Very nice hotel and room! Only minor things that was annoying: hallways were extremely hot, like no AC, but the rooms were very comfortable and nice. We found more than a couple hairs in the tub, in the bed and on our towels. It's just a detail I feel were clearly obvious to see and should've been seen as well by the housekeepers. Then our key for the room was deactivated an entire day before our check-out which was another nuisance. Overall though, very nice stay and amazing location to everything.

My family enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only down side was that someone left their toothbrush on the floor, so I don’t know if the room was fully cleaned or just overlooked, but our overall stay was excellent!

I paid for breakfast for 2 for the 2 days we were there unaware that we needed a breakfast voucher, we were not given or told about it when we checked in either. So.when.we.got to breakfast the next morning, we ordered from the menu, the pamcakes tasted like the milk went sour or they added lemons to the batter, we did not eat them, so the host (wonderful man) gave us a discount on an already paid breakfast, but sonce we didn't have a voucher and no one told.us it was only the All American breakfast we could order, i paid 28$ for 2 eggs, 4 bacon and a bowl of grits! The next day , we didnt even bother with breakfast there. Then the pool is out of service and green. In the new room.we were put in didnt have a bathroom door that would stay closed without a rag shoved in it. When the cleaning staff came, they didnt take the trash or fill the coffee. It was an over all waste of money! I could've gotten better at the budget inn! Oh and if you THINK your near the beach.. try 9 miles! Don't go by their pictures! 1000% would NEVER recommend

Everything thing was great, but the breakfast was horrible, it was cold, dry, hard, and the wait time was ridiculous. We waited 2 hours for it, and we did not even get one of our juices. There was only one staff member working breakfast, and it was hard for her.

The hotel was nice. The restaurant was nice. The only issues we had were when we first arrived it was hot in our room. We were under a heat advisory and our room didn’t have air or a fan on it said it was 75 in the room. So we turned air on and we had to leave to go concert. Our fridge was also frozen over and was leaking water. Well when we got back at 12:30AM we were hoping to come back to our room with a cool room, but the air was off again and it was 78° so my husband went downstairs to let the receptionist know that the refrigerator was leaking water and that the air conditioner wasn’t working. They did put us in another room but when we got to that room, there was no air going or no fan going so it was still 75° in that room at this point it’s 1 o’clock in the morning and we did not fall asleep until probably two or so in the morning or later just until the room cooled down, but I was very disappointed that they did not have any air going in the rooms, especially being as hot as it was outside when mentioning this to the member of the next morning, she said that it was working it got bumped off. She wasn’t informed that no it was working because we had to turn it on ourselves in order for it to cool off in the first place because it was not on one when we arrived initially to our room I honestly feel like I should get some type of refund back on my stay because we spent majority of the night trying to stay cool

I had an awesome stay. My only complaint was how far the parking spots were from the front entrance and I wish I had more time. But I will definitely stay again and next time I'm bringing my swimming trunks.. The speed of that elevator is scary fast! They have a nice looking bar that has food. Taco Tuesdays I think. I just got in late so I missed some of the good stuff but will definitely plan ahead next time. I'd give it an overall score of 9/10.

The rooms were poorly renovated. The AC units in the room are extremely loud, and it was difficult to sleep with the unit on. When we arrived, they key we were given was for a room already in use.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, lots of nearby dining options, plus a nice restaurant and bar on-site. I would definitely stay here again.

Looked at the pool in the photos thinking this would be a perfect spot to take my kids to . 15 mins down from the beach and away from large crowd . Looked forward to taking them to the indoor pool as advertised. Pictures of the pool were crystal clear . False advertisement! when asked about the issues front desk brushed off . No accommodations all I got was “oh yeah we need to tell maintenance about that that” there were even dead bugs in the water if you zoom in closely . If you’re going to advertise something it should somewhat match in real life . The water was yucky and green! Do better! For 350 dollars a night we should be able to enjoy the little things that most hotel offers! Do better ! Won’t be back and won’t recommend.

I came in for a short weekend. I had an amazing stay. My initial room was conjuring room. I was not aware of I told the staff and they changed my room, with no hesitation. Staff was very friendly and my room was very spacious and clean.

AC was excellent in our room, as was the shower water pressure. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we had a pleasant stay.

The second room we were moved to was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom door was also broken, there was hair in the shower, and the sheets were dirty. The elevators were dirty and the hallway carpets were also dirty.

The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.

The property was clean, with a good on-site restaurant. It was also conveniently located near all the area's attractions, within a 15-minute drive. I would go back and stay again.

My only issue was the POOL being out of order. That hurt my soul. Hopefully by my next booking we can be at the pool.

The restaurant offered breakfast, but coffee and tea was not available (!?!) This hotel was not located near a coffee shop, anything around was a 5 min drive.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful but the property itself needs work. The bathroom door in my room was broken, the toilet was unsteady and the condition of the stairwell was not great. The second day that I was there, there was no maid service (trash not emptied, coffee not replaced, two paper cups not replaced). The service in the hotel bar was not at all good. I would not stay here again.

The pool was broken and we were not alerted ahead of time. The door for our bathroom didn't close and they said they fixed it (and they did come by) but it still didn't close. The hotel had two elevators and one was broken the entire weekend. The beds were very comfortable though and the staff was kind and welcoming.

Was extremely upsetting to return to the hotel room on Saturday evening to have absolutely NO PARKING because of an event in the restaurant! Had to park illegally and worry about being hit or towed all night. Our first visit we couldn’t get the breakfast that was paid for because there was a convention of some sort and you couldn’t even get into the restaurant! PAID GUESTS should have priority at the hotel especially with the rates that we pay.

The room was adorable. Very homey feeling. Although two of the lights in our room/bathroom didn’t work. And the pool that we were looking forward to swimming in, was closed due to cleaning for the entire 3 days we were there. They did make us pay a $100 holding fee which we were not aware of. Overall it was a cute hotel, not far from the beach, with a few small issues. Would stay again.

The hotel was beautiful let me start by saying that. The room , the cleanliness and the staff were wonderful!! The restaurant was wonderful as well. Unfortunately the pool was closed . I truly was disappointed in that. It was soooooooo green 😳. That’s my only problem.

Staff n room was clean ac wasn’t working when we I called to request a room change because me and my sister was sweating like crazy and my sister was having a hard time but n sleeping, she had heart surgery 3 weeks ago and requires a change due to health. And the response from the front desk was ok she by herself so she would let her manager know until we called the front desk at 10:30. For help, the maintenance Sabitha AC was broken and had to request for us to immediately move out to another room.

Did not stay for breakfast or attend the bar, I did find it piculuar that the room had no Bible and one of the elevators was offline. The room was clean and very nice as was the staff but the road noise all night log wasn't very pleasant.

Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation.

The issue with this property I experienced is that they charge a newly introduced ‘facility maintenance fee’ that they don’t disclose to their guests and it’s charged on top of a fully paid booking by Expedia!

I wished there was a bible in the room. The coffee maker wasn’t fully clean. I wished there was a microwave in the room. We was having issues with our tv to where we couldn’t watch anything. I wished that was checked before we checked in.

The stay was nice until the last day. We left to get some stuff for the travel back home. We returned to the hotel and a church event wouldn’t let us back in the parking lot. They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer.

I prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds,when I got there they didn't have that room that I paid for, I was traveling with friend of mine to a men's softball tournament. They gave me a room with 1 bed not what i prepaid for.

It’s a decent place to stay. The building definitely shows its age. Although the room was pretty clean, it smelled like smoke! The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed when I arrived and assigned me to a room that was actively being cleaned. The housekeeper was very apologetic and nice. I just patiently waited until she was done. Only one elevator worked and it sounded like it wouldn’t be working much longer. The items in the marketplace are ridiculously expensive. The staff at the restaurant weren’t able to answer basic questions about the ingredients in some of their items so I opted out. Overall a decent stay but it certainly wouldn’t be my first choice for next time!

The staff were friendly however the rooms were practically mid construction. Our bathroom door, which was a barn style door, completely fell off its hinges and when maintenance came to fix it he also complained it was not done properly. The makeup mirror was broken, some lights didn’t work, and the TV did not work.

Staff was friendly. Our dinner at the restaurant was above expectations. Our room had mechanical issues. The barn style bathroom door would not shut and kept coming off the track. It's an issue when staying with a teen son. He said it best when he said that they were "trying to make the hotel look nice without actually spending the money." Several of the lights didn't work and the shower supplies were empty. When i let the staff know upon my checkout..i was met with a Meh. I'll be staying at the neighboring hotel which is not significantly priced higher with much better reviews.

When you walk in everything "looks" nice but when you go pass all of that closer to the elevator and check out the workout.It smells unfresh then they the laundry room connected to the workout room not a good idea because the Morse from the dryer, or even the washer is making the workout room moss and smelly and\n To add the door to the workout room. The window of the door is broken. And the laundry room has the credit card. Things for pay for your laundry didn't work. I think it took my money.\n Ask the front desk for coins. And\n First coming there, get into the front desk. I was told not to park my car behind the hotel. Because it's unsafe. Thats not good and the way this hotel is set up, you can't evening park there car in front of the hotel.\n Everybody cars is on the side or behind the hotel. So what choice do you have? So if it's unsafe in the back of the hotel someone gonna steal your car, or wherever they meant at the front desk about is unsafe. Now my room being that the hotel looks like it was a nice hotel.Not a cheap hotel get into my room first of all, my hotel door looks cheap. I did not like the fact that the water was Luke warm at best the staff was hit or miss and they were stingy with the linen, and we were never able to access the WiFi and when we asked for assistance we were told I don’t know what to tell you.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and accommodating. First time staying there since the renovation. Very, very nicely done. Room was large and clean. LOVE the split shower head system in the large shower.

The biggest issue was the incredible amount to road/highway noise that could be heard within our 8th floor room. It was an issue throughout the entire night and into the early morning for my entire family, waking us up numerous times. We were there only one night but it was unacceptable. Please be aware if you are staying on the side of the hotel where your windows face the highway.

The doors and walls are paper thin, considering nobody monitors people 'partying' in the hallways at all hours of the night/morning - if you're looking for good sleep, don't look here. Otherwise it was great, close to most everything & easy and convenient parking.

We paid full price for food we did not eat. Very quiet. We got a good night’s sleep in the clean, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful in letting us park our rare and valuable collector car under the canopy where they could keep an eye on it from the front desk.

It was an average visit to an average and slightly tired looking hotel. While room had clearly been updated in the last 10-15 years the finishing or maintenance was lacking particularly in the bathroom

The gym had rusted machines. Did not have toothpaste the room did not even have a microwave. The staff was friendly. However, the gym had good equipment. Just needs to be taken care of better rooms. Need to have microwaves wouldn’t mind staying there if the price was lower, but definitely not worth the price that was charged.

Overall the place is suitable for my needs.. However, between the toilet running constantly, the bathroom fan, and the air conditioner.. I found it very hard to sleep..

The pictures they have as the property photos makes it seem like it is on the beach. I payed so much money for 1 night to be driving 15 mins to the beach. Totally disappointed and did not expect to be far from the beach!

Good-Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and competent. Not so good-Barn door on bathroom extremely difficult to move and only opened half way, toilet did not flush properly at times, only one option available for prepaid breakfast and this was not disclosed at time of reservation.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. Their customer service was very good.

The property is extremely close to the highway and therefore there’s excessive noise at all times. Safety was a concern because of folks loitering in the parking lot and entrances. Also, the parking lot has low lighting. The A/C in the main lobby was very weak and non-existent in the elevators. The smell of weed was strong on the 5th floor.

I would 100% stay here again. Beautiful inside, clean, and friendly staff.

The food at kascade restaurant was delicious downstairs. The staff were very polite and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The entire establishment was clean.

Besides the two housekeepers that came in to change our sheets. My stay was not okay. Due to the fact the staff gave me a dirty room that had not been serviced. When the manger was notified he basically stated that there was not much he could do due to the fact that there were no more rooms available. Not as much as a discount was given. Probably will not choose to stay again.

It’s not bad but rooms are a bit questionable when it comes to cleanliness and the loud AC in the room as well. They also had sink water to drink in a dispenser that they just threw some lemons in it.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Food was decent. Area is drivable to many things, but not a walkable place. Only complaint is I wanted to swim in the "heated" pool, and it was very cold and not heated at all when I got there.

I love how the room was set up I do feel the rug could have been vacuumed and the pool wasn't all that clean but overall everything else was great

Was wonderful. Most comfy bed and bed linens. I slept like a baby.

My husband and I just finished our honeymoon we stayed from Sunday to Thursday. This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We have not one complaint and are planning to come back next year with our kids!

Very friendly staff, clean, and updated. Also conveniently only a 15 minute drive from veterans united!

My original room the bathroom ceiling was leaking. We were all settled in so we had to get move to another room. Our second room the bathroom Door kept coming off track. We contact maintenance for both incidents ithe door. still continue to come off track. this made us late for our concert reservations. Overall, the front desk was really nice and courteous.

Booked room and paid up front only to be told no room available when we arrived at midnight. We called ahead to say we were running late and they noted it on their system and said it would be fine.

Rooms have been recently updated so that was nice. The facility seems to be well kept. Only issue was the refrigerator, didn’t work but we didn’t use it much either.

There’s no place to hang your towel when taking a shower so you have to step out to grab one. The food was awful. I had a chicken sandwich that was like rubber. In the good side everyone there were very pleasant and helpful

We liked the size of the rooms and fairly clean. We didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, and toilet barely flushed. The pool was out of order and so kids were upset about that. Didn’t have enough towels in the room and when asked for more they brought us pool towels. The breakfast was the worst !! We ordered off the menu, no chocolate muffins, no vanilla Greek yogurt, fake eggs, no fruit in $9 yogurt parfait, $5 for the kids lemonade, it was all gross and soooo expensive!!

My only issues were that we had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. We also had to ask for extra towels and was given pool towels. The hotel quickly brought the stuff we asked for. It’s nicely renovated. The room was nice.

The guy who was on the front desk was extremely nice. But the cleaners were so not well cleaned,The couch sheet was dirty.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, Maint told us to just hold the handle down longer. I fixed it myself Barn door to the bathroom didn’t open all the way Outlets by the bed didn’t work ( Maint fixed) No dresser dresser drawers to put our clothes Turn down service was hit or miss. Bed made poorly, towels not replaced Shower handle fell off That about sums it up. Will not return and would not reccomend.

Very good review! Enjoyed my stay. Outside was a little questionable when I first pulled up but the inside made up for that and the staff. When I arrived on Friday the front desk lady that checked me in was excellent!!!!!
