t work for several hours. We were given a phone number to call from the front desk clerk to call and troubleshoot the issue. Are you serious? We left for dinner and came back and apparently the issue was resolved. Front Desk girls were always greeting us with big smiles and plans for the day and Zee made us feel like family. But honestly all the staff was great. Zee was the absolute best ever from fulfilling all the needs to tips and tricks of the area. The lobby area and breakfast was great, fully stocked and spacious. Kids welcome. Our granddaughter was treated like a movie star. Coffee and fresh lemonade 24/7. We were sad to go after 8 days. Definitely would Stay again.

Staff were so sweet, helpful and amazing. Room was very average with staining in the furniture, lamps, etc. Shower didn't drain properly and if you like to get ready the lighting makes it difficult. But again staff was amazing and felt safe at this hotel.

Everything was great. All the staff were friendly and welcoming during my days at Spring Hill. Special shout out to London and top teir Demetrius. Demetrius was really helpful with everything. The breakfast was OK. Would have loved some omelet but hey. Thank you and look forward to coming back in the near future. ???????

Booked a suite for 5 people. Arrived late at night everything seemed fine. Awoke needed to shower and there were only 3 towels. Called the front desk and asked for more towels. Made multiple trips to front desk to check status on towels. Took over an hour. Thankfully still made our flight.

While the hotel itself was nice, I would not return. Additionally, I found out that the neighboring Homewood Suites and the Springhill Suites share a common owner. So, it's safe to assume that that hotel is run the same way. So, I wouldn't recommend that hotel either.

Late check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Location felt safe. Overall the room was clean, but there was some wear and tear and a few stains on the carpet that made the room seem slightly subpar. We stayed here one night after a late flight into PBI and would return again if needed.

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful & the room is spacious. The breakfast was good too with many options. But the room 125 bathroom needs updating & extra cleaning (mold at corner of tiles). And I think sometimes the toilet leaks at the bottom when it flushes.

Property is really well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tiffany from the front desk was wonderful with our accomodations, even when unfortunately we had to change our room due someone tampering with the smoke detector to smoke in the room. I recommend this hotel!

Majority of the Guest Services staff is friendly and personable except Jasmine who displayed a lack of professionalism. The room was nice and clean. However, there was an exception of a hint of mildew smell. I brewed some coffee and it seemed to cover it for my overnight stay. Breakfast was served with more options than expected. I enjoyed my short stay.

This property is in a nice remote area not too far from the airport. The rooms were a bit dirty especially the sheets, it would be nice if they updated them. Carpet is old and the furniture looks old and dirty as well. Staff were friendly and there is plenty parking. Walls are super thin.

The hotel is nice, but I found the continental breakfast to be quite limited. During my six-day stay, I was dissatisfied with the consistently poor daily breakfast options. Furthermore, my room was noisy, and I don't anticipate any changes to address this issue. I'm just sharing my thoughts with you. Thank you!

This was quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. And breakfast was AMAZING.

The first day the pool was pretty dirty, water was not even clear, and I notified the front desk, who assured me they would do something about it. Unfortunately I had too much of a bad experience to go back and check out if it got cleaned. Breakfast was pretty awesome, there’s a nice selection of things to eat, and plenty for everyone, even when you arrive 5min before closing time. The room was ok clean but not scrubbed clean, and the carpet could’ve used a shampoo cleaning… but the sheets were clean.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, some of the best we have encountered. The breakfasts were excellent!

The hotel staff were amazingly friendly- and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a different variety each day - some of the best I have had. When we needed more clean towels they were ready to supply us with more. When we stayed an extra day, they let us stay in the room we were already in. Excellent experience.

Everyone very professional and personable. Second night invaded by sweet ants when I brought a complimentary cup of lemonade to the room and sat it down on the night stand while I got ready for bed and by the time I came back, the wall, nightstand and cup were covered in sweet ants. Had to move into different room.

The staff was great, the room was nice and clean. The only problem was we had no hot water

Nice facility with a large bedroom suite. A separate room with pull out bed, desk, and kitchenette. The breakfast was excellent with ham/egg sandwiches, quiche, and sausage in addition to many other choices. A great place to stay!

-The staff employed they don’t understand English it was hard to communicate with them especially cleaners , staff who were serving breakfast only one staff was able to speak English. - no body was in our room when we checked in , l ad to request it after 3 days. - the bed mattress were not comfortable, they need to change the bed mattress especially the room we booked. - domestic staff were blocking the corridors with the cleaning trolleys when they were cleaning, not considering the health and safety in case of emergency. - breakfast was the the same menu which end up being eating the same meal - the fruits …. Bananas were too ripen and black in colour outside which was not supposed to be eaten.

The hotel and staff were great. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for all of us.

Nice location; pleasant staff; nice room; breakfast was ok; bed horrible, my back hurt every morning and I tossed and turned all night; have a master switch for the lights which you had to play with to make it work; there was a light over a sink in the front “room” which came on when the master switch was activated but had no switch of its own to turn off, other than the master switch. This meant that if you like to sleep in the dark, which my wife and I do, you had to turn the master switch off to turn the light over the sink off. That meant that if you got up to go during the night, you either had to fumble your way to the front door to turn on the master switch to be able to use the light in the bathroom, or you went in the dark. I chose the later so as not to disturb my wife. I kept thinking, what is the purpose of this master switch as it made no sense to me and did not contribute to a nicer stay.

Quick overnight stay with my family. Breakfast was pretty good. Zee was helpful and positive overall nice stay and would recommend.

Very spacious room and good breakfast

Well being that there was 3 of us, we only had two bath towels. I shouldn’t have to ask for a 3rd one when, it says 3 guest. Also, the water was too cold and my guys didn’t use it one morning and it still was an uncomfortable shower. The staff was great when we checked in. London was very nice and kind. She made sure everything was good for us.

The people who were in the room next to us kept up a ton of noise right outside our door. I had to call the front desk several times to ask to have the problem addressed. On the final call to the front desk (approximately 8pm) I was told “ security would be on site by 10pm” Really??? I had to pretty much put up with that noise for 3 nights straight. I was furious! Otherwise, everything else was ok.
