Rooms equipment need upgrade like the safe , hair dryer, shower sprays , door locks etc. location is fantastic and car rental nearby

The panoramic view was the best part of the stay for me. The staff were always ready to help, friendly, informative and professional. The location was just right, with the NY Waterway stop right outside of the hotel entrance. Driving to the Lincol tunnel was also very easy, a short drive into NYC, with the tunnel entrance very nearby. I will definitely return for future stays after this experience.

It was a very great location. Right by buses and ferries. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Our room faced a wall and you looked down on the garbage dump. I didn’t expect a river view, but I also didn’t expect that. Only two small bath towels in the bathroom. Two adults need more than one towel each. Staff was friendly.

Manager at restaurant ruined entire experience. We had to eat there a lot as we were there for a personal reason but the interactions we heard over the days were unacceptable. The issue with the voucher breakfast that nobody else can even purchase came up repeatedly with customers and then there were confusing different types of vouchers and customers were getting denied and charged excessively..Manager constantly made condescending comments to customers. Check your bill- another customer's drinks were added to mine and when I pointed it out I was treated as if it was my mistake. When I asked for a booth one morning the waitress rolled her eyes and tossed the menus on the table without a word. Very uncomfortable for everyone - a lot of head shaking and commiserating from customers all around.

Hotel is outdated & the AC unit was loud when trying to sleep. A floor lamp was broken, the 2 beds had the black metal support railing sticking out which you can't see, my 9 years hit his leg against ot by accident which caused bleeding. This hotel could use some TLC. I reported both to reception upon leaving.

Hotel in excellent location, the views from Manhattans skyline awesome, kudos to staff at front desk, but specially to Mathew. Ferry location to Midtown Manhattan was great literally steps away from property and very fast and again the views of the City like nothing else. Access to a lot of great places to eat and dine. Overall Satisfaction 10

Old and out dated. Purchased a king bed and they gave us a queen for 3 of us to sleep in with no resolution when we confronted them about it. Ice/vending machine didn’t work. Iron in room didn’t work. Never actually stayed at a hotel before that doesn’t put a fitted sheet on their bed or trash bags in their trash can. Was just an overall bad experience that kept going downhill. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The noisey AC next to the bed can be disruptive when sleeping. The rooms are a good size compared to newer hotels.

If you’re looking for additional dining options, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within about a 15-minute drive. Everything is in close proximity, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a convenient location with great views and easy access to food and nearby attractions.

Very good spot if you update the rooms it would be spectacular….. I want to give a big shoutout to Raymond he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time…

We came for a wedding and our friend lives nearby. It’s the perfect location and loved the ferry right outside. Unfortunately the night that we stayed, we were disturbed by what sounded like a domestic violent incident next door.

One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was compared to staying directly in the city. It felt relaxing without being far from everything. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming the entire stay, which made the experience even better. Having restaurants right on site was also super convenient. The ferry into the city being right there was probably one of my favorite parts. For a small fee, you can be in NYC within minutes without dealing with all the craziness of actually staying in Manhattan. Parking being included in my stay for a small fee was also a huge bonus. Even without choosing that rate, the parking here is still way cheaper than parking in the city and it’s right on site, which made everything so much easier. This will definitely be my go to hotel anytime I visit NYC from now on.

Check in/check out was easy. They stored our bags which was helpful on a tourist day out. The room was a bit dated and some of the wiring for lamps/outlets were inoperable until I found the wiring and reattached them. Would recommend. The cafe next door is good.

The location is beautiful. The view from the room is perfect, and it’s very easy to get around by bus every day. The bus runs regularly and takes about 15 minutes to reach the city centre. The staff are very helpful.

Fantastic location with exceptional views, the room was very comfortable & we felt great VFM. The staff were very friendly (not that we needed to interact with them overly tbh) we used both the land train, subway, taxis & the ferry to get around and over to NY. New Jersey Weehawken was a welcome break from the hustle-bustle of New York and we loved the vibe. Nothing. It was all exceptional and we would 100% recommend.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is smooth and easy at check-in. There is also a good restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. The whole area around the hotel is very nice and calm, perfect for walks by the water.

First time in West Wing. Very noisy and old. Will never stay in West Wing again!! Asked to be moved to another room. Would not move us. Gave us earplugs. Feeling not acceptable when paying top $ for an over night room.

I had the best 2 nights of sleep I’ve had in a LONG time, everyone was so kind and helpful, and we just had the best stay. Thank you to all the staff, and keep up the great work!!! OH, the bus stop and the ferry being RIGHT there was so convenient, and Beneci’s was incredible!!! They know how to cook a steak!

It has impressed me mostly with a good location for nice view and landscape as well as a very convenient transportation to Manhattan but having greatly avoided noisy factors caused by density of a city. Everything seems to be perfect but with exception of annoyance sometimes by the noisy sound from the air conditioner.

Food was good, we had dinner there 1 evening. You need to buy a parking permit, it's $35 a day, I was under the impression parking was free so that was a surprise. Many options for breakfast/dinner within walking distance, which was nice.

The rooms are great, staff kind and helpful, restaurant service was perfect, and parking simple.

Check in and out was easy enough, they do require a seperate 150$ security at check in (refundable in 5/7 days) that I didn’t see booking online . Else wise good!

Location was great. Had a view of the beautiful NYC Midtown skyline. River walk was right there. They also had parking of which cost $35 per day but you could keep car there until 4pm. Italian Restaurant on site had some great pizza. There was also a ferry nearby to take you into Midtown. Parking cost extra. Feel that should be figured into cost of stay. No continental breakfast. (Understandable if you have a restaurant on site)

Comfortable bed and excelente location . Friendly and helpful front desk employees . The room iPhone connections are not updated to current iPhones . There were many rooms rented in the same floor to young people , running, banging doors and loud noises until 10.30 pm and again by 7 am . I complaint twice . No ice in the ice making machines , had to go to lobby bar to get some .

What I didn’t like was that it was almost not clean at all. It is an old hotel that probably hasn’t been renovated. More specifically, the sofa in the room looked very dirty, and there was also dirt under the beds. Even the carpet was very old and appeared quite unclean. In fact, there was even a forgotten haribo inside the wardrobe from a previous guest. Also, regarding the lighting, there was no ceiling light in the room; the lighting came only from bedside lamps making even harder to decide what to wear.

Air conditioner was noisy interrupting my sleep but everything else was good. Furniture and decor could be updated also

The location of this hotel is incredible! The view of the skyline and the water is gorgeous. Also, a great area to walk around as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were a number of things dirty and unkempt in our room which is why I didn't score a higher rating. Firstly, I didn't realize this hotel was under Marriott Bonvoy, which I recently signed up for. Had I known this I probably would've booked our stay directly for points, but more importantly, to get a cleaner, more updated room. The issues with the room were: filthy, disconnected room phone (i had to go downstairs every time I wanted to ask the front desk a question), bathroom wasn't cleaned (no major stains, but there was a heavy amount of dust everywhere), the bathroom shower head had visible green mildew and rust buildup (that being said the water pressure was amazing), and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable and had marks and questionable stains on it. Despite all those cons with our room, I will consider booking this place directly in hopes to get an updated/clean room. Since we booked thru Hotels.com we were given a much less desirable room that's in need of serious improvement. I'm hoping it's not a reflection of the other rooms on property becasue you can't beat this amazing location!

Usually an excellent place to stay. On this visit however we asked the staff on the first day not to bother making the room up. After that we didn't get any service at all until we asked 2 days later. After being out all day we came back to discover the room was made but we had absolutely no towels and it didn’t appear the bathroom had been properly cleaned. When housekeeping sent someone up to bring some towels he was obviously less than happy to assist. Not up to their usual standards

How dark the living room area was

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Lincoln Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and offers excellent value for the location. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to get to New York City. There’s a very convenient connection either by ferry or by bus. The 158 bus stops right next to the hotel, making it an affordable and hassle-free option for getting into Manhattan. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with fantastic access to New York. While it does have a bathtub, there is no separate shower, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

First I was put in a room that smelled of smoke, had no refegirator, remotes on both old TV,s wouldn't work, there were double beds when I had booked for a King sized bed, room did not face the river as advertised, overall room ambiance was tardy, etc. I went the service desk and requested to be moved to another room with a King bed and one that faced the river as that was my selling point! I tried to reach hotel.com but was not able to reach a live person but couldn't get through by phone! Reluctantly the hotel service desk provided a room with a King sized bed, but still not facing the river. I enquired about the reason for that and was told the hotel was booked which I know was not true because I attempted to book another room directly from the hotel and there were plenty rooms to choose from! The river and the pristine surroundings and the ferry rides compensated for the disappointment!

We had a view of NYC across the river which was gorgeous. The hotel is right on the water so a ferry ride to the city was very convenient. Above all the staff was exceptional, especially housekeeping. They were all extremely accommodating. The only negative I can think of was that it wasn’t surrounded by retailers and restaurants. There were a few. We walked about 10-15 minutes into Hoboken for breakfasts, etc if we wanted something close by.

It’s pretty much a dump, but I usually overlook that because they upgrade me to a large suite based on my ambassador status. That didn't happen this time and the room I had was dated, noisy, virtually no water pressure in the shower, I switched rooms because the HVAC was making an awful noise and the second room had the same problem so I gave up.

When I called, the front desk representative implied that I must have had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, which was not the case, as I had been at work all day. The representative was also very rude and ended the call abruptly. I was disappointed by the lack of service and the way the situation was handled, especially as this was my second stay in such a short period of time.

Horrible this place is outdated anymore. You’d think in an affluent area they would have maintained it and kept up with the property. I stayed there 1/10, specifically brought my 4 year old from a few hours away to swim. There was a sign on the front desk that said the pool was closed for maintenance on 1/4. NO notice was given. Horrible from desk and management, when brought to their attention they said they won’t do any compensation and can offer free cancellation. So I can go home for free nice. Never again.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean. My only concern was that housekeeping arrived at 5:15 PM. I had expected housekeeping to come earlier in the day, preferably before 2:00 PM, as I returned to my room at that time.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but our dinner was great! Our room was disappointing because the TV's did not have a proper internet connection for streaming services and we have small kids. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was denied one because they were sold out.

The room was nice. The view was great! The food service at the hotel restaurant was super slow. The food was not the greatest for the price. I had no hot water one day and I mentioned it to the front desk and they just told me the boilers were being worked on, no apologies. Also, I needed a basic item and it was after 11pm, something came up and all the stores were closed, the front desk gave no recommendations of places to retrieve the item. Their little store only has food items, not basic necessities.

For some reason they gave us a very small bed claiming it was a queen size

Positive its a few ferry stops from midtown. City views. Lobby strong smell of fragrance, should be tone down a bit Average room , mentioned it it was husbands birthday and it they would add a special treat, , they provided nothing. It’s good for a one night stay

This is an outstanding option if you want to visit NYC. You're one bus/ferry stop from the Port Authority building and midtown. The 158 was a life saver!!

Good service overall and nice place to stay. I don’t love that it only has 2 elevators which one was out of service making it a bit annoying. Water never got hot in shower.

Housekeeping came in my room at 9:40 and check out is not until 12 noon. I heard light tapping sounds on the door and then she entered sevonds later as I was coming to the door. She apologized but I don’t understand why come in my room more than 2 hours before check out. And I dont believe she had a cleaning cart with her

An oasis in the middle of total chaos. I lived in this area for 25 years… Was visiting for a business opportunity and needed a place with a view. The front desk staff really made the place work. They upgraded my room to something big enough for the Photography we were doing… I ended up with a nice big view of New York for my stay. But down by the water you get in a tremendous sunset view of New York. The ferry terminal leaves into the city pretty frequently and you can walk to half a dozen dining options that are all terrific. Chart house. Ruth Chris, and three or four solid local options, including a place called Blue which had a phenomenal happy hour. We tried to drive into Hoboken in Park for a minute and they've made all that so incredibly difficult that we ended up just coming back to the hotel and hiding from Hoboken. I'll stay at this hotel every chance I get when I go to the city.

We felt like we were in our own little apartment. It felt very homey and comfortable.

The Sheraton Lincoln Harbour Hotel is highly recommended. Perfect riverside location with amazing views across the Hudson River of Manhattan and NYC landmarks. Easily accessible via ferry boat, bus or car. A Marriot Bonvoy Luxury Hotel.

It is abit overpriced for what it is. The inner curtain in my room (934)was torn and shredded. I had to u ntangle the shower clips. I stay here for close proximity to my daughter but over $400 per night is really excessive.

Room was very nice and spacious with a great view of the Hudson and NYC. Easy access to the wonderful waterfront. Lots of very nice restaurants nearby and quick walk to Washington Street. We will be back!

Great area with amazing views of the NYC skyline! Amazing staff! Especially Jamie he was friendly and helpful! Great room size and bed was very comfortable. Quiet and great amenities. You do need reservations for the pool but we didn’t have any issues with getting a spot. Would definitely stay again!

The worst staff

I chose this hotel because of the location which couldn't have been better! We wanted to go to the American Dream mall which was about 10 minutes away plus go over to the city and the ferry access with right outside! The views of the city couldn't be beat! The hotel was a little older and no microwave in the room but overall it was a nice place to stay with an indoor pool and a nice italian restaurant downstairs!

We paid for the king bed but we got a queen bed which is was also small then normal

$35 fee to park your car! Place was dingy and the room is much smaller than it appears in picture. Walking down the hallway all I could smell was marijuana. Parking lot was dark and felt unsafe. There are cheaper and better options available close by. Skip this place

Had a great stay at this property. My room had great views of the city and I walked along the wonderful waterfront walkway nearly every day. It was quite convenient that the ferry to Manhattan was right by the hotel. I had an excellent dinner at the hotel with good food and service. The availability of outlets in the room could be improved. Those outlets in the base of the lamps are just not enough to accommodate charging blocks for a couple of phones, watches, iPad. Time to modernize that aspect of the rooms.

I was very upset to learn that after paying 400 dollars for one night , I was told that I needed or have 150 on my card for incidentals etc, Parking cost another 35 dollars and after I got over all that, there was no toothpaste in tne room, seems like a small detail but those little things count to a person that just wants a simple getaway! Can’t say I ll be coming back anytime soon.

Stood there 2x in an 8 days period. My only complaint was that the price for the 2 visits had a $100 difference. But i understand hotel rates fluctuate. Another major reason i chose this hotel was because they have an italian reataurant in the lobby and it also serves breakfast. Makes it easy traveling with 2 kids. Pool and gym on site. Water and nyc view and a nice safe boardwalk along the hudson. Saw police constantly patrolling.Overall would definitely recommend.

The bed mattress was little bit grumpy but the rest is good i prefer to sleeping in cloud foam or the memory mattress

Stayed one night at this hotel this week and i loved it. My friend and I were just looking for a place to stay while we were in the area and this was perfect. The fron desk attendant that helped us checked in was so friendly and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and the bed was comfy. I would def stay here again if i am in Hoboken.

The man who checked us in was not welcoming and dismissive of us. He did not explain well and we didn't ever feel like we were paying customers. We were given a room with an AC unit with unbearable noise so we had to turn it off and sleep in the heat. Couldn't wait to leave.

Amazing location, just few steps to the ferry’s entrance which takes you directly from Lincoln Harbor to Medtown Manhattan 15-20 minutes walk to Time Square.

We loved the room, the view, the size, and parking. Only thing was it was not in convenient area and there were so much traffic (but heavy traffic is everywhere).

Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly.

Property and rooms are uptodate and working properly I checked in late at night and only 1 person was available at the front desk, had to wait in line for 10 mins at 12 am, The keys did not work when i finally went to the room Had to go back to the desk and they gave me new room but on lower floor Check in process could be better and more streamlined Other than that area is nice, right next to the hudson river Port authority bus terminal is only 1 stops/ 15 mins away from there any and all subway/bus connections available

Overall the area and the hotel staff, room cleaness is good. The room floor probably need some new rugs, hopefully will see that renovated in the future.

Room did not have sofa, bags were not taken to room as promised, we had to bring our own bags up to our room and return the luggage cart, hotel restaurant gave me a glass of ice with lipstick on it, and our food arrived cold.

We love our stay if we go back that will be our place to stay for sure. The food was outstanding as well...

The entire property in itself is showing againg definitely far from a 4 or 4.5 star rating, our door lock didn't work we had to leave so we left it open with all our belongings they came "fixed" but it broke again so we had to leave the room open. Overall the property has seen better days.

It's just ok. Not worth more than $200 a night and I paid almost double so it wasn't worth it. Area is nice but hotel is older. I couldn't sleep with the old air conditioner- it was so loud - and too stuffy to sleep without it. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were recently updated but you can tell this hotel is older. Older furniture and carpets. I wouldn't stay again.

It was a good stay for one night but the only thing that bothered me was the AC it made a lot of noise that it had to be turned on and off and the doors were kind of off too. There was a point I have to slam the door closed. It wasn’t like trying to close. Other than that everything else was alright and the staff were very polite and friendly

Peacefull place very quiet

Perhaps it was a large influx of people staying at the hotel. At any rate, this will not deter me from staying here again! I frequently travel to this area and the Sheraton Harbor View remains my number one choice. Staff makes a difference and the people that work there go above and beyond!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great view of NY. A 5 minute ferry into mid town gives you everything. Great customer serve, friendly staff from reception to restaurant. 100% will stay here again.

What a great hotel in a wonderful location. We loved the room with a panoramic view of the city. So convenient to have the ferry located right outside.

Only did breakfast at restaurant, which was fine but very busy. Elevators were at time out of service or had issues with card reading. Shower was weak due to a poor valve seal on faucet. Room was clean and in decent shape but very old and outdated. The place needs a lot of updates. $35 for parking for a half empty parking lot is also ridiculous. Customer service was fine.

I was bitten by bed bugs, the manager advised me that i would be comped my stay only for me to leave and i receive an email saying ill by comp only one day. I pictures of bites and everything

This property is filthy. The staff is extremely rude I have never had such a horrible experience and a Marriott owned property. If it had not been so late when I checked in my with two small children I would have checked out and found another hotel. I would have preferred to sleep in my car.

The rooms are SPACIOUS and CLEAN, and at least double the size of a room within the city. I loved the hotel's complimentary robe and drinks in the rooms. A few issues in the rooms: in one, the drain traps kept drying up, leading to an odor that we were able to block by covering the sink and tub drains. The other room seemed to have an issue with thermostat, and we could not run the fan continuously; while there was no issue with the room's temperature, the fan is noise reducing, therefore I unfortunately was awoken by my neighbors entering their room at 1245AM and having a loud conversation. (Thankfully the neighbors went to bed before I had to involve guest services). The front desk staff was amazingly helpful with dining and transportation options. The hotel provides copies of the bus schedule in the hotel lobby for guests, and the stop is on the other side of the street of the hotel (travel time is approximately 10 minutes to the PABT). The ferry access abuts the property (we would watch the ferry dock from our room). The fitness room is larger than most, with several cardio machines and dumbbells up to 50lbs. The indoor pool was not utilized during our trip, but was clean and heated. Finally the onsite restaurant and bar offered delicious foods and great drinks for all ages.

The restaurant on site was great, good service, good food. Nice area on the river with great boardwalk for walking with views. Hotel was very clean.

Very nice place

For a stay costing $779, an additional $2,000 was incorrectly deducted, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration, even though the amount was eventually refunded. Travel should be a hassle-free and stress-free experience—neither of which I received during this stay, from check-in to check-out. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience was not an isolated incident. Several guests have faced similar issues. I sincerely hope Marriott takes steps to improve the quality of service at this property.

Location was great, but very poor for cleanliness. My room had visible water damage and peeling wall paper. I’m allergic to dust mites and woke up with a huge rash because of the amount of dust in my room.
