No service for a 2 night stay. Only one chair for two people. Only reading light on one side of bed.

Ac worked, room was clean, but there is no pool like pictured. It is walking distance to the beach though. We had a good stay

no comment, could use some updates in the next few years to the shower & bathroom sinks

Guy was screaming outside from an apartment below and next door was blaring his TV all night and talking very loud. And no one in the office after 12 am to watch the place and making sure their guests are safe. And soaps were empty and a used open hand soap was on the sink from last guest.

Nasty little hotel. Just needed a room for the night. It was seedy. Don’t stay here because even at the low cost it is not worth it.

Wasn’t informed until I arrived that the swimming pool was out of service. Was told that the pool was broken the whole summer.

Had electrical problems with outlet next to the bed, in the king size bed room, and on the other side of bed, the table wasn't secure properly and was tilted downwards. Also, could not turn on and off TV with the remote and same goes for the volume button. Had to get up and do it manually

I stayed at the travel lodge during the air show in oceana. When I Arrived at the hotel I was told I had two bookings. The person at the front desk canceled the booking. I was told by expedia that travelodge agreed to refund one of the bookings , but they never refunded it. So now I am paying for my stay double. The hotel told me that Expedia was to refund and Expedia.Told me the hotel was to refund. So i'm paying $416 for my visit when I should have only paid $208.

Filthy room. Smears and stains on the walls, food in the fridge, auto parts in the dresser drawer, moldy grunge in shower and toilet. Bad water pressure in the shower. Sagging mattress. No housekeeping the entire 3 nights. Had to go to the front desk for more dingy towels. Parking lot flooded when it rained.

It was cheap and had a refrigerator The noise, the dead cockroach we found, the shower did not drain very good. The office was closed so I could not get a copy of my bill. The parking lot was awful

The rooms need to be cleaned better, including the floors and showers. And a coat of paint would do wonders.

Room was 75 feet from bar. Bathroom was dirty. Needs to be bleached. Had to kill a bunch of bugs nats before I could take a shower water pressure was horrible. I can piss stronger than it was.

We arrived an hour earlier, we were charged $40 to check in, then we found dirty sheet, when asked to change them, the receptionist told us they will not be replaced until 7 pm, the staff after 7 pm was very nice and helpful, in general the stay was ok.

The property was clean and updated. The room was small but very comfortable. It's close to the beach (within walking distance). The only problem was a couple next door to us was having some sort of domestic dispute. But the police were called promptly and they were asked to leave. So it was actually a very small blip in our weekend.

The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. When I called, I was informed that this is a no smoking hotel and that the room had been vacant for a while. However in the way to our room another guest was sitting outside their room smoking! I left the door open for a while and this helped. The room itself was a pretty decent size and has basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and all of the bedding was fresh and clean. I was disappointed with the shower water pressure- it was literally a dribble. Friends also experienced this.

I had to flush two cockroaches down the toilet during my 1 night stay. After making a room change modification due to two dead cockroaches in the first room. The rooms do have a very acritic lsmell like old smoke or mold, which highly irritated my throat. Air conditioner was so loud and struggling to maintain a cool temperature that every time it vacillated it made a banging sound which woke me up several times. Very poor night sleep. It didn’t appear to be exceptionally clean. The facility had Limited Amenities for food and beverage. I asked for a receipt. This is a job related stay and the woman at the front desk that morning. Stated oh you’ll just see that on your credit card. No receipt! I need receipts to get refunded. I do want to mention that the gentleman and lady that checked me in and we are very accommodating very professional and aimed to please me. That service I appreciate it kind regards Marie Eckstein.

I would like to say the woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and polite. However, the room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in it right before we walked in, there was cigarette burns on the bed, the walls had dark liquid stains dripping down them, the trash can had a puddle of the same around it, the curtains had what looked like blood on them, and it was just overall incredibly filthy. We turned around and went back to the front desk to return our key immediately, and the woman was helpful and said she’d try to refund but apparently the manager didn’t feel like approving it.

It seemed like they didn't clean the shower there was old paper in there. There was debris in there also under the trash bag the can was disgusting. It doesn't take long to wipe out a plastic can. The room was sort of clean. The walls and doors were scuffed and grungy. The tile border around the floor full of dirt and/or mold. Mattress was old and offered no support. Blankets did not feel clean or fresh and also very old.

Big fat roach greeted us when we opened our room door. Chased it around and found piles of old food and dirt under all furniture and behind the fridge in addition to and old towel full of old roaches. Plenty of white powder maybe roach poison. Bar next door is insanely loud until 2 am. No cleaning crew or custodian on the premises at night,

The experience was very bad first starting with how dirty the room still was when we got there at first the both room smelled like mold it had big cockroaches greeting us when we’re in the front of the door a used condom and trash were under the bed the tv did not work when we stayed the whole stay I just wish I had gotten another room

Overall feel of the property was "rundown". Location is great, rooms are the standard motel/hotel vibe with the huge AC units sticking out under each poorly closed window. Room looked more modern than i was expecting, killed a wolf spider half the size of my fist in the first 30 seconds in the room. Beds were comfy and neat looking, one comforter had a cigarette burn and the other had a fingernail UNDER the sheets... trash under and behind both beds. Updated shower was a nice touch, wont be going back.

I spent some time here while transitioning with my family. The staff is amazing and considerate. There have been upgrades to the rooms and showers and you get a good deal for your money. The cleaning could be a bit better, mainly the floors (no carpet praise God) and the AC units need to be upgraded next but other than that it’s okay. As a bit of a germaphobe I treat it like any other hotel in a post Covid world and spray and wipe everything down. Just recommend you make sure you bring a pair or slippers/slides/flip flops/crocs.

Our first room we stayed in the breaker tripped from the bathroom and we had to move rooms. The second room we were in there was an outlet that had no cover, and there was live wires exposed. They moved us again. The third room was fine, a little dirty, but it was good The next morning we had a maid come to the door at 8 AM banging on the door. When I answered the door, she started demanding that I give back the towel and the pillow that I took from the room prior. I gave her the pillow, but I told her I was going to keep the towel because we only had two towels in the room. She said I couldn’t do that because the room needed the towels when I told her I wasn’t going to give them back to her. She proceeded to bang on the door again and demanded that I give her the towels. When I told her no again, she banged on the door one more time so I told her I was going to call the front desk, She said she did not care. I ignored her in about two minutes later she started yelling. Why are you people so ignorant. I went to the front desk to complain about her, and she said she was going to talk to the main name Becca, this was the most rude staff I had ever talk to in any hotel I have ever say at.

I gave her the pillow, but I told her I was going to keep the towel because we only had two towels in the room. She said I couldn’t do that because the room needed the towels when I told her I wasn’t going to give them back to her. She proceeded to bang on the door again and demanded that I give her the towels. When I told her no again, she banged on the door one more time so I told her I was going to call the front desk, She said she did not care. I ignored her in about two minutes later she started yelling. Why are you people so ignorant. I went to the front desk to complain about her, and she said she was going to talk to the main name Becca, this was the most rude staff I had ever talk to in any hotel I have ever say at.

This property was adequate for a overnight stay, however we were given a room next to a supposed live in who had hoards of company partying all night long!! We got no sleep!!

IT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I saw 14 in a couple hours of being there. They were crawling on my feet. The manager would not refund me or give me another room and there were many rooms available. I had to leave and pay for another place. Travelocity would not refund me or find another place for me. Such a bad experience.

I booked a room for one night when my Air B&B rental had frozen water pipes. I was very pleased with the easy booking process, cleanliness, convenience of location/parking and the hotel front desk service. They allowed an early check in and were very courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the bathroom appeared to be recently updated. The nightly rate is very reasonable and I recommend this hotel highly.

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed and pillows were very comfortable (I’m not sure if the sheets were clean since everything else wasn’t but it was comfy). I forgot to take photos of the first room because I was so disgusted and wanted to get out asap.

Noise from bar next door shook the doors and windows from volume level of music till 2am. Hotel did not make handicap accommodations as requested

Very affordable - But, so called renovated room only had new bed sheets and tv. Walls are untouched. Ceilings were leaking water

Staff was courteous and the room was very clean.

Just a block from the bay beach down a nice path, and there's a great coffee shop and some restaurants across the street. Definitely not fancy but my room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was strong. A couple of others in my group got rooms where the floor was a little grubby/sandy (occupational hazard for a beach hotel!), but the floors are laminate and the manager took care of it immediately.

Absolutely DO NOT book here. It’s 10 times worse than the photos look. Rooms reek of cigarette smoke and locks on doors were broken off! I didn’t even stay! Loss of $500!!!!

This motel was the dirtiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. THANK GOD it was only used for a quick sleep. So much dirt on floors you can tell it hasn’t been swept, condom wrapper behind bed, sheets INSIDE OUT, blood stains in bathroom and bugs. DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL A DIME OF YOUR MONEY

When you are offered amenities and they are not there for your stay especially with the high rates it is disheartening. The pool looked like it had been closed for years. The bathroom was upgraded but not taken care of, brown grunge on the tiles and shower trim could have been easily removed but is left there for some reason. The sealant around the soap dish had black mold growing around it but could have been easily taken care of with a squirt of bleach. I am not a clean freak but if you have obvious signs of filth what else is lurking that you cannot see?

None of the TV channels were available. Front desk offered no apology or solution. Room floor was dirty and gritty. Air conditioner was extremely noisy.
