Very clean, easy to get around to and from the hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful!

I have stayed here many other times and I always have a good experience buy this time was not the same, the person who assisted me with my check in didn’t want to help me with a simple request a ask for, I understand when it’s not possible but he didn’t even check or try to make it possible, my room had a weird small and when I went to check out the other person in the front desk, I was right in front of him and he didn’t even notice me, I need to go, it was no one else there.
- 4/5
Old hotel but the location and amenities were excellent.
- 3/5
The advertisement of restaurant and bar is false and should be removed from the amenities. They have been closed for three years. Small hotel, small rooms, bathtub but no plug or spice. Shower only.
- 2/5
Old hotel in West Hollywood. Kinda pricey for what we paid for. Rooms need updating. One of the light switches in the bathroom looked burned. Overall clean but nothing to rave about. Overnight parking was $50.

A building that needs a complete remodel from the outside in. It’s one of the few lower cost hotels for patrons visiting West Hollywood. I’ve reserved a stay here for over 10-years so I’ve witnessed the staff change multiple times. In my experience the way they treat LGBTQIA+ visitors has also changed over the years. West Hollywood Pride takes place every year in June and the Ramada is well aware the influx of people in the area from Friday-Sunday, so there’s no excuse to pretend as a business and call it “blackout” There is simply no excuse to tell any guest their room may or may not be cleaned and to also clean it subpar, leaving long strands of hair on the entire floor and it also be infested throughout the bathroom. The prices is not worth, paying to park for an area that appears to be deteriorating each day. Sadly, the shut down and abandoned Kitchen 24, certainly doesn’t help the curb appeal.

Not one person there had customer service skills. No one greets you or notifies you when they having issues. Because all they want is your $$$. They made it seem like I was the problem. There was so many ways they could’ve handle the situation. Especially like making signs on how to really exit their building because not all stair cases in their hotel lead to no exit. Also they do not tell you when you check in that you need to call 24 hours in advance for room service. We had to put all our trash outside the door bc the room was smelling. No one picked up the trash while we were there. Just overall the WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL I EVER HAD. Be prepared to be treated horribl!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and hotel close to the event.
- 2/5
Ramada needs to renovate the hotel. The furniture is old, have missing paint, scratched up, the tub does not drain well. You are not suppose to have standing water around your feet while you are taking a shower. You need to install microwaves in the rooms. For the prices the hotel rent the rooms, and the money you are making, everything I just mentioned earlier should have already been done! And last but not least, the morning shift needs to be a little more warmer with the guess. All this is the reason why I am going elsewhere the next time I go to WEHO PRIDE!

This hotel used to be a great hotel to stay in West Hollywood but now they have bulletproof glass in lobby and the amenities seem to not have been upgraded in quite some time. Parking in the hotel lot is way to expensive at $50 per day and the staff was less than helpful. You have to advise the front desk to clean your room 24 hours in advance to have your room cleaned; a $300 deposit was taken for no amenities.

It was okay. Better than other cheaper hotels. It was in a fun location. I was not stoked on the $300 security deposit. The hallways were creepy. when you walk in the hotel , it’s dark and creepy.

Spacious room, very walkable location in West Hollywood. Bed was very comfortable and AC was fantastic. The coffee in the room could be better and a water dispenser on each floor would be fantastic. Room service had to be requested in advance. Loved the huge mirrors in the rooms

This hotel has a great location - near a Trader Joe's, Erewhon, and tons of food & shopping options. I loved how close it was to what I needed. It also provides a fairly secure parking garage, even if the price is a little hefty ($50 a day). The room I stayed in was a little dated and housekeeping is only available upon request, but it was clean and pretty quiet. Overall, it wasn't overly impressive, but it was a solid choice and a decent experience, especially since I was prioritizing location as a solo traveler in town for a few days. The kindest employee was in concierge services -- when my room wasn't ready, they offered to hold my bags and he was very kind, welcoming, and helpful!
- 0.5/5
Parking was $50 which is fine but they have issues with letting you in and out of the garage. They claim it’s a “vendors” fault and not theirs.

Stayed for a week. Concierge was very friendly, service desk as well. Housekeeping must be informed the day prior to you wanting the service. They were also very friendly. Property is nice. Rooms are cute. Suites are the only rooms with microwaves but other than that no complaints at all. Great location.

The staff on the whole were friendly. However, when I first arrived they were not very welcoming. After a long haul flight I arrived for at 8am. It was way too early to check in which I appreciate and I understand that my room was unlikely to have been vacated yet. However, felt they could have been a little more accommodating. They basically just asked me to come back at 1pm to see if my room was ready. I would have been happy to have paid extra for an earlier check in. Instead I was left wandering the streets of Weho for hours. The location is great if you are after nightlife with all of Weho’s bars on your doorstep. I would stay here again

I realize there are some negative reviews about this hotel, but I have stayed here numerous times and always find it to be a good experience. Addy checked me in and was quick and friendly. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The hotel doesn't have any amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, etc.) but it is right in the middle of West Hollywood and there are dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafes right outside the door. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it, but if you want a clean, comfortable room in the middle of a great neighborhood, stay here.

The Ramada always delivers. Room was clean, modern, minimal noise and the area was near many of my “go to” spots. Since I was traveling solo, I felt very safe too. Loved that there was a laundromat (2 or 3 each of washing and dryer machines) with detergent right on the same floor.
- 4/5

Description is wrong - there is NO restaurant, bar, breakfast, cafe etc. location is great , Trader Joe’s right across the street . Tons of food options nearby. This place is pretty run down. It does not look like the pictures. The check in is behind bulletproof glass, I’m assuming it used to be a bank teller station. The rooms are weird and old with no charm and the parking was $50 for self parking!

This hotel is very outdated and staff were not welcoming. When I checked in(after a 6 hour flight), the first thing that the receptionist "STRESSED" was that there was a $300 deposit for incidentals as if I was not aware of this. It was rude and had very bad energy surrounding it. The second issue I had was that they checked me into a room facing the HVAC systems on the rooftop. When asked to switch rooms, I was told they were "fully booked" - yet there were rooms showing available online. It was a very unpleasant stay and I'd never book here again.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Great location, but slightly dated and thin walls. Could hear construction all day.
- 1/5
WAS NEVER TOLD OF THIS BUT ITS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY HOTEL TO BOOK A ROOM WITH EAR SHATTERING NOISE TAKING OVER MY ENTIRE ROOM
- 5/5
A new EREHWON opened across the street. The most overpriced foods, and coffe/smoothies worth just seeing the prices of what started out as a very groovy health and healthcare options via herbs or whatever. There is a CVS 7/11 a shot walk and depending on your interests, tons of options walkable or drivable.
- 2/5
Do not recommend this property. They charge 50 dollars per day for parking. Rooms are very out dated, furniture and window treatment look like they were bought at a junk sale. Over price the price I paid was not what was given on Expedia. They also put a hold on your card for 300 dollars and was not aware of this either.
- 3/5
Room was ok, floor was dirty and the shower I was not able to take a nice shower due to the shower not working proberly
- 2.5/5
The room was dingy long past due for fresh paint, deep cleaning to remove layers of accumulated dust on overhead light fixtures, poor lighting in general bc the place always felt dark and begging for an updated design to make it sparkle again. The bath tub drain was almost completely clogged and you had to be careful to not shower very long or it would overflow and flood.

Great location but property is rundown. The phone button to housekeeping does not go to anyone. We learned that after a couple of days of trying it and then asked the staff who told us it does exist as a phone line in the hotel. No soap in dispenser for two days despite requests to fill. They forget to deliver towels and coffee we requested. Had to go down and get them as no one responded after we asked at front desk. They said they would deliver them but did not. Bathroom fixtures were not working properly (shower) and the rooms clearly allowed smoking a few years ago. Won't come back but it was relatively inexpensive for the area.
- 3/5
I paid for a suite, which was two storey. My room was just a large double, with a plastic floor. bathroom was clean but it took 4 mins for the hot water to come through the sink tap and water was leaking from the sink tap when you switched to cold. bath didn't drain properly. Sheets on the bed were incredibly scratchy and uncomfortable. Room was very worn with wallpaper being patched in various places. Used the vending machines both of them to try to get bottled water. Machines just ate my money, no product. Corridors and decor throughout the hotel was very tired. As a single female traveling I didn't feel very safe here. Didn't seem to be any security, no staff in reception at any time of day and front doors constantly open, so anyone can walk in. While you need your room key to use the elevators if someone is stood waiting for the elevator you could easily gain access to any area of the hotel. Considering this stay cost me over $300 a night I would have been better off in a standard room of a holiday inn express. I would never stay here again.
- 2/5
The rooms were OK.
- 3.5/5
Good location, if you have a car, not too much walkable. Easy parking, $50 a day. Thought it was bizarre that if you wanted housekeeping you had to call reception the night before to let them know, after long days out, we forgot every night so never got any housekeeping…

Ehhh, it was ok. Location is good but the hotel charges for everything, including me checking in early and $50 a day for my car. Amenities were ok. Major construction on the floor I was staying on which was weird they put me on that floor. All in all I would say it was OK. I'm sure there are better hotels in the area for the same cost.

It's just dated. I'm tired of multi -hundred dollar incidentals for a Hotel that has no bar, restaurant or even a Minibar. I can handle the Vending machine without a deposit. No air or ventilation in common areas and the carpet &decor are from last century. As I said , really dated- but priced just as much as a better modern spot. Time to move on.

I will definitely stay here again! Staff was friendly, location is amazing (if you plan on hanging out in West Hollywood) and rooms were nice. The floor could’ve been a little cleaner and the wi-fi isn’t that great. But other than that, it was great. Also be mindful that the security deposit is $300 per accommodation.
- 5/5
Check in and check out was so easy. The rooms were clean and updated. The parking garage was included in the stay & there was no extra fee like Expedia said there was. Loved it!
- 1/5
Hotel provided information that there is breakfast avaliable and the bar. The hotel doesn’t have any restaurant (but they have photo on their website), no breakfast, no bar. Room wasn’t clean and the shower doesn’t work properly. Manager wasn’t helpful, he said that we have restaurants around the hotel, he was very unprofessional, he didn’t care. My husband work for international company, very early in the morning and breakfast was the most important so that’s why we booked this hotel. The price for room in this condition was too high and we spent additional money for breakfast every day. The manager we spoke said that we should contact Expedia because they didn’t update the information, but Expedia said that hotel should provide it. So there is no chance to get refund. Just avoid this place.

Lighting in the room was a little less bright than I am used to and the bathroom door needs a new handle. Other than that I was quite happy with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities. Staff was excellent! Very kind people! I will say the adjoining room was not ideal. Could hear very clearly through the door. Would I stay there again, I absolutely would. Great people, staff, amenities, cleanliness, and location. Parking was excellent too! Very pleased with my stay!

When I checked in I wasn’t given any information about amenities though, just my room key. The staff were not approachable or very helpful, I felt like I was an inconvenience.. When I asked about the nearest place to get coffee from, I was given a name of a place but no real direction and then they went back to whatever they were doing. Not the best interaction for someone who had never been to LA before (which I did mention). The room was very tired. Everything is very old and has a lot of wear & tear, door handles falling off, dirt & rust in the bathroom…it definitely needs a makeover. The shower had great water pressure, that was a highlight of my stay. If you want any kind of room clean done during your stay you need to request it 24hrs in advance. I requested late checkout (1pm - an extra 2hrs for $50) and it was approved, but at 11:10am I had someone knock on my door, he didn’t tell me who he was, just asked me when I was leaving. He was polite enough but I did have a do not disturb sign on my door that was clearly ignored. This hotel is in a fantastic location, that is the best thing about it. If you want a hotel that is clean, modern, with a restaurant or helpful staff.. this is not the place for you. I only stayed here as it was close to where I needed to be, otherwise I would have left early.

We had a very comfortable stay here for the Oscar’s. The location was ideal and the hotel was very affordable and comfortable. It is not high end by any means but that is to be expected with the price. It was very clean and we had a great time. Big perk being across from Erewhon!

Good stay, walkable to bars & restaurants
- 4/5
Centrally located close to restaurants and bars in the area. Outdated fixtures, mirror on the wall by the bed (unless you’re an exhibitionist), and $50 parking per night.
- 4/5
Previously to arriving, they tried to charge my credit card for an amount above and beyond, after it clearly stated I wouldn’t be charged until I arrived. When I called to inquire about it, the staff member was extremely rude. Once I arrived, everything was fine and the staff or nice.

I was debating staying here because of the reviews but the area was great the room was clean and the staff were friendly! If you’re going to the comedy store like I was get a ride there and walk back cause that uphill was killer! Would definitely stay again.

Good location for West Hollywood. Comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Lots of local eateries around No water or ice available and only coffee from pods in the room. $50/ night parking is additional but unfortunately typical for the area. No staff around sometimes.
- 3/5
I liked the location and parking. The mattress had finger size blood stains, pillows felt old and didn’t hold shape, bath faucet was broken and couldn’t pressure up the shower properly, and molded ceiling above the shower.
- 5/5
Incredible location, walking distance to grocery stores, gyms, coffee shops, bars and restaurants
- 4/5
Parking is crazy expensive. Not really any other options either. Forget street parking, at least for overnight. Besides that the place is maybe a little nicer than a typical motel. Although do have to compliment the bed linens were very comfortable. Walkable to the local nighlife. I guess thats what your paying for mostly.
- 4/5
Finding a place in West Hollywood can be expensive. However the Ramada Plaza was reasonable. The front desk was helpful, and efficient. My room was large, clean and had good air conditioning and good hot water pressure, Includes a coffee maker and coffee packs and tea packs. I was on the second floor not too far from the elevators. The pool is on the second floor if that is important for you. I checked out the pool area and rarely found people using it. Looked decent. Trader Joe’s was nearby. Several blocks away there were small restaurants for breakfast or snacks. The location and the hotel felt safe. I requested to have my room cleaned everyday and it was. Coffee was refilled each day. The bed was comfortable. There wasn’t much of a view, but didn’t matter for me. I was really happy for choosing this hotel. There are better hotels in the area but three times the price. So I was content staying at the Ramada. The first room I was given was at the end of a very very long hallway. After a day of walking the last thing I wanted was to walk down a very long hallway to get to my room. So requested another room closer to the elevator and was perfect. I didn’t like that they charged $1 per day for the safe. I thought that was petty and unnecessary. Also they charge a refundable $300 when you check in. I’m confident I will be refunded as I’ve left the room in proper condition.

The information on the app regarding this hotel is incorrect. There’s no restaurant or bistro. I would not have chosen this hotel if I knew there was no restaurant available. It made it difficult in the early mornings to get breakfast. While parking is available for a fee, it seems hotel guests should be able to use the spaces which are convenient. Shoppers should be relegated to the back or upper stories.

The bulletproof glass at check in is intimidating and doesn't inspire confidence/safety. The in-room furniture is worn, scratched and well-used. The bathroom tile and fixtures have not been updated in many years and the tub drain is old fashioned and very slow. This was a great hotel room for 1984.

The first morning of our stay there was hardly any water and it was cold to luke warm. We had 2 rooms the other room the shower completely stopped mid shower. The second morning the water pressure and heat seemed to be working better, maybe because we took showers a little earlier?

Water didn’t go down in tub when showering Hallway smelled quite strange Overall vibe lackluster for price

Very clean and quiet hotel. Modern with a classic touch of Hollywood charm. Quaint restaurants in the day and very cool nightspot for the evenings! We had a great time. Walking distance from our stay.

- 3/5
They should serve Contential breakfast for an expensive stay.
- 4/5
The policy to have to request to clean your room is not practical , they should clean period ! Always taken larger amount as “guarantee “ on your credit card even if you prepaid your trip . Staff is ok
- 3/5
The hotel is definitely not what is was before the pandemic. The bar and nearby restaurant is closed. The location makes it convenient to West Hollywood activities.
- 5/5
Clean Room, easy walk to Sunset Blvd
- 4/5
It was a great experience
- 2/5
The shower never had any hot water. You have to order 24 hours in advance to have the room serviced. THE PARKING IS $50 PER DAY WHICH IS EXHORBANT. I questioned this and they said it’s because you are staying in West Hollywood. I can tell you now that definitely not worth it as the whole street where this hotel stands, is run down
- 4/5
Staff very helpful and accommodating especially the concierge.
- 1/5
Hotel and room had a foul odor and bed was as hard as concrete

The parking garage is treacherous. Whether your scraping the undercarriage of your vehicle upon leaving the one exit they or the dubiously placed support poles which took a bite out of my front bumper (all the poles there have similar damage marks in them), I won’t be back, ever. My favorite part, the parking garage attendant was dismissive of the damage because it happens there so often, obviously.
- 3/5
Was fine
- 1/5
No hot water, charged $50 for parking.
- 5/5
The staff, location, and comfort of this hotel will make it my only choice when staying in Los Angeles. Thanks Ramada for taking the guess work out of my future stays in L.A.
- 3/5
Update the rooms
- 1/5
First, I didn't like the loft bedroom location with the bathroom on the ground floor because getting up a couple times during the night to pee felt dangerous and getting back to sleep was hard. The standard size pillows got lost on a king bed. The tub/shower drain was clogged and I had to shower in a few inches of water. It took 30 mins to drain. Horrible. The light fixtures, floors and electrical sockets have never been upgraded after 30+ years. I plugged a charger into the socket and the plug fell out of the socket. The floors were coming up - age and constant cleaning. The carpet looked original. I was only staying one night and I was exhausted so I didn't call to scream at anyone. At least the Wi-Fi worked! Then there was the $50 fee for parking. What a rip off. Sure you get in/out privileges, but that's just too high. I was there for only one day, so I paid. But more than one day? I'd hunt for a public lot for half the price. The location is all this place has going for it - and they know it. Avoid if you can.
- 3/5
Broken shower handle, noise. Security glass makes lobby feel unsafe
- 4/5
Room is clean, neat comfortable.
- 2/5
Rooms need upgrading especially the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
- 3/5
- 1/5
The hotel is so run down and dirty. Service does not exist. Awful
- 2/5
Vending machines showed water but they were sold out on every floor. The staff didn’t care and said I could walk down to Trader Joe’s if I wanted water. And then there is the $50/night parking fee that isn’t mentioned when you book. Overall none of us (we booked 3 separate rooms) were happy with our accommodations.
- 1/5
Paying 50 dollars for parking was not disclosed

- 3/5
The whole calling for new clean towels was slight inconvenience as I had to remember to call and request but then they did not pick up dirty towels. Also the security deposit for each night is high and I did not see it mentioned on their website or hotel write up.
- 2/5
staff was nice, location was nice, but the hotel was dirty and run down.
- 1/5
I was extremely upset to find so many fees when checking in. I got to the hotel expecting a smooth process. Then I was told I had to pay a 50$ parking fee. Then I was told I had to pay a 300 deposit but because I was only staying 1 night they would discount it to 150. I was told I would get my deposit back upon check out but it would depend on my bank. I did book through hotels.com but I also look on official website. Neither made any mention of a deposit or a parking charge. This not only took away extra money from my trip but since my bank still has not released the deposit that I was NEVER made aware of it messed up personal bills. I will say this, my husband and I enjoyed our trip to Hollywood but we will never stay with this hotel again. It felt like such a scam. I couldn’t even cancel our reservations because I would have been charged regardless. This is such poor customer service and an underhanded way to take advantage of people.
- 5/5
Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance
- 4/5
Room was clean. Hotel is a bit dated. It's close to a lot of attractions people are interested in seeing. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
The property is way past due on a re-fresh. There is no food on the property, with no breakfast options. Great location for night life but departing in the morning is not convenient.
- 4/5
Since there's no restaurant, the vending machines are well-stocked. Pool is small and on the second floor. Beds are comfortable; maid service is by request only, though they were happy to provide more coffee. In-room fridge was adequate. Staff was helpful though not always visible. When I asked them to call me a cab I got some sort of rideshare with no meter, so if you really want a taxi, be specific.
- 5/5
Clean and conviently located to the Sunset Strip
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Great location near WeHo can walk to all clubs. 5 star rating for the parking. Most hotels in the area don’t have parking or very expensive valet. Clean rooms and amenities. Water was shut off for maintenance but was fixed in an hour.
- 3/5
Tv remote only worked w/in 5 ft of tv.not enough towels. 1 vending machie didnt work but kept charging cost me $9.30. Desk clerk asked like we weren't needed, like we we bothering here to check in.
- 4/5
Great location for the Halloween carnival. Rooms are older/dated but overall good location/hotel.
- 3/5
Cleanliness of bathroom, or update. It felt dated or dirty.
- 5/5
I just wish the bathroom was more up-to-date. The pressure in the shower was very weak and the toilet has a super slow flush
- 3/5
Nice rooms
- 4/5
The location was prime, the room was clean and spacious; however, we did not have strong water pressure and there was no hot water.
- 5/5
We love this place- it's close to everything
- 5/5
Private self parking and quick check-in. Liked being able to check in and out on my phone, to make the process much faster. Came for business. Recommended.
- 1/5
We are trying to get our money back there we’re cockroaches in the bathroom
- 5/5
Great operation. I will tell other about the great staff, location, and good experience
- 3/5
Early morning, we were able to hear people talking next to our room.
- 4/5
Everything was just fine.
- 4/5
The property was great comfortable beds clean room . Easy to catch a bus or Uber to a destination. Eg walk of fame and Santa Monica . Easy walk to restaurants and clubs . The only downfall was on our arrival our check in was from 3 pm which we timed coming from Anaheim where we spent our first 5 nights . When we arrived the girl was abrupt and rude stating our rooms weren’t ready . But checked two American couples in straight after telling me ours weren’t ready we had 3 rooms booked . So as an Australian travelling America we didn’t feel very welcome at all . We went back after an hour to be checked in with another lady that was much more pleasant.
- 2/5
We have stayed many times, but unfortunately I think this is my last. Staff were generally not pleasant, we had consistent issues with our room keys, the room was pretty dirty and when we asked to have it turned over, they said they needed at least 24 hours notice. Overall, it was just a bummer.
- 4/5
It was good for a one night stay. Pricey parking!
- 3/5
No bar. Food
- 3/5
Besides location and convenience to get around, safe and nice street, food spots,CVS near by and friendly staff, everything else absolutely not as described on the website introduction….
- 2/5
Otherwise amenities and room condition was very good, also very nice location and lots of services around
- 1/5
This place is not cheap to stay .
- 4/5
Mostly quiet. Pool was super cute and clean.
- 2/5
The WeHo neighborhood is pleasant and friendly, with lots of food and nightlife options. It's gotten a bit dirtier since I last stayed there 15 years ago. But the Ramada by Wyndham, where I also stayed that time, has turned into a sh1t h0le. I am sorry, but there clearly hasn't been a single penny spent on renovation, and what they've done is for the worst: they closed the bar, got rid of breakfast options, retained a thick glass wall between the guests and staff at the front desk, and didn't even once say "Welcome" or "Thank you for your stay." Furthermore, there wasn't even a bottle of water in our room, or a box of "Kleenex" or the tiny bottles of lotion or so that you are accustomed to seeing. Meanwhile, they keep pushing you to enroll in their "Rewards" Program. My best reward will be to never, ever stay here again.
- 5/5
Good location in Weho, convenient parking on site. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
This property is all about location in West Hollywood. The rooms are dated and don’t seem very clean. If you can deal with that, is a great location.
- 4/5
Great location, everything is walkable. The property is dated and has a stale/strong motel smell to it. I did have a room with a balcony and that was really nice to have b
- 4/5
Close to WeHo strip and Sunset Boulevard. I’m between Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Reasonable priced hotel and the value is in the location.
- 1/5
Very toxic smell! Blood drops on sheet
- 3/5
Well located , efficient but I find it expensive for what it offers . An outdated hotel with furniture and bathrooms run down
- 4/5
The room over all it’s ok but it’s time to be renovated
- 3/5
They cleaned our room folded our clothes moved our bags and my medications after we told them we need no.clean on the room and with a do not disturb sign. The had no convience area w basics people forget like toothpaste deodorants etc. pool falsely imaged was more the size of a fountain than was imaged in pictures.
- 5/5
Super friendly & helpful staff
- 2/5
The tub had hair and one of the beds looked like it had blood on it..
- 1/5
Horrible accommodations
- 2/5
Bed was ok. Shower was ok but we specifically booked an accessible room for mobility and asked the person that checked us in for a room without a tub/shower combo. We were told that there was no tub combo in the room (also, we called ahead we were told NO ROOMS HAVE BATHTUBS). They gave us al room with the shower/tub combo 😡. We called down immediately and explained what happened and the front office clerk says "let me see if we have any walk in showers" and hung up on me. She took 10 minutes to call back and we decided to stay in the room since it was a one night stay. I would say you get what you pay for - but I do not think we did! Highly don't recommend!
- 5/5
I didn’t use any facilities because it was just a quick overnight, but I have been bragging about how little I paid for a room and all the other people that travel up their pay typically twice that!
- 1/5
Property is a filthy, run down dump. broken tv & staff didn't do anything about it. Best thing was location, which has nothing to do with property itself.
- 5/5
Other than the water being down it was an excellent experience and ut dudnt take long to have water.
- 4/5
Great West Hollywood location. No frills room with good ac and bed. I’ll stay again. Parking is $50 per day btw.
- 5/5
I had a spacious room. The pool area was lovely.
- 5/5
All fine. The water in the shower kept changing hot cold but staff said they will look into it.
- 3/5
Very loud the house cleaning every morning & the walls are thin in between the rooms too
- 4/5
Stay was great but pillows were bundled up to a ball & the other ones were so stiff. Note to self, bring your own pillow.
- 5/5
I felt the parking was secure, and the room was good. We were barely there to experience the hotel, and it was not cheap- but it seemed like a good location and comfortable enough. It would have been nice to have a restaurant, but it served it’s purpose
- 3/5
It was ok....not the best
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lighting in the room could use a bump up. Even with the curtains open and all the lights on, it still felt dim in the room (213).
- 5/5
and staff very helpful
- 3/5
Liked the walkability of the area. Didn’t care for the ancient air conditioner that was loud and did not adequately cool the room. Also didn’t like that the website didn’t mention the $50 per DAY to have our car parked there.
- 5/5
Good hotel.
- 4/5
Really nice staff and good hotel. A bit outdated but overall good.
- 4/5
Clean.
- 3/5
It was ok. Felt more like a 2 star hotel rather then a 2 star. The rooms are dated and time to make some improvements. Saw a large roach crawling around in the room in the morning.
- 1/5
I had to leave. There were large amounts of mold in the room. And smelled of mold too. Was dirty and horrible. I booked a different hotel through Expedia and had to leave this place.
- 4/5
Great location for West Hollywood 👍
- 5/5
Clean hotel and great staff. The location is walkable to many bars.
- 4/5
Would have given five stars, except that the Internet was not working for our trip, and the restaurant that used to be there is closed and boarded up, so we had to walk around the area to find food. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent though.
- 3/5
Nothing unique, nothing special. Location us the best about the property
- 5/5
I stay here a lot when I travel to SoCal/West Hollywood. Always a great experience!!
- 3/5
Property was okay. Old but clean. They should really be more transparent on the parking fee. $50 a night seems a bit egregious especially when they state parking may have a fee in the listing.
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
Way over prices for tbe room I got. Did not expect 50 dollars parking fee.
- 5/5
Staff was really nice
- 5/5
Excellent location and easy in and out of the parking garage, the service was top notch, the only thing that really hurt was $50 per night for parking.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay here - always lovely and quiet by the pool. Convenient in terms of transport links to get to various places too! Hotel staff were great!
- 5/5
Clean, updated, and centrally located.
- 5/5
Perfect location.
- 3/5
rooms are very dated. need upgrade
- 3/5
It looks outdated.
- 3/5
I loved the location being so closely located to conveniences. The room was okay, pool area was decent, but the price was high for the lean amenities you offer. I was disappointed to be charged $50 for parking. The hotel itself looked older and worn down- maybe it’s just time for renewing the furnishings.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Very convenient. Great staff!
- 4/5
The front desk staff is nearly non-existant.
- 1/5
Not clean at all
- 5/5
An excellent place to stay.
- 5/5
Staff was kind and friendly. However did not like the paper thin walls. It was very easy to hear what was going on upstairs.
- 5/5
Ive stayed here a few times; staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean and its quiet.
- 4/5
Nice area and room was good to
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
5 Stars
- 3/5
Overall it was fine but it is definitely not anything fancy. It’s just your basic run of the mill hotel. The location is good and they keep it clean but it could use some updating, the pictures are nicer then the actual place.
- 4/5
Parking is very expensive at $50 per day and they do not mention this on any of the booking sites. on the flip-side the location of the property is very convenient
- 4/5
Convenient location and nice clean room. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
But I have to say staff very nice.
- 2/5
Very overpriced hotel including $50 a night to park for a room with no view and nothing special about it.
- 4/5
Narrow garage entrance in the middle of the block from a busy hollywood street with a bike lane.
- 2/5
When I took a shower, the bathtub would fill up with water and wouldn’t drain properly so the next person had to wait in order for the water to drain pre-paying parking. I always had to call the front desk to let me out because the ticket wasn’t working.
- 5/5
Quiet and nice property. Could use a bit of a remodeling but the location is great
- 4/5
Inexpensive and a pretty good location for west hollywood. Hotel and rooms are pretty dark and gloomy and definitely dated. But i would stay again for a short visit
- 5/5
Very ssfe hotel. Parking was definitely safe and secure, a little expensive, but i don't travel much. The entire trip was great!
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 4/5
My Goal was to experience the nightlife of WEHO and boy did I ever. The people working at these clubs are very respectful and helpfuland for a trans girl going out on her own I felt very safe. I look forward to returning soon
- 5/5
love the online check in
- 5/5
Clean room and convenient location.
- 5/5
It was a really nice stay!
- 2/5
This property has a $50 per night for parking on top of whatever you pay for your room. Beware!
- 2/5
Hotel looks a bit old and dated for a 4* Couldn't fault the receptionists but room looked a bit dated. Pool is tiny. Location is right next to the bus stop and central to going area and Santa Monica but still up to an hour in either direction.
- 5/5
Love this place A+ only bad thing is it's $50 a night to park your car
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
Great stay. Room needs better ventilation.
- 4/5
Over night parking was expensive! Added $50 to the bill!
- 3/5
I was not happy when they told us about tje 300 for a security deposit, it did not say that on the wed site, do we were not expecting that its lucky we had some more money, i think u should put that on your wedsite for everyone to see
- 5/5
Iconic and old but customer service and accessibility is awesome.
- 3/5
It’s a little run down and tired looking, but fairly clean and in a fantastic location.
- 3/5
Great location. Hotel has a strong musty smell and could really use an update. Floors in the room were dirty. Hotel staff were nice and very accommodating to needs.
- 2/5
The advertising was false. There is no restaurant. No Bar.. No terrace… parking was 50.00 a day. !!!! I want a refund!
- 4/5
Great location, comfortable bed, long walk to room. Short walk to trader Joe's.
- 5/5
Excellent and very accommodating
- 3/5
This hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants, clubs and stores. They charge way too much for parking and there are few amenities
- 5/5
Great location. Quiet and comfortable.
- 1/5
The staff was rude when our freezer didnt keep our already frozen ice cream frozen. Their only offer at 1130pm was for us to find a new hotel stay. The representative rolled his eyes at us about the melted ice cream.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean and close to everything
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff!
- 3/5
The location used to be good, but now many of the businesses have closed down. It’s an extremely long walk to get a decent cup of coffee. There is nothing on the premises only one of those awful plastic coffee machine things in the room. The staff were nice but the hotel lacks facility. it is clean. definitely needs a remodel plumbing can use a little help.
- 2/5
This hotel is in a great location, but they make you pay $50 a night for Parking and you have to schedule your room to be cleaned. They don’t automatically come and clean it. The staff was very rude and not very helpful. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel is hold and kind of run down. Smells a bit. The hotel gym is beyond tragic. But you can’t beat the price and location.
- 5/5
An overall good experience
- 1/5
In addition to the unacceptable staff interaction, the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises were subpar. For three consecutive nights, I observed unused equipment and materials left outside the window—raising concerns about sanitation, potential pest control issues, and general negligence in site management. Most alarmingly, the shower curtain collapsed mid-use, posing a clear safety hazard. This points to poor maintenance protocols and could easily result in injury. Given the combination of unsafe conditions, unsanitary surroundings, and deeply unwelcoming service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. This experience reflects a breakdown in both operational standards and guest care practices.
- 1/5
At 11 pm got a new room. Next door. Was not any better. When I called to complain I was given the run around. No discount given or
- 4/5
The hotel is older
- 2/5
Overall the staff were accommodating and friendly but the hotel is very basic and has addrd fees such as $50 parking. Room met our needs for the night but I would select another hotel if staying in W Hollywood longer. It’s expensive for what it offers.
- 5/5
I didn’t hear any other noises while staying at this property. I usually stay in a hotel 3 days a month and I always hear slammed doors, showers running, people talking etc. But not here. I enjoyed the quietness.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 2/5
Location is great. The rest of awful. Front desk staff are appalling. Don’t expect anything much.
