    Our room was not ready at check-in time, but they were very apologetic and we were able to get to our room about 20 minutes later. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Clean and nice property. Very convenient location near Lexington Medical Center. There are also a lot of dining and shopping options nearby and reasonably priced gas.

    I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.

    Their coffee at breakfast was the best weve tasted in a long time. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location is under renovations but they didn't interfere or disrupt anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring we knew where and when breakfast was going to be served. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

    First room was located on a row of gutted rooms with the doors open. The floor was under renovations. You could smell the saw dust on the entire floor. I was told construction was scheduled daily from 8-5. I requested a room that wasn't near rooms under construction. When I walked into my new room with my 1 yr of grandson, I found a wad of chewed gum on the floor. The room had just been "cleaned." I requested to have the entire room (re)vacuumed. The toilet had hair strands all over the seat, and what looked like dirt smudges. When I asked one of the ladies cleaning rooms if someone, (or if I could get cleaning supplies to clean it myself), she rolled her eyes and said, "I checked that room myself. The seat is not dirty, its a burn. You can just go to the front desk and complain." I tried to tell her I had no plans on complaining at the front desk, she kept ignoring me. She eventually called someone on her radio to clean it. Day 2, a guest was in the breakfast area with her dog - touching him and touching the shared utensils to get food. A kitchen staff member told her she had to remove the dog from the area. Day 3, I watched a guest take breakfast sandwiches off her plate with her bare hands and place it them back in the warmers. I told the staff in the kitchen but nothing was done. I then told the rep at the front desk. Not sure if she ever addressed it. This is my second time at this hotel. First stay was fabulous, this stay was disappointing.

    I really liked how much space it and the great breakfast They did a system update during the day so we could not check in to our room until 630pm when check in was at 4pm. We had to sit in the lobby but the children was able to get in the pool. We didn't get a room key until the next morning due to the system update, so everytime we needed to get in the room some from going out someone had to let us in.

    The room was great, the lady that was there at check in and the one that was there at check out where so pleasant and kind to myself and my daughter. The room was clean. My daughter loved the gym. The overnight lady was rude to my child when she went down to get a snack but couldn't remember our room number off the top of her head. She snapped at her and didn't bother to just look up what our number was. I was also very upset that the pool was not open, we did this hotel beciase it had the pool and we where in a great place to get to the hospital every day. I am thankful the pool next door allowed us to use it, but they closed at 8p, and we only got to swim for 30 mins.

    I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It certainly was not up to what I would expect from my Marriott property. There was no hot water in the main shower although the smaller shower in the second bedroom did have hot water. There were Shampoo bottles falling off the walls in the shower. Neither one of the phones in the unit were connected and could be used. The sofa in the unit had such a sag in it, it was uncomfortable to sit in. Again, this is certainly not up to the standards of a Marriott property that charges $300 a night.

When we attempted to use the pullout bed for our grandchild, insides were stained and crumbs and a roach fell out. Shame on Marriott! Staff were sitting in guest area with bagged food spread on tables when we arrived. So disapppiinting.

    I was looking forward to staying at this property because I really loved the TownPlace Suites. I was extremely disappointed… the room was very hot upon arrival and I couldn’t get it to cool off. As it turned out, the window in the sitting area was wide open and the lock was broken. The usb ports in the sitting area didn’t work even though they were plugged in. There was no alarm clock in the room and no usb ports in the bedroom. When I called downstairs to ask about charging ports and a clock, the guy said, “don’t you have a charging block?” Going from the bedroom into the bathroom, I stepped on something very sharp, drawing blood from the bottom of my foot. It was a carpet tack that was sticking up in the doorway. The bathtub stopper was broken and just laying in the tub. When I booked the room, I asked for a walk-in shower and requested that the room did not have a raised toilet seat. They assured me they could get those requests for me… well, upon entering the room, I checked and they gave me a room with a tub and a raised toilet seat. I’m very short (and 70 years old) and I had to have my son bring me a step-stool so I would be able to use the restroom without it causing me too much pain on the backs of my legs due to the height of the seat. I also have a great deal of trouble stepping into a bathtub and I’m not very steady on my feet… thus my reason for requesting a walk-in shower. I was so exhausted and uncomfortable due to these issues. There’s more but no more room.

    Loved the space. 2 Room suite was more than enough Room for teenager and parents. The full size refrigerator, dishwasher were great to have. Having set of cutlery, and full set of dishes. Coffeemaker, toaster great options to have if you like to cook in Refrigerator ice maker was broken, had to go to 2nd floor. Carpet was filthy, furniture filthy (had old blood on is and was damaged with holes). Room had dust on walls, some sort of grease on bathroom walls, sofa was beat down afraid to sit on it.     Space is well designed. Didn’t have any issues with sound insulation. Huge living area and very good furniture- large sectional sofa, good firm bed and huge desk. Lots of power locations for charging. Very well thought out layout. Lots of storage. Big kitchen with all amenities. Very big shower and vanity area. Very nice common areas We had amazing view of the woods- private and zen Many very small areas with slightly damaged things- like lamp shades, caulking in bathroom, damaged shelves . But nothing major. All very small staff if I neat-pick..

    We like this hotel for it's location near I26, restaurants. it has a large walk-in shower, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, sink, and eating area. The 12cup coffee maker was missing, so I called the front desk and they had one in storage and was able to drop it by the room. I was very pleased with the staff there.

    First, the microwave in Room 108 is mounted too close to the refrigerator, so that the microwave door doesn't open satisfactorily. Only opened about 5 or 6 inches wide, barely enough to slide a cup of coffee in for a heat-up, and that included some arm contortions to reach around the edge of the door to try to get access. Quite annoying. Second issue was quite minor. The shampoo dispenser was jammed and/or out of service. Had to ask housekeeping for a replacement. Otherwise, my wife and I have always been thoroughly pleased with this Residence Inn.

    Beautiful room. Lowest toilet that I have seen in many years. TV was hard to figure out. The night I checked in I could not get it to change station. Next morning it was ok but I turned it off to go downstairs and when I returned it would not change from Marriot station.

    Felt really bad for the front desk person on duty. It was late on Christmas Day, and there had already been a plumbing disaster from a burst pipe, that was visible in the front lobby. She was alone and definitely looked frazzled. But she was pleasant, and very helpful. She took in stride the need for non-feather bedding (due to severe allergy), and was very polite and accommodating. BTW they have a highly ridiculous debit card policy posted; but it is not on the website and not on Expedia, and she was able to help us navigate it without major penalty. I would definitely call ahead if you use a debit card for check in, as it was absurd and not expected (I actually looked for a debit card policy before booking the room and none was found). The room was clean, the hotel was clean and quiet. We were in a two bedroom suite that exceeded our expectations. Will definitely consider coming back.

    No complaints. I have some suggestions for future remodels & warnings for current visitors. Suggestion - LVP flooring. If you are a pet friendly hotel or at least offer some rooms as pet friendly, consider Luxury Vinyl Plank or Waterproof Laminate flooring w/ a cushy underlayment for your next update / upgrade. It just makes sense. Way easier to maintain, clean, & sanitize. Makes customers feel a little better about walking around in their rooms. This change should lead to larger cost savings & maybe even lower those pet fees for those traveling w/ pets. My warning is for parents of small children. This hotel went with the "modern / clean lines" look. That means rectangles, squares & 90 degree cuts = sharp angles on furniture with pointy corners. Some curious choices 4 a hotel of this caliber: No toilet paper holder. No lotions - even most cheap places offer them. The wife notices these things. A/C control - Wall mounted at toddler height. They love buttons. Ugh. Great, strong fold down seat for a handicapped bathtub, but would make more sense to put in a walk in / wheel in shower.

    Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. We would have given a rating of 10 but the air conditioner would not get the room colder than 75 degrees and the king bed was hard and uncomfortable. We would stay there again.

    I booked 2 rooms and my sister booked 1. Check in was at 4 and we arrived about 5:30. Two of the rooms were not ready. The ironing board in our room was broken and there were two bugs in our room. I will not stay here again.

    The staff at this hotel were amazing, and the check-in was smooth and quick. The little 2 room suite was very comfortable with everything you need for an extended stay, including a full size frig, a microwave, a kitchen sink, and a few dishes. The bed and pillows were awesome. The bathroom was well appointed with big fluffy towels. The temperature controls worked well, so it was easy to find a comfortable room temperature, the TV work well and there were plenty of channels to choose from including HBO, Showtime, ESPN and Netflixs. The Wi-Fi was easy and worked very well. The hot breakfast was included free and was great with decent choices. The complementary coffee was good. The hotel seemed COVID clean. Even breakfast was presented in a COVID safe manner. We felt safe at this hotel. We were very pleased with this facility and will definitely choose this hotel the next time we are in the area. Our average cost per night was $97.

    Very clean, spacious, good price. Good breakfast for hotel breakfasts. Very nice friendly staff. Had a couple of pets and were given a room on first floor for convenience in taking the dogs out.
