Hotel was well located for me. Staff were all friendly. I arrived a little earlier than planned and they gave me my room without hesitation. Room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but good. Room was not cleaned. I later learned that they only clean every other day and there was a card saying so in my bundle of check in papers but check in staff failed to highlight this to me. I went out for work the first morning and returned that night to find the room untouched. Because it had not been serviced it meant that coffee, creamers etc were also not replenished. Not a major issue but tedious. The pricing for the stay seemed a little steep for what it was, although it may be the local market rate.

The staff was informative and enthusiastic, our room & the hotel in general were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic, with every food item we had hoped to see (including egg whites!) We will definitely return the next time we are in the area and we highly recommend it to others!

We stay here frequently and have only had the best experiences. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is incredible - it's always a 10/10 experience!

Very clean, great staff, plenty of parking. We stayed 5 days and almost everything about the stay was great. Even the location was good. Shopping and food close by. My main complaint was the breakfast. I chose to stay there partly for the hot breakfast, I didn't know it only consisted of scrambled eggs and turkey sausage, every day. No potatoes of any kind, no bacon, unless you consider very thin sliced, tasteless, fake processed Canadian bacon, bacon. Very disappointing. Not worth getting up early for. Breakfast ends at 9 am. We ended up going to Keke's for breakfast every day (very good!) which thankfully is less than a mile from the hotel.

I booked for a friend and it all went through on booking. Com . When he got to the property he was told there were no rooms. I had already paid but the hotel said they couldn’t refund . I have not yet had time to take it up with booking.com

The place couldn't have been louder. High school kids ran around all night. Called the next morning for housekeeping as I needed towels. They never came, I checked out early. Hotel is fine but they had too many events and big groups. Definitely not worth over $300 a night and I couldn't even get my last night taken off the bill.

There wasn't any bacon on buffet to go with the eggs. We look forward to that, but none served either of the two mornings we were there. The other breakfast offerings are nice and the coffee is good & hot.

From the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and accomodating. The scent in the lobby was amazing! Our room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast had numerous options to choose from and it was delicious. If ever we're in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Large Bathroom with "walk-in" shower. Pool is heated so the water is warm. Breakfast is good, and the end room #224 is extremely quiet. Water view over the pool and a small pond. Nice place for a relaxing weekend.

This location will be our go to whenever we come back to this side of Florida. The hotel staffer Emily was so kind and gracious, the kitchen staff for breakfast was very sweet, quick and stayed on top of any dirty tables. The room was clean and spacious which we expected to be tight and confined, so it was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom clean and updated. Microwave and mini fridge in room. TV with great channel availability when you are relaxing. Great place to stay.

Amazing breakfast staff! The two African American males were just great. Cleaned up wonderfully and efficiently and was very sociable! I would now only want to stay at Fairfield on my next trip back! I will say the beds at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn are more comfortable. This bed is a mattress on a hard platform and definitely does not sleep as well. Otherwise, the place is very nice.

As someone who works in the hotel industry, we were so happy with our stay and want to say thank you! This location is such a gem - and provided the perfect weekend getaway from Miami! The facility was clean and so was our room. There were bathrooms updates done since our last stay and most tastefully done. The reception staff were very friendly and checked us in and out very quickly. Your breakfast room crew were also very friendly and kept every surface very nicely cleaned. I only have a couple minor comments in the "didn't like" department. At breakfast we found the assortment of food choices to be quite satisfying but the bacon was floating in grease. This was solved by draining the pork on several napkins but the appearance was a turn-off. I was also unable to lacate any pepper among the numerous condiments. Such a simple fix and therefore probably not even worth my mentioning. The same will not deter us from our next stay.

Property was very clean love they sent when you walk in the door, staff well, dressed and professional Breakfast set up was disappointing closer to being a continental breakfast then a nice full on breakfast that I’ve had at many other hotels warm and fresh items were only two choices, eggs, and bacon. Of course you can make pancakes, but there were no other more breakfast options I would consider a type of breakfast potato, a biscuit and gravy, and an additional meat.

Had NO WiFi and with 5 kids, 2 rooms and nothing worked, it was rough, us adults had work in computer and couldn’t complete. Tried to upgrade but didn’t help at all! Good breakfast, clean rooms.

Be aware that they charge you $20.00 in case you drink the five dollar bottle of water in your room, you'll be covered. I really didn't like that and I expect most people don't care to be charged for something they have no intention of using. I can't imagine it would be very expensive to put a few complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. That's pretty much my only complaint with the hotel

I am writing to let other potential customers understand the issue I had during my recent stay at the Fairfield Inn and how the Fairfield Inn staff handled it. Upon waking up after my first night, I noticed several bites on my body, which I later identified as bedbug bites. I promptly reported this to the front desk and showed them the affected areas. Later that day, the General Manager contacted me to inform me that a check of the room revealed no signs of bedbugs. However, as the day went on, the bites continued to spread and worsen, as evidenced by the attached pictures. I have experienced bedbug bites before, so I am familiar with their appearance and sensation. Although the hotel allowed me to cancel my second night without penalty, I feel that a refund for the first night is warranted, given the discomfort I endured. The GM mentioned that there had never been a complaint about bedbugs at your hotel, but I find it concerning that she confidently stated my bites were not from bedbugs, despite admitting she had no experience with them, having worked at the Fairfield Inn.

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable to the point that my family was only able to sleep for a few hours. The price of the room was too high for what was in the room

Only downfall is they were unable to apply to my Marriott rewards account due to issues again. I would like the stay credited to my rewards account

Everything was great until we received 2 calls saying there were noise complaints? We were all in bed so Iwas confused but it was determined it was our tv? My husband is hard of hearing, but we were all in the same roomsleeping for the 2nd call. Just anexperience I have never had from many years of Travel. Other than that, all good,thx

I have traveled around the world to the best hotels and never seen this policy before. I don’t want a refund for the night I won’t be using but I will not pay an extra night for checking out early. Definitely the cheap hotels have cheap and tricky policies all the time unfortunately it’s the only average hotel next to Wellington Grand Prix. It’s better to stay in west palm and drive trust me.
