The vent was hanging out of the ceiling in the bathroom, online shows the rooms and facilities so much nicer than they were. Beds were uncomfortable. Absolutely not worth the $150 for one night.

The room was okay, as you get what you pay for as they say. It could use a good cleaning, but not filthy. The beds were great. Some noise from the neighbors next door arguing, but really a quiet place other that. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was only cold cereal, bagels with light plain cream cheese, small muffins, coffee and juice. One morning there were no napkins so I asked the front desk for napkins and she said she had to wait for the manager to go get some more. For me the convenience of the location was key as it was 5 minutes away from my son's home.

So there are a lot of bad reviews on this place, I myself was hesitant to stay here. Good things, room was clean, smelled good and I didn't see any bugs. It was quite after the traffic died down. I don't know if I would book another room here but I didn't really see anything bad as In all the other reviews. First off it is tricky to get here, you have to go through the neighboring business parking lot to get here, second, the parking is not the greatest, you have to park on one side of the hotel and walk around the building to get to your room if it is on the back side of the motel unless you're lucky and are able to get one of the few spots on the back side. Third, the person checking me in didn't tell me how to get to my room, I had to stop and ask how to get up there since it was above the office and I couldn't see stairs from the parking area. Forth, I think some of the people staying here are long term renters.

Not very clean, cigarette burn marks in the bedding all around just a sketchy vibe. It worked for a one night stop on our journey. Would not recommend. Staff was nice at check in.

Absolutely nothing… it was disgusting right from the start…. First of all I had to check in at a window on a blind corner where god knows who could have been lurking around it. Then the lady had computer problems and that’s when she had me come inside to check in. There was a $50 damage deposit that I had to make that I’m sure I won’t get back because there were several things broke or not working in the room I was assigned. The people next door were blaring music past 1am. It’s just dirty even the curtains were stained up and gross.

The room was full of mold, on the ceiling, and near the door and in the bathroom. Keep the breakfast fully stocked every day of the week. Improve the toaster. Add protein like boiled eggs and yogurt. Clean rooms daily, and paint rooms to keep them looking fresh.

The staff where polite but when we arrived reception was closed we had to wait over an hour not knowing if we were going to be checked in or spend the night in our car called every number possible to get help but to no avail I booked it through Expedia.com and there was no number or a way to contact them

Everything was fine the only issue is upon check-in they wanted to charge me $25 extra for checking in 45 minutes early after driving for 15 and a half hours I refused and came back at 3:00 but all this should be disclosed ahead of time

the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again.

Bathroom was broke and didn’t get fix so mail the last day before check out Not clean water bugs there was a fight between a couple which cause my son to be scare and anxiety started acting up.

The first two rooms I tried had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and behind the curtain, the 3rd room was ok though. Breakfast had small selection.

The price I couldn't stay there. I tried. The entire hotel smelled strongly of marijuana and at 330 in the afternoon the amount of unsavory appearing folks appearing to be looking or making "deals" I told my husband I was absolutely terrified to even consider staying there for the night.

Not much. It was fairly close to the venue we were going to. The staff was friendly. It was a rent by the week or night. When we got in there was a party going on looked a little shady and you could smell the weed! I was surprised when we got back in that evening around 10:30 pm it was quiet I was expecting it to be worse than when we got in! I think they partied early and passed out. That was a good thing because we had a large school group we were traveling with. The rooms were not the cleanest. Also beware when you book online and pay for your room when you get there they charge you an additional 50 dollar deposit for the room in case you damage the room! No we’re did I see this on booking.com or on knights in site. They say you get your 50 dollars back in 24 hrs after you leave! I haven’t seen it come back through yet on my bank! I don’t understand the deposit when this place is a dump ! Booking.com should remove this place from their website! Adding the extra 50 I could have gotten closer to the beach!

Location was accessible to what we wanted. -Outlet for fridge and microwave was pulled out of the wall with electrical wires exposed and the circuit was tripped so our leftovers spoiled. -mold all over the tub corners -all through the night we would hear the toilet do a quick refill of the tank. In the morning there was water all around the floor from a slow leak. -reddish orange spots on the sheets -no outlets within reach of two lamp cords and the clock so none of them worked. -I’m fine with dated, or even well used, but saying many things at this property were “worn down” does not fully express how unmaintained this property is. -rents rooms for a weekly rate and has literally 30 cameras. We saw multiple people meandering around the property.

It was clean but not as pretty as the pictures. on Sunday after I had checked out and checked back in for another day because of the weather. we left to visit with family and I got a call from the guy at the front counter tell me that I left pop on the toilet in room 140. I never was in room 140. when we checked in Thursday night we were put in room 143 and stayed there the whole time. I could hear someone talking to the man that called saying I was lying. I told the man I have never been in room 140 please talk with the man that checked us in on Thursday. he then told me that he would call me back after he figure out what was going on. he never called back so I called him. he said that they had figure it out. but never apologized to me.

Just stay away from here. For the bed, I have had better sleep on an air mattress. The bathroom was disgusting and the ceiling in there was covered in black spots. No outlets near nightstand. One outlet tucked behind 1 bed in use for lights, the other would not hold a plug. No GFCI outlets near sinks... they were standard. The outlets that were there are definately needing replaced they are gunked up with dirt and smoke residue from years gone by. 1 plastic store hanger for pants hanging in the clothes cubby. No luggage rack. Repiping under the sink but holes were left open from previous pipes. Shower head was pulling out of wall leaving a 1 inch gap. All seams of the shower were full of mold. Definately not inviting. Large gap in wall corner that maybe had been filled with caulk at some point that dissolved? Now it's just a hole. Toilet seat was loose and stained. All light fixtures had burnt out bulbs.. in the toilet area 1 of the 3 bulbs were burnt out. In the sink area 3 of the 4 burnt out. Cig burns on counter The unsafe electrical mess for the Tv, Microwave and Mini fridge. There is a 3 port multi plugged into the outlet,from the multi is a 8 plug plugged into that. Keep in mind it's a cheap multi designed to support low amp pulls...not draining appliances like a microwave or mini fridge. The floor and linens were clean. It was a hotel that served its purpose. The guy at the front desk was so nice and efficient. The building itself is in need of repair and updating. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it also wasn’t the worst.

The service was very good - kudos to Tera (she's very welcoming), Maintenace came quickly to address my issue. Positive interaction with all the staff. The furniture really needs to be updated (used & worn - not in an antique manner). The floor was swept, but needed mopping. My room could use a thorough cleaning (I used quite bit of Clorox wipes). The room was on the smaller size. Great location. With some needed renovations, this would be my go-to hotel when I visit Virginia Beach (I usually stay in an Airbnb).

First off i had items stolen from my room and when i inform the manager he didn't do a report and told me nobody has been in my room to clean it and then threatened to charge me $100 and band me from the motel because he caught me going in my room with a cigarette on video and i dont even smoke. He yelled at me and threatened me and was disrespected. I actually cleaned the room before i settle in and imy paper towels were black from all tje build up dirt in my room thats ne er been wiped down and the tub was dzrk yellowish from never being cleaned so o had to bleach and scrub the tub too. I will never waste my money at such a disgusting and unpleasant place like thar again.

The room was so dirty the floor to be exact and the bathroom bathroom was horrible, I sat in the chair and the damn chair literally broke will not be going back

The room was so dirty the floor to be exact and the bathroom bathroom was horrible, I sat in the chair and the damn chair literally broke will not be going back

I'll start with the positive.. the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff kept fresh towels in the room. Now the bad.. At check-in even though the room was already paid and cleared my account I had to sign a signature pad, which through me a bit but ok I signed.. Then front desk man asked me for a tip which I thought was very unprofessional considering it took him 5 minutes to check me in. Well I guess my tip was not big enough because not more than 15 minutes later my card started pinging fraud charges. My account was shut down immediately. Mind you, when traveling how inconvenient this can be!!! I ended up having to take off work Monday to get my account straight with my bank, luckily - the hackers got nothing! It is without a doubt that it came from him. The other thing that we disliked was the fact that we had to park on the opposite side of the building from our room because parking there is horrible. This is not the safest feeling to have to walk late night to your room that far. As far as the room it's average for Virginia Beach area... but the experience there was not acceptable. I personally will not stay there again.

The person who checked us in was super nice and professional.

I did not enjoy my stay because the room was not pleasant. It was very old & worn, smelled like it was smoked in, and it had a dark prison like feeling because the walls are dark grey.

We are happy with the stay (quality vs. price), and you will be charged $50 security deposit upon arrival and it will be returned to you afterwards.

Located near lots of food and shopping. Short drive to the beach. Very casual stay, no amenities. Beds were comfortable. It was very dated, lots of water damage in the bathroom. Gross drain full of hair. But good water pressure. I can’t believe they charge that much for this place during the weekend. 3 days were 600$ and it was not worth that. But I guess it’s a beach town and they can. I would think they would invest more money into up keeping the property.

Staff was very nice. Room could have been a bit cleaner and definitely some repairs. The parking lot was very noisy with people talking loudly while trying to go to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again, just need sprucing up a bit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was ok and clean but could use a little updating. It’s hard to get in and out of because 6 lanes of traffic.

I could see some of the room had been upgraded, but the bathroom had rust stains all over. Also, it was supposed to be a smoke free room, but it smelled like someone had tried to cover the smoke smell with air freshener. I had to unplug the a/c because it was so loud, even when it was turned off, though maybe I should have left it on because the noise from the other guests was very loud - music, talking, going up & down the stairs. I didn't feel unsafe, but definitely won't stay there again.

I could not leave fast enough. This is the worst place, I have ever seen. Hairs that we not mine in the bed. Food and I am not sure what else on the walls. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, moldly. The front desk person Andy was rude. Do not go here. Thankfully I was able to go to different hotel, and was able to het a refund.

This property is obviously a drug den. The pictures don’t match the actual building or the rooms. When you get to the building there a groups of people at every corner scoping you and your vehicle out. When you get to your room there’s a welcome notice that says that you have to use all locks on your door. The rooms are filthy our first room had dirty sheets and our second had food on the walls. Whatever you do steer clear!

The property was in a peaceful area. In the room was very clean. And the price affordable

Tara at the front desk was kind and efficient at checking us in after a king day of traveling.

The TV remote would turn the TV on or off and raise or lower the volume, but that was it. This left me with one channel. The tub dropped. The place was a little run down. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. At the end of the day, it met my needs for an affordable price.

We were placed in the room in the back near.the Chucky cheese and right above the officer.. we heard traffic and.pwople all night so didn't get much rest. But other then that our stay was just fine.. just a bad luck draw on the room

Where do I begin. The bathroom looked like a twelve year old patched the drywall. Peeling paint added to the ambiance of the bath. And the cracked fiberglass fit the theme nicely. It smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I had to fix the TV box. I pulled out the dresser to reboot it and the power strip had exposed wires. If I moved it everything went out. I got in at midnight and had to be up by 5 so I didn't bother to switch rooms. The sheets were stained. The metal bed bases have no box spring and rattle with every slight movement. The blanket was circa 1977. I have to give credit to the AC because it got nice and cold. I had to reset the GFIC plug to make coffee. The refrigerator froze my drinks overnight. Besides that it was paradise.

My toilet was leaking .

It was fairly clean but quite dated. There is no breakfast.

Staff are professional, friendly and always there to help.

The hotel was a convenient location for our stay for one night. Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. The room did not look anything like the pictures shown online. You can clearly tell the property needs updating to make it feel more comfortable and clean for your stay. Will not be using again in the future.
