Friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool was not the cleanest. If that isn’t a concern for you then everything else was great! Also be very very careful for the elevators… there is no safety on them and we saw multiple people lose their coffee and drinks when the doors closed on them!

Overall, the room was clean and spacious and had a larger than expected kitchen. The laundry area was a little disappointing. I loved the 2nd floor terrace. The pool was way over chlorinated. Most nights were very quiet, but sometimes I could clearly hear the people next door talking because of thin walls. I was there for two weeks and this happened 3 times. I would stay there again. Location to Gallaudet and Union Market were convenient.

The shuttle could have started earlier and ran a little later. It is tourist season and several had to either pay for a horrible uber with a high price or walk two miles.

a pretty new hotel, clean and spacious room, located in the heart of Union market, lots of restaurants nearby. Nice gym and an indoor pool. the breakfast was good with enough choices and free coffee available in the lobby. It is a 15-min walking distance from the NOMA metro station. The only issue was the noise from a dance club next to the hotel specially on Friday and Sat, it was loud and non-stop until 3am. We waited for two nights until a room away from that corner was available for us (the staff was very helpful but they had no control to the noise, so just avoid those rooms in that corner of the hotel).

The staff did try to help, although we were initially told there were no clean rooms available. I chose to wait, and thankfully they were able to move us to another room, which was better. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not good either.

The room was clean but the kitchen was not. It was poorly stocked and all pots, pans, silverware , etc, were dirty. I would hang the do not disturb sign on my door and more than once, housekeeping would still come in. They would put towels on the table and leave all the garbage’s in the middle of the room. I had work papers separated and organized. I’d come back (do not disturb still on door) and my organized papers would be in one pile. What a mess! The gym was hot because A/C was broken, there was nothing to clean the equipment with the entire time I was there for 11 days. The pool was closed due to “the city inspection”. The bed was uncomfortable especially the bedding. Very cheap and scratchy. Bad smell in the room, almost like fish. I was not impressed. The staff were pleasant. I did contact the manager but when she left a message while I was at work, I called her back, but never heard from her again. I don’t blame the property for the noise, but on the weekend, there is a loud bar that plays music until 3 am. I had ear buds in listening to music but could still hear the base all night.

The room was very spacious and offered plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. The shower worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: it was varied and the coffee was very good. We especially appreciated that guests could choose real plates and cups—something that is unfortunately not always common in the U.S. The Wi-Fi worked reliably and having access to a free washing machine was another practical bonus. For noise-sensitive people, this hotel is not suitable. On weekends there is a loud club nearby and even otherwise you can occasionally hear noise. Overall, for us it was a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was amazing! At the last moment before we leave the toilet didn’t make flush, not water but I let the front desk people know, bite everything was excellent!

I reviewed the guess sheet for a warning or disclaimer of some sort and there was none posted. It was very disheartening, as we barely could get any rest until the club closed; which caused us to oversleep and even miss the complimentary breakfast one of the mornings. Other than this issue then hotel is nice clean and the breakfast was very good.

When you select a filter and choose free parking and when you arrive at the hotel you realize that need to pay $45 per day it's ridiculous

The room was what I was looking for. Plenty of plugs and USB. Facilities were fine. Breakfast was typical mediocre fare. Location was good if you came by car. I did not and it felt isolated. I was here on business so no big deal.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good overall, though the options were the same each day, primarily taco-style items and scrambled eggs that lacked much flavor. On the first morning, I asked for a bottle of water and was asked if I was a member. I said no, and the staff member told me he would provide it this time, but noted that it was normally for members only. Additionally, the washing machines were not clean, and washing and drying a small load took several hours, which suggested there may have been an issue with the machines.

Where there is TVs in both areas, and you can adjust the temperature. The breakfast in the morning is made fresh and warm. The hotel is nice and quiet, the gym is sound proof on the second floor. So you don't hear slamming equipment. The shuttle takes you where you need to go. 10/10

There is a nightclub located on one side of the hotel and the music was so loud. Our room was vibrating until 3:30 in the morning on both nights that we stayed. We were advised by the front desk staff that this is a very normal complaint in all the rooms on that side of the hotel have to deal with it.

. Amanda in the front desk was so kind and helpful. The room is homey. Surroundings is quiet which we like. We like that we have free breakfast ready every morning. The food is fine , what was great is we are full and ready to go for the day of fun. Its also nice to know that they have shuttle bus to go to the city center though we didn't avail it because we have our car.

The hotel didn't have a working pool which we booked it for. The shower had an issue that when you took a shower, water went everywhere in the bathroom. TV was so old and slow it was hard to work.

Being able to have a suite for a family of 5 was super helpful in the city. It was fairly easy to travel into the city. Breakfast and Complimentary Social were very nice. Appreciated parking, being able to come and go. Biggest complaints, mattress was way past its prime, actually had a slope and had to position myself not to roll off. Shampoo and Soap were almost empty upon arrival and never refilled.

I booked this trip for my granddaughter’s graduation with the intention of going to the indoor pool. To my surprise there pool was under renovation!!! They were so excited to come but was very disappointed when they heard about the pool. I also asked for adjoining rooms but that never happened. We got king room on the 4th and 8th floor!! I was happy with the wonderful woman whe worked on Monday morning. She helped me out a lot, even to plan my day trip. We were coming in from New York so it was a great dissatisfaction to us.

I was told there was a shuttle to take you anywhere within 1 mile of the hotel and back. After coming back on the Metro NoMa-Gallaudet location I tried to call the hotel for about 10 min - no answer. I was trying to connect with the hotel to ask about the free shuttle. I ended up walking back to the hotel. Hotel itself was clean and the rooms are spacious.

Saturday night a local arcade/bar was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with a neighboring guest’s dog barking on a few occasions, but the front desk staff was attentive and understanding of our concerns. It would be nice if there were more restaurants within walking distance, and it was rather pricy to park on the site, which I would recommend anyway as there weren’t any other close areas to securely park. Driving distance to the arena and central city area was not too bad, just have to be vigilant and mindful of hectic city driving. The hotel breakfast had a good variation and we were able to grab snacks from the back bar in the lobby as needed. Beds were comfortable, and the towels were pretty standard. Overall, would recommend for shorter or weekend stays.

The property was more on the average side. It was clean and tidy though. My only main complaint would be parking because it's expensive and ridiculous. You already spend a ton on the room and then having to pay $50 for overnight parking per night? Insane. And what's worse is that if you already pay for parking and the garage is full there's nothing they can do. You're just out of the money and a place to park.

I usually enjoy my stay here, as I visit often for work. On this particular trip my room was on the same floor as people traveling with pets. Every night l listened to dogs barking and had to complain to the front desk several times. On this particular trip it was very cold and snowy. I did notice that people from outside of the hotel were allowed to come in for breakfast. I don’t mind this, but wishing knew this was a practice ahead of time.

The suite was nice and spacious, but the tv was in an awkward position which would make it difficult to watch from either the sofa or the bed. Not sure why it was in the location it was in without being on a swing arm bracket? Anyway, for the price it was a nice room, in an upcoming location.

Think we found our new go to hotel for when we come to DC! Loved our King suite especially with the kitchen set up! Wish we could’ve stayed an extra night!

The front desk was good about changing our room and added a second mattress to the sofa bed which helped considerably. We moved to room 1605 I believe. Much better. Hotel is not in walking distance of any Capital area attractions. Good if you’re looking for no frills value + a kitchenette.

Some staff are professional others start acting ghetto and unprofessional only act like they have since if they GM is around but overall I haven't had any issues other than them saying the system was down so my key didn't work and also miscommunication of payment just alot of miscommunication without GM around

The staff here is EXCELLENT and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Clean, spacious rooms, wide variety free breakfast, easy parking. They really make you feel appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. we walked a ways to get there (our choice). they gave us water and advised about the shuttle. the breakfast was the regular breakfast, but very well put together, neat and clean. I forget some items at the front desk, they tried to call, then they had someone bring them up. This was a new area of DC for us and we loved it. the shuttle took us to Union station and would take you anywhere within a mile of the hotel. the rooms were spacious and large and I’m planning on staying again to explore more of the area and restaurants.

This property is pretty good, not sure about for the price point but it served its purpose. I will say though, the staff is amazing and super friendly. They helped with any concerns right away.

They were not clear about their transportation to and from the metro. When they came to pick us up the first day was right at 6pm which is the latest they run the shuttle and they drove right by us with out stopping so we had to walk. When we left on Saturday to go to the train one person the day before said the van could take us at 8am but than in the morning they said it didn’t run until 10am so we had to get a taxi for $15.

Toilets flush throughout the night. No cable tv to watch. AC unit was loud Customer service and housekeeping were nice.

Rooms are spacious, staff is kind and attentive. Area is tough to get to with traffic being so bad. Lots of people smoking weed outside

Booked a suite with kitchen. There was only one pan to make anything. The electic stove/hotplate even on highest setting took forever to cook anything. Pillows were not firm at all. Smoke detector alarm in the living room was beeping in the middle of the night due to low battery.

The staff were very kind and helpful. It was nice to have a large room with a kitchen.

All round good and the front desk staff was excellent.

The breakfast options needs a lot of improvements in options and quality (fruits very limited, eggs, potatoes and meats no quality). The bedding and carpets needs to be updated. The kitchen and bathroom are good. The locations is good, near Union Market with a lot of good restaurants choices.

The hotel has a shuttle that takes you within a mile for example to Target, union station and Nina Station. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I felt at home. I will return

The front desk staff were so inviting and informative.

The hotel is situated is in a more sketchy area and far from downtown. The parking charge is overpriced especially when the garage is not secure and anyone can wander in.

Great for family trips, staff was really nice and helped us with everything we asked for. The suite wasn’t spotless but it was decent enough to feel comfortable staying there, cleaner than most hotels.

The room was really nice. I had a suite that had a kitchen. The dishes were absolutely disgusting and dirty. Didn't realize it until we were about to use them around midnight. Wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall. There was no conditioner in the shower. Minor things but I feel like if I'm paying all this money then this is stuff that should be taken care of before I arrive. Other than that it was pretty good.

We picked this property because they had a free shuttle that took you to Union Station so from there we had many options on how to explore the city. The room was nice. The breakfast was nice and the staff was great!!
