    Unfortunately this stay was unpleasant. The rooms are dirty, there’s roaches everywhere, the rooms smell . I had to get a different room because the first one was very dirty and had trash in it. The second one was a tiny bit better but still gross. The reviews on here weren’t bad so I thought it was going to be okay, but it wasn’t. It was just dirty and roach infested .

    Although it's next to the mall the premises are not clean and the landscape is not kept up. The place is really dated. People were hanging out. I will not be staying there again. I guess you get what you pay for. I had to wait 20vminues minutes before I'm could check in although it says you can check in by 3:00 the room not available.

    I like how everything was in walking distance to where ever you may need to go from shopping, eating &etc.. The rooms are outdated & a couple of things were broken. The curtains were disgusting. But everything else was ok! Staff was very helpful & friendly!!!

    It’s right across from the mall that’s the only good thing about it The room was literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed In my life the room smelt like mold there was dust all on the ceiling tiles the bathroom had random hairs in the shower, the bed was stiff and small pillows the carpet was peeling from the walls and the walls also had weird stains and smashed bugs in the walls in some areas wouldn’t have ever paid 86 bucks for that Sh** hole what a waste definitely read the reviews online.

    The location was great. We were there for a graduation and we didn't have to drive far. There was plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We had to put down a $50 deposit to ensure we wouldn't damage the room or smoke in the room. That information should've been on their site when I made the reservation. I wonder how long it's going t o take for my refund. And the breakfast was just carbs.

    This is not a 5 star hotel, but it does the trick and it's fairly clean for its age. I recommend. The front desk young lady was polite and professional even though she was pulling long shifts and they had a staff shortage. High five to that young lady!

    The place is beyond run down. Sink plug in for hair dryer and coffee maker not working. Outside drape hanging down. Inside drape would not close. No soap or shampoo holder in shower. Sink top and microwave covered in paint from recent painting. Shower curtain to short so water drips on floor. I could go on!

    The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean. My room had a strong musky odor to it. There was no phone to call front desk so I had to go and let them know my tv was not working. There were only waffels, cereal and yogurt for breakfast. No bacon or eggs. Front desk service at check in was not very friendly

    Parking was fine. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast. The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was in such poor condition that we did not even use the shower/tub. The furniture was all scratched and old, the carpet was frayed. We only slept for 4 hours and then we left before dawn.

    Nothing… The room was horrible. The curtains didn’t cover the window… The door wouldn’t close all the way. The bed smelt like a Mildew and musk.. no coffee maker or microwave. The hair dryer was broken. They had people making drug deals and arguing in the parking lot. I felt really unsafe! No sleep all night!! So do not waste your money. You would be better off sleeping in your car at walmart! The staff was so unfriendly and not helpful at all. I would have left but was scared to go to my car until morning!!!

    The ONLY decent thing is the location. One of our rooms had cockroaches in it. The other room was plain dirty. We watched a drug deal happen and several people smoking weed just standing outside their doors. HORRIBLE place We left and were denied a refund. Staff was pretty rude too

    They should make better hotel recommendations. In my case, I couldn't even take a bath in that hotel because the bathtub was dirty, full of cockroaches and mold, the mattress was old, and there were many other problems. That Quality Inn hotel should be shut down.

    Staff was nice and beds were comfortable and room was clean. the whole place under renovation. No drink or snack machines. The breakfast was not that great. We went out to eat. In the room was one toilet paper no other rolls, remote did not work, coffee machine with only coffee. Nothing to stir it with, no sugar packs, no creamer, nothing. The AC covers were off the AC. No working or connected smoke detectors. It was truly horrible. At least the bad was nice and comfy.

I told the clerk that was not disclosed prior to my making the reservation. She said, because I make the reservation through a third party, the hotel's policies were not known to Expedia. I saw that as something of a bait and switch. It seems very unprofessional for Expedia to provide booking and not have visibility of the hotel's policies!

    There was no remote in two of the three rooms that I booked. All of the floors were dirty. One of the beds looked as if it had been slept in already. There was no trash can or coffee maker in one room as well. Another room had terrible water pressure. There was a lamp shade that I had to attach in one room. The pictures looked absolutely nothing like the actual hotel. The only reason we stayed was because we were so exhausted from an all day trip to an amusement park and because I had prepaid and booked prior to leaving for our trip. I have reached out to the hotel but no response from anyone there. There seemed to not be a lot of concern for guests comfort just from the experience we had. Also, I booked three rooms and they were all separated from each other all over the hotel.

    The only thing was great was the feeling of the shower. This hotel has really went down. Every time I go to Valdosta this was our go to hotel, but not anymore it’s gotten worse. Not only that Customer Service was horrible. Receptionist was very rude. There wasn’t any housekeeping not enough towels and I had a 2 bed hotel room. I had to change rooms and the pictures are proof of why. I have a video of the AC making a loud noise like as if maintenance was trying to fix it and didn’t put the cover back on all the way. Next time we come back this hotel will not be the one.

    When we pulled up, we immediately noticed the run-down/dirty property. Trash littered the ground that has been there for sometime. Building looked in disrepair. Nothing like the advertised photos. The room itself was filthy. Carpets were sticky & even covered our suitcase with an unknown brown sticky substance. There was trash on the floor (mostly candy wrappers) & there was a strong mildew smell & the pillows reeked of cigarettes. The linens were dirty - stands of hair in the bed & bits of dirt/debris & smelled of feet. Linens were torn- large rip in the middle. By the bed we discovered a blood smear & boogers on the wall. The bed did not fit the frame & all the furniture was dirty & in disrepair. The nightstand lampshade was not secured, so it would fall off. The nightstand was water damage & warped. The dresser draws were filthy. There were roaches- we even found one in the coffee maker. The was not microwave. The pool was closed for remodel. There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling & a dirt ring around the bathtub. There was also an unfinished wall repair. All the metal fixtures were rusted. We heard nearly a dozen complaints to staff from other guests of same issues & more. Staff was rude to other guests & complained of guests in front of us. Poor management & staff.

    The ladies who checked me in were pleasant. However, one of them was wearing a bonnet or shower cap. It wasn’t what I expected, though it was in the evening when I checked it. The tv was on when I entered the room. Which was alarming for my daughter and I. The deadbolt didn’t work. The door was somewhat agar. It made feel uneasy. I took several pictures of that and the following; bathroom floor and shower was filthy, hair in the shower, on the floor and on the toilet. This location left me with a very bad impression and I’ll never stay at another one.

    They over charge!! The room has roaches, and smells like mildew... my son has chronicle asthma and couldnt breathe in the room! The door was busted down by police before it was dented and all beat up the card keys didnt work i had to go to the office several times over them ..the bathroom is just disgusting!! And the linens have NEVER been replaced! Dirty and stained oh and the carpet in the room was very funky and sticky 10/10 would not recommend 😑

    Room listed available & booked & paid for . Front door locked with kids running around. Waited over an hour to check in to be told they were over booked. Contacted customer service and they stated the person was on lunch break but rooms were over booked. Unprofessional service and complete waste of time and money

    You have to ring a door bell to enter the lobby (this is around 5pm) which had buckets on the floor to collect water dripping from the ceiling. It was stuffy and muggy no air conditioning or fan to blow the stagnant air. My room key didn't work so back to the lobby I went. The women (I assume owner because she didn't have a uniform on) who checked me in completely ignored me, she made eye contact then walked away. A uniformed employee walked me to the room to show "how" to open the door, apparently you must insert the card 5 to 7 times to get the green light then pull the handle up not down to open. Once inside good golly disgusting. Cigarette burns on the furniture of the non smoking room, stains on pretty much every surface, dust and random hair on lamps and headboard, remote control greasy, toilet and bathtub heavily stained and there was used soap with hair on it in the shower. Vomit. I was not expecting the Ritz however I was expecting clean.

    There was a sewer pipe leaking into a bucket in the lobby right in front of the counter. Rif Raf sitting outside his room in a chair drinking beer and smoking. Garbage all over the parking lot. The beds have paper thin blankets, It's good it wasn't too cold outside, because the heat doesn't work, there was hair all over the soap dish in the shower, the toilet seat looked like it had cigarette burns all over it, the tissue dispenser fell out of the wall when I tried to blow my nose, it felt like the carpet was wet, the tv remote volume control wasn't functioning. The 2.5 star rating is not accurate. It't more like a 1.5 star or a 2 on a good day.

    We had stayed at a Quality Inn the night before in Indiana and had a good experience, so we took a chance on this one. The hotel was situated back behind buildings, finding the entrance was not easy. The clientele was not the most desired. This is definitely NOT a family place. The king bed sank in the middle, and we had only 1 towel between the 2 of us. The coffee service in our room only had decaf selections and was missing a piece from the coffee maker so the coffee could not even be made properly. At the end of the stay, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom (at least it looked like one). I have been banned by family again to pick the hotel.

    The room they gave me was so nasty that i slept in my clothes on top of the covers!! The floor was stained and clean and the bathroom was filthy. I was supposed to stay the week, but checked out the next morning with the manager and the front desk clerk because it was so nasty. I slept in my truck until I could find another room elsewhere. I called two days later to check on my refund and the front desk said that the manager had not even checked me out. I’m still waiting on my refund!!

    Staff was very nice! She said we would not be billed. We ended up not staying do to the uncleanliness, no tv, smell of smoke, smoke detector battery missing, lamp shade missing by bedside, toilet roll holder missing and spiders crawling on the ceiling.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Beds were not made, dirty sheets, one dirty wash cloth, busted lock on door, etc! Front desk clerk said we will get our money back. We had been on the road for 13 hours and ended up driving another hour .

    Well when I went to check in and was given a room, all the lights wouldn't work but one. There were six lights in the room. I called the front desk about not having working lights. I was told by the person at the desk that house keeping wouldn't be back until tomorrow. At that time, the lights can be replaced. I was not satisfied with that response. Me and my son went up to the front desk and I was assigned another room. This room had issues of its own. There was a smell in the room. There was a hole in the wall, wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. There was a stain in the sheets. The fitted sheets didn't fit what appeared to be full size beds that suppose to be 2 queen beds. This exposed not so sanitary mattresses thats no safe for anyone. There was no phone in the room. Tub not clean, it was brown. Door wouldn't close all the way. Water didn't run out faucet freely Remote didn't work. And to top it all, when I returned to the room later that evening around 9:30, there a SNAKE in front of the room that went into the shrubbery. Again, the office was called on my personal phone(no phone in room) to make them aware of this snake in front of the room. I was told that the manager was texted and made aware. Wow!!! I went for coffee in the breakfast area arriving at 5:57 am. I was fully aware that breakfast starts at 6 am. This young lady was playing very vulgar music not fitting for an establishment of this magnitude (or so I thought) loudly. I was ashamed the company itself!!!

    Very disappointed. 2 rooms & both dirty room & dead roaches. Coffee maker still with coffee & cups. Dirty rags left. Tub took 10 min to drain, shower slow to get hot water, mold in bathroom. Room was a collection of future feeling like staying in Salvation Army store. Not offered any help or discount. Never again.

    There were 2 rods sticking out from the bed which I cut my leg on 3 times. The tv didn't work. The rim had no microwave or phone. Loud thumping music playing at 230 in the morning. Girls getting picked up by different men. After the 2nd time of hitting my leg I went and told the desk person. And she informed me maintenance l was gone for the day h she would leave a note for them. Well it was around noon. Finally seen maintenance man told him myself about the tv he fixed it. Then he had to change out remotes brought a microwave. And put plastic pieces over the rods of the bed. Add you guessed I hit them again 3rd time cut. Finally the desk person switched me rooms. There was no coffee as advertised front desk said"she didn't order any" morning time no plates for the waffles again told she didn't order any, another guest responds with"I'll never stay here again. I was there from Wednesday to Sunday never got maid service. Terrible managers at the quality inn at Valdosta mall. They are managing it right into the ground.

    The day after my stay both my daughter and I broke out with BED BUG BITES..I attempted to contact manager and was informed no manager on duty, reported the issue tha the bed closest to the door in room #235 has bed bugs...left name and cintact number and requested manager to call me back. I am still waiting.

    Direct TV kept going out for the first hour or so when we first arrived, only had a quarter roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Came down for breakfast a little after 7 and the bagels were already done.

    There was only 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, and a bath mat. We asked for more towels because we are a family of 3. We were told they didn’t have any more towels and if we wanted more to go buy them. The bathroom was not clean and the room had an awful smell. I paid for 2 nights and left a day early.

    The first thing receptionists was not friendly she assigned us a room that was not supposed to be checked out it smelled awful refrigerator didn’t work had a dead roach in it mattress was disgusting bathtub was disgusting second room she gave us not much better behind the night stand was disgusting something was crawling on the mattress a dead roach was in the bathroom I could not stay there the cleaning staff was very friendly but I just couldn’t stay there shopping carts were all around the building I lost my money on this one because I didn’t stay I left and went across the street to a better place I had to pay a lot more money but it was worth it to be able to sleep without worrying about anything because Quality had a no refund I was out 100 dollars that will never happen again I will not be booking with Expedia ever again.

    Horrible place. We drove all day and decided to stay there on our way to Florida. We checked in at 11:30 pm hoping for a good night sleep. The room didn't have clean bedding!!! They didn't change sheets and pillowcases. We complained to the front desk. The girl there told us that she doesn't have any clean room and she doesn't have spare clean sheets. She told us to check out! The tiles were missing and the mattress was filthy. We filled a complain with the corporate office. This place should be shut down for health inspections.

    That was the scummiest hotel! The entire property and our room was run down. Peeling walls, split veneers, so many stains! Room smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. The TV was blaring and on in the room when we checked in and the remote didn’t work so we had to unplug it to turn it off. The only thing good with the room was the bedding which was clean and smelled good. No Quality at this Quality Inn

    Upon arriving I received nothing but problems. I was told they didn't have my room ready when I arrived at around 5:30pm although the rooms were supposed to be ready after 4pm. When a room became available, I went to inspect it and the room was not cleaned properly. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, the toilet, bathtub, and shower head were not cleaned. The sheets had not been changed on the bed from previous use and there was trash in the one of the beds as well as hairs, I had to ask the front desk for fresh sheets and was told I would have to find a maid with a cart so I had to hunt one down and change the sheets myself. One of the beds was missing the comforters and they didn't have any extra available. There was no wifi available and trash bags of clothes and sheets in the hallway. The remote was not working for the TV and there was no hot water for a shower. I had to go to a local Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and towels just to feel comfortable in the room.

    First off the general manager is never on property, she handles all business with her employees over the phone. Stayed at hotel for several weeks waiting for house to be renovated. Housekeeping staff was amazing and friendly and did their best to accommodate my family. Asian lady closed breakfast early and then snapped at my kids for not understanding that she was shutting down breakfast. Front desk clerk name Sky clearly could careless about her job none the less the plp who come in and out hotel. She never had an answer for anything, held personal conversations (cursing and all) on her phone while checking in guest, went to lobby one day and she even had her baby behind the desk while she worked. She’s also the one who told me hotel couldn’t take cash, so then she charged my card and then when the charge was pending, told me I would then either have to pay cash for the night or leave, told me they didn’t charge my card ( they clearly did) and that the money would be returned back to my card. It never was. Called corporate who then told me they would have to wait to speak to the general manager ( who is never present at the hotel) to verify my refund. I’ve never seen a hotel ran like this, but it’s understandable being that there is never a manager around, please do not stay her, def recommend Baymont right next door, they were just a lil pricey for my current situation, but I should’ve payed to stay there rather then deal with the BS at quality in.

    My husband and I arrived to the facility and we were disappointed. The pictures online were a mirage compared to reality. We then entered the facility and the young lady working the front desk was no better. She greeted us with a sign that read “Due to limited standing we are no longer supplying clean towels and sheets. If you require additional towels they may be requested but are limited.” We asked so how do you know our sheets are clean her response was jaw dropping. “You need to read the reviews before booking these rooms cause they tell you how the rooms are. Shoot honey this my last day I’m tired of working here.” In disbelief my husband and I proceed to the room. Walking in the smell was so over bearing my husband asked is this a nonsmoking. I replied that’s what I booked. Deplorable condition and uncleanliness will not allow us to stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this location.
