Hampton Inn by Hilton West Palm Beach Central Airport

Close to the airport and downtown West Palm Beach. Better breakfast than most Paying $5/ day to park. Large parking lot and not in downtown When I arrived there was no shower curtain and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was taken care of that day. When I left the front desk clerk had no smile, hope you come again, have a nice day. The greeting when I arrived in the evening was much nicer after a long day. I stay at the Hampton probably 3 times a year.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we got there. Missiana checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. She acknowledged me with a smile and warm greeting as soon as I walked in. She made it a very smooth check in and we were in our room on just a few minutes. Shortly after checking in I got a text from her at the front desk checking in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. We requested additional pillows and received them soon after. The areas we visited in the hotel were all clean and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning. My husband enjoyed a waffle and I had the chicken sausage with some breakfast potatoes. All were delicious. We had no issues and would highly recommend. It was a short drive to the I-Think amphitheater/fairgrounds. We will surely stay again when we are back in town for another concert or event.

This is my favorite PBI Airport! Always clean, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. For example this last time I left too early for the 6:00 am breakfast but they insisted on getting me a “togo” bag with Orange, Bagel and Water. Thank you!

My wife and daughter were not sharing the room but if we brought our 15-year-old daughter it would be nice to have a divider in the room. I have no complaints

The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, and the lady that checked us in was kinda rude!

The front desk personal was very accommodating he quickly gave us another room. That room was perfect, no door odor. The Breakfast was adequate, more variety is needed. Overall the stay was good.

Breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery from a profile brand like Hilton in this day and age is pretty poor.

It is not the Ritz, but for this price range, I consider it excellent. The whole place is very clean and updated. The TV and wifi were 1st rate. The bed was very comfortable. The location is between the airport and Cityplace. The breakfast is included and you can even make your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream. There is a nice pool and an outside dining area nearby. The free airport shuttle is very helpful.

We only stayed one night prior to our flight, but the hotel was clean, quiet, and very conveniently close to the airport and rental car returns. The restaurant is in the Hilton Garden Inn next door. The burgers and fries were good.

One of the queen beds in my room was wet when I pulled down the cover. The breakfast buffet was not edible and only had processed foods.

Shuttle and staff were all great. The first room we checked into had dog hair all over the sleeper sofa, so they moved us to a different room- much cleaner but found dog food under the chairs. Bathrooms were clean!

My issue is having a room near the elevator that had a significant noise each time it was in use (at first I thought it was a drill being used in a room close by). It kept me awake till early morning hours. I had to take the airport shuttle at 6am. Those rooms should only be used if the hotel is filled to capacity.

Everything including the shuttle and front desk staff Booking.com lied to me since I have been trying to change my reservation due to change in work schedule since 12/30/25 per emails and they would not take off the January 8 date. I was told the hotel would not do that, but they lied BECAUSE I SPOKE TO HOTEL MORE THAN ONCE and I called Booking and they supposedly contacted the hotel direct as I did also and once again said hotel would not honor but that was ANOTHER BOLD FACE LIE. I will never use this site again, and now I am responsible for paying out of my own pocket for the extra night.

The carpet entrance into the room was not vacuumed. Tried to call main desk for wake up call on second night stay and was hung up on both occasions. Had to pay to park the car in the parking lot. What that is service?

The front clerks were great. The rooms were nice and clean. I did not like that the cleaning staff was changing trash out as we were eating. Also, housekeeping was knocking at our door to clean at 8am. Check out was not until 12pm.

The water out of the sink barely came out. The blanket was thin and looked like they were from the hospital. The shower leaked all over the floor, curtain was so thin it didn’t hold the water in, not to mention it was too small for the tub. They charged my credit card $100 for reserves. It still has not come off. I will have to dispute it. I will never stay there again.

They were able to accommodate our early arrival upon request and at the front desk was so nice and friendly both mornings. She was very helpful with setting up the shuttle and giving great information on where to go and ideas of what to do.

Places was clean and staff friendly. Coffee was cold and our shuttle to the airport was late even after we confirmed the time twice.

Bath tub was very dirty with hair. We had an early flight, and little children we were all in bed by 8:30pm, front desk called us at 10:30pm!!!! Woke up my entire family including our small children. Miserable. The gentlemen at the front desk morning after was very kind and great customer service but whoever runs the desk at night needs to be courteous of sleeping hours. It took us all 2 hours to fall back asleep.

Extremely limited dining choices nearby. Adjacent Hilton’s dining was limited and poor quality, free Hampton Inn breakfast was awful. Hotel staff was great. The room I stayed in was ok but needs hooks in the bathroom. The door to my room was so difficult to push open and keep open to move suitcases in and out.

The room had too much musty smell, the breakfast was very poor and don’t tasty, the employees are friendly. Too expensive for the room and breakfast area, I wouldn't come back.

The room and bathroom were remarkably clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful. The A/C worked quite well. The parking lot was more than adequately illuminated. The only soft spot was the fridge; I had to put it to the highest level to make it cold.

We enjoyed our short stay. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast in the morning.

So much space in the room! The shower had good pressure and had plenty of space as well. Our room had a desk, King bed (I think) and a couch with a pull out bed. The fridge could be better about getting colder though. There is plenty of neat storage space in the room and lots of outlets. They also had a QR code that would show the channel guide. I love that because most hotels no longer have a channel guide which stinks. The gym was nice and also very spacious. Plenty of weights and there are 2 TVs in there. Plenty of complementary towels were available as well as a water dispenser. There is a laundry room on site, an outdoor pool and sitting area outside as well. Also, the lobby has snacks for purchase and a sizeable area for gathering or hanging out. Oh and the WiFi gave no issues during our stay. I must say, the Maple Smoked sausage is easily top 5 of the best hotel breakfast food I've had. It was so good! Breakfast overall was solid. Shout-out to Kari. Customer service here was wonderful. The front desk allowed my wife to use their freezer for her breast milk. So kind! Depending on price we would consider staying here again

I stayed for 6 nights - busy with business meetings all days except the morning I checked out. The bed and pillows are comfy and give support, the breakfast has options for you and the staff answered all questions cheerfully. The shuttle was appreciated. The last morning I got to try out the pool - I want to come back, just to enjoy that area again. Pool was warm, lovely to be enjoying the outdoors. I will be back! I have future meetings this year, and this Hampton Inn is where I will stay.

Hours Later we got our invoice only to find we we're charged for a dog which we don't own. After arriving home, my wife called about the extra charge and was told someone would call us later. nobody called, so Karen called again and was told a manager would call. Nobody has contacted us as yet. I'm hoping this will b credited soon.

My only complaint was that the air conditioner was quite loud. Other than that everything was perfect!

Unfortunately, check-in was very frustrating. We arrived an hour early and were told check-in was at 3 pm. We understood and waited. However, at all times, I perceived very little willingness to offer us a solution and little courtesy from the gentleman who was there at the time. Until a very kind supervisor attended and was willing to help us, which she did. However, it was already a shame to be there... a very bad experience with check-in.

It is impressive that the staff, from front desk to house keeping to food service had impeccable manners.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for a spiritual convention and had our elderly family members with us, so we really appreciated how walker- and wheelchair-friendly the rooms were. It made their stay comfortable and stress-free.

It was 10:20pm and ALL bell carts were “missing” and we were told to go next door to the Hilton garden inn to get one of course I refused and when the desk clerk realized how ridiculous that was to ask he ultimately did help carry up our bags. We requested service and for 2 days they didn’t service the room when we asked what was going on they lady had an attitude and when she looked into their service book she saw that we had requested service and when I had to show pictures she backed off and apologized and gave us new towels at least since we had only dirty ones for 2 days. Overall it was ok but their night time staff need some serious training

Front desk was a home run! And, my room was spotless.

We had a cancelled flight and could not make it to Palm Beach. We called them and they were super responsive and helped us to cancel and get our money back. I will 100% stay here on any upcoming trips to Palm Beach due to their responsiveness and understanding. The airline cancellation and 12 hours overnight in an airport were stressful enough, and their kindness was just what we needed. They will definitely be seeing us soon!

2. The bed was uncomfortable it squeaked 3.I asked for a room no pets live in but the room had my algae up 4. The bed smell like the previous guest was still in the bed

The property adjoined another hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn. Easy to get to from the airport. Transportation to & from the airport & other areas. So nice!! The staff I need to mention as going over & above are: Aaron, Missy, Fabian & Rashone (he was maintenance) & then Sean at the restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn. Wonderful personalities & soooooo nice!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

Clean and well kept

Even though I only stayed one night because I had an early morning flight. It’s conveniently located and great environment

Stayed 3 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to ask for more towels and wash rags , reservations were for a king a got a double. The room was fine and property and room was clean

The young lady that checked me in was very nice. Beautiful, large room with all the amenities. A nice little gym. They also have breakfast and easy parking.

I didnt like there was pets aloud but that was on me i didnt see that when i booked

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I did feel the room was not exactly the one described when i booked the stay but my fault for not saying anything, However the room was very clean and super quiet. My dog was very comfortable there and in it.

I needed a one night stay and was traveling alone. Hampton Inn was clean, safe and affordable. The breakfast was a bonus!

The staff was wonderful and beds comfortable. The rooms don't have a safe, which is a must when travelling. The shuttle was nice but several of the seatbelts were inoperable.

Property was very clean, room was very clean, front desk employees were very friendly & helpful. However, the bed was NOT comfortable and housekeepers (x3) were RUDE & acted bothered when i requested clean sheets /towels.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. I think his name was Dejan.

Housekeeping was good but did room extremely late yesterday. I requested it in morning with front desk and confirmed sigh not on. Came back not done. I complained to front desk. Transportation shuttle met us at wrong spot in market area.

First room smelled like a wet dog and dirty socks. Cleaning staff need to do better.

Their shuttle picked us up from the airport at midnight, and drove us back the next morning to pick up a rental car. Plenty of tables in the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings were just ok.

The hotel and the room were in immaculate condition. Also the staff was very professional. I really enjoyed the coffee and tea 24 hr. In the lobby. The only thing I would change would be that the privacy curtains (blackout) curtains didn’t close all the way. I would have also liked to have see more toiletries in the bathroom such as the hair cap and body lotions. The location was superb. Would definitely consider staying there again. Love your pet policy and affordable fee , although I did not take any pets.

We could not sleep all nite I called them at 4:00 am they changed my room to 322 and same thing plus the water pressure in the sink was not enough to wash your hand and the stopper in the bath top was broken I went to front desk 3 times they never kept their promise however the manager didn’t contacted me I would like to get my money back for the suffering and couldn’t function for my job

Called twice about the check in since I had put it in my name but paying with my husbands card. They charged the card on the second call (husbands card) for the night to hold the room. Go to physically check in with same said card we paid with and it was a whole theatrics of why I using my husbands card. Room was a wheelchair accesible room which was not was we requested I feel like bed was a full not a queen size. My son got sick first night they have us a swifter and towels for my husband to clean it up. The beds were not in the right directions so I got cut with the metal bar that was to be facing the wall. The covers for the bed kept coming off which lead us to see a huge yellow nasty stain on one of the beds. For the price not worth it at all.

The rooms are nice, but the beds aren’t the most comfortable. What really bothered me was the road noise—it’s quite noticeable. Additionally, some staff members played loud music during the day while cleaning rooms, seemingly unaware that guests could hear it as if they were at a party. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay. There’s plenty of parking, and the breakfast was decent.

The room and bathroom were both spotless. (It would be helpful to have a few more towel bars and/or clothes-hooks to hang clothes on while showering and wet towels after showering.) The breakfast buffet had a fairly decent selection, but we got there about 15 minutes before closing time and there were missing food items that were not replenished.

Well upon arrival I noticed there wasn't water bottles in the room that usually come standard with the room. So I preceeded to go to the front desk and ask for water they told me that I had to be a Silver plus member are something like that to get 2 bottles of water. The lady at the desk offered me 1 bottle instead. I was highly disappointed then I saw bugs on the outside of my room which was alarming.

Check-inAm was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and my shuttle driver to the airport on time and friendly.

Only issue was when they came into the room to clean they did not replenish toilet paper.

Was put on a first floor overlooking parking, so dark shades day and night. Never sure if it was daytime. Asked to be moved, told full hotel, no way. I was woken at 12.30 am by someone trying to get into my room and TV welcomed a new guest. Reception called to tell me I was in the wrong room! That they assigned to me. Never got an apology, I was just yelled it. Never could get back to sleep. 0n top of that, charged for parking overnight(?) and water for the room Keurig maker! Coffee only at 6 am! Gauging. Terrible experience, will avoid at all cost

Convenient. Price could be better

I liked the fact that breakfast was included & they tried to accommodate me by giving me a room upgrade, since the first room had a dirty fold-out sofa bed. The room upgrade was larger, but there were a lot of ants running around in the master bedroom & the bathroom. So it turned out to be a bad experience for me & my family to stay there.

We were assigned room 129 in the dog friendly area. While we applaud this property for being dog friendly, non dog friendly guests should not have to be awaken in the early morning hours to the sounds of dogs barking! In addition, this room was adjacent to the kitchen where they prepare the breakfast items. The staff in the kitchen were extremely loud.

Gave us a room right next to the elevator. We could hear it during the evening and early morning. Can’t believe there weren’t other rooms available on a Monday night. Breakfast very good; lots of options.

Everything was amazing!! The shuttle to downtown West Palm, breakfast, lobby seating area, convenience of laundry, microwave and fridge. The staff were friendly. Frequent shuttle to the airport. Renovated. Easy check in. Pool area. 12p check out time.

Stayed for 1 night but overall experience was good. Will book again.
