Super nice. Small things like broken trim but it was super kid friendly, my kids are 1 and 2 and there was nothing they could get into or break and I loved that. Shampoo smelled great They were out of the body wash. That is all

Breakfast was good. The room was nice. Layout of the hotel was nice. TV channels were nice. Liked having a good sized refrigerator as well. Was not a fan of the shower. Very little pressure to it. Room needed a little TLC. Mainly on the cosmetic side of things.

I liked the size of the room, i like the division between the bed and the couch and the large tv. Also liked the fact that the room was quiet. There was a couple of facility issues, one was the broken tile in the shower and the air conditioner was a little noisy. I had to figure out how to get the a/c to turn on.

Everything was great except for the young lady that checked us in. She needs more training. She was not enthusiastic and acted like she didn't want to be there. We mentioned we had a dog with us and we paid the fee for that and the deposit fee. She told us that we would get the deposit fee back. I waited and didn't see the credit and called back on 04/02 to see why and the gentleman told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that was the pet fee. My credit card was charged the deposit fee and the pet fee. I told him that I was not happy and the employees need more training if they gave me false information. She told me that I would get the deposit back and I should. I have a receipt for what she charged me for the pet fee, but my card was charged the pet fee and the deposit fee. What's the deal?

Room was not clean. Don't even know if sheets were cleaned. Hair was in every dresser drawer and had to clean the shelves myself becase they were visually dusty. Room was not ready at check in. Food was the best part, many different choices and warm.

Overall it was a great hotel… the bathroom door came off track and locked my daughter in the bathroom for about 10’mins…

Breakfast could definitely be improved here, other locations had turkey bacon, vegan patties and overall a cleaner breakfast display. This location breakfast counters were messy it was so off putting, and not a lot of options other than stale looking pork.

The breakfast was nice. They had an outdoor area with a gas firepit. I t was a nice place to sit and relax. Rooms were large and clean.

Location was great. There were only 2 towels and no bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room. We had to go back to the desk to ask. They had it but the room was for six people.

Staff was bland. Not overly friendly as you would expect in South Georgia. Cost is per dog not $50 a night. So for 2 dogs was $100 even though it was only one night.

We used the pull-out sofa, and when we removed the pillow, food crumbs were underneath. The mattress cover was filthy, with stains that made us remove it; it was unpleasant to look at.

It was very clean. Everyone was very nice the only thing that we didn't like was the king size beds are very hard and so are the pull out beds.we didn't get hardly any sleep. So i would suggest if you don't like a hard bed dont get the rooms with the king beds

We checked in very late at midnight and staff was lovely. We also requested a late checkout and they provided us late checkout with ease. Property is wonderful. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are extremely nice, clean and spacious. Overall 5 stars!

My wife and son and two dogs stayed for one night here and it fit our needs perfectly. It even had a great gym that allowed us to work out and a great breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made the experience easy and pleasant.

This hotel had very nice curb appeal with a area with a gas fire pit where you could sit outside. The check in was fast n easy and the attendent was very nice. The only issue was when we got to our room housekeeping hadn't cleaned it from previous occupants, but when we called front desk they were quick to come change linen and supply new towels and clear out all soiled towels n linen. Great service recovery

I stayed in room 205 and had to be moved due to tv not working they did fix it and then ac wasn’t working they were very friendly and moved us with no issues and it was good it did however suck that computer didn’t work downstairs but over all a great experience thank you for The great friendly staff and handling it professionally I don’t have anything neg to say thank you

I had trouble making my breakfasts and I thought it was nice that a gentleman noticed that I was having a hard time and volunteered to help me. He helped me every time I came down stairs and needed help. The front desk lady was also very helpful.

This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were clean, updated, and loaded with high quality finishes. The room includes a full size fridge/freezer, dish washer, kitchen sink, and real glass dishes. Also there's shampoo and body wash Despensers on the shower wall.

Ad and pictures are EXTREMELY misleading! There is NO pool. Pictures of breakfast area is not even close to the small counter with muffins and old donuts that are actually available. The room was hot when we entered, was as clean as could be given that the room looked beat and there were stains in the carpet. It was a basic aged room that was cleaned as well as possible with the very minimum of service. Ice machine was across the parking lot and seemed to be being watched over by a man who looked a little scary. He might have been nice; don't really know. Overall, the hotel was barely ok if you just want a place to sleep for a few hours.

The cheapest hotel just off the highway. A quick pull off from a long distance road trip.

The add is misleading-pool is located next door at a seedy motel and it is shared. Plugins in the room were all worn out-good luck trying to dry your hair or charge your phone. The only good thing is that it is in a convenient location.

Our girls has a 2 day softball tournament and Hotel was close by and easy to find. The room was clean and staff was patient as to let us sleep in as long as possible, as our last day didn't get started "early".

Only concern was Friday March 13th morning the lady working the desk was a bit rude and unfriendly. My wife went to grab breakfast for herself and our kids while I stayed in the room getting them up and ready. The lady at the desk had an issue with my wife grabbing breakfast to take to the room. She asked for room # and when asked if there was any toast her reply was "we don't have any and are not required to have toast", wow nasty! We have never had an issue as we do this all the time at least 4-5 times a year but for some reason it was an issue with this lady. When we checked out she said thank you but no smile...maybe just having a bad day

Since we smoke, I understood a burn in the bedspread, but after the roach, we slept in our clothes. Valentines Day (night) we heard high heel shoes clicking between rooms for a few hours....

Was easy to locate. Lots of restaurants close by to eat. Being right off the highway, street noise was probably the only "con" item.

Rusty water came out when we first used the bathtub. Phone charger would not stay plugged into any of the outlets. No microwave as promised. Sink hot water made very loud noise when used. clean and ok for the price.

Rooms need to be upgraded. The faucet almost fell off. The electric plug didn't work. I was informed they did not provide breakfast even though it was advertised just coffee. I will never stay there again. Pool was closed or not working.

WE STAYED THERE TWICE, ONCE ON OUR WAY TO MIAMI AND ONCE BACK, AND ENJOYED IT BOTH TIMES. WE LOVED MAKING AND EATING OUR OWN WAFFLES, OVERALL A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST.

The hotel was ok. The beds were alittle uncomfortable. Maid service was very good. THe pool was great.

the hotel was okay.it looks like it was recently updated with new granite counter tops and a nice comfortable duvet on the bed.smelled good when we walked in the door.however the towels has some stains in them.could tell they were clean just stained.most people bring their own washcloths and towels anyway.Also noticed on top of desk there was dead fly and earring back

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff and management are very helpful and courteus. We received excellent service. Recommend it. Although the property is old. Rooms are broke but maintained nice. Nightly price was too much but then all other hotels were expensive.

I have stayed at this hotel two time and I would stay there again.

The bedspread had stains on it and in the bathroom the handles for handicap people was broken off. Went to microwave some popcorn and low and behold the microwave is broke, there was no nob on the top and the other nob was broke. Not very comfortable beds either. Will not be back . Arrived just as breakfast was finishing and the lady was very rude and said the breakfast bar is closed!
