    Issues were less than acceptable. The luggage carts were cheap, flimsy, and hard to navigate. The key cards kept not working and needing to be replaced-quite frustrating when you have to walk to the other side of the hotel to get to the front desk. The elevator was very slow, and the doors took a long time to open. There was only one elevator for guests, and the cleaning staff were using it to transport supplies and cleaning equipment. The toilet was slow and hard to flush. The quality of the breakfast foods were very mediocre. When i extended my reservation, I was charged $80/night more than when I originally booked it. Though the stay was adequate, it was certainly not the Hilton caliber that one would expect. I will most likely select another hotel when I return to this area.

    The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. However, I was disappointed by the breakfast service; the staff members were unfriendly, and food items frequently ran out before service had concluded. Furthermore, the staff seemed unwilling to replenish items from the kitchen when requested. Also I had to be let into my room each time I left. My key card would not open my door.

    Clean rooms with an awesome breakfast and also provided to go bags for those who were moving in the fast lane. Staff was great. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the air and they took care of it asap. Although the air decided to go on the fritz again as we were leaving. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

    Between this situation and having very little hot water to take a shower or even wash my face in the morning was a bit much for me. Not sure if I will ever return to this site again. I have been in Hilton Honors member for quite some time, and this is not the quality that I choose to pay for.

    Check in was fast because I used the Hilton app. Got to the room and it was missing bathroom lotion. Went to the front desk to ask for some and the guy looked in a couple of drawers and then said sorry, no idea where those and walked away and got back on the computer. Luckily a super nice housekeeping lady helped us out. The beds although super comfortable, squeaked with every move. The AC was cold but rattled so much it was hard to sleep. Suites are setup super weird. It is spacious but the table and TV setup is off. The TV kept freezing and the only suggestion from the desk was unplug it. We tried and it would freeze again. Never offered any other help. Breakfast was typical low budget breakfast. So, the beds are comfy but expect issues with no one willing to help

    I usually stay in Hampton inn hotels exclusively, with dozens of stays a different properties between OKC & Destin FL. This location was okay but a bit tired and worn around the edges. It appeared the hotel had attempted to distract critical eyes with extreme Easter decorations. The staff was very friendly. This trip and this night stay was all part a vacation where my 22 year old son attended the Monday practice round of the Masters golf tournament followed by a few days with friends in florida. All of that to say that we stayed in Greenville SC, Thomas GA and Warner Robbins GA in pursuit of one day at Augusta National. Further to my greater point, I am certain I met the most friendly people in the entirety of the USA in these places. I am a life long Okie. I have long proudly claimed Okies as the nicest people. I now know we have major competition and need to step upmoutpr game.

    The room was clean, staff were wonderful, and breakfast was good. The room however needed work, the plumbing in the bathroom wasn’t secured to the wall for the toilet and the wallpaper in multiple areas looked to hide structural damages or issues.

    We were given a handicapped room right next to the elevator. We checked in late so asked for another room the next day. We were told that they couldn’t move us or upgrade us because we booked with Expedia. I don’t really understand this but they said this is a policy of all of their third party bookings.

The walls were thin and we could hear people walking above us as well as road noise outside and someone in another room yelling into a phone. I would not book again unless it was for a deep discount.

One of my key cards did not work and I had to walk back and forth several times and wait while the desk was helping others.     This has to be one of the worst constructed Hampton that we've ever stayed in. It really needs renovating and repairs. Our bed was the squeekiest one ever. Just moving your foot, made it squeek. The entry door was never installed correctly. The door frame is so out of alignment that when the door is closed, you can see the hallway and all the light from the hallway shines into your room. Don't stay in room 233. Hopefully the entire hotel will be renovated very soon.

    Paid extra to have a 2 bedroom suite which was advertised as such. Not only was there no 2nd bedroom but no couch or chairs to sit on. Tub was very dirty and room was as well.

    The bed was uncomfortable. The tub had mold and dirt in the bottom, and it did not drain properly. I told the front office and they offered to allow me to shower in another room. Because they did not have another king. A room available I will never stay there again.Nor would I recommend anyone else staying there

    Good variety at breakfast and freshly prepared. Good location for my travel. As explained to Hampton Inn questionaire: Window coverings did not cover the window (by design) and the hotel had a very tall high intensity parking lot light that shone directly into my room (#318) making night time day time. Also, unable to regulate the room temperature as it appears temp was controlled from some remote location.

    Negatives: A broken lamp that was propped up so that it would not fall over. A sewing pin with thread attached was sticking up in the couch armrest that went into my hand. Both of these should have been taken care of before we checked in. We would have liked medium firmness pillows. We were not given the Honors gift at check in. No bar soaps.

    The staff was good, but a few minor issues I complained about were never resolved. Hotel needs to be updated, for one the door seals need to be done. Can see from your room the lights in the hallway (don’t feel safe in the room, not secure enough). Was given a handicap room, I did not request! Very disappointed in the overall look of the building!

    The hotel was fine. Many people with dogs which shows its a great place to stay if you're with your dogs. The bed was very very firm and the property is showing its age. Overall it was just what we needed, apart from the hard mattress.

    The hotel was nice and everything seemed clean but we did have a sticky floor (carpeted area). I normally do not ask to change rooms and we didn't this time but had I been staying more nights, I definitely would have. We got in really late and were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, the stay was great.

    This property was fine as a stop over during our travels, but I felt it was somewhat overpriced for the facility itself. For a $200/night room, the bathroom is only modestly updated. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good, but it should not have cost so much for one night.

It was decently clean, but definitely needed a few upgrades like the carpeting was sticky, there was some broken pieces of pipe under the sink/toilet, and the smell was a little musty. We stayed here 3 years ago and you can tell it’s gotten older. Breakfast was pretty good.

    We stayed with a large group and the extra touch found around the hotel really made us feel at home. On the second floor, when you get off the elevator, there is a sign that says, "Hello Handsome". Of course, my husband stated is was for him and the staff didn't have to flatter him so. :) We slept great and felt secure.

    We got here a little after midnight and the interior door was locked which usually would be an inconvenience, but it did add an extra layer of security which I liked. Steve was at the front desk and was very nice and accommodating.

    The hotel room was cleaned as best it could be but the hotel could use some updating with the rooms. Carpet stained. Furniture old. Mattress/bed just passes. They try and spruce up the foyer and hallways with all these trinkets but overall everything is outdated. The elevator is slow and old. The breakfast was okay. Not sure why this place is being rated with a 4.5 or more?

    Great property. Comfy bed. Had a pothole in the parking lot but was responsibly marked off with poles and barrier tape. I’m becoming a little underwhelmed with the amenities offered. While I thoroughly appreciate the Neutragena bathroom products, I look forward to lotions and other amenities of yesteryear that seem to be disappearing along with bacon for breakfast!

    I loved this hotel. It was super clean, no weird smell and even the pool was clean. The lady at front desk that did my check in was super nice and friendly. The lady at the breakfeast buffet was very helpful and nice, her name was Olga. I was surprised for how big and comfortable the room was. Definitely would stay again.

    Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel was mostly clean. I wouldn’t have thought twice about it but my 12yr old had to sleep on the couch, issue with our booked room and we were given a king suite which eliminated a bed but gave us a roll away and a couch for or sons, and it was quite stained. It was best not to think too much about why.

    Mixed feelings.... So overall, I have stayed a many Hampton Inns... The night staff was hard to even get them to smile. Trying with my 77 year old widowed mother, we wanted and requested before hand that we have rooms beside each other. She hasn't traveled 8 years since being a caregiver to my stepfather. So, needless to say she didn't want to be down the hall, the night clerk was not very friendly nor that accomdating. I think in customer service you need a compassion and portray that and this was not done. But, the rooms and the halls smelled very clean! The beds are very comfortable and a good night's sleep is of the upmost importance. But, at 9 am, mind you this the the SPRING FOWARD day... The maids on the third floor started knocking on all the doors and yelling "housekeeping". Now look I know they can and should get a list of the people who have and have not checked out. Then these same maids stood out my door speaking to each other laughing and talking. The doors are NOT SOUND PROOF. So I called the front desk... And asked and explained the procedure I have seen in every single hotel I have ever stayed in... So this is common for me to know this is NOT NORMAL. BUT, I WILL say Armani at the front desk in the morning is not only a delight but very professional and knew how to handle the situation. She was what will make a great hotel manage one day. Mary who was the breakfast waitress was absolutely wonderful! They deserve the highest praise!
