Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

I Wanted to cancel but they wouldnt give me a refund. So i still toke my trip due to i couldn't get a refund. So when i arrived they never asigned me a room and they were at full capacity. I waited for a hour for them to figure out how they could get me in a room.

The hotel is dated/old need upgrades bad. The worst for me was the smell the carpet smelled awful. It needs to be removed & replaced with another material like ceramic tile, something that cannot hold onto smells & odor. There needs to be a 2nd waffle maker as every one, young & old enjoys them took too long waiting. Thank You

This property needs some TLC. Toilet had a non matching lid, so it sat incorrectly. Bathroom floor had a divot in the tile. Renovated handicapped shower looked bad cosmetically. Not a functional problem but unsightly. The mini kitchen was just a few small appliances hidden in a closet, and if you opened the door to access, no one could get by to get to the bathroom. The coffee maker needs cleaning, it put deposits in the water when we boiled water for tea. Front desk seemed annoyed by simple requests including just the check in process. Breakfast was okay, a bit more limited than we are used to. Kids said the waffles were bitter. Pull out sofa bed mattress was very dated looking and thin. The other beds were fine. Quietness of the room was good. No problem with the AC unit. Housekeeping guy I met was friendly. I didn't use the pool but I looked at it and it looked clean. If I had paid $70/night I probably wouldn't complain about these issues, but I paid $187.85. I expect a clean, updated room with nothing broken or outdated for that price.

Our stay was very nice. We were in town for graduation. We were able to rest well in a safe clean environment.

The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a big selection of. We also used the pool which was great for our kids. Great stay!

They didn’t come and give us fresh towels or make the beds up and we had three nights there. I had to go down and find someone to request the straighten up the room and put clean towels in the bathroom and also the front desk was off not at the front desk and had to wait. The staff was friendly when he did find them and what you needed because you were looking for them and housekeeping, I think just OK.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. Size and Clean parking was easy. Location was really good. I would stay there again.

1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or tissues in the room and none were replenished each day during out 4-night stay, even though we had the room cleaned each day. 4. Two of the three ice machines on the property were broken and the female at the front desk wasn't any help. She went into the kitchen area looking for ice but came out empty handed, even though there was a large pitcher of iced, flavored water for guests to enjoy, so clearly, there was an ice source somewhere.

Staff fine.. However the breakfast was quite lacking for me. Hot items > not much … (only two trays)… Plain oatmeal (my breakfast of choice ) nonexistent. Only little paper packs of sweetened oats…no ‘fixing’s ; no cut fruit. Disappointing .

There is NOTHING in Warner Robins, solely there for a wedding and this was the nicest & best priced option near the venue. Cleaning could’ve been a touch better- random stains in places.

Our room was clean and comfortable, which made a great impression. The only downside was the lack of a fridge and microwave, which would have made the stay even better. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised to see EV chargers available, which is a nice added perk. Overall, a good value for the price and a convenient place to stay.

Desk clerk was training when we checked in, first room ac did not work 2nd rom was good. Pool was nice however no towels for guests. Left for lunch and day clerk thought she was more important than guest with her car pull at the guest drop off area( it was raining) So when got wet on our way to Easter Dinner

Parking was easy and there weren’t many people staying there so it was convenient. The staff working there did not seem happy to be there except one guy that was pretty friendly. The room itself looked like an average room for the most part outside of the mold on the wall, the trash still on the ground and the broken shower. The drain was filled with hair and trash and did not drain. Also, the AC is not up to date so the system itself did not keep the room cool unless you put it on full blast, in which it was freezing. I do not recommend staying here. Spend the extra money for the Hilton across the street.

Room was dirty….mildew in shower, sticky substance on desk, cracks in the wall in the bathroom, hair on the counter in bathroom… just didn’t feel good staying here. Not the worst but definitely not good!

After the tornado siren went off, it would have been nice to have had some kind of announcement from the hotel as to what guests should do.

Room is always very clean. Breakfast is good and very nice selections. Location is in a good area where there are plenty of places to shop and variety of restaurants to dine at. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Facility was okay, pool was open and price was reasonable. Needs some updates. States that it is located near Air Force base but actually there is another Comfort Inn closer to the AF base.

The room was clean, and quiet considering we were on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. The fresh cookies and cool lemon water in the lobby, upon check-in, were a nice treat.

Was OK. I was very disappointed with Booking.com upon arrival at the hotel as I was told, by the receptionist, that I did not have a reservation. Although I had made a payment to Booking.com, and I had received a confirmation number and a PIN, I had to reserve and pay for the room, again, during check in. I contacted a representative (at Booking.com), and my payment of $688.84 was refunded, however, it was a surprisingly disappointing experience.

Breakfast was good. Coffee cups are too small. Desk chair was broken & almost flipped me out on my head. I expected a shower (accessible) room, but only one grab bar/tub.

The bed and sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Did not sleep well at all. Also not enough pillows. It was 5 small pillows used 3 for the bed and 2 for the sofa bed

We asked for 2 queens with a pullout. We were given a king with a pullout. There was no pillow set for the pullout. When I asked the desk for pillows for the pullout, the staff person (albeit politely) said none were available. Again, we asked for two queens and did not get that. What’s more, there’s extremely loud music coming from one of the rooms and the staff seems uninterested in making it stop (making it very hard for all 4 of us — including my 20-mo and 5 year old). Very disappointed with the service and attention to needs. Property is fine.

I would give this place a 10 out of 10. The check is process with the front desk lady, Perez, was quick and easy. Perez helped with all my questions. All around a great place to stay.

Breakfast was wonderful I didn’t like the facts that I had to pay a 150 deposit when I been staying at this location for work for two years now. No where on the webiste said or when I book the room it didn’t tell me about a deposit but this was my last time so I will be finding another hotel

When entering one lady told us “I’m officially not here” and the other lady was less than thrilled to check us in. Another fellow walks in right behind us and the First Lady immediately waits on him. So rude! The first room , 105, they gave us , smelled so horribly strong from room spray, I could not breathe. The next room , 207, smelled better. The shower had a covering over the drain and my husband stepped on the corner of it popping it causing him to slip in the shower! That is a HUGE safety concern! The breakfast lacked any healthy options at all! Very poor stay and will not be back!!

The staff was great. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Biscuits and gravy were present one day and gone the next. Eggs were here today gone the next. Sausage and bacon one day and just bacon the next. A little consistency would be nice.

We had a problem with our keys not working. In 4 nights we had to replace keys 3 times. I think its time to stop reusing the old cards and get a new set.we requested housekeeping twice and never got it.

Location is decent - there are a good number of food places nearby. The complimentary breakfast was not so great. We were in a pinch and need to stop here briefly but for the price and low quality, next time I'll just go with Holiday Inn.

Large room could have slept 6 with the sleeper sofa. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Mt grandson loved the Waffle bar. Dozens of restaurants and good shopping surrounding the hotel. This is the best deal in Warner Robins. I wont be going back to the Cortyard.

Room ventilation was poor and every time the AC kicked on, it sounded like a 747 was landing bedside. It was so loud it rattled the OLD window. The hotel is position very close to the main thoroughfare. Apparently residents here turn this into a drag strip around 1 a.m. It was a miserable stay and I would contest the charge on my credit card if possible. The only redeeming quality was the pleasant desk clerk.

Perfect for our 1 night stay travelling to Florida via I75.

The waitress with strong lady in restaurants breakfast is bad behavior with angry to the customer. Should be laid off.

The hotel itself was nice and a good value. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a bright light from the fast food store next door that shone into my room all night. I didn’t get much sleep.

The bad... Call before you come to make sure the pool is open. We decided not to drive through Atlanta during rush hour and made a reservation here. The lady checked me in and took my credit card and everything then told me the pool was closed. She could give a refund but it will take 4-5 days to come back onto card. They should tell you that when you arrive so if you want a pool you can go across the street. The place was pretty nice and clean and the breakfast was good, they had sausage and eggs and good coffee. The ice machine worked well and my wife used the treadmill. The beds were comfortable.

I visited the hotel because I was escaping the hurricane in Florida. It definitely served its purpose. The rooms were clean, a few of the employees were friendly. One just kind of lacked personality but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. The fact that they had an EV charger was a huge plus for me! Loved that!

I was not able to stay at the property due to an emergency and they would not refund my money. They could at least give me a rain check for another time due to my emergency.

We picked this property based on its reviews and the area! We were disappointed to learn the pool was closed for repairs! We were pleased the staff, breakfast, and overall room. Our room did have a medium size water spot on ceiling and pinholes in curtains.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I was there for 2 weeks. The hotel was always clean. All the staff, from the front to the housekeepers were very helpful and courteous.

While traveling for Thanksgiving we stopped in Warner Robins, GA. The Comfort Inn is 3 miles off the high way but close to any type of restaurant you can think of.

very clean, also room was cleaned everyday.

Stay was supposed to be a birthday trip that involved swimming but the pool was not available nd found out at last minute very upsetting

Overall a good property; it’s a bit dated— i remember when it was the premier location in Warner Robins (early 90’s). Musty odor in hallway and room Guess should be advised that proper attire is appropriate for common area/ breakfast. Saw people having breakfast in their Pajamas— really. Otherwise it was clean and staff was amenable with my requests.

Property was not bad specially for the price book 2 rooms one room had a small odor. Need to just clean a little better.

Room could have been cleaner. Hair and used soap left in shower from last guest. Then makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned?? Breakfast only had 3 hot options: waffle, instant eggs (cold) & sausage. Bathroom very small and hard to get in and still have room to shut the door. Not sure it was worth 165.00 a night, thankfully we only needed to stay one night.
