Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown

Centrally located in the downtown area and close to train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great addition.

For a last minute stay, I was quite impressed. Highly recommend. The bar tender and the food I ordered was excellent. Very pleasantly surprised.

Since we did not have a car and we asked if everything was walkable that the staff did not direct us towards the pier side of town where there was plenty of things to do and shops and restaurants. They just handed us a list and we had to figure it out for ourselves. A pool is so needed in Florida and was disappointed to find out that your facility does not have one!

Great hotel, very nice staff . Maybe about 8-10 mins walk to rosemary square park which was great to walk . Gym was nice . Breakfast was good with a buffet style. Very clean rooms and showers were great with amazing pressure . Could work on the pillows very hard for me and the bed was too hard but over all loved it .

The Hyatt Place West Palm Beach is located in a central area with walkable restaurants and other things to see. It was an easy check-in with a very professional staff. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. It was a very nice experience staying there.

Location is great, the facilities are also very good. Safe quiet area to stay in WPB. I did not find the staff well trained or the cleaning/hospitality staff (breakfast) very lax in meeting flatware needs and maintaining a clean area. When I asked for more flatware to be put out, the concierge handed me plastic ware. Really?

The Hyatt Place in Palm Beach is centrally located, has easy parking, and is very clean. Check-in was quick with very good staff. It’s a very good place to stay.

It was a clean room and comfortable beds, but the couch was broken down on one side so you couldn’t sit on the right side without leaning into, or on, the person sitting beside you. And it was missing the microwave and for a suite that made no sense.

Only issue I had with my stay was the housekeeping staff shouting down the hallway at 7:30 in the morning Every morning. I’m on vacation last thing I want is to be woken up early by housekeepers shouting in another language right in front of my door for days on end.

Amazing hotel, we were really satisfied with this stay. The breakfast is really nice, and they had fresh cookies for sale at the front desk that were yummy! Very spacious and clean room, perfect for our girls trip. Only downside is that there is no pool, but the beach is close enough!

Nice business overnight. Streets were really loud, it was hard to sleep; and I lived in NYC. Other than the noise it was a nice short stay. I also found it awkward that the king bed had no room to move around the bed. Head and foot board were against a wall?? Room was plenty big with a couch and seating area. Location was great and bed comfy. Included a nice breakfast. Thank you.

Rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet, which is appreciated. The AC was ok—functional and cold. Quite drying and not super fresh air. But ok. Free breakfast had lots of variety and was kept well stocked. With such a great location, I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Great hotel! There for Astros spring training. Close to great restaurants and close to the ballpark- Uber there- 20 minutes. There is a neat electric car (uber type) for the west palm beach downtown area that is cheap! No pool at the Hyatt but it's a gorgeous hotel!

The staff was not very friendly, lied to me multiple times, evening manager was rude.so was the front desk. Room had no privacy, loud you hear every beep of the elevator and every person in the hall and every car on the road. Elevator would stop at every floor even if no one was there waiting so it was a very long wait everytime. Bathroom door didn’t close properly or lock, you could see someone sitting on toilet with door closed they sent maintenance and he said there’s no way to fix it. I requested another room, one without barn door. They said no. Hand towel had makeup on it, Toilet stopped working, maintenance fixed that.they said they can give me a normal room without barn door next day so I agreed, they gave me a new room that was exactly the same, with same issue but even worse as it not only had a crack you can see through and it didn’t lock but it wouldn’t stay closed most of the time. I had others staying with me and we literally had to go down stairs to lobby for privacy using bathroom. I would change in the bathroom, shut the door and it would roll open several inches moments later while I was changing. Staff at front desk were very rude about the whole situation as was the evening manager. The room overall was subpar for a Hyatt.. sink in the room had terrible caulking job looking like a 3 year old had done it, lights didn’t work properly and were difficult to figure out, there was rot in the wood in the bathroom, overall experience was not good at all.

This was such a great experience ! I stayed after attending a tea party with some of my girls for my birthday and this hotel really sealed the deal ! It was a great location, friendly staff and beautiful room... the front desk attendant Gabriel was so helpful ! Also, don't forget to checkout the delicious breakfast:)

Size of the room size of the bathroom way too small for grown man, no shower head. location of TV was off center, Not one bottle of water provided. with the price - you would expect 2 bottles of water per day or more or add $10 to total for it and don't make me go to store or downstairs to buy it. Standard a little bit higher then Motel 6 or Econo lodge with price way up there.

Everything was fabulous, the staff, the breakfast and location. 10 out 10 will recommend and visit again! Only one elevator, but they were working on it.

I stayed for 3 days, I had to go find housekeeping to take my trash out . No one sheets changed .

The room was as expected. It cost $30 extra to park at the hotel WTF! The elevator was slow as hell. They only have one working elevator since the other one is broken. The price was way too high. I'm never staying here again

You’d think turning on the tv would be ez. Nah, the red light says it’s on but the screen is black. And no pushing the menu button didn’t work. I tried calling down to the front desk. Was told she was busy and she’d call me back. 5 minutes later and I have pushed buttons galore. Turns out u need to push the channel button enough times to find the menu “channel”. The phone in the room, so many buttons on the set and the handset. All want to do is dial the front desk. Finally got it. Thank god it was an emergency. Little things like no glasses in the bathroom to wash ur mouth out after brushing. Had to use a ceramic mug from the kitchen. I could still taste the tea that I had just brewed in it. They charge u for parking, good luck finding the entrance to the parking garage

Well located It was fine, but not great

The staff was wonderful and the location is absolutely perfect. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a higher-floor room to avoid some of the noise on the lower levels.

I enjoyed my stay at your property and would book again. The dining area and all common areas were very well kept and I had a restful nights sleep. The night receptionist was very welcoming and gave recommendations on where I could go to replace my luggage that was damaged.

I was in the area for a follow up appointment at HSS (Hospital for special surgery) after a surgery procedure and this hotel was perfect! Super close to the hospital and a great area when people need to spend time while waiting for a surgical patient. I hope I get to visit this area when I’m healthy and well!

10 minutes to the airport, a few blocks from the beach, a few blocks from the bright line train station, the room was a little bigger than a regular hotel room, WP Beach's down town is little beautiful place, and the hotel staff was excellent.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. It’s in a perfect location in the center of downtown. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options within easy walking distance. The rooms are very large and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a lovely lobby bar, a little restaurant, and continental breakfast available. You should know ahead of time that it is a downtown location which means you park in the garage and have an overnight fee of $30.

Rude people at front desk . Give me a room which had a busted AC and refused to acknowledge that the AC was broken. I had to sit in 80 degree room for an hour before I went downstairs again and finally got another room they acted like they were doing me a favor. Will never go back to this hotel

The location of this hotel is fabulous, just a few blocks to City Place and Kravitz Center. The room was large and clean. The rooms were updated with plenty of charges for tech. The only drawback was they did not supply bottles of water in the rooms so if you wanted water, you had to go to the lobby. Also, I did not realize till after I checked, and it does not have anso if you wanted water, you had to go to the lobby. Also, I did not realize till after I checked and it does not have a pool. The stay did include breakfast, which was nice, but there wasn’t a lot of seating. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would consider the people that work at this hotel some of the best people I have encountered. The hotel is impeccable and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The room was very clean when we checked in and the furniture in excellent condition. I highly recommend that you stay at Hyatt because of the walking distance to the restaurants and bars.

Room was clean and spacious but did not have carpet. Bathroom was large but sink is in the room not the bathroom and I did not care for that. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. There is some street noise that woke us up a couple times but that’s expected with a downtown location.

I’m certain that each individual has their own likeness, but mine was the comfort of having a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast when I get up. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of this property. It’s also very close to the airport and provides free parking. Can’t go wrong with that. And every single staff member was extremely friendly, warm and helpful. What a beautiful experience.

The reason for the 3 stars wasn’t for the room itself but is for the smell of a recent flooding that must’ve happened in our hallway/nearby rooms. We were the first room at the beginning of the hallway and it appears the rest was closed off and you could hear and see commercial fans and a humidifier that remained constantly on. It smelled wet and mildew like. The room itself was clean and comfy and the ac blew cold and the shower ran hot with great water pressure. You could take a ten minute walk to clematis while enjoying the view which we did daily. Breakfast on site was convenient as well.

A very nice hotel. Our room was huge and clean. The beds are comfy and the rooms stay cold. We arrived at 9am to check in and our room was ready, so we got to check in early which was awesome. The breakfast was alright, but a lot better than most other hotels. The hotel is close to downtown and walking distance to the beach. It’s clean and safe, locks at night with needing a key to enter. Attached parking ramp available. They even have a small coffee shop. I would stay again.

The property was amazing. I was more than satisfied with my stay here. The location superb 👌 everything is within walking distance. Dinning and Nightlife are literally around the corner by city place, clamatis street or by Flagler Drive. If you're not a walker thats fine too, parking lots are close by for low rates $5/day. Staff were amazing always a welcoming face at the desk or in the daily coming and going there was a smile and hello. Breakfast was okay too it was decent enough to get the day going. I would definitely stay here again.

The property felt safe because it was well lit. The parking felt safe because it was well lit and very clean. No weird smells. Just smelled clean. Staff were very nice very friendly very helpful.

I’ve stayed in this named hotel around Florida in several cities, this location was great! Walking distance to local named places, but! The room had several issues, AC had the worse noise all day and specially at night, the fan in the bathroom did not work making it very uncomfortable and last but not least, you would assume it came with a microwave since we had a mini kitchenette like in other cities. Had to go down stairs to heat up anything we wanted to eat late at night, that was an inconvenience. Also want to point out that the room was 219 and was very noisy, noise coming from outside with vehicles speeding down the road to make the echo effect. They should have Impact Windows since Florida has a lot of hurricanes and helps with keeping the noise out. But overall property was in great location.

Everything was under construction. The rooms were terrible. Not clean. Too small. Charging for parking with no other options on parking. Some staff was helpful most were not. It smelled terrible in the hallway. Over priced for getting nothing. Breakfast seemed like it had been sitting there for multiple days.

My stay here was for business. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for work. The only downside was that parking wasn’t included. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it.

Power went out for four hours. At check out was told I’d be refunded a parking fee and my deposit..8 days later still no deposit or refund

We booked this property, and never checked in because my son was in a terrible accident right as we were about to board our plane. This hotel is refusing to refund us for the stay citing the refund policy. Ever American Airlines was willing to refund our plane tickets at full price because of the situation. We will never book through this hotel branch again.

Everything was great. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms are cleaned every other day. I prefer everyday. I was told that I got a note at check in that rooms are cleaned every other day. But I didn't. So it was a b8g disappointment.

Loved the access to downtown and Brightline station. Free breakfast was really good with options for most dietary needs.

Hotel was beautiful, room was cozy. Staff was super friendly. The A/C in the room was noisy, had a wind sound constantly, no I did not complain because it was a 1 night stay and I was tired.

The rooms were very nicely laid out. The beds were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff very nice, pleasant and courteous. Parking was way too expensive.

Beautiful property however there was a power outage when I arrived and I waited in the lobby for over three hours before the power came back on.

The deceptive advertising of the pool is unacceptable. The hotel’s condition has an unpleasant smell emanating from the elevators upon reaching the third floor is a significant drawback. Numerous improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience. I am deeply disappointed to have paid for this accommodation, as I could have obtained a more favorable deal through Airbnb or another hotel.

I looooved this place during the off season they are so unbelievably accommodating, so dont expect it during peak but they really helped me out when I stayed. Early check in late check out I had a late flight the next day. The whole staff is wonderful

Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a sitting area that was comfortable and a nice extra. The beds were comfortable and the shower was maybe the best we’ve had in any hotel. The breakfast offered ample variety that was tasty. Inside parking was a great feature. Great location for walking and quick access to I-95 and other major thoroughfares.

5 days. No room cleaning service. No beds made. No clean towels. Ac was broken and didn't get a new room until day 3. Had to pack and unpack again for a different for. Took my own trash out to the big dumpster in the hot parking garage myself every day. I even Mentone to the front desk and she just directed me to the dumpster. I have zero problems picking up after myself. I came here to get a break after my husband's death but i ended up just taking care of everything myself anyway. Not worth the $1068 I paid.

They should clean their bathroom and wash their bedsheets well.
