I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. My room was clean, everything was in working order and unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed in, I didn’t have any six-legged roommates. The view from my room was terrific. I could see both the ocean and down Atlantic Avenue. The food at the restaurant was tasty and all hotel amenities were easily reachable. I plan to stay here again the next time I come to Virginia Beach.

The out door pool was over crowded with kids, with towels and stuff everywhere, indoor pool was dirty. The elevator, lol only 2 worked, then one worked. 90% of the channel on the TV didn't work, which they never mentioned, i drove for 11.50 hours to stay at this place for 2 days. Was not worth it. I will stay somewhere else when I visit Virginia beach. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD TIME!!!! YOU THINK THEY WOULD DISCOUNT SOMETHING OR DO SOMETHING TO SHOW YOU THE ARE SORRY!!! HELLL NOO. THE BARLEY SAID A WORD, ALSO HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER IF YOU CALL THE FRONT DESK SMH!!!

All was well until the next morning. It was like yhe twilight zone! Woke up to a bit of noise outside of the room (approx 0830). Ordered room service. The representative said, “I don’t know why they started this early”. Didn’t what she meant until we left the room. Renovation started on our floor. Plastic covered the carpet. All wall paper removed which uncovered mold, etc. Extremely poor experience. Concerns with health and safety. Just think about hotel renovation and what that would look like. We have been to this hotel at least a dozen times, was always a great experience. This was very disappointing. The hotel manager (Shanna?) said tho have booking.com send refund nd request (not the correct term) and they would refund the cost of out stay. In the end, that dis NOT happen. I feel taken advantage of. This was a very bad experience.

I think that back in the day it was a nice property. It was starting to show its age. The staff were friendly and they gave us a bottle of water at check in. The housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the rooms. Breakfast at Catch 31 was good( but not included in stay). The elevators, it took forever to get one ( and get off of one). One elevator was out of service and there was an event taking place. We had to use the stairs to get to the top floor several times. The stairs were not clean. There was a big air blower in the hallway when we arrived, not sure what happened before we arrived. The air temp was set to 78 when we checked in. So hot in our room, took quite awhile for it to cool down after we arrived. The fire alarm went off ( not the hotels fault) but was annoying.

The room was very clean and modern with good amenities. The hotel was very clean and valet was super helpful. The beach was extraordinary and also very clean. We were visiting as my husband passed away at the hotel 3 1/2 yrs ago and we were meeting with people he was working with at the time of his death. We were hoping there were employees at the hotel who helped us from afar were also still working there but everyone had no memory of someone dying at the hotel apparently. So I am assuming a bigger turnover in employees?

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. My only gripe with our stay were the long elevator waits and the really long line to the Sky bar rooftop. It didn’t help that 2 of the elevators were out of service. Other than that, very clean property and responsive staff.

I tried to go down and order to go but was told they were too busy, so there I was walking around at night on the street trying to get something to eat. We stayed on the south side with partial ocean view.on the 16th floor and the sound of the two huge fans,I believe the air conditioning unit was so loud you couldn't even hear the ocean.You couldn't hear anything!!! I would only stay at this hotel again if I stayed full ocean front.

Was asked if I could go to another Hilton sister hotel and was explained they did not do that but in my past experiences with Hilton they provided that accommodation. My family and I have stayed at this Hilton before and it’s always clean and the staff is very professional. The roof top pool with the Sky bar very nice. Indoor pool also nice. We had amazing 4 day stay with beautiful ocean views. I recommend this hotel always.

Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out. Access to the beach was nice except for all the construction/workers getting ready for an event. The room was nice, housekeeping was there each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will return.

Everyone was very accommodating! We were in town for a basketball tournament and Hilton allowed an early check in (1pm) once the room was clean. Room was freshly cleaned, valet was on deck, ready to go, pool rooftop hang was clutch. Thank you Hilton you are the Bom.com

It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff wasn’t necessarily the most helpful and there were a few stains in our room. At the restaurant, the waitress seemed to be rushing my husband and I during our anniversary dinner. Kind of a disappointing trip.

April 25, 2026 for 4 nights. Our dislikes was no bathroom fan or microwave. We loved the beach view with the marble fireplace chairs all around and you can get served food and drinks but it takes a while. Front of hotel has rocking chairs to sit in while you the beautiful beach. We had corner room beautiful. They have out pool on roof with 2 bars and hot tub. Indoor pool was being worked on meaning water not clear. D.Knox

Disappointing.We booked a king bed oceanfront room and received confirmation. When we checked in, only after me verifying it was a king bed, they told me it was two double beds. I showed the clerk ny confirmation I booked a king room. She checjed with her manager as to why the room was changed and we were told they had to do maintenance in the king room and they had no way of getting in touch with us to tell us about the change in rooms and the only room they had left to put us in was a double bed room. They did comp our parking for two nights and a comped breakfast for two. In the room , our coffee pot still had water in it from the prior guest, called the desk, it took housekeeping an hour and a half to bring us a new coffee pot. The bathroom sink only had scalding hot water until about 11pm, at which time there was no water coming out of the faucet. I complained to the manager, he said the maintenance man could come up and work on it but my husband was already sleeping, by morning we did have running water. Great hotel location, but truly a disappointing stay for a Hilton

Overall the hotel is nice. However, it is showing it's age... particularly with some of the furniture in the rooms. The air conditioner in my room also sounded like it was on it's last leg. It was so loud, I had to turn it off. The walls in the adjoining rooms are paper thin. I was in an adjoining room (not with people I was traveling with) and you could hear their tv and them talking. Not ideal. However, the view was great.

Checked me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned - dirty plates from room service on the bed and towels everywhere on floor. Then at 2:30 am the plumbing crew was banging on pipes and using a very loud power tool in next door room. Probably loud enough to wake up several guests. Horrible stay.

The location of the hotel was directly beside Neptune statue which is my favorite landmark at Virginia Beach There was a power outage which caused two of the elevators to lose service which made it hard to get back and forth up and down stairs. And it really bothered me the fact that there wasn't a microwave in the room because I couldn't warm up food that I had bought from other restaurants

The room was clean and access to the beach was easy but I would never stay here again. First of all I booked this location because of the rooftop pool and it was closed for renovation however, I was never informed of this while booking and I specifically asked the front desk about the pool and they never mentioned it was closed. They just told me what floor it was on. I arrived at 11:40 AM and asked to check in and be notified when the room was ready and they told me that they do not do that. They were not friendly and acted like my request was something abnormal. I stay at Hilton‘s very often and always check in early and receive a text and digital key when the room is ready. They acted like this was all new to them and they had never heard of it. Went to the bar around 4 PM for a drink and sat there for 18 minutes waiting for eye contact from either of the bartenders who weren’t even busy. I was very disappointed with this location on so many levels. Such a shame Hilton could definitely do better!

The hotel is overpriced. The outdoor pool was closed. There is a picture with lawn chairs in front of the hotel, so I expected that and was told they are for rent during the season only. The hotel would not provide towels to even take to the beach. I had no towels or chairs with me because of the picture. The bathtub was peeling. It needed to be replaced. The hotel smelled of weed. It was very loud. Elevator stopped working and the others were very slow. It took us 20 minutes to get to the pool to find out it was closed. I will not return to the property.

The sky bar was closed, and the rooftop pool was under construction. Breakfast was confusing—our booking included four guests, but only two were covered on the voucher, and no one explained what was included. We also missed out on items like omelets due to the lack of communication. Additionally, being asked for a card upfront while others weren’t made us feel uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was absolutely horrible. It was a lady name, Alexis or Alexa. She was such a nasty individual. She should never be customer service the way she talk down to and don’t make you feel welcome. I would never ever stay here again, and I’m definitely taking it to corporate because she should not be the face of this type of hotel chain. Her attitude is deplorable.!! Absolutely unacceptable downright nasty and ignorant. I definitely definitely hope someone send her to some type of customer service classes before she clock in again to make another dollar on the clock, but maybe this can be a lesson for her for the next go-round cause it won’t be me and my family. I would never stay here again due to her nastiness lack of communication, lack of customer service and deplorable attitude.

Overall, it was a great experience. Can’t beat a nice hotel directly on the beach. We had a minor blip, one of the hand towels had fresh mascara on it. The front desk staff quickly got us new ones plus additional towels. Rest of the room was spotless and the view from the 19th floor was absolutely breathtaking! We were able to check into our room two hours early and the front desk staff helped us roll into another nights stay while keeping the same room! Huge thank you to her. We appreciated it! This is a big weekend for Virginia Beach with the Shamrock Half and full marathons. I’m sure staff were working quickly to accommodate everyone. Valet - so easy and professional! The pool was nice! The rooftop bar, outside pool and hot tub were closed (out of season). Indoor one was nice, warm and relaxing! The restaurant attached to the hotel is also very nice. Staff were friendly in both places. We did learn a lesson. If you book another night, do so directly with the hotel front desk staff. We were told to do it online but the online rooms from the hotel website redirects you to a 3rd party w/o telling you then charges additional hidden fees, again without telling you - $140 worth. We got our money back at the hotel rate. It looks like you are booking through the Hilton website when in fact, you are not. They apparently do this to try to quickly sell off unbooked rooms. Race weekend prices are highly inflated $750 vs $180. Book early. We are looking forward to another visit!

I stayed at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront for my daughter’s competition this past weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful. Check-in was easy, the rooms were very clean, and the front desk staff was excellent. On the surface, it reflects the quality you expect from the Hilton brand. But the decor throughout the entire hotel left me stunned—and not in a good way. The hallways, elevator areas, bedrooms, and even the bathrooms are filled with large vintage photos of beach scenes from the 1960s. Every single image shows white Americans enjoying the beach during a time in history when people who looked like me—an African-American woman—were not welcome in many of those same spaces. It’s hard not to think about the historical reality: in that era, Black families could face harassment, arrest, or worse simply for trying to enjoy the same beaches. So it’s genuinely baffling that a major company like Hilton would choose that exact period to celebrate throughout a modern hotel in 2026. At best, it’s incredibly tone-deaf. At worst, it sends a message no hotel should want to send. It’s disappointing that no one in the design or leadership process stopped to ask how guests of color might feel walking past those images over and over again. Because of that, despite the otherwise nice stay, I left feeling uncomfortable rather than welcomed.

Skybar was closed and there was nothing indicating that. Construction in the hotel started at 9am and woke me up. There was no mention of ongoing construction anywhere. Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, just for it to be a false alarm. Room was way too expensive for the experience we had. Get it together Hilton oceanfront.

Below-average furnishings (cheap vinyl chair, broken bureau drawers, 1/2 electrical outlets non-functional, poorly installed and maintained bathroom plumbing). Excellent view of beach and ocean from two directions. Excellent restaurant on premises. Overall, did NOT meet my Hilton expectations. I had a much better experience in 2025 from a neighboring hotel with a 2 star rating.

Room was clean! Rooms are well kept. Very convenient to have a restaurant on main floor. Easy parking. Only complaint is walls are not sound proof!! I was able to hear our neighbors in next room doing the nasty and I had my daughter with me so I wasn’t to happy with that. Other than that hotel was nice. I have definitely stayed at better places but i would not say i would not stay here again

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and fresh. The furnishings are outdated and the bathroom was dimly lit. The front desk lady who checked us in was neither courteous nor friendly. The valet staff were very helpful and polite. The lobby fragrance was too strong.

Candice at the front desk was awesome!!! Pretty much all of the people at the hotel were great. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. My biggest problem was the bed. It was TERRIBLE (this time and last time). I even bought my own pillow top to put on it and it still bothered me. The plug in the bath tub also didnt work (not a huge deal).

The place was sold out and there wasn’t even a single luggage cart available. I am disabled and unable to carry large amounts of luggage, especially to the 12th floor. After a few calls from the front desk, someone finally brought down a couple of quarts that were left in the hallways. That added about 45 minutes to my check in. Even after I managed to get a hold of one of the carts there was no one there to help.

Everything was great until you come to the room The bed was nice but it was just too soft. Refrigerator didn't work. It stayed at 50° or whatever The office chair was broken or something wrong with it. I got a shower chair and it broke the lighting. You had to figure out how to work the lighting. Several things was going wrong but all if you went outside the room everything was great

Unfortunately, as of December 2025, everything has changed. The property has not been well maintained. Room furnishings are outright seedy level shabby for want of replacement. Tile grout problems and rust in bathrooms have a cheap motel effect. Hotel hallways have rips and dings in wallpaper and walls. And there is an unpleasant stench in the lobby and hallways, due to likely need for airduct cleaning and filter replacement. They still charge a lux price, but provide a yucks stay experience. Try the Cavalier, Hyatt Place,, or Embassy Suites Book and oceanfront (not ocean view) room wherever you stay in VB. On non cloudy mornings, the sunrise over the ocean is still soul resetting, no matter where you stay.

The room is outdated, the tub had a permanent dirt mark, i had to have the shower curtain changed because of mold and my towels had holes in it. Told the manager. We went to the indoir pool and the wster was cold.

I loved hotel Hilton before I was there but this time bath was very dirty and yellow I asked they send next week somebody to clean but they did. Front desk did not answer calls and I had to walk downstairs every time I needed something. During the last night of our stay the fire alarms went off and I had to evacuate with my family, after staying in the cold for an hour we went back to our rooms. The staff did not know how to turn off the fire alarm speaker and it took them another hour to turn it off. They did not provide any explanation as to why the alarm went off. I get sick from last night

The room was clean. We were thankful for the handicap bars in the tub; however, for my husband who is unsteady on his feet sometimes and me being short, climbing into the jacuzzi tub was a little difficult.

The front desk staff were terrific. The room looked great, except the bathtub had some kind of yellow residue in it (perhaps the prior guest used a bathbalm in tub?!), so l wasnt comfortable taking a bath in it. Otherwise the room was spotless and lovely. I also wish the valet staffer let us know that we could’ve parked in the laneway to check-in (as it was a drag to park in the lot and then have to drag our stuff all the way in). The restaurant, at the bar area, was FABULOUS!

Great ocean views from our balcony. Property needs some maintenance, some water damage inside that is clearly visible. Pool heaters did not work while we were there so we did not get to experience them. The skybar was also not open during our Friday-Monday stay which was disappointing as well.

Overall the hotel is kept clean but updating is needed. We had an ocean front corner room which made the views nice. Although I was disappointed we were on a lower floor which I did not understand since the hotel wasn't fully booked when we checked in. For the money you pay be sure to request a higher floor the views will be much nicer.The cleaning staff did a great job and when requested for additional items they were prompt to bring them. The roof top pool was fabulously we were happy we were able to enjoy it, considering it was September.

Great view, great location. I booked an oceanfront King, I paid about $300 for my room. The downside is the room connects to the room next door and the doors are paper thin. I could hear the ladies talking in the room next door from my bed. I’m a light sleeper, I did not appreciate this at all. The lady at the front desk was average, not very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, met my needs. Liked the mini fridge.

The view from our room was fantastic- right on the ocean, we could open up our (shockingly well sound-insulated) door to the balcony and hear the ocean, and we could see the ocean from our bed even. Unfortunately, we weren’t really able to enjoy it for that long, as the room next to ours would smoke cigarettes on their balcony, which would then blow into our room. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Catch 31) had some great food (the seafood Alfredo was divine, as was the fresh caught Mahi) but unless you were in the back dining room, it was loud to a point you couldn’t hear yourself think, and the live music was even louder. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, the shower wasn’t the cleanest (as made evident by the spider in the corner of the shower) but the pervasive smell of weed throughout the hotel was rather off putting. I’m sure the inclement weather did not help with things, but we drew the line when our bathroom started to smell like weed from the room next door and checked out early. As a word of caution should you choose to stay here, beware the hot water, as it gets extremely hot, and skip the hassle of getting the “breakfast included” option when booking- unless you have it on your receipt from the booking (which hotels.com doesn’t do), you will have to argue with the front counter to receive your vouchers.

The thermostat did not work. It showed that it was set to 70 but the temperature never went below 74 - and it was cooler outside than in the room. The room safe was shut upon arrival so I wasn’t able to use it. The shower head also leaked and it constantly dripped, quite loudly. The staff also could have been more mindful of disturbing guests before 8am. I arrived at 1:30am and was a little annoyed that I was woken up around 7am due to staff in the hallways slamming doors, loudly cleaning and vacuuming, which was really surprising at that time of the morning.

Lock on our door was broke. Only received 3 bath towels a day. If 2 people take showers morning and night, you need 4 clean bath towels. No body wash in shower. Catch 31 would not take reservations. My husband is diabetic and needs to eat after taking his insulin. We can’t wait an hour for a table. Sky bar closed at 9:00. Would have loved to have gone up there to listen to some music, etc. after 9:00. We did have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the sunrise one morning. Very noisy last night. People woke us up at 1:00 am!

The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and the beach. I would highly recommend this place. If we come back to Virginia Beach this is where we will stay.

Not what I expected from a Hilton. While the property was neat and clean, there were plenty of things that were not up to par. The refrigerator in the room was very tiny, the TV wouldn't work and when we tried to call the front desk about the TV not working we got a busy signal on the room phone. Turns out there is a "trick" to getting the TV to work. Front desk did state phones don't work properly. There was an event during our stay and and there were signs that said private event and they didn't want people walking through the area but it was in the hallway to get to the parking garage, not sure why you would have an area closed off that connects to a parking garage. We did like Catch 31 and our server Jordan was excellent. We returned for breakfast the next morning only to find a 20 minute wait with alot of open tables. We went to another hotel and were seated promptly. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, just not what we would expected from a Hilton as we have stayed at Hilton's in other travels. Just dissapointed.

We enjoyed our stay, however we would have enjoyed it more if we could have sit on the balcony once we were in for the night. Our partial ocean view room was on the 29th street side (opposite side of the Neptune statue) and was above two huge hvac fans that were so loud we could not sit on the balcony. We were on the twelfth floor. We asked for a different room but there were none available. Just be sure you do not get a partial ocean view on that side. We would go back. The restaurant and open bar area is wonderful and the staff were very friendly. They even had rocking chairs to sit out and enjoy the ocean at night. This is a great location as well.

The property has friendly and exceptionally wonderful front desk staff. The rooms could use some updating , but are ok, and the beds are comfy. The restaurant Catch 31 has staff that is hit or miss on service. Our breakfast was unpleasant due to the waitress not being attentive. The location is great and we had a good time getting around the beach and local attractions.

The first room they gave us had issues with plumbing but they were super nice and moved us to an equivalent room that was good. View is amazing. Though I stayed in the ocean view room, the partial ocean view rooms are not bad either. This is one of the properties that does not have another tall building right by the side blocking the view. The hot tub is good. Not too cold, not too hot. The ocean is difficult to see from the swimming pool coz of the tall translucent glass. I wish they reduce the height of glass fence near the pool. It will 10x the ocean view for someone chilling in the pool.They have ample parking. Neither parking nor wifi are technically free as mentioned in the listing. Murphy's near this hotel has good vibe if you want to get a drink or two.

AC was broken. Read 75, although set on 68. Maintenance was supposed to come look at it but no one showed up. Refridgerator broken. People next door very loud. Room smelled of marijuana in the evening from the other rooms I guess. Only 1 poor lady working front desk when we checked in on Labor Day weekend. Valet people were the best part of the stay. Will stay at Marriott next time.

Not what we expected for our first stay at a Hilton. There was a strong smell of sewer when we arrived in the lobby. We had multiple outlets that weren’t usable and probably dangerous in our room. We weren’t told anywhere that all oceanfront rooms were adjoining so we were kept up by screaming kids our entire first night until 6:30 am when they seemed to check out. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and leaked water on our food. The rooms do not have microwaves and they are on a first come first serve basis. Luckily we got one. The restaurant is very nice and they had Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

I didn’t like that the cleaning crew either accidentally or intentionally took my only pair of sandals, I checked with security three times to know avail. They were the only sandals that don’t give me blisters. Extremely annoyed.

We highly recommend staying here! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel, our room and the rooftop pool/Sky bar were all very clean. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant because we wanted to spend as much time as possible exploring the boardwalk, shops and beach in the short time we were there. Next time for sure!!

The hotel lobby smelled like raw sewage. The carpet, in my room, was FILTHY! It took 5 hours for the front desk to deliver extra towels. It's virtually impossible to retrieve your vehicle, from the valet, due to traffic in the hotel circle. The food at CATCH 31 was awful! The burgers were bland. The crab cakes were mushy. The drinks were way too strong, without flavor. This was the worst HILTON stay for me. It was definitely not worth $400/day!!! I am still waiting for the BELL HOP to assist me with my luggage. I have been home for 2 days now.

The hotel is at a fantastic location and we really enjoyed our oceanview room with the extra large balcony. All the hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful. The bed was altogether comfortable, but while the pillows and linens were soft, the mattress was showing signs of age with some stiff springs and stains around the sides. There were other signs of wear-and-tear, like oxidized rings on the bathroom floor around where the metal trash can had been moved, the room door feeling a little stiff to shut, and a television system that felt a few generations old, but our experience was still overwhelmingly positive and we would stay at this hotel again.

Lively hotel in a great location. Bell boys need work in being more attentive to guest needs. Valet parking also needs work in organization and response. Our shower leaked the whole time despite being turned off. Sometimes long waits at the elevator. No towels at the pool. But overall great stay.

The outdoor pool area was very nice and clean. I also loved the bar next to the pool. The water in the pool was warm and clean. I loved that the beach was right in back of the hotel. The Catch 21 restaurant was excellent.

Great location. Opted out of the pool and sky bar as it was small, but beach access was amazing. Convenient parking attached. Catch 31 breakfast was great. Will stay again. Only down side: never received housekeeping services would have preferred a full room refresh instead only received towels and trash takeout one day.

The ait conditioner was loud. The balcon was unusable due to the fact that giant airco's were making it too loud to enjoy it. There were so so many children, also at the pool. There is no oversight, so people bring there own music and just ignore evryone else. The place needs a big renovation, looks nice from far away but close up its very worn out. Hate shower curtains!!

The location is ideal and the dining options are excellent. However, I will not book this hotel again unless I have a first floor room. At check out, my husband and I waited for more than 45 minutes for an elevator so we ended up walking down 10 flights of stairs with all of our luggage.

The hot tub clearly says 6 people max. The staff allowed at one time I counted 16 people in the hot tub. Half of those people were children under 14 which is also clearly against policy. The children were discussing their ages and pictures were taken to prove the overloaded capacity. The staff was more concerned with taking to other staff and telling people they couldn’t have outside food and drink. Meanwhile children jump off the hot tub walls into the pool. Point is adults couldn’t use the hot tub due to the staff using it as a baby sitter

i order particular room but for some unknow reason we didnt got it. I was unable to fall asleep because they were working with heavy instruments from 10 p.m. to 12 p.m. in addtion to top on everything they turned off the water without warning for twelve hours.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront and couldn’t have been more pleased. The rooms were spotless and wonderfully quiet, and waking up to a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic was unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful. I have been going there for years. Unfortunately, the area outside I dont feel is safe. I only stayed one night, but in that one night we were woken up to a very bad & loud fight that happened in the rooms one floor lower. We heard gun shots fired at 3:00am outside the hotel, then police & sirens followed. Its ashame i grew up there & to see all the growth that has happened over the years. I wonder if it was worth it???

We received a letter under our door explaining water would be turned off the next day... BUT floors above the 9th would not be impacted. Our water (10th floor) was shut off around 9:30 AM. No morning shower! Toilet had only 1 flush after water it was turned off. No available toilets in the lobby or restaurant. We had to use (2) $7.00 bottles of water to clean up. Then use the public toilet outside on the boardwalk. (... major ordeal to get $14 credited back to my account) "Off-season" shouldn't mean "shrug-service"

I booked this hotel because it said it had an open sky bar, and a pool. When we arrived I was told by the front desk that all the amenities are seasonal and nothing was available. This needs to be updated so it doesn’t show up when someone searches for hotels with pools and bars.
