Was concerned when a train passed thru on backside upon arrival but never saw or heard another. Room was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no soap except in shower, which was liquid body wash in a dispenser on wall. The body wash, shampoo & conditioner did all smell good. I would stay again.

Easy parking and good to have breakfast as well. The hotel itself is a bit tired but it was spotlessly clean and I felt very safe there.

The breakfast was good, waffles and eggs are always a good choice at a motel! The breakfast room was small, but the number of people in it wasn't large either. It was good just to have a motel room not far from where my mother's graveside burial service would be, at Magnolia Park Cemetery, on Feb 15th. And it wasn't far from where my other family members were staying at another motel. There were not many places where we could charge our iphone devices or ear pods overnight. Usually a motel has a charging outlet for such things on the tables beside the bed, often even built into the bedside lamp or the table itself or a wall unit. It's nice to have my phone beside the bed in case I need to use it during the night without having to get up and walk over to the desk where it is charging. I don't want to wake up enough to do all that! Anyway, it's a convenience thing. Having a working charging outlet near the bed.

Staff was great. We had snow while we were at the hotel and didn't want to drive with drivers in Georgia and the staff let us stay an extra hour until the snow melted a little, that was great. I would have given a 5 star but the refrigerator in the room was very loud.

My only issue is a gentleman was observed (I believe he was homeless) laying down under the fence out front bordering entry road and highway. He was also observed on sidewalk at the front door for several hours. There appeared to be no attempt from Hotel employees to get him to relocate. I believe this to be a safety issue.

When my husband went to the room, someone’s luggage was already there, so they have to move my family to an adjacent building. The road noise was very loud, there were brown stains on the washcloths, and there was a roach in the room.

The other problem we had is that it is a pet-friendly hotel, but the room had definitely not been cleaned well since dogs had been in it. There was dog hair on the couch and we were all sneezing the entire time we were in there.

We needed a value priced option for a 3 night stay. This place we perfect. Our expectation was low and were pleasantly surprised. Service was attentive, friendly and breakfast space was clean, abundant and 24 hr coffee was decent.

For the price this is a clean and comfortable place. It’s no frills. Near a Air Force Base. There is a train track that runs near by and a occasional train but I never heard it. The A/C ran cold, and the staff was nice, and the served good coffee, and a nice breakfast.

There is nothing around. No places to eat in a reasonable distance. Its quiet to a point but realize you are literally across the street from an air force base so planes can be an issue.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures, it’s a little outdated. The service was very good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. There were flys and hair on top of our clean sheets but not bad enough to alert room service. Hotel is right next to active railroad tracks.

Excellent location for visiting Air Force base. Only downside was that outdoor pool was closed. Inspection of pool was still to happen which kind of spoiled our 3 days. Otherwise stay was very good.

Hotel staff wasn’t pleasant. Was charged for “smoking” in room as soon as I checked out when I don’t smoke and can’t be around smoke because of my asthma. When I explained that to the “manager” she told me “that’s what they always say”. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Great location out of way and convenient to the front gate. Not in the thick of the traffic down Watson. Only problem is the railroad is in the front yard of the hotel and you can here it.

Nope… Nope… And another nope. Stay away from this property as it is misleading. Hotel pool is closed and not licensed and inspected, and the hotel sits directly next to train tracks with trains coming at all hours… Now I know why it sits at that location all by itself with nothing else near it.

This hotel is my first choice for staying while traveling for business weekly. The gentleman on the evening shift is courteous and his customer service is "superior"! I look forward to my next stay.

And we also did not realize how close the property was to the active freight train tracks that ran all night. Not a huge deal and nothing they can do about it. That one was on us, but it’s good to know if you are a light sleeper. Overall, we got the rest we needed and felt safe there.

They put us in a building that wasn't even in the actual hotel! A tiny building next to it. The roaches! In both rooms. The door to one of our rooms wouldn't latch properly. There were three locks engaged, but every time the wind blew, it rattled the door and sounded like someone was trying to break in. Did not feel safe, horrible horrible experience.

Great location to visit family on the air force base. Nice breakfast and we used the pool this time which had towels available. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms always kept clean and bathroom bleached and towels refreshed daily. This is my go to hotel in Warner Robins. Close to all of the restaurants and walking trails as well as the Air Force Museum. 100% recommend!

3 grown men staying in a suite. Beds were very comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Directly across the highway from the AF Base which we were attending a celebration at the museum ext door. Front desk staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Older property but well kept and clean. Would stay again

The property is old. The carpet smells. It was relatively clean. Changing the curtains and taking the carpet out would help immensely. The staff was wonderful!

The receptionist was awesome. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. Convenient location to Robbins Air Force Base. Would definitely stay again.

The electronic door lock on our room worked sporadically and needs attention. And the TV remote didn't work at all.

The check in and the staff was great. We got to the room, the floor had standing water. The clerk quickly got us another room. That room had mold on the shower calling and water pockets under the paint. There was also dogs barking most of the night. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pullout couch most definitely needs a new mattress. There was also trash left under the couch and behind the bed.

Love this property, it’s super clean staff are friendly.

Staff was helpfull

Bug were left dead in the hallway by cleaning staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. There was one older woman working the breakfast room that seemed VERY grumpy. I was not comfortable in there when she was there. Doors need updating.

The property was adequate for our needs but nothing exceptional.

Very noisy

The hotel was very nice for the price including the breakfast. The room was comfortable and the outside area was very clean. My only problem was the joining room, because my neighbor's voice and television kept me up later than I wanted. Not wanting to create an issue, I dealt with it until I fell asleep. Nothing can be done about that, next time, I'll just bring earplugs.

Staff very friendly both on check in and check out. I stayed for an event at the Air Force Museum, very convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again or recommend to others.

Very close to Air Force museum!

After checking in to a small room on the second floor, the check in staff saw us carrying our baby and luggage and offered to get us a ground floor suite with more space for the baby's crib. We were so grateful. Everything was very clean and comfy.

The beds were comfortable

Of all the places (in the same price range) where we have stayed in Warner Robins, or elsewhere in GA for that matter, this is the one where we get up early just to have the breakfast in the hotel. The location just outside the base makes it convenient for people with business there, of course.
