Cleanliness is most important for me when traveling and this property just wasn’t it. I couldn’t sleep well and used points that could have been put to better use but now I know and as a result will not stay at any Residence Inn anywhere giving my experience. Having a smoker also sitting right by an entry door wasn’t ideal also because now everyone is forced to deal with the second hand smoke without choice.

Room was clean, hallways weren’t the cleanest. Breakfast and coffee very very good. Saw 1 palmetto roach in the room. But overall happy to have a 2 bedroom suite

The reception was excellent and If I may mention Ms. Michelle was excellent, she was professional and very courteous she made our first time very comforting. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Daily breakfast was someone limited in options but still tasty. The accommodation ( room) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Washers and dryers were available for purposes needed.

The breakfast was great. The pull out sofa was so uncomfortable and dangerous for my small children. The front desk was no help with helping us get a different room without that issue so we had to put that 1 inch high mattress on the floor. There was also a disgusting smell coming from the front door.

Management needs to renovate this hotel as it seems, the only thing as the carpet in the corridor. I requested a room change but was tllld there were no other rooms available and no one followed up. I was very disappointed but since I was only there nights . My stay was just ok. Will not be repeating my stay there .

The Wi-Fi connection is extremely inconsistent half of the time you couldn’t login because you’d get blocked for whatever reason and I received a number of warnings from my VPN that the Wi-Fi wasn’t a safe and secure connection

It was okay and a prime location for our stay. Room needed a better cleaning . There were spiders and webs in the main bathroom and the kitchen dishes were dirty. The beds are not very comfortable but we made due. Overall for the price it was nice.

At check in we were greeted with a smile and attentive receptionist. We were happy to see the room looked exactly as it did online, it was clean and fresh and seemed like the ideal place to spend a few days with it's stocked kitchen. My daughter could not stop asking to go to the pool and it was the perfect size and depth. Sandra, our breakfast host, was amazing at checking in on everyone and making sure the tables were tended to. Thank you Marriott for such great staff and amenities at this location!

The location was ideal, close to most things. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and willing to make most things possible. The breakfast was very basic, more variety is needed. We asked for the rooms to be cleaned, however after housekeeping was finished the floors and bathrooms looked like it weren't clean..

It was a good vibe and comfortable stay I liked the staff that was working Angela. She know how to do. What a person if they could deal with a person that comes in and purchase a room.

Our prepaid room was given away upon arrival and we were sent to a hotel in the polar opposite direction at 1 am. After many phone calls and hours of stress we were able to assure we had a room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel itself is fine, the staff is very polite but the hotel clearly hasn’t been updated or kept up with in many years. All in all would not return but Orlando was very lovely.

The squirrels near stores. I liked the people and buffet breakfast! Pot smoke! No cleaning of our room! Tv not working last day! No service of room! I hate to clean everything and take out trash! The pot smoke was unacceptable! I have health problems!

They charged for parking. The incidental amount overall is a bit much. The room they gave us was a smoking room! The toilet stopped up 3 times during our 13 day stay. The bed was very old and lumpy. The sofa bed was old and lumpy.

Our stay at The Residence Inn in West Palm Beach, Florida was outstanding. From the time we checked in the management and staff provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will recommend to my framily and friends to always us Residence Inn for their hotel accommodations.

The hotel seemed older but clean. Some minor cosmetic issues only. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking variety of hot items. Just eggs, sausage, an eggless sandwich, and pancakes (cold and dry). Didn’t do much in the area. Was in town for the VA hospital. I would stay there again.

But had after check and went room find nothing was available. What made things wost after two day not had change with apology. No was avaialbe offer me any help on at least compensation . The staff was very nice and engaged in our conversations. They made us feel welcome and easy to talk to. The breakfast was good and the food service worker was polite and caring with her beautiful smiles.

Our AC went out about 9 at night, was told by the front desk staff that we had to wait till 130 in the morning just in case there was walk inside, mind you we already paid and money was taking out of our account. We was finally moved to another room at 3am.

The room was very well put together, clean,and nice. I didn't like the fact the door if left open to close on its own it slammed really hard. Otherwise the whole experience was very pleasant

First, we were told that cribs would be provided, but upon arrival, we were informed that there were none available. After contacting Expedia, they were able to find a “spare” crib, but it was an inconvenience that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The parking situation was even worse. There was no available parking when we arrived, as multiple guests had taken up several spots. A truck with a boat occupied 9 spots, and a minivan with a trailer took 5. Despite the hotel being fully booked for the weekend, they allowed these guests to take up 16 spots between them. My husband had to stay in the car until 5:30 a.m. when someone finally left. The front desk staff was unhelpful, and when we asked for a solution, they simply suggested parking in illegal spots—though there were signs everywhere warning us to park at our own risk. Once we finally made it to our room, the situation didn’t improve. The shower was filthy, with hair left behind from previous guests. To make matters worse, two of the pillows smelled as though they hadn’t been washed before our arrival. Overall, our stay was frustrating, and we won’t be returning to this hotel in the future. There were too many issues that could have easily been avoided with better communication, management, and cleanliness.

I almost canceled this hotel last minute and went with a different one due to some of the negative reviews I read. I decided to take a chance on it and luckily did not experience the issues others did. The rooms were really nice and clean, yes there were some minor tears/flaws of wallpaper in the kitchen area that I think another person complained of but it really wasn't a big deal. Everything else was in great shape. The kitchen was lacking pots and pans if u needed them but maybe available if you asked? The breakfast was good, a variety of options and one or two of the hot items changed daily. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a pancake station that is available daily as that's my kids go to option that the hotel did not have but they still found things they liked. We were provided with clean towels every few days, garbage changed, beds made which was nice. Also I saw a complaint about noise from animals and traffic of 45th st which we did not experience. It was super quiet. We barely saw anyone in passing unless it was at breakfast. All in all a great stay and I would stay here again. The staff was also so kind.

Property is becoming dated but is overall is nice. The doors open and close loudly and since the hotel is pet friendly that means a lot of noise. Our room could have used a new carpet. Probably over shampooing from pets. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Area around hotel garden etc could use some maintenance. In a week housekeeping did one cleaning and trash cans were tiny for kitchen, people he bags of trash outside of their rooms

Bed and couch are hard and have deep depressed areas making it uncomfortable to sit and sleep. Called morning to ask for late check out by 2 hours and told I needed to call the night before. Thet don’t tell you that. Told only for gold members or higher. Even though I am gold guy then tells me I’m too new a member to do it. Between the dirty room, bugs, horrible bed and couch never again. Likely taking my business elsewhere as Marriott’s are so hit and miss across the country it’s unacceptable for what they charge on top of poor customer service this stay. This has done it for me. Too many other options out here for the sane or a few dollars more. Avoid this dump. Other reviewers are either paid lying or have no standards.

Bed and couch are hard and have deep depressed areas making it uncomfortable to sit and sleep. Called morning to ask for late check out by 2 hours and told I needed to call the night before. Thet don’t tell you that. Told only for gold members or higher. Even though I am gold guy then tells me I’m too new a member to do it. Between the dirty room, bugs, horrible bed and couch never again. Likely taking my business elsewhere as Marriott’s are so hit and miss across the country it’s unacceptable for what they charge on top of poor customer service this stay. This has done it for me. Too many other options out here for the sane or a few dollars more. Avoid this dump. Other reviewers are either paid lying or have no standards.

Additional charges for parking not clear at all when company credit card was used to pay for the week stay for business travel. These are hidden charges that were charged to my personal credit card instead of prompting at the time of purchase. It’s dishonest and a scam. This should be transparent and included at time of purchase period.

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean. Staff was friendly. The room air conditioner was extremely noisy. Had to use ear plugs, but could still hear it. Not good for falling asleep.

The hotel is in a very central location to attractions and outlet mall. The front desk staff was very professional. I got in early and Orlando was able to check me in without any problems.

The property was well maintained and staff was friendly. They resolved my booking issue and gave me two rooms.

We had a lovely stay. Vlass at the desk was particularly welcoming and we really appreciated him! Great location as well.

Overall very nice place. My only issue is paying for parking daily. Anyone could park there, no decal or placard given to note we were paying guests (although the hotel information said there would be one.) I resent paying a premium for a room and then tacking on parking fees. I know this is not the only hotel that does this, I still resent it.

This was my first time staying here. If I Could give it more than 5 stars I would. The facility and our room were immaculate. In addition the staff, every, single one we encountered, was outstanding. I can’t say enough about this Residence Inn. I would highly recommend it and hope to be able to stay there again.

We lived the fire pit and bbq on the property.. also enjoyed the heated pool . The room with the kitchenette was great, came with everything we needed . Stores were all super close. Loved laundry onsite . Would definitely return!

I recently stayed at Residence Inn, and it was an incredibly comfortable experience. The staff was exceptionally nice, and everything was well maintained. I would highly recommend it for a cozy and hassle-free stay.

The staff was very friendly and mannerly. Everyone from the housekeeper to the front desk agents espedially Felicia to the food service team. I will definitiely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

The bathroom wasn’t its cleanest, someone had urinated in the toilet and didn’t flush it , there was no toilet paper , and no wash rags and hair on the sheets ….

They charge $12 for a regular parking lot…no notice the place has homeless people smells like smoke and dinge. And the people next to me had (2)(service dogs! That we’re barking u controllably for hours I couldn’t sleep.

The staff was great from Collin at the front night desk… Breakfast staff singing as changing out food… Shawn at checkout and Daniel the GM. The cleaning staff cleaned our room every other day and full cleans every three days. They even do the dishes. The location is not in the best area but convenient to the Highway, gas station, fast food, Walmart if that’s what your looking for. There is a $12 a day parking fee just to be aware. I have my construction stay stay here for over two weeks and I would recommend this property. Thanks Marriott residence inn for a great stay!

The property was great, had a comfortable stay. Very friendly, helpful, pleasant staff. While I appreciated the bathroom soap and shampoo being in large non-disposable containers I was disturbed by all breakfast plates and cutlery being single-use and disposable. The planet is on fire; you can buy an industrial washing machine and stop your share of fueling the production and disposal of single use items. Also, it did not say in the hotels.com page we booked from, but parking is $12/day.
