    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. We encountered cockroaches in the bathroom area, both dead and alive, which was extremely unhygienic. The room they gave us, especially considering I was traveling with my handicapped mother, was right next to a pile of junk like old air conditioning units. It was really dirty, and when we tried to have breakfast, the juice machine was broken and they had no bread or any bakery items at all. They only had cereal but were out of milk, which left us basically with no real breakfast options. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would recommend to AVOID booking this hotel if possible.

    Location to restaurant's mall and getting back to highway. The staff was great even when I had to locate a remote TV because it was missing from room. Bathroom was not what I expected but good. Some staff did not understand what I was asking for sometimes. For safety can someone check the filling on stairs some parts of metal was sticking up and may cause harm to patrons.

    It's an old motel they call a hotel, with rooms that are clones of many other "hotels" like Quality Inns and similar ones found throughout the United States. Pros: - I can't remember one! Cons: - The price! $131 for a room with two queen beds in the off-season is a steal for what they offer. - They're two different hotels in one, same front desk and same staff, but different prices, and you have to tell them where you booked. - Rooms not soundproofed (you could hear everything going on next door) - Wifi too slow. - Dirty bathroom, one small tube of shampoo for 2 people (barely enough for 1), dirty tub (see photo), mold on the edges, and an air conditioning vent full of filth (which you'll breathe in) that they haven't cleaned since they opened the hotel in the Middle Ages! - Terrible breakfast! No bread, fresh fruit (only packaged), no eggs, bacon, or sausage like other similar hotels. The juice machine had been broken for two days, so no water or juice, which they could have put in jugs or dispensers. The milk was out, and the coffee in the dispenser was out (it was 8:30 am). Just lots of packaged muffins, hard and inedible donuts. And to think we chose this hotel, paying $20 more because it included breakfast. At McDonalds, we would have spent less. In conclusion, would I return? Absolutely not! For that price, there are hotels of a higher category and with better service, yet other Super 8s I've stayed at haven't been this awful.

    Other guests sitting outside our room, playing music loud, pickup truck with no exhaust running for hrs. Until 2am. Then someone on their cell at 3am talking outside our room. Definitely inconsiderate to other guests. And nothing done about it.

    The lady at check in was extremely rude, the room smelled like mold and had water coming through the wall. We checked out within about 5 minutes of arrival. There was a man there named Randy who was super sweet though, he deserves a high five but Evangeline on the front desk should not work with the public

    Its a huge hotel and its a little aged. The outdoos could use a good pressure wash clean-up, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to assist when a low battery alarm sounded snd they promptly changed it, so they’re responsive and friendly.

    They are horrible about accomodations I called ahead and asked to be near the lobby cause I am partially disabled, and what did they do pute way away from the lobby and AI had to climb stairs! There was suspect people hanging around the hotel,the bed sheets were not clean there were pills found in the bed under the blanket. It did for overnight stay but I will never come back nor will I recommend this hotel it is dated old furniture.

    Price was average but too high for that place imo We were put at very end of building. There was someone running a very loud truck running for an hiur. There were men having tailgate meeting. We asked to be moved. She put us on other side. The one adjacent to noisy 75. Loud traffic all night long couldnt sleep much. Refrigerator noisy had to unplug. Both units, the telephone was broken

    Room was not clean. Smoke detector beeping. Hotel is close to I-75 so very noisy. Old furniture Toilet paper holder missing. Water was brown. Water was running slow at times. Room key failed on several occasions I was also threatened by the Maintenance worker after being 5 minutes late checking out of the hotel.

    We were moved to a much cleaner room, thank goodness after complaining because my children have asthma. But this is the initial room they put us in. There was mold in the ac, floors were dirty, everything was falling apart. It was disgusting.

Its very aggravating when I'm on the second or third floor and having to walk all the way back down just to get my room unlock. I end up having to book somewhere else due to the constant lock outs.

    I was tired and exhausted from traveling eleven hours. My room was never cleaned!! It had a wet towel and washcloth lying in the corner of the tub. The toilet paper holder was broken off and NO toilet paper. Really! After eleven hours of traveling you know you gotta go. And I’m 72 traveling with two little girls. I call the front desk twice and was disconnected or the phone doesn’t work. I headed to the office. I just asked for towels and toilet paper. I was offered another room and turned it down. I decided to skip showers. Got back to my room, settled the girls down. I get into bed and felt things in it. Got up and saw crumbs, dirt and you could see where he/she/they ate in bed and wiped their hands. The bottom of the bed had stuff carried in by their feet. That’s it!! I’m done. I get the girls up and headed to the office. I did take another room this time. It was good. I wanted the girls to watch tv to unwind a little, guess what! The tv doesn’t work. I tired to set up the WiFi and you have to go to Days Inn, then switch over to Super 8, and then the passcode. Never did get logged in and I gave up. Lights out, we’re going to sleep. But, I couldn’t sleep because the sheets were so ruff and itchy. I tossed and turned until around 11:00 pm. I have another eight hours to travel today. I pray it’s going to get better. Thank you for the stay, I WON’T BE BACK at any Super 8 again.

    I was tired and exhausted from traveling eleven hours. My room was never cleaned!! It had a wet towel and washcloth lying in the corner of the tub. The toilet paper holder was broken off and NO toilet paper. Really! After eleven hours of traveling you know you gotta go. And I’m 72 traveling with two little girls. I call the front desk twice and was disconnected or the phone doesn’t work. I headed to the office. I just asked for towels and toilet paper. I was offered another room and turned it down. I decided to skip showers. Got back to my room, settled the girls down. I get into bed and felt things in it.     The beds were advertised as queen size but were definitely not queen. The beds also had a huge dip in them and were not comfortable. The curtains didnt block the outdoor lights. The room phone didnt work, which could have been needed for medical emergency, and when we went to front desk to advise she said that it was a known issue and couldnt be fixed; she didnt offer to switch us rooms, she only offered to check us out on a Saturday night at 9pm. The customer service was horrible and they offered no resolution or empathy for the issue, she just said "you have a cell phone".

    The woman that works at the front desk is awful. She is not accommodating at all. Prior to check in we received and email telling us we can do an early checkin for $20 so I selected to do that. Upon arrival the woman says they don’t have any clean rooms (the motel is completely empty) I told her I paid for early check in and she tells me to come back at 2. She didn’t even bother to look if she had any clean rooms while I stood there. At 2 she miraculously had a clean room, thank god. On the same online portal we requested a late checkout, we go to ask her and she says the latest she can do is 12 (online it gives you the option of 1pm or 3 pm checkout) she says “we have a full house so the latest I can do is 12pm” There were maybe 20 cars in the parking lot of a 3 story 2 unit building of hotel rooms, which had PLENTY of open rooms around the one I was staying in. However, once again she didn’t even bother to check her computer system to see if we could do the late checkout. If this property isn’t going to be accommodating in any way for these early checkin/ late checkouts they shouldn’t offer them and take money prior to arrival for these accommodations. Then prior to checkout our keys locked us out of the room 30 minutes before we were having to checkout so our dogs were stuck in the motel room while we had a key that didn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk AGAIN to get the keys fixed. Overall, the customer service here is actually appalling. Do better.

    Absolutely disgusting we had to put the floors the room smelled like cigarettes. There was parties out on the railing all night. Long woke up. There was 17 beer bottles lined up next to the bench felt very unsafe when we put our stuff back in our car to leave all you could smell was human urine and the parking lot next to our car was disgusting. Cable did not work actually the whole entire TV did not work. We slept with the lights on and could not wait to leave. It was awful.

    Room had a harsh chemical smell. It burned my sinuses and throat. I had rented the room for a few days but couldn’t stay in room for even 2 hrs. Checked out and searched for other places to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    We were told ahead of time more than once the pool was open,upon registration,we were informed it was closed and had been for sometime. We got into our room and our tv didnt work,granted they did come and fix the problem an then got locked out of our room because our keys stopped working! Other than that no problems.

    The plus side the staff was amazing so kind and helpful. The negative the toilet didn’t flush well, the shower was the worst part of of the whole room. It worked wonderfully as long as no one else in the hotel used the shower. If someone else used the shower the water pressure would drop to a light dribble and the water would become extremely cold. The toilet paper holder was completely off the wall and laying on the sink. The roll of toilet paper was almost out with no back ups. The phone didn’t work so if we needed anything from the front desk we had to walk up and ask. When we told the staff about the toilet paper holder they did send maintenance early in the am which was super nice but we did send him away. Also a big part of why I booked the hotel was for the outside pool and unfortunately that was also out of order. The hairdryer they had for us was broken as well. The back part of the hairdresser was cracked really bad and when we used it, it would turn bright orange like it was over heating.

    The exterior needs some TLC and evidently Days Inn and Super 8 share the facilities. Except for a Dairy Queen all restaurants are a drive away across the freeway.

    First off picture is not correct. The hotel looks rundown, and the customer service is BAD. One of the front desk employees had a very nasty attitude with every customer. She got into an argument with one of the customers about an ironing board. She didn't want to find the customer one. When I got into the room the shower was dirty and the bed sheet had dust on them. Glad I keep sheets with me. I asked that housekeeping come by in the morning. Housekeeping did not come clean room. I cleaned my room so I could get ready for my son College graduation. I stayed 2night and rented 3 rooms. I always use Wyndham and this one was Bad.

    The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but other than it was terrible. The room smelled old, mildewy and the air conditioner sounded like there was a construction crew in the room. The cable was a mess so you couldn't watch TV. I checked in a little after 11pm, but I didn't get any sleep because of the noise from the traffic on I-75. I'll be going back because my son goes to school there, but I definitely will not stay there again!!!!!

    This property is both Super 8 and Days Inn combined which seemed weird. The room was clean but had some peeling paint on walls. The grounds were clean but need updating. It was fine for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. It was on the west side of I75 a little away from all the other hotels & restaurants. We ate at Dairy Queen adjacent to property.

    Unfortunately, the poor lady at the front desk was left by herself to check-in all guests for two hotels. So, check-in took nearly 30 minutes. Once checked in, we went to our room and the key didn’t work. So, we had to go back up and stand in another 20 minute line to get re-keyed. Once again, the key didn’t work. Finally, after an hour, the maintenance man met as outside our room, and had to replace the battery in the electronic lock. So, check-in took an hour and fifteen minutes. Also, the hotel was packed, and had people screaming, yelling, slamming doors, and running up and down the breezeway. Overall, the stay was pretty horrible. But, at least we were only there for about 8 hours. I would never recommend this hotel unless they do a complete overhaul with management.
