It room was very spacious. Property is close to the airport, restaurants and stores. It you like golf, there are 2 different golf spots right beside the hotel for a fee to play golf and chill. Breakfast was great and overall, a very excellent stay and services.

Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. She escorted me part of the way in the evening to the fantastic outdoor restaurant across the parking lot which had a minature golf course. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and shuttle me back for my departure flight. All were gracious and helpful! The only bleep was the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallway to the rooms the night of my stay. Loved this place though.

The next morning, there was a new vibe, friendly staff, clean breakfast area....until a fight broke out between a guest and a n employee. Stay was sufficient, but I don't think we'll return.

Hotel front desk was amazingly courteous and accommodating, as was the shuttle driver, and the breakfast clerk. The place was super clean except the shower which lopks like it needs maintenence. Comfortable bed, nice amenities. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

There was a fight that broke out between the lady that ran the breakfast and patron of hotel. It was about to be physical and kept going on and on and very disturbing. I willl never stay again it’s a dirty rundown hotel and there was baby roaches between the toast and I tried to get a video but they ran under. And I didn’t want to cause more of a scene cuz of the fight happening in front of hotel

(RUN AWAY NOW)!! I book my room through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel. I didn't get the room I was booked for on my reservation. The lady at the desk was rude with bad attitude for no reason. The room had (widow a/c units) The room never got cool and the unit was loud and kept me up all night long. The next morning my kids went to the breakfast bar and got cereal and milk. The milk was spoiled and rotten. When I told the lady in the kitchen. She said it was an ongoing issue that the food is being spoiled. The hotel knows that it is serving rotten spoiled food to guest. We were too afraid to eat anything. We got something on the road. Then I was charged additional key price for my stay separate from my reservation cost. This place is a rip off of all hotels I ever been to. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! NO QUALITY HERE!! 4/10/2026

Excellent location! Love the convenience and room size. The staff was not very welcoming. Not even a “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. They made eye contact but oddly didn’t say a word and this was my experience throughout the entire stay. We came down for breakfast at 9:10, ask for waffle mix because it was empty and was told “Well, we close at 9:30 today.” That really took the cake for me. On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle picked us up on time and got us to the terminal quickly. And the property was very close to the rental car drop off and to the airport so we were at the terminal in minutes.

At arrival, we were told that the Hilton system was completely down and could not give me a room key. I had to. E escorted every time I needed to get back into my room. I was also given the wrong room. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. An adult had to sleep on the pull out and ended with back pains all weekend.

Nothing I booked the room after 1am, when I showed up at the property the clerk told me that my reservation was canceled because it was made too late. I paid in full and they refused to refund my money, even though they canceled my room that was paid in full. Then the very not caring clerk offered me to pay for another room for double the price I paid 2 hours earlier.. No place to sleep and out $300, stay away from this place, they are bad people

Any complaints were addressed. Enjoyed the gym. The staff was always helpful from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast person and maintenance. The rooms were soundproof, outside or hallway noise was not a problem. Ran out of the delicious yogurt and treadmill broken.

Could not get caffienated coffee in the room after I had used up the two servings first day. Asked at the desk twice None available. So early morning had to go to lobby to get coffee. The roomwas cleaned but coffee pods not replaced!

We were put into a handicapped accessible room, which we did not need. The only issue we had was with the shower and all the water that we had to clean up off the floor so we didn’t fall. Other than that we were happy with the room.

Very clean and beautiful Walked to the front desk waiting for the front desk agent to get off the phone. She was my first and last name. When given a customer and his wife got up off the couch and started yelling and was trying to fight me because they was next is what the rude customer said He was so close to me that I was scared of what was about to happen. The clerk canceled his reservation and ask him to leave.

Easy online check-in I arrived after 11pm so the shuttle was not running. I was supposed to call the hotel to arrange for a complimentary uber. I called a number of times and received no answer. I understand there is limited staff at that time of night, so I think the hotel should have a better plan for late arrivals

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, but l don't prefer getting the ADA accessible rooms because the shower wets the whole bathroom. As usual with hotels these days, it could have been cleaner (no one cleans the back of doors, walls, etc).

Yes no shower help sink faucet no water pressure at all very frustrating to brush my teeth. The refrigerator was not cooling at all had to get ice for my food continental breakfast lousy when we arrived didn’t get courtesy water I had to ask front desk for it they also had a confusion with our room. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you looking for a decent stay!!!!!!

They provided a shuttle to and from the Autec facility - free of charge - Very nice perk! Shout out to Rishard, he was very helpful and eager to assist. The only negative was my room cleanliness. The room floors were not clean, hair, dirt, and foot prints were very evident - a good mopping would take care of that. Shower needs to be cleaned better - some mold and stains were evident. The HVAC system was not working properly (Room 423) - I tried to warm the room up a bit at night - did not work. Not a big deal since the outside temps were moderate.

The rooms are somewhat clean… A few hairs here and there and some of the furniture is slightly warm, but not too noticeable. Checkin and after unpacking found the A/C didn’t work. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. Had to repack everything then moved to a new room and that A/C didn’t work either. Eventually they got it partially working til the next day when they finally fixed it. As for cleanliness see pictures. This was also classified as a handicap room

The location of the hotel and free parking was ideal. The king suite was just what we needed. The included breakfast was good. Katherine who runs it was informative, friendly and kept the food stocked and area clean. The front desk people were helpful. Especially Rishard he took care of our requests and even followed up later to make sure they were done. My only negative comment is the pool chairs. We wanted to relax in the shade and even with the pool towels didn't feel comfortable sitting on them due to all the black on them. They need a good power wash. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will return.

It wasn’t refilled when asked that morning until I returned the afternoon when I asked front desk clerk again. The lady at front desk was helpful and kind. She sent someone right away to bring care products dispensers. Treadmill

Last minute overnight near West Palm beach airport. Super convenient to airport only 4 minutes away. They provide a free airport shuttle. Complimentary hot breakfast. Outdoor pool. Our room was a suite with full size fridge. microwave and dishwasher (if that is what you are looking for). Sport bar restaurant with putting green a short walk next door. Staff was nice and helpful.

Sad to say Our stay was extremely disappointing Our room smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it. The bathroom smelled like wet dog. The breakfast was not that wonderful, there was absolutely no coffee. The door to the lobby was broken and not working. And on top of it everything you would try to ask a staff member for help and they acted like they were extremely bothered. And the other half didn’t speak English and couldn’t communicate. We chose to stay here because we thought being associated with Hilton that it’d be good. But boy were we wrong.

Shane was great in fixing evert h ing in timely manner. The check in process was very good thanks to Nathaley. Breakfast was average. I had a wake up call request today at 5am. The desk clerk wrote it but no one called. My cellphone had a back up alarm that saved me.

The breakfast buffet was very good. There is plenty of parking. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Especially liked the hand soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom, also the large body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! This is the 2nd time we stayed here and I'm sure we'll be back again.

Allocated a disability room, request was not made for one. The check in clerk , said You guys requested a disability room. ( Absolutely did not).Hotel fully booked ? Told no other rooms available . The dish washer had three dirty plates in it. The room blind was broken, had to request staff to attend room to close, (electronically operated, panel broken).After button pushing on panel the blind eventually closed, (operated by the check in person. The next morning blind would not open, requested at the desk someone to attend to open it. Someone would be sent up, still waiting.

The room wasn’t checked and I had no towels , bandage covering the door , no filter in the A/c . No couch was already pulled out.

I was on floor 2, rm 228 for 2 nights. Above me there was constant hammering, banging, etc., with NO stop all night every night. The good: VERY large rooms. The bad...didn't do my wake up call, the blinds are inop so pitch dark, toilet didn't work (repaired) then went out again. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE at all. They call an uber for you, fast and free. Staff friendly, one even helped me locate a lost item FAST. Probably won't stay again due to condition of property (dilapidated) and missing/broken items in room.....

My first time in West Palm Beach. The staff is very attentive and the the grounds are very nice. The pool, the gym is a great amenity. In my travels when staying at a hotel with breakfast included is a super plus. The breakfast is the Best breakfast I've had at a hotel!! The breakfast and breakfast staff is the star winner here.!!. Also, FYI- location plus hotel is across from "PoPStroke-"- a fun putt place that just steps away! Definitely, will come back. I recommend this hotel for a great stay!

We enjoyed the saline pool tremendously. We were dropping off our daughter at college and needed to work during the day. They have coffee and tea available and a nice work space area in the lobby. Free breakfast was decent. Staff was accommodating. We recommend adding a bar. However, in walking distance is Popstroke, which is a restaurant, bar, mini golf venue and highly recommend going.

Only complaint I have is there is 2 dryers in the laundry room and one was out of order and heard it had been broken for a long time - other guest are rude and throw your clothes out of dryer when your using it

Quiet, reasonable priced, clean, and convenient.

The room we had the bathroom was not super clean and looked like it needed some maintenance. Also our refrigerator did not work. Otherwise lovely stay and would stay here again.

Property was clean staff friendly and helpful

Very impressed. Lots of little upgrades. Nice having larger frig, microwave and even a dishwasher in the studio room with 2 queens and sofa bed.

Love the property of only complaint and dryer is broken and everybody fight over one dryer and they get very mean and violent

I loved everything about the property, but I’m highly disappointed in the rooms. We rented two and both beds in the room 321 had paper towels and toilet paper that was in the actual bedsheets. I let the property know but I also have to call and they said they would issue a credit. It was to the point where I had to strip the sheets down and go buy my own at Walmart. There was also stains in the bedsheets which I have pictures of we rented the other room as well, and there was issues with one of the beds as well. the linens were not clean.

I liked the kitchen area

First stay the room was better and the A/C cooled. One thing needed it the bathroom would be a small magnifying make-up mirror.

For starters we wait at the reception like 15-20 minutes nobody was there and when she finally appears didn’t even say hello or apologize for the wait. The floor in the room was dirty and sticky there was no curtain in the bathtub and waited like 25 minutes for someone to come and put it on. All the trash can has no bags and the one in the bathroom was in the middle of the room. Never again I would’ve stay there.

Good for a clean, safe place to stay for 1 night

The experience was completely different from a week ago when I stayed at tge Hone2Suites of Lakeranch in Sarasota. The front desk lady looked like she didn't want to be there. The breakfast didn't have enough options and the room was not properly cleaned.

Room is large and clean

Check-in was quick. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. We were given a room that was not cleaned. Yellow Liquid was spilled in the refrigerator and the previous guests food was still in the microwave.

We were able to check in early. Felicia was very kind. Staff is very accommodating and friendly anytime we needed anything they were on top of it. The location is nice. My only suggestions would be to switch up the breakfast items. Get another toaster one is not enough and adding at least two more waffle makers would decrease wait times. In the evening having a staff member at the front desk as there were many nights that we could not find anyone.
