I wasn't thrilled with the fact that what they advertise as items present in the rooms is not what I met. I had nowhere to sit besides the bed even though it shows lounge chairs in the picture options! I paid foe the best room option but it fell short.

The Reception staff were very quick to help and overall very helpful, the M club was a really nice addition to the room The breakfast at the M club changed daily so was a bit hit and miss, whilst I also didn’t park my car I think 20+ dollars a day seems a bit excessive especially as you are already a hotel guest

The Desk staff are very professional, especially the Agent working, late afternoon on Easter.

First and foremost, THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL at this hotel. The swimming pool picture on Expedia is from some other hotel. Location is amazing so does the staff and room attendants. Absolutely nothing to do for kids in absence of swimming pool.

someone at the front desk gave out a key card to my room to a STRANGER … the stranger walked right in my friend was in the bathroom undressed heard the door and quickly slammed it back . He said he was giving a key to this room it was his room. We called the front the was so nonchalant about a stranger WALKING into my room. I plan to call corporate.

The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. The location was excellent. However the rooms show degradation, for example there are white paints dripped on the bathroom wood floor, which is simply a poor clean up process after remodeling.

The room did not feel clean - pillows were not comfortable and the food at the bar downstairs was horrible not fresh at all. Parking price was ridiculously high to be charged per day. No outside lightning in the front parking lot at night did not feel safe.

Our stay at the Tysons Corner Marriott was really enjoyable! The room was a great size, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were excellent—very accommodating and genuinely kind. We also had access to the M Club, which was a huge plus. Having 24/7 access to beverages, turn-down service, and a really good breakfast made the experience feel extra special. Overall, the hospitality and service stood out the most. The hotel itself could use a few cosmetic updates—mainly the exterior and some common areas that show their age a bit. I also wish our room had a bathtub, and the views from this location aren’t the most scenic given the surrounding area. That said, those were minor things compared to how great the staff and amenities were. All in all, it was a very good stay and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and welcoming, not a detail left unmentioned or forgotten. The room was clean and the view was wonderful. Came for a music festival and enjoyed the quiet, comfortable nights between.

Very nice stay except that when I returned on Tuesday afternoon, all 3 hotel elevators were out of service and I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my 4th floor room. If I had been on the 17th floor it would have been worse. After I got to my room, power went out for an hour. Not what I expected for a 5-star hotel.

Things get interesting the next day during breakfast. The breakfast team argued and at times we thought they were about to fight over small things and had to witness that in the morning. Just be mindful and do your research before going to this property and staying there.

Overall the stay was great! The staff were kind and accommodating. I did have an issue with early arrival and not getting a room that was equal to the value of the room that I booked. Therefore, I overpaid for a lesser priced room and wasn’t given the option to be refunded the difference. However, that was an issue between the front desk and availability during my visit. Other than that, the gym is amazing and the pillows are incredibly comfortable. The building is a little outdated but you can tell that updates and improvements have been made over the years. It’s not the Ritz but it’s was nice.

Was attending a wedding in the area and this hotel was literally the most convenient and cost effective in the area. Would definitely recommend. And also, the staff was able to help accommodate my late check in.

Our room was not serviced on the first night and no one on staff seemed to know what was happening finally at about 9pm a room steward was sent to quickly make beds and literally placed a pile of towels in our bathroom and left ...this was one of the worst experiences in a hotel that seems to service business people yet does not know how to ensure they have a good environment to work and rest in,

She had to use our jackets and the sheet from our bed to cover with.

Liked M Lounge- excellent coffees and snacks. Room walls are thin so you can hear the next door at night.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, beds comfortable. We loved the sitting areas around the hotel and the gym was very nice. We will definitely be back. It was easy to get to Tyson’s corner center for shopping and easy to get to the metro. We loved our stay.

Charging ~$13.00 for WiFi is ridiculous

My daughter has Down syndrome and sometimes she has seizures. We asked for a late checkout and sure enough she had a seizure. Great staff

Solid hotel with an amazing gym. Marriott does like an upsell: higher end restaurant, paid parking, Marriott Lounge (like an airport lounge but for hotel guests?).

I didn't like the price of a bottle of water. It was a little pricey. But I was desperate.

Overall, a nice hotel, parking was convenient. Of course its near Tysons so there’s plenty of shopping and food options in walking distance. Customer service was friendly as well.

Updated rooms, but they were very small. Smaller than most Marriott’s that we have stayed at. The room also didn’t have a microwave, which we feel is a normal finding in a hotel. This is the only Marriott chain we’ve stayed at that didn’t offer that. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we’d give it an 8/10.

It was amazing, but was surprised that there was no pool. Website photos should be updated and take the pool phot down. Other than that our stay was good. Like the new fitness center.
