Our room was clean and the front desk staff professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the water pressure from the shower was very low. The breakfast selection and quality of the food was good.

Our room smelled damp and wet when we got there so the manager moved us to another room ( an upgraded room). It was awesome! Way to take care of your travelers! Staff was very friendly as well! And it helped to be a Hilton Honors member 😉

The elevators are not synchronized. You punch one elevator to go down and it goes up while the opposite elevator then has to be pushed to go down.. Room 212 is quiet. That's good, but it's like as tomb. Your window opens into the side of the roof. The breakfast is next to awful. Very poorly prepared eggs. Runny and almost always in need of refilling. The sausages are worse than usual Jimmy Deans'. The yogurt cups are those small, 2 inch tall types. "Fresh fruit"? No! just have lemon juice and sugar on them to maintain their palatability -- but serving tray is always empty anyway. Decent things: Coffee is plentiful, orange juice is not watered down, The Kids TV is turned off in the breakfast room. Front desk personnel are cheerful. Muffins are not stale. LG Tv works . And there are USB chargers in the room that work.... Plenty of towels, toilet tissue and a nice shower. AC works well, once you figure out how it works. Parking access is good. Home Depot is right across the street and Dominos delivers quickly

AGM Dasia (sp.) was extremely helpful and friendly with accommodating us with an early check in for our stay. Front desk staff, kitchen staff, and housekeepers were all amazing! Please keep doing what you do, and we will keep coming back!

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. The toilet was dirty and unsanitary, and I even found a pubic hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel, which was honestly disgusting. To make matters worse, the fridge didn’t even work. Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations at all

Booked a king bed and got stuck with a two queens. Asked the front desk and they said all the kings were booked. So got stuck with two queens. Wife sleeps sideways so the extra space would have been crucial.

This is a good place to stay although not a great value (pricey for the accommodations). Rooms are clean. Basic free breakfast. Need to clean-up around the front entrance; a lot of trash build-up.

The rooms were nice. The property is well kept. The area was wuiet. Staff not very friendly. There should be someone at the front at all times, its not very inviting to call for someone or have to ring a bell.

Rooms were comfortable however we had two issues. We had a fire alarm go off late in the night and all had to evacuate the premises. Luckily, it appeared to be a false alarm. We lost about 2 hours of disrupted sleep. Secondly, the shower water pressure takes the position for the worst shower presser of all time. I called the trickle plus!

The large and spacious room and bathroom Thermostat buttons were broken so I couldn't control the temperature. 2 lamps were not working and the ice machine was broken on 4th floor

Check in was quick and easy and a special thank you to Robert for advising us of the nearby restaurants and a Walmart, all within walking distance. The pool was a little chilly despite being in the sun the whole day. Breakfast was included and was above average. I would definitely stay there again if we needed to.

Great location. The room was great. It would be nice to still have all the breakfast options available until 10:00. Coming down at 9:15 to find scraps was a bit disappointing. But. Overall, a nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for a couple of nights. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless. Staff is friendly and personable. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

I love the hotel, pool and breakfast… local, been coming there for years … However, in Sept we paid for an executive suite and they are usually nice, but the room we got was unfinished, furniture missing, had flooring instead of rug and was not nice looking at all … we were very disappointed ☹️ See above

The receptionist for the check in was unfriendly. Have bottles of water behind him and didn't offer one (while this is the policy on every Hampton Inn). When asked for places to visit, handed a booklet and didn't explain anything. Very uncourteous. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. Housekeeping services were great. The breakfast area had a fruit salad that saw its best days at least three days ago. Not up to the standard for this chain hotel. I do not know if it's a management issue or what. I will need to return to the area again for work, and the most likely result will be that I will choose another hotel.

The property was good, but there were bugs in our first room. They changed us to another room and I only found one bug. The room air was not cool at night and it only came on in the morning. The faucet in the bathroom leaked. This hotel for being fairly new it should not have these problems.

When I arrived at check in the hotel wanted an additional $75 for my dog to stay in the room! Highway robbery! Why Expedia? Why? I would like you to give me a $75 credit or I will not use Expedia in the future.

It was convenient, quiet, and very roomy in the rooms. I appreciated the free breakfast that most hotels don't offer anymore and 24hr coffee and tea, and the turnpike being near. It was literally home away from home. I will be back.

During the morning if our stay I alertrd the front desk the coffee was out. They instructed me to go tell someone else in the kitchen. I would never tell a customer to go tell someone else after they alerted myself if I work there. I know the fire alarm incident cannot be helped but that really destroyed the relaxation we were hoping to achieve during this stay.

Bed and room were amazing. Spacious and clean. Microwave and refrigerator is a plus. Breakfast was good, many options with fresh fruit too. Garbages needed to be emptied all over lobby. Maybe they were short staffed. But overall fantastic stay.

This was by far the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. Very clean and well maintained. GREAT BREAKFAST!!!!! The staff was incredibly nice, accommodating to all the guests, and hospitable. We’re definitely staying here again and recommending the Hampton Inn to everyone.

I was very impressed with the Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff was friendly, my room was quiet, clean, and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries were great! Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and this location was perfect for my visit to see family. I like how this hotel is tucked away from the nearby major busy roads, so it is quiet and yet very convenient to everything.

Property is always busy with people. Good location to food.

Trash, multiple cans was over the front grass areas on both sides of the front entryway doors. Inside and enjoy it was very clean and so was the actual room. Continental breakfast was average . They had these pumpkin waffles which I thought was great. The TV some of the channels the signal was messed up on so I could not see those channels. But very clean inside the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The initial appearance of the trash drone on the front on both sides of the door though kind of startled meon me though for a Hampton.

This hotel room was clean, well organized and filled with enough amenities to create a comfortable environment. We would definitely go there again.

Lovely big clean room with amble room for a family of 4. Lots of places nearby, hotel was very quiet at night which was great when visiting with children. Great selection of breakfast food, pool also good and the use of pool towels. Would return if we came back to this part of the world.

My luggage was delayed & I had made arrangements to ship the luggage to the hotel. They held my luggage safely until I arrive much later after check in.

The hotel is lovely, and the room was more than I could have asked for! The breakfast was outstanding - definitely not the muffins, rolls, and coffee at other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the “accessible room” with a king size bed. Shower and tub had low sides and available shower chair. Lots of hand holds and extra shower wand for ease of use. Wide enough for wheel chair access and room to turn around in the room. Bed was comfortable, and the AC was nice and cold. Ground floor and close to the front door too. Well thought out layout and overall room placement. Staff was super friendly and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and better than expected.

Hotel is very clean. I suggest that the TV's need to be upgraded to smart TV's

We had to change our room for the second day/night, because the bathroom smelled really bad, as it hadn’t been cleaned.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Rooms were in good shape. Beds reasonably comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Free breakfast was basic with limited choices (hey, it's free!). Chik-fil-a and Starbucks only minutes away. Will stay here again.

excellent breakfast

Expedia messed up my reservation twice. The Hampton Inn could only resolve it by checking me in & out each day. That wasted 10 -15 minutes every time and was a hassle.

First day someone left garbage in front of our room. Breakfast was horrible both mornings - No food and when we got some it was cold. We have stayed in other Hampton and this is the first time we experience this-we will never stay there.

Clean Hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful. Super nice and went out of their way for us. We will come back.

I stay here often for work Always very clean rooms one the cleanest hotels around that area

Our stay was very nice. My only gripe is the new renovations was done relatively cheaply. Specifically, the dresser/drawers to keep your clothes in (we stayed a week) has a lot to be desired. Three drawers. Two shelves and one with a door was just a blank space. Should have been with all drawers. The bathroom had one small sink with a small vanity around it. Very small even for two people.
