Best Western Plus Executive Residency Rigby's Water World Hotel

We stayed in the suite and it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and on the toliet, also trash on the balcony no garbage can in the sink. Went to shower and the bottles were empty. The pull out bed seen better days and my kid wouldn't sleep on it and ended up giving up a side of the bed. The sky bar was great and the drinks were amazing. The pool area was nice except construction work was happening and they kept looking over at everyone and it was creepy. The breakfast wasn't to bad for a hotel breakfast. I paid extra for the upgraded room and wish I just got a regular room instead. Might have been more worth the stay.

Overall the hotel is very nice and The rooftop bar was great! The bed is terribly uncomfortable, you should have extra blanket(s) in the room and an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

This is a very nice establishmentand ideally located! The staff was very courteous, and the room was more than I expected. Breakfast selection was good. We are already planning our next trip here.

It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again.

We were driving in from a 13 hour drive. We got to the hotel at 6:30am exhausted hoping for a miracle they let us check in way before check in time. The staff member was so nice and understanding. Without a question they allowed us to check in. A great example of supportive and understanding business.

I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Our room was just as described and had everything we needed. You can tell they maintain this hotel and create a professional atmosphere for business travelers but also a safe and warm environment for families. Breakfast was good, not amazing, but plenty of items to pick from and a very nice area for serving and presentation.

Bathroom door needs to be secured more or a different type used. Shower cleaned more thoroughly so hair not present in it. Elevator had problem getting to second floor, had to go outside to use stairs.

This location is extremely clean and well maintained. You definitely will not be disappointed. All of the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous! Nothing comes to mind… everyone truly strived to make my stay exceed any expectations that I may have had.

The breakfast has been reduced from our last stay. It was not a problem with the breakfast staff. The room was clean. The mattresses were "ok". The clock didn't work right and the constant strobe light was annoying. We wished there were vending machines instead of having to go down to the first floor and pay those snack prices at the front desk.

I didn’t ask for a handicap room. Bed to low to the floor, handicap equipment in my way and the room smells. To much money for this tonight. I might as well sleep on the dam floor. Very unhappy. The man moved me but had to pay more to get a decent smelling room. Never.

We put the temperature as cold as we could get it for the second night to try the keep the unit from cycling on and off as frequently since it was so loud. My family and I stayed at Best Western Plus Executive Residency overnight because my son had a wrestling tournament at a nearby high school. Staying at this hotel was the best decision! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a welcoming smile from Jennifer and checked in flawlessly. Our room was on ground level, and was roomy enough & comfortable for my family. The hot breakfast in the morning was perfect and had something for everyone. My big teenage boys pretty much ate some of everything and had no complaints! The crispy bacon was a big hit. If we are ever in the area again, definitely going to stay here.

The hotel was new and modern. The initial room i checked into had multiple roaches and the staff was apologetic and prompt to change rooms even though they didn't have another king room available. The alternate room was clean and no other issues arose.

Checking in was the only struggle due to the storm they were sold out of rooms but they upgraded me at not charge to me and was very professional and understanding of my situation throughout the process.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The check in was fast. My room was to cold and they personally came and adjusted my air. First time visiting the bar, young lady was very nice and my service was excellent

We booked our stay here to escape hurricane Milton and were very pleased with everything about it. The staff was great, everything was updated and clean, and our room was very comfortable. It definitely helped to make a very stressful situation easier.

It was a great stay! Check in staff was amazing. There was always someone at the front desk when we wanted to buy drinks. And we were informed of the roof top bar upon check-in. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was convenient for the event my family was there for. The hotel wasn’t clean enough plus there were roaches not just in the rooms but in the bathtub and hallways . I didn’t pay attention to the hotel being dog friendly and I’m sure the cleanliness has a lot to do with it. Next time I’ll take my time with choosing my stay .

The attention to detail was far more than expected for a Best Western. The amenities were more on the line of Hilton or Marriott. Every member of the staff greeted use when they saw us. A rare commodity these days. Sasha and Lisbonnete went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service they gave me a handicap room with a very uncomfortable bed and refused to change my room and did not give me a refund. The receptionist was very rude and had an attitude.

The management at this Hotel is what makes the experience horrible. The staff is cold and uninviting. Senior management makes excuses for the staff and their lack of flexibility their lack of customer service and so it is impossible for issues to be satisfied because senior management doesn’t coach the behavior. The rooftop restaurant is not ran properly at all. The food is prepared offsite and has to be brought over to the rooftop and so by the time you get, it is disgusting. The highlight of my stay was that both bartenders were actually good at their job knew how to prepare drinks and were inviting. Several people had issues at this particular location and it seemed racially biased.

The room was okay overall. However, the comforter on the bed was the thickness of a flat sheet and the bed was very uncomfortable. Additionally, we were in a one bedroom suite and the ONLY USB port was in the alarm clock. The elevators are very slow.

I had a small dog with me and was close to elevator so easy to take him out to dog walk area. Glad that they supplied disposal bags. Totally enjoyed my stay. Used the exercise room and breakfast area. Sat by the pool and it was very refreshing and relaxing. Will return sometime.

Pet fees on Expedia are incorrect. It’s $30/DAY and not per STAY. Hotel staff would not honor what is listed on Expedia. Looked like a great place, but didn’t stay because of the exorbitant fees.
