If you need a place to rest then it’s fine. The hallways and rooms smelled like food.

I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast.

The staff was nice, the price was good and they took pets. The only thing I was unhappy with is that they called me in the middle of the day on Saturday saying they were going to knock on my door and "go fix the cabinets." I told them there was nothing wrong with the cabinets and that my dog was there. My dog is friendly but was being calm and quiet why would you disrupt that? Plus I had the "pet inside" magnet on the outside of the door as they requested we do. I had to rush back from where I was to pick up my dog so they could, not fix, but UPDATE the cabinets. They called me 2 hours later saying they were going to go into the room then....why did I pay for a hotel I couldn't use for 6 hours in the middle of a weekend? I was not informed of this "updating" when I checked in. They should be updating sound insulation if anything because our neighbors pur second night slammed everything and we heard all of it.

Check in and out was smooth. The room was gross and had roaches and black mold. There was not a breakfast there was literally only coffee and muffins. Would not be staying again. I was not going to leave to find another hotel my boys and I were so exhausted.

I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until serious improvements are made.

A-MAZ-ING!! To be clear it’s an extended stay. You know what you’re getting, it’s the staff. They make you feel like you’re home.

The only good thing was the lady that checked us in. Hair all over the shower and roaches coming out of the outlets which only 1 worked in the room

I didn’t like anything about the property. I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. The lobby smelled like smoke, the room smelled terrible and it seemed as if it was home for a lot of people.

The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins. I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper.

I reserved what the website said was a room with two full beds, and the picture showed a room with two beds. When we arrived, I was told the hotel did not have any rooms with two beds, but they did have a sofa fold out bed; that is not what was represented. The floor was not clean, there was no remote for the TV, and the AC unit had a mid of its own. I would not stay there again.

The was not breakfast like was advertised... not even coffee they said they were out of supplies... we waited almost an hour to check in... I want a refund this is a terrible hotel and you should remove from your website

You have to carry them from the front desk to your room in a bucket. You are better off spending $10 or $20 more and book a much much better place.

Location is perfect, near everything but still on a quiet road away from main roads. Like the setup in room w table and rolling chairs, and nice size closets and actual kitchen cabinets! Breakfast very plain..muffin brand not good at all. Coffee too light, need a bold option or button on machine. Switching Breakfast items from day to day would help..maybe some bananas or apples,oranges and different brand of muffin. Loved having the rolling chairs for seating- but the chairs themselves were not comfortable ones.

Even inside the room it looks, feels, smells and IT WAS SO uncomfortable… I was with my husband and my children and the experience was so unpleasant…. Dust was coming inside the air conditioning. We didn’t leave right away because I knew I would never get my money back which I wasted!!!

I could take my dog and be comfortable It was under construction and there were no kitchen amenities to use.

People hanging out in the parking lots, dogs barking. One small elevator. Doors barely open and close. We left, we could not stay there in those conditions. It’s really disgusting. We left and went to another hotel and we did ask for a refund, that has to come through Expedia, being third party.

Walked into the room to find a deodorizer running and realized what it was for shortly afterwards when I started to smell cat piss. The bathroom was dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. I would never recommend or would I ever stay at another extended stay again.

walked into the smell of mold/mildew in the room. due to allergies and risks, we could not stay the night at this facility. we spent less than 5 minutes in the room. after leaving, we contacted the property for a refund, and it was denied due to their cancellation policy. Not horrible, but not great. The price was reasonable for the last minute stay we needed. Great location. The breakfast was not breakfast, only coffee and hot water. The 2nd floor had a musty smell and the floors in our room always seemed to be wet somehow. Condensation maybe?

The pull out sleeper sofa was broken and had dirty mattress not fit for a dog. There no linens for the sleeper sofa. We had to go to the front desk for them. The shower was badly stained and hopefully clean. Fromt desk staff had to be summoned by a bell on the counter and made it clear it was a bother to ask for hotel information and help. Terrible experience.

This was the second time staying here. I was not thrilled our fridge leaked and the oven was very dirty inside and kept smoking when being used. They did come and clean up the stove. This property is being fixed up so there was a lot of stuff out but the workers did a great job picking up their mess after.

There is no breakfast. They have a grab and go with only muffins and coffee. We had to go to McDonalds before our daughters soccer game and she ordered a chicken bisquet and received a sausage bagel with ketchup and onions. No ice machine and the gym only has treadmills. They do have a laundry room and that was useful and worked just fine.

The Pool area was not organized. There were no lounge chairs to sit in. The drinking fountain did not work. The phone was not marked that it was for emergency only. The temperature in the hallway was freezing.

The kitchen was very old and in poor condition with 4 burners, only one of them worked, there was little water pressure in the shower, the sink was broken and there was dirt under the bed.

The pictures was nothing like the actual hotel was and it smelled terrible like cigarettes the rugs were stained , microwave and fridge were stained and dirty and when I cancel they had the nerves to still charge me for one night when I only stayed for like an hours trying to cancel with the Expedia customer service.

It was a spring mattress with little cushion. Also, there were no dishes or utensils or anything in the kitchen. Otherwise, for a one night stay, it was fine.

The worst hotel ever, I know is the cheapest one around the area, but anyways should be maintaining certain standards…The hallway smells like cigarettes all the way, my 1yo daughter found dirty Q tips at the room floor, the sofa bed was against every existing cleaning concept and the pool was nasty, green full of mold…for last but not least someone threw up in the middle of the hallway and no one clean it! The worst hotel ever, I know is the cheapest one around the area, but anyways should be maintaining certain standards…The hallway smells like cigarettes all the way, my 1yo daughter found dirty Q tips at the room floor, the sofa bed was against every existing cleaning concept and the pool was nasty, green full of mold…for last but not least someone threw up in the middle of the hallway and no one clean it! Thank God we went for 1 night only…Do you a favor, spend a little bit more in other place for God sake.

It was a low cost trip to visit Juno beach, FL for spring break. The staff were very friendly and courteous but the hotel itself is in need of much needed repairs. Walking into the lobby the smells of fish and cooking are very strong. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom sink was damaged and stained with a dark dye and there was no exhaust system so there is noticeable mold damage that may have been just painted over but was creeping back out. The room gets humid after every shower even with low heat water. The lighting in the room is so dark and overall unappealing aspect at some point we worried about roaches but thankfully there were none. There were stains in the carpet and it looked unkept. It was an affordable two night stay but never again. This location needs some extra care.

Second. This hotel was a disgrace. It was dirty, in disrepair, and run down. The kitchen had nothing in it , no glasses, plates , pans, etc. we had to ask for a toaster. The coffee machine did not work. NOR DID THE ROOM PHONE, so we had to call on our cellphone to ask for help. The sove was disgusting, and did not work properly. Only one burner worked barely. Refrigerator was turned to off, so we lad to turn it down and wait for it to cool before putting any food in it. The in room coffee machine was broken as well. Kitchen cabinets were disintegrated and dity. The carpeting was filthy, and made the bottoms of our feet black. The noise level was atrocious, the window did not seal and we were right alongside I95. I had to get earplugs at Walgreens to sleep. We even had to make our own do not disturb/ privacy sign and tape it to the door. I would have moved after one night, but most places nearby were already booked. Avoid this dump. The site will not let me upload the photos I have documented

I have a back injury and the bed is extremely uncomfortable the bathroom door doesn’t close the housekeeper come in the room and remove the towels and never put none back in the room..I will never book a room here again

This was our best option for last minute travel and on a budget. After purchasing brunch items, our stove was not working. Staff were quick and efficient in rectifying the problem. I'll definitely recomed Extended Stay Am Suites. Excellent staff, very clean and budget friendly

I was happy it was pet friendly, but it was dirty, found half smoked cigar in drawer, kitchen filthy and dirty towels in bathroom. People made this bad not pets. It smelled like people had smoked in hallways and in the room.

The bathroom had mold. Sofa bed had urine stains. The room smelled very bad. The carpet was extremely dirty. Went to the front office and asked to be switched rooms and they refused.

Room rug was filthy and smelled of urine. Moved the bed to pick something I dropped and there was trash under the bed. Pet owners don't clean after their dogs and the surrounding areas were full of poop. The staff was courteous but never at the front desk.

Zachary, the evening clerk was the only positive thing I can say about this stay. He was extremely helpful, when I couldn't breathe in the first room because the air quality was so bad. The second room was much better. However, I was so happy I noticed the snot and mucus on the table before putting anything on it.

While front desk was really nice all around, the cleanliness of the rooms were unacceptable. Beds and linens were clean which is the most important to me. I stayed for 5 days and paid in advance so cancellation and refund was not an option since I booked through Expedia. Price for West Palm Beach was the best compared to other areas and places, however still over priced in my opinion. I did have to purchase my own Lysol wipes and Fabreeze freshener because the room smelled muggy and moldy. The air conditioners definitely need some cleaning. After I freshened up my own room I was more comfortable. Cooking stove and refrigerator worked as it should. The cleaning staff can definitely do much much better in cleaning because they do the bare minimum. I did find a few live roaches, but we are in florida. The only place i saw them was in the bathroom at night time. I just kept the light on the whole night and I stopped seeing them 😖. Everything overall needs updated and attention.

What was not great. Their idea of breakfast included is dry prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal...thats it. I get there is a kitchen but wow. All the kitchen utensils, supplies, etc. you have to ask for. So if you needed a cup all of a sudden, forget it. We used the pull out couch...good thing we brought blankets because all they could supply us with was sheets. Not to mention the hallway smelled like pot. Won't stay there again.

and I killed 2 roaches in the room. I really like this chain, and prefer it when I travel, but this stay was terrible.

I travel either solo or with my retired mom so one thing I did not like (and I know it's not the hotel's fault) is the fact that some of the guests looked suspicious which was made me feel a bit uncomfortable. For example, the first day we arrived for our three days stay, guests in two different cars sat and literally stared as we unpacked our van and headed to our room. We also didn't see any security guard throughout our stay, but we did keep in contact with the front desk agents who were very pleasant and helpful.

They charged me for the room and wouldn’t let me stay because they said we arrived too late. Then they made me rebook and pay 20.00 more before they would refund me. He said he wouldn’t refund until I paid for a new night. We were literally staying a few hours. They left us stranded and demanded we rebook at an additional fee in order to get a refund.

Did I mention in the bathroom! Tv remote almost worthless. Complimentary breakfast was instant oatmeal, and coffee. This hotel is “one and done”! NEVER AGAIN.

Sign in the elevator was concerning (about the smoking/vaping). The Hotel was dingy looking, had a bad odor, stains all over the carpets. There was a bright light inconveniently shining into room 312.

They have roaches and the room they gave us was really dirty , didn’t even bother to take the trash out

I was quite surprised to see that there was a housekeeping charge if you wanted the service. In all my travels I have NEVER came across this surcharge. As a result will NOT stay at this site ever again.

The property was not clean. The entrance doors were dirty, the elevator smelled. The room smelled. The shower dripped the entire stay. We did not have wash towels. We saw several roaches in our room. People were loitering around the entrances and smoking outside near the entrances. Overall the hotel is not well kept.

What a terrible experience. Rick the front desk assistant was extremely unfriendly up to our arrival. Minutes later we asked for 2 more pillows and blankets as we were a reservation of 6 people, Rick claimed that there’s was nothing available. I had to call immediately to Expedia which they help us solve the issue, yet we lost 2 hours of a back and forth between the hotel been unresponsive. Never staying with this chain of hotels.
