    Do not stay here. Place is terrible. Does not have a breakfast station. Pictures are not of this location. We had 4 guests and were only allowed 2 towels for the room, for 3 nights?!?! Ridiculous!! If it wasn’t a holiday weekend I would’ve changed hotels

    The bathtub had rust in it or some brown stuff in the tub didn’t have a coffee pot in the room. I had three rooms. Some of the rooms didn’t have shower soap for the showers. We need the light bulbs for one of the lamps some black dirt or something was up in the ceiling I wouldn’t recommend nobody going there unless just handle money it was homeless or something. I think they need to renovate the whole place and they sayl but from what he told me, it wasn’t a breakfast just orange juice and a yoga and coffee

    The hotel staff is not always available when needed, as they are also responsible for maintaining the property, i.e. no dedicated receptionist. Can’t blame the staff for working with what they had. The breakfast amenity was a joke. The only option was coffee, juice, a tiny yogurt and 1 pastry option. The two 1 1/2in pastries were about as bad as you may find prepackaged in a gas station. The coffee was…coffee, but tolerable if in a pinch. Breakfast delivery was an hour late one day, and the main office was locked and staff was no where to be found. Therefore, not accessible during the breakfast hours. Offering some fruit would have made a huge difference honestly. The rooms were adequate for a place to lay your head. Mattresses are old, hard and outdated spring mattresses. Really gross to look at. The floors were filthy and slippery when we arrived, and even after being cleaned it wasn’t a major improvement. Wore socks the whole time and the white socks were black after 1 day.

    This hotel room was poorly cleaned and several people were in the office complaining about it along with me. THe only plus is taht parking was easy, and it is close to the beach. THere was NO breakfast as they stated, unless you find semi-chilled yogurt acceptable. The office was even dirty. No napkins for clean up from coffee. Trash overflow. The beds were comfortable enough, but the floor was so gross we did not take our shoes off in the room. There was hair in all the corners of the room adn in the mini fridge. The phone and hairdryer did not work in the room, and only one small trash basket, 2 towels and 2 washclothes. There was no soap, shampoo or anything!!Will NOT recommend, or go back. We paid for three nights but did not sleep there all three due to the conditions.

    Well the bathroom light blinked constantly like a strobe light.The floor was so dirty if you walked on it bare foot your feet was instantly black .The sheets and pillowcase had stains.The receptacles was broken where you could not charge any devices .The bathroom door needs to be trimmed so you don't have to snatch it open.The next door occupants dog was barking.The handy man whoever done fixing things had no clue to do his job correctly.A place that I can't go back to.

When scrubbing the floor the wipes can up with so much dirt and crumbs they were dark, dark grey. Elevator was like a saw trap. Sheets & duvet are stained. Peephole was just stuffed with a paper towel? Lampshades were either covered in grime and stains or straight up burned holes? Breakfast is borderline nonexistent. As much as we paid to stay here this is unacceptable.

    for someone in our party and the room still had food in fridge and blood stain on pillow. toilets did not flush properly . I do not think floors have ever been mopped, if you laid a towel down they would be black!! Other people requesting money back for bugs crawling on beds but I never saw any of these. Breakfast or lack of one food item - one juice or coffee per person . Garbages overflowing in hall areas. some rooms in our party had no towels and when they asked you could have one per person. The only think this place has going for it is that it is across the beach . please do not waste your money at this place like we did!

    I don’t normally do reviews good or bad but here goes. The room smelled funny, floors were sticky. On a holiday weekend in a vacation town breakfast was from 8-10 and the area that he said was breakfast was a juice and coffee machine and a clear stand that may have held a few donuts and bagels. The mattress had terrible stains along the side, the lamp shades had dust and mild, the shower curtains had mold, there was only 1 towel and was cloth in my room that was reserved for 4 people. When we asked for more he said he has one more towel. This room was $350 per night and it should have only been $50. The staff was nice and professional however the room was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The building itself is old but old is not the problem. It was the cleanliness that bothered me.

    Terrible staff, disgusting rooms, bed had dry poop and she front desk said she didn’t care and refused to change sheets. Floor was disgustingly black, beds full of sand . I could go on forever. I was there for 2 hours and they refused to give me a refund. Terrible experience overall. Never again

    This hotel is horrible! There’s mold everywhere in the rooms. Even on the lamp shades. No toiletries at all in the room. Only toilet paper. Not even a bar of soap. I asked for a second pillow and a blanket and the woman actually asked me how many people were sleeping in the room. It was only my husband and myself. They must be spraying daily for the mold because the smell is terrible! I had to leave the door open so I could get used to it. I would have said something about it all when we got there but there wasn’t much availability at a decent rate. It was still pretty expensive for an absolute dump! The floors were filthy, the towels were old, stained and thin. The door was covered in mold and I was afraid of touching it. We kept our luggage closed so our clothes didn’t smell like the room. The shower curtain was all stained as well with mold. Breakfast was a joke as well. Pkgs of muffins, yogurts, juice and coffee at the front check in desk. Also I think taking the elevator is risky too. It wouldn’t open at first until my husband jumped on the floor and then it opened. Don’t stay in this dump! Too many cutbacks and they don’t care!

    The bathroom in the office was out of order. Apparently they serve breakfast here also. The elevator was disgusting. There was no ice machine on property. Our rooms smelled terrible. The lights didn't work because there were no light bulbs. The bed had sand and grit all over it. My buddy who got a different room said there was hair in his bed. We ended up not staying and getting a room somewhere else. This is probably the grossest place I have ever almost stayed. I'm totally fine with a place being cheap but it doesn't have to be disgusting.

    The parking was great and the air conditioning/heater worked well. Very convenient to Chix and the water. The room was clean and the shower pressure was good and we had plenty of hot water. We did have a couple dirty towels and wash cloth so I’d suggest bring your own or get new ones from the office. The bathroom sink also was missing the spout so the water rushed out. More annoying than anything. Overall not a bad stay. I would not recommend this for a full family as it was just my 17 year old son and I. Worked out fine but be careful if you do bring little ones because the room next to ours one morning had a needle sitting on the air conditioner unit. Pretty gross considering. Overall 6/10 in my opinion

    This place is terrible. The elevator made alot of noise like its going to break down. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, the toilet seat was painted and chipping off, there is no where to hang your cloths or a coat up in the room and there is only one ice machine for the entire building and that was broken. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you lived in the projects and then you may feel at home..

    Smells like a hookah place or bar when you get inside like a bar. I thought it was no smoking? There is no hot water in the shower. Room wasn’t clean, found an empty box of Crumble cookie and a ball of hair on the floor like a cat is living there. I don’t think there is quality check or something towels are dirty and used, saw just a tissue roll carton and no soap. TV wasn’t working, Checked out the next day as it’s unbearable.

    Room was filthy, no towels and door key locks didn’t work. Floor was not mopped and the faucet was leaking. When they came in to fix it they left tools everywhere on the floor.

    Staff was very friendly Floors were very dirty, my white socks were black after the first few hours , shower didn’t work if you turned the water on the faucet it was Luke warm, you go to shower mode it was so hot you couldn’t shower, there was no way to adjust temp as the nozzle was broken. And when water did come out for shower it was very little. I ended up washing my hair under the facet of Luke warm water. , drain clogged, sheets dirty with food residue. Wash cloths were crumpled and thrown into a cubicle. No bath mat and only 2 towels for a double room. The room smelled of a mix of smoke and marijuana. The one bed had only a sheet on it and the thin blanket was laying on a stand. The other bed had both the thin blanket and sheet so between the two I was able to sleep ok. Both sets of sheets had food and burn marks in them. The door closed ok but there was a gap at least 1 1/2 in that allowed noise/heat/cool/light out. I just feel that whoever does maintenance does not care about their job and whoever does cleaning really could care less. This was off season and honestly was disgusting.

    I liked that the pool looked clean. It was the cleanest part about the whole place… The room was filthy, there was a streak down the pillow of god knows what, no towels or rags?? The phone also did not work properly and wouldn’t dial anyone. Everything was unplugged. Hair in the shower, I really could go on.

    The location was great. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and management was indifferent. The bedding was stained, items were left in the room from a previous guest, lamp didn’t work, elevator didn’t work on the first floor, dirty floors in room, and walls were dirty. Cigarette butts are all over the property and outside of room doors and on walkways. Burn holes in bedding. The staff engaged in a verbal altercation, yelling and cursing in front of guests. Management didn’t intervene. Breakfast was honey buns, cereal bars, and yogurt that sat out for hours without being refrigerated.

    I didn't like a single thing about this hotel stay. If i could rate zero stars I would. The hotel was so disgusting and dirty. When we got to the hotel the front desk man was so ride and not hospitable whatsoever. When we got the room I was even more disgusted. I checked the sheets of bed and they were dirty and stained. The towels were also stained and dirty. We had to ask the front desk for new sheets and towels 3 times because he kept giving us dirty sheets. The floor of the room was dirty everything just seemed so unclean and unkempt. We only had 1 trashcan which we filled up the first day and we asked at the front desk and were not provided with another. One day we saw the housekeeping staff and 1 of them was sweeping water from the parking lot and the other one was going up and down on the elevator with a cart walking up and down the hallways but not entering any rooms and doing a bunch of nothing. We were told to leave our trash outside of our room by the front desk and the staff with the cart did not pick it up for an entire day. It seems like the staff was not working at all. The staircase stunk of cigarettes the only elevator was beaten up and also stunk. I hated it here and I will never come back. When I got home I realized I had an allergic reaction to whatever was on the sheets or pillows because I had red bumps on the side of my face that i laid on for a couple days. I've stayed in dozens of actual hotels and this was more of a motel or a shack. Just absolutely terrible.

    Room was clean. Staff friendly. Bare bones room. Nowhere to hang a coat. There was a coffee pot but no cups. Thankfully there was a new roll of toilet paper because there wasn't one on the holder. No bedspread and the blanket UNDER the top sheet. No frills room. TV worked great.

    Room was clean. Staff friendly. Bare bones room. Nowhere to hang a coat. There was a coffee pot but no cups. Thankfully there was a new roll of toilet paper because there wasn't one on the holder. No bedspread and the blanket UNDER the top sheet. No frills room. TV worked great.

    Basic motel. Room was clean. Parking is tight. Breakfast is very minimal. The only issue I had, the tv needed to be set to hdmi1 manually every time we turned on the tv.

    Outside is rundown, block walls in rooms, the elevator smelled horrible and was so loud you couldn't sleep because people going up and down all night and making noise all over property, trash was piled up waist deep next to our door, the beds were cheap hard and noisy, needless to say but we left at midnight because it was so bad. I wouldn't stay here if it was free.

    What is shown on the web is nothing like the real thing. The conditions are in its worst. It has 6 floors and the elevator did not work. When i arrived i received a text from the hotel asking to contact them for anything needed. I texted back and mentioned all the missing things for the room and the following day i had to go and get them myself. Dont get fooled by the pictures on line, the place is very poor quality.

    The bed frame was very loud because it was made out of metal, not really an issue. The room was nice and cold especially after coming back from a very hot Virginia Beach day in the sun. The bathroom was clean but the toilet had no flush power. Had to improvise by throwing extra water in there while flushing so it would go down. Housekeeping never came, I asked for a change in towels after day 2 but they never came, like if they didn’t get the memo. We had to grab them while they were walking in front of our room to have them switch them out. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is not with the hotel itself, but the hotels.com website that allows you to pay for an upgrade that DOES NOT exist. DO NOT fall for this scam. The standard room rate is either for a King or two doubles. They offered me an option that was for two queen beds instead of doubles at a higher rate which I paid and when I checked into the hotel they told me that they don’t even have that as an option in their hotel. So I ended up in the standard double/double room even though I paid extra to stay in a queen/queen room. My friend and I both booked the same hotel on the same days but I paid more for the same exact thing she got because of the false upgrade hotels.com offers

Upon arrival there were random hairs on the toilet. The end tables are peeling. We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned the room on the 2nd day. The sink drains extremely slow. The AC looks like someone was chewing on it, worked surprisingly well. The AC works so well we were freezing the first night. We requested an additional blanket through their text message app which we never received. Shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The breakfast is not a breakfast it’s more like snacks.     We were disappointed with the room. Gentleman at desk walked us to our room so he could spray deodorizer before we entered. Shower curtain had mold on it & floors were so dirty our feet were black. Husband had to locate housekeeping so we could get more towels (there was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths). Office was locked on several occasions that you were unable to get a cup of coffee. After talking to other visitors they all had the same complaints

    The front office staff of this hotel is very rude and not very accommodating. The property itself is clean enough for what it is. Don’t expect anything over the top. As for the staff…housekeeping and maintenance were great. I’d give them 5 stars. The front office staff, not so much. I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. They demanded to see his paperwork. Look at the ADA.gov website…you cannot demand paperwork. He was in a vest, clearly labeled Service Dog. He was working and sitting calming by my side through all of the drama at the front desk…worse case, my wife and her friend were the ones staying here. My son and the dog were camping a few miles away. One of the evenings my wife was there, we witnessed the front staff in a verbal argument with another guest in the parking lot. Yelling and screaming, almost going to blows. Unprofessional, disrespectful and downright rude. Regardless, no one from my family will be staying here again, ever.

We asked for room service and they told us, you just checked in it won’t be clean in 3 days. We told them to clean it off because it was disgusting. They said room service will be in the morning. Came back and guess what they only clean the trash bag and changed the towels to more towels that is dirty. They keep claiming it was clean. The towel has poop stains on it. Never again. Left. The next day, we didn’t even get any wash rags they said they were “out.” How does a hotel run out of basic essentials? This place is a complete catfish. The only reason we stayed both nights was because the stay was non-refundable. We couldn’t check out fast enough. Save yourself the trouble I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

    The first impression of the property was that they were unwillingly to accommodate a request for late check out after I was given the option to select this as an add-on. However they did allow one extra hour. Second impression was that the room had an odor as if it was a smoking room. Next was the excessive noise directly outside of our room while we were sleeping. Next was that housekeeping entered the room while we were still getting ready to leave without waiting for us to open the door after the agreed upon extra hour. Lastly, I brought it to their attention the possibility of bed bugs being on one of the beds and took pictures. I was offered a partial refund because I “didn’t address my concerns immediately.” Which is a total lie because I addressed every concern as they came up and was told management would contact me to reach a further resolution such as a full refund. I was never contacted. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

    We felt that the pictures and description on the website were totally deceptive. It was dirty and there were people dealing drugs right outside our room. They were fighting and we felt unsafe. We decided to leave the hotel, even though we had already paid for 3 more nights. I am very unhappy that I was not able to cancel my reservation based on these circumstances.

    The room was clean although you could tell it has some damage I assume from being exposed to elements. The water pressure in the shower was awful and the bed pillows definitely recommend bringing your own. Otherwise for the price it was good great location service was good.

    It was pretty much terrible, the guy at the front desk was rude, but that whatever. It was a motel, but bad. The cinder block walls make it feel like a prison, the shower was plumbed backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot, the tv however does work so long as you want to watch syfy channel because thats all you get, the pillows were paper and the bed was a rock. It pretty much sucked completely.

    This place is full of disappointments, they ran out of toilet paper for the rooms, all of the bedding looked really faded and old. The breakfast is a joke but mostly they are just rude hotel owners, for the price I could have found something else that was a two star and received more respect and better service.

    As a senior citizen, I grew up hearing the name Howard Johnson and it's reputation for quality. I, unfortunately didn't find this to be true. The beds were comfy and the room was clean, but practically everything in the room didn't work, i.e. the t.v. the iron, the A/C, the phone, the coffee pot, sometimes no hot water. The fridge and microwave did work, tho. I found the staff to be friendly but a bit lazy. The office was closed alot and it was like pulling teeth to get service. However, I was allowed to leave my luggage in the lobby until my next hotel was ready for check in.

    I will say the rooms were clean except for 1 out of 3 of my rooms had mold, smelled wet and had a hole in the ceiling right above the bed and pillows. Was not enough towels and wash clothes and none of my 3 rooms and when asked everything was we had to wait until the next morning. No yea or coffee or anything. My daughter is allergic to mold so this was very dangerous for her so luckily we could switch. The elevator felt like I was going to get stuck every time we took the steps to floor 5 a lot of the times. I have pictures of proof is needed.

    I think this may have been one of my worst experiences ever. I called before i got there and the guy at the desk was very short with me and rude. When I got there I was nice checked in. When I got to the room it smelled bad but it was also a strong smell of bleach too. The lock on the door was broken. When we arrived there were several gentleman watching us from the 2nd floor and we felt uncomfortable. When we got in the room we realized the sheets were dirty with either makeup/dirt I went down to the front desk and asked for someone to change it out. He said he would be right up to LOOK ( not change) at it because he didnt believe me. We waited a long time and we could see him and he never came. Just stayed talking on his cell. After waiting awhile because we had no where to sit, I went down and cancelled my stay for the weekend. He was super rude the entire time rolling his eyes at me. Huffing and puffing anytime I said anything. I was so nice too!!! There was food still in the fridge from the previous person.

There was a bad smell from the pipe in the room, hair in the shower and towels with dark spots and the microwave was dirty. I had to solve cleaning the bathroom and buying a towel.     Their system put my room reservation on the wrong day and charge my credit card and then told me it was going to take me three days to get it back and that I would have to charge my credit card again at a higher rate in a cost me a lot of time I was out in the cold it took at least an hour and a half to get it straight between them in the hotel. I tried over and over again to get through their phone system to chat online to do anything to get me help and then basically all they did was read me the company line Unbelievable

    What I liked was close to the beach. Great price for the Christmas season. What I didn't like was the fact no housekeeper, Dirty towels in the bathroom folded & put away. No soap. Trash every where outside of the property.

    Upon arriving the clerk came out his room & went & visited two different rooms, while looking at Mə trying to get in the front office. Waited 15 minutes for him to come check Mə in. The room door handle came off inside the room. Had to put it back together to ESCAPE!!! The room was huge to be empty. It needs another garbage can. Plus a sitting chair. There was an entire block of the room empty. Only place to sit were on the beds. To much space not enough furniture.

    The hotel was disgusting not safe. The door could not lock and the wind blew it open in the middle of the night. Pillows, wash clothes and towels were dirty. There were random hairs everywhere. A pile of trash was left at the entrance of the room. They refused to move our room or the trash.

    Location was PERFECT! However, you get what you pay for. The rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Furthermore, all the towels were stained but obviously had been washed. I think this is the type of motel that people live in. The neighbors were up having a party with loud music up until 4 am. The next morning, there was a fight on the third floor that got physical. I was actually traumatized leaving here.

    When I arrived I was told that the Expedia reservation had been made but no payment had been provided by Expedia. They told me to contact Expedia which I did but then when Expedia tried to reach them....their phones were down.     We ordered late check out for 3pm, but at 12pm, the hotel staff barged into our room while we were sleeping. So unprofessional, should have checked first before walking right into our room. They should provide “do not disturb” signs for rooms because there is no reason for you to knock at 10am while we are sleeping for room service.

    The worst ever : 1st we were there for 3 nights and just went there to change towels because I ask for it. 2nd my flight was at 4 I ask them to keep my baggages until I leave, they didn’t want to they make me paid an extra day for the baggage I have been in the VB many times all hotel has a baggage room. The biggest problem the language and no manager. Stay away from this hotel

    The staff was great, I had an issue with my room when I checked in and they addressed it quickly and with no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.     Do not recommend. There was trash overflow on each level. Had to move up one due to one TV not working. There were blood stains all over the walls on stair well. Neighbors partied outside our room all night and left beer cans and a jar full of dirt weed clippings.

    I didn’t care for the stains on the sheets. Not sure if old or new. I wouldn’t have let my dog sleep on the bed. The bathroom was horrendous. Dirt and hair in the corners of the floor. And mold growing in the tub. They could not afford a toilet paper holder. This situation was for the first and the second room I looked at. And from the looks of people moving in or out with all their worldly belongings. I think this location doubled as a homeless shelter. The hotel nor Expedia would refund my money. I will never use Expedia again. And Along with writing reviews everywhere I can, I will be reaching out to the parent company of HoJo’s.

    Planned a stay here for three nights and it was going to be a heafty bit of money (they dont allow the amount of money to be shown on a review). Looks nice and worth it for the time with it being a holiday weekend. When we got here it was far different then the pictures show. The hotel is raggedy and has people on the outside that I didnt feel safe around nor would me and my wife risk our babys life to stay here. So i payed the amount to cancel my stay which is a days worth of the room, I will never stay here. False advertisement

    The staff in the office were respectful and nice. However, the bathroom in the hotel room was very dirty, the towels provided had hair in them from previous guests I assume, there were dead roaches outside the room on the balcony leading to elevator, our bed sheets were never changed and we stayed there for 4 nights, floors were never swept for four days and we were on the beach and it was sandy. Overall, cleanliness was non existent.

    I’ve included photos showing how terrible the hotel was. AC did not work the whole time that we had to buy a fan from Walmart so we can stay cool towels that were left in the room folded smelt. The floors were so dirty. A lot of big trucks. Lotta big SUVs nearly zero parking that a couple times we had to park and pay for a 24 hour meter because it was no parking or if there was parking the vehicles that were there didn’t know how to park When you go to the lobby or registration building or whatever they called that and when I complain, the guy at the front desk just shook his head side side said oh so sorry and that’s it and just looked at me with a blank face. Good luck if you book here be careful.

    I’ve included photos showing how terrible the hotel was. AC did not work the whole time that we had to buy a fan from Walmart so we can stay cool towels that were left in the room folded smelt. The floors were so dirty.     Ok so this is not a luxury resort but it is a decent hotel across the street from the beach. The parking lot is tight but we were able to find a spot wach time we left and came back. The elevator is tiny and slow but they did have an elevator. The pool closed at 9pm but it looked clean and you didn't hear kids yelling after 9. The rooms have been updates recently (fresh paint and flooring) and were actually cute. They are high turnober rooms so there was some gunk in the corners. We never heard a peep from our neighbors! Those walls are thick! They are a bit stingy with the towels. Gave us 2 bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 3 people. I had to argue a bit to get 3 more towels but they relented and hooked us up lol. The staff were nice everu time I talked to them. There is a restaurant right next door and a sensations. Its close to everything. We walked to the speed boat dolphin tour docks. Plenty of food, entertainment, and shopping nearby. I'd stay here again!

    Lipstick on a pig. No washcloths, dirty sheets, still wet towels with stains on them. The entire Place smelled like lacquer paint. The price was way too much for what I received. The reviews on hotels.com are great but Google reviews is only 1.5 out of five stars. Will be definitely trying to get some money back for this day. Absolute garbage

    The next door neighbors were fist fighting all night. Contacts front desk just to be told they tried to tell them to stop but they won’t. This place is disgusting. Pubic hair everywhere. Blood stains on the sheets. The adjacent door to the next room didn’t lock so we had to put a chair under it. For the money we paid we should be refunded partially this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. I felt unsafe and dirty

    Room had missing tile on wall in the bathroom which had black mold, bath tub didn’t drain properly and also a/c didn’t work in my first room. I had requested a late check out and at first the front desk agent declined it to me then when I showed I can do it online they let me pay for it in cash. Rooms need to be remolded & scenery wasn’t very pleasant was only here to visit family would not stay here again.

    I don't know where the bad reviews were coming from.... In my opinion, you got what you pay for. Howard Johnson is a simple place that won't break the bank. If you are willing to pay more and have better services... Double Tree is located right across the street from the hotel. 1. Room was updated. Even though the renovation work was not the best. It was adequate. 2. The room was pretty clean. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was no place to hand clothes or wet towels. 3. The hotel offered free breakfast which included coffee, yogurt, orange juices, apple juices, muffins and cinnamon rolls. We really appreciated the free breakfast. Nowadays there was hardly any budget hotels that offered free breakfast. 4. This hotel had great customer service. The employees were very helpful and attentive. 5. The only issue we found for the hotel was --the ice machine area that located at the first floor was dark and needed some cleaning. 6. A short walk to the beach. 7. Parking was fine. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in. My first night there I was cleaning the place, the floors had turned my feet black just walking in it for not even five minutes. The sink looks like it’s never been cleaned, there was black mold around the rim of the sink, the counter had a coating on it, the sink leaked all over the counter when you used it, and there was a box of Kleenex on the counter that was stuck to it from being wet and then dried onto it. The lock on the door was barely hanging on, we had to adjust it to get it to work. We could hear the people in the next room very easily. The cleaners came in the next morning, they said nothing about the filth and all the guy did was sweep the floor. There’s no view worth talking about. There was never any breakfast, light or otherwise when we went to get it already all gone by 7 to 8 AM. The pics on the website are deceiving. They make the pool look much bigger and better than it is. There were never any lounge chairs or any other type of chairs around the pool . The building is nowhere near as nice as the pics. The stairwell smelled like urine. I think a homeless person was hanging out in the small parking lot all night long. The majority of our time was at a friends place. Never again will I come to one of these hotels and I will warn everyone away from it.

    Nothing liked about the propery it self. Floors, wall and the elevator were filty! Rooms had hair leying around and the counters, telefone and AC grill were disgusting! The sheets and pillow cases were ok but the towells and bathroom shower courtines had stains and were dingy.

    After reading some of the other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Many of the reviews said negative things but I found the hotel to be excellent for the price. The location was convenient. The beach was just across the street. The parking lot was a little small but we had no problem finding a spot. The elevator was a little rickety but I just took the stairs. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
