It was close to things It is a motel. It is labeled as a hotel. It is not. Checking in the front desk person was extremely rude. They also put a $5 charge for a room key

I needed a non-smoking room and got the smoking room. I went the front desk and asked for a change. the gentlemen at the front desk claimed that all rooms were sold. I was running late for a concert so I did not return to the room and headed out to the concert. After the show I stopped by the front desk to see if there were any cancellations. I asked the night agent and explained to him my need for a non-smoking room. He went and checked the room for himself and told me to stay at the front desk. When he came back he said that the room was fine totally disregarding my needs. Very rude. No customer service.

The staff were very friendly. The room could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, and the paint was peeling off the door. We found a roach as well. Seems to need some updating and more thorough cleaning.

Floor was absolutely disgusting. It was sticky ass hell. My son walked through it once and they became extremely filthy. Took him to the sink and washed his feet and you just see all the filth coming off. My mother got bit up.

None Although I paid $523 for three rooms, which is quite expensive, the condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing. All three rooms had a strong and unpleasant weed smoke smell. The odor was so noticeable that even the children in our group complained about it. We were a group of 11 people, and everyone experienced the same issue in all three rooms. When I reported the problem to the front desk, the staff member came to inspect the rooms. He repeatedly stated that the rooms were designated as non-smoking rooms, but that did not change the fact that all three rooms had a strong smoke(weed) odor. Despite all of us pointing out the smell, he claimed that he could not detect any odor. Instead of addressing the issue properly or offering an alternative solution, he simply sprayed air freshener in the rooms. We checked in around 5:00 PM and left shortly afterward for dinner. When we returned at around 8 PM, the smell was still unacceptable, and we decided to vacate the property rather than spend the night there. Considering the amount we paid, $523 for three rooms, the accommodations were not worth the price at all. The property felt more like a motel than a hotel and is certainly not suitable for families. Given the condition of the rooms and the fact that we were unable to stay there, I am requesting a full or partial reimbursement for the stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly stay.

This was the dirtiest, unsafest room, we have ever been presented. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. There was dirt and stains on the floors. They had clearly not been cleaned. The mattress had stains on them. And the walls were visibly dirty and had been written on. We didn’t stay the night here and have requested a refund, that has not been approved yet.

I'm not a hotel snob and have stayed in places worse than this and much much better than this. They had cereal, yogurt and toast (no peanut butter), coffee and tea for breakfast, and not well stocked either. The room was ok. I guess at my age, I get grossed out with carpet on the floor and peeking at the mattress, it was dirty around the edges. The shower was great a couple time and lukewarm other times. There were a lot of television channels to choose from, but no sleep timer on the remote. You have to pay $5 for a key deposit, which they return when you return the key. The AC was great. Despite the mattresses color, the bed was very comfortable. The price was great and for a place to sleep it was fine.

I like that it will close to the expressway to get to the event that I was going to It was nothing like the brochure it looked at rundown the water didn't hardly come out the shower the breakfast area they did not have a decent breakfast up there and when they was restocking we watched the lady put stuff out with no gloves she was just taking the bread out the bag and putting it up there all day it was toast instant grits and cereal they did not hey what we expected for to say they serve breakfast they had to heat up the water for your coffee instant coffee I'm just so overwhelmed it's so much stuff that I do not want to put up here about this place it was run down every time I book with booking.com I get a rundown Motel no I'm not going to give no stars highly disappointed

Rooms were filthy. Pool was not open as expected. No breakfast as promised. Maintenance on food starting around 630am. Very loud. Clean, open pool, breakfast as promised, less noise.

The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. No options available so we paid the fee that should be refunded based on none existance. Staff not friendly and gave me the room key and announce room number with other questionable man present. Didn't feel safe.

Room smelled like mold and was stuffy. Certain bugs ( you know) crawling on the sidewalk and wall by the rooms. Would not recommend.

I have to say I will never stay here again. The room had no fridge or microwave and the lobby doesn’t even have a microwave you can use. The hairdryer was pulled off the wall and not working. There was no soap so luckily I always bring my own. The lampshades were tore up like someone had a bar fight in there. The mattresses were badly stained and there were used condom packaging under one of the mattresses. I always check the mattresses for bed bugs and that’s a blessing I didn’t see any of those. The bed pillows were little squares like they used couch pillows. The floor in some areas felt like it was going to cave in. Also all the outlets don’t hold the plug. So you’ll plug up something and it immediately falls out on the ground.

Beds were rock hard, cracks in the walls and ceiling, microwave caked with brown grease, roaches, TV did not work, commode seat was dirty, commode ran constantly, had to take dirty towels to office where they were thrown on the floor by all guests, no breakfast available, had to out for breakfast, had to pay additional fee just to have a room key, refused to give any refund of what we paid.

Honestly extremely affordable and helpful with price and last minute. Looks a little ghetto from the outside but the rooms are actually extremely nice and comfortable. 10/10 would go back if needed a last minute hotel who accepts cash even cash deposit

the pool was closed, it was 80 degrees , it wasn't the season i guess. of course the fees were still the same , but didn't get all the ammenties that we paid for ,, the food was grab and go . nothing fancy or anything my kids would eat , over all its a cheap price hotel , and i guess you get what you paid for . it did just enough . a bed and a toilet

The place was located in the state where my license plates where from : ) The service was poor the people where rude and you could hear there confessions from miles.

The staff were friendly and the location was ideal if you don’t want to stay on the main strip. The room (non smoking) had an awful smell, there were candy wrappers on the floor, and the bedding had cigarette burn holes.

The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. It may require them to get off their chair and walk. Housekeeping was great. I left my water bottle in the room I stayed the night before and the woman would only call to see if someone was In the room to ask. My husband asked housekeeping if they found it and they gave it back she would t even ask them for us. We had to do all the work.

It was cheap. When we arrived, the smoke detector was disconnected and sitting on the microwave, the bathroom door was broken at the latch, 4 nights and 2 police interventions (criminal trespass of another person staying at the motel and 3 car crash at the entrance-blind corner single exit etc). The toilet was small and round, not a comfortable experience. I wiped down every surface and removed various stained / sticky areas. When attempting to checkout (very early) the staff was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone (not unusual) but after knocking repeatedly and making eye contact, and knocking again, his attitude- i was making him work, was clear.

There was mold growing in my refrigerator the top to the heater and ac fell off the sheets were stained and it smelled like mildew in my room I do not recommend staying there , they had bugs coming out of my sink and overall I just would not book there again !

Their were very suspicious people in the area .I didn’t feel safe but had already booked and paid . After a long day at track nationals with my son we just wanted to sleep but ended leaving super early in the morning . Then had to come back later to return the Kay because it was a 5 fee

The bed was comfortable. The television was not hooked up to anything and was completely unusable. There was no light for the vanity in the bathroom area. The toilet would not flush properly to remove waste. The paper cups by the coffee maker were not sealed in plastic as is usual. They charge a $5 deposit for the room card, which I have never experienced before. I have stayed at numerous days inn before with no problem, so I assumed it would be a good place to stay. I was wrong. It was the worst days inn I have ever experienced, and will definitely not be staying there again.

The water flow in the bathroom sink was nothing more than a trickle. If I did not ask for maid service I had to pay $5 and return any towels/washcloths to the office and place them in a bin upon checkout in order for my $5 to be reimbursed.....WHAT? Breakfast was to be included. I was told upon check in that breakfast the following morning "might consist of one or two cereals and maybe oatmeal and coffee or tea." Not even a pastry was available. Upon returning to my room each evening, there was a wonderful stench of marijuana coming through the wall from the room next door. Doesn't anyone walk around to check for stuff like that????

The location was convenient and the front desk staff was polite, but that was about the only positive part of the stay. For the area of town this hotel is in, I honestly expected much better. When we pulled up, the outside of the property already looked like it needed a lot of maintenance, which made me uncomfortable right away. The gutter on the roof was falling off, the parking lot needs paving, and the whole building looked like it has not been properly taken care of in a long time. Because of the condition of the outside, I politely asked if I could see the room before checking in, and I was told no. That did not give me a good feeling, but I decided to go ahead and check in anyway. The first room we were given smelled strongly like smoke as soon as we opened the door. We went back to the front desk and asked to be moved, and the second room smelled even worse than the first one. The carpet in the room was filthy, the chairs were dirty, and the floors felt old, soft, and weak like they were about to cave in when you walked across them. The room did not feel clean at all. I actually ended up going to Walmart myself to buy cleaning supplies because I did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture the way it was. The pictures online are very misleading and do not show the true condition of the property. What is advertised online looks nothing like what you see when you get there. They also charge a $5 key deposit, which felt outdated and unprofessional compared to most hotels now. Overall, the property looks like it has not been maintained the way a Wyndham property should be. I have stayed at other Days Inn locations before and never had an experience like this. This stay honestly made me not want to stay at another Days Inn or Wyndham property again, which is very disappointing to say. I am actually a former Wyndham employee, so I am familiar with the standards that these properties are supposed to meet. Because of that, I was in complete disbelief at the condition of this location.

The smell of the room was horrible . Leak on the ceiling , pay 463$ for 4 nights . One of the staff was rude . Instead of being apologetic she keeps asking why I didn’t make a complain about the room when I checked in.

It's a bit complicated. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, and not only that, but it seems they don't clean the rooms. I found a marijuana cigarette on the nightstand, which is worrying. And there was pubic hair in the bathtub. I don't recommend it unless they improve their cleaning, which is the most important thing.

Breakfast was said to be ready by 6. I came at 6:15 and it was not. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes and it was only coffee up and ready.

I booked a king suite and did not stay in a king suite. staff was rude and unhelpful. I was given a room that they knew had no hot water for three days before we arrived. When moved to a different room, we were met with black mold growing in the ceiling. I asked for a manager and the lady working in the front desk, lied and said that the grounds manager was a manager when in fact he was not. So I was unable to dispute any of this with administration. Thankfully, the Hilton Inn was available and we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay there.

Not to mention the men sitting outside of my room smoking cigarettes and talking with their phones on speaker the entire night. I was in town with my 7 year old for the air show and was extremely disappointed, especially after paying 80/night.

This hotel is horrible. It is drug and prostitute central. Was solicited by a naked women at her door trying to get our friend to come in her room. We had to call the police. They charge $50 for an extra pillow and some of the rooms have no air conditioning. There are also reading roaches roaming around. Wouldn’t recommend

It was basically a place to sleep. There was NO hot water the whole time we were there to shower, it was dirty when we first got there. And it took 10 minutes for someone to come to front counter to check me in. And he wasnt friendly at all. Acted like i was bothering him.

The chairs were dirty in the initial room we checked into, however the staff moved us to another room. The only problem there is that the base of the toilet was dirty. I informed guest services

It was a quick stop to deal with business. Convenient location and easy to nook. Desk clerk was very busy. Breakfast was a scant assortment.

We did not actually stay here, as soon as we walked into the room there were live roaches, dead roaches behind the fridge, in the bathroom and behind the dresser. The "manager" came and looked through the room said he didnt see anything when he plainly did and then he just disappeared. We did get a full refund on the spot with a little bit of attitude but they were not very friendly about it.

Where to start? The floors were uneven and cracked. On whole side of the room none of the outlets worked. They charge you $5 for the room key (which you get back when you return it but really?) The toilet handle was broke. The towels were the size of large rags and they give you 2 of them. The door was also broke and the lock was half screwed in so thank god no one decided to try to break it because it wouldn’t have been hard! Oh and also the staff was so rude! At check in the lady said we could get a late check out til 12 just call in the morning but the paper I initialed said 2 then when I called in the morning to ask the guy said they don’t do that in the summer. That part I understand but no need to be so rude about it.

Staff aren’t friendly. Bathroom & vanity area floors were dirty, unswept or mopped. Problem with drains not draining. Tub filled with water while taking a shower & toilet didn’t flush properly. The King bed was clean, nice sheets & pillows, very comfortable. One night stay and sleep was needed so I got what I paid for.

Arrived early but could not check in until 3pm even though there were very few cars. When I finally was able to check in the desk person told me the room was behind the office, but it was not directly behind the office it was across the driveway. Communication was not clear. There was no plug for the bathtub so could not take a bath. Had to take a shower but there was no shower matt, so I was afraid to slip on the bathtub, not a good shower experience! There were very few room amities, only a small bar of soap to bath, no shower gel, and only one shampoo/conditioner tub. Breakfast was not a breakfast! It only consisted of cereal, banana, milk, juice, white bread, and coffee/tea. I do not consider that breakfast! I paid $208.99 dollars for a Wyndham hotel, instead it was a Days Inn hotel who has a filiation with Wyndham. I registered for the hotel because of Wyndham brand. I would expected better accommodations for a Wyndham hotel! I should have registered at the Hyatt Hotel at least I know they would have had a true breakfast, a matt for the shower, a plug stopper for the tub, shower gel for bathing, etc. I will never stay at a Days Inn and will be very, very careful in booking with Wyndham in the future!

Checked in and the room not cleaned throughly. The mini fridge hadn’t been cleaned as hair and old stains were inside. The bathroom had a dead spider beside the toilet and the toilet itself was nasty urine stains all around the bottom and dirt on the sides. I definitely won’t stay here again.

The room stunk. Floors were uneven. Had trouble with TV connection. Called front desk 3 times after being told they would send someone in "10 minutes."

The hotel pictured on Expedia was not the same hotel at all. Booked 2 days for a family funeral & found dried rice in the bed, the underside of the comforter was STAINED ((stain-stained)) yellow & looked like it had legit tire marks on it. Then came 2 roaches & a SUPER aggravated front desk employee. I checked out around 2 a.m. - was STILL BILLED - for 1 night’s stay & had nowhere to go. I drove 4 hours in the middle of the night back home & missed the funeral.

Nice but seemed scary. Someone was killed there and I felt her presence.

This hotel is in very poor condition, terrible service, and according to what they offer, they are lies.

Me and my family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but I wanted to leave right after we checked in. 😢 There was bugs and spiders everywhere we looked. I only gave 3 stars for only one of the staff members because she was the only nice one. When we first checked in we stood in the lobby for 25 minutes knocking on the doors and ringing the doorbell. We were trying to get his attention (he was bald headed btw) because he was knocked out sleeping on the couch in the sitting area 😤. Then he overcharged me but even though he did that I told (the only nice lady in there) the next day and she refunded my money. When we checked in it was so many people just standing outside their doors drinking and smoking and looking so creepy. In the room it was spider webs everywhere with big azz spiders in them. We got them away from the bed areas and left the others alone in the corners. The bed was so uncomfortable. The room was just all over terrible. We couldn’t take it no more so we booked somewhere else to spend the 4th of July more peacefully. The other hotel we got was theeeee best. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with your family especially if you have small children. Only the brave should stay here if you not scared of bugs, people being obnoxious and loud, things that don’t work in the room, not spacious, NOT SAFE! I’m telling you!

They made personal changes for me to the room! The room was clean n tidy! Staff was cool and polite!

The continental breakfast is not continental and not enough varieties. Thé properly manager does not treat customers in good manner. He needs how to treat the customer better with respect.

For the price, was not bad at all. Free breakfast was just some toast and cereal, not much to pick from.

Rooms could have been a little more cleaner, there was hair left in the bathroom bedding stained and had cigarette burns in the blankets. Other then that it was an ok stay

They Didn't have a Clean Room over a hour after check in time

Smells humid. I will not stay there again. They don’t change towels the last guess leave something on top of the towels in the bathroom and I found it .

Rooms and pool were not handicap accessible. Breakfast choices were limited to fruit loops or frosted flakes and coffee. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was not polite. there was no room service available. You have to ask before 10 AM to get your rooms cleaned There was a roach in my room. The toilets were not able to flush. You could not get extra towel after 5 o’clock pm there was no continental breakfast available for six days. I would not recommend this facility, not even as an animal hotel.

I would not say that they have free breakfast -- first day that have bread to toast, cereal and yogurt with milk -- second day bread to toast, no yogurt, milk and bananas; You have to go to the desk and ask for clean towels.

I drove 10 hours so i could graduate college at 57. I called the hotel to tell them i wouldnt be there till 10:30pm, due to a traffic jam i was closer to 11. When i arrived the clerk was a total jerk, said if check in wasnt made before 11 the rooms wer canceled, he demanded payment for 2 nights on check in, said he didnt take cash,, said if we left to transfer money he was canceling both rooms, but canceled one anyway. We left and transferred some cash, when we got back a new clerk was there and said they do take cash. Its a terrible shame because if the clerk hadnt been so rude i would have gave the hotel a 7 or 8, it was outdated but very clean. I wont ever stay here again because of the disrespect i was shown

The condition of the room was very poor. Carpet had holes, floor was coming up and uneven by the sink, will not stay there again. There were burn holes in the bedding. Definitely not worth the money that we spent to stay there.

I killed 3 bed bugs on my pillow asked to change rooms and the front desk asked me for a picture of the bugs. He went back and forth with me and finally he gave me a new room. I checrd out at 6am the next morning.

It’s very old and needs updating. All 3 rooms had a bad moldy odor. The shower handle came off and the water couldn’t be turned off for a while until the handle could be screwed back on. The bedding was cheap and felt damp.

Chose this place because of the price, but it was not worth it! Free breakfast is a joke. I got there at around 7:00 and all that was put out was some bread and a small thing of coffee. I expected fruit, pastries, something. The beds were too hard and this is a motel, not a hotel so keep that in mind. People were out in the parking lot late smoking weed and being loud. Do not stay here unless absolutely necessary!

The room itself was fine. The check in receptionist was absolutely horrible. Didnt speak, just a very rude experience with them.

The room was ok at best. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. We asked for 2 towels. We returned 2 towels but got only 1 set of towels in return. Could have used a good cleaning. The shower curtain could have used washed or changed out. The night stand table drawer was broken. We physically had to fix the toilet when we got there because it wouldn’t flush. Breakfast, if you call it that, was 2 cereals, white toast and 5 yogurts. And they wouldn’t allow you to use the restroom in the lobby during the breakfast hour. Hence, our toilet wasn’t working properly. Not sure what was going on at the end room, but there was a lot of activity coming and going from there. Won’t be back.

Motel and the rooms are as expected for the price. Our room was clean enough but for a non smoking room, it had a smell like people had smoked in it. Staff was not in a hurry to do anything, got there and there was a line of people to check in and the clerks were taking their good swert time with no sense of urgency.

There was nothing but four piecec of bread, three yogurts, and cereal with no milk for breakfast. They where out of coffee and said would take 30 minutes to make some. Room was ok but was a bit load outside

The staff was friendly and super nice. The motel does need some updates though. The beds were advertised as two king sized beds and they were fulls at best and hard as a rock. We did find baby roaches in the bathroom and it could have been cleaner but it was alright. Not the end of the world for as cheap as it was to stay there. The only thing I was super salty about was that the pool didn’t open until the day we left.

Sheets were dirty and looked like juice spilled in fridge. I was not happy request a refund and to talk to the manager but could never speak to anyone .

It was great, the inly thing I didn’t like is they charged $5 deposit fee for key. That was weird:) otherwise all ok!!

Breakfast is coffee, or some watered juice and maybe toast or some quick cereal. Very basic.

They wouldn't let me check in, as their system was down. It was 10:30PM after a 5 hour drive, so I canceled on the spot at the facility and they charged me anyway.
